Abstract

Una planta para producir hidrato de gas natural comprende tres etapas (i), (ii) y (iii). La etapa (i) comprende tres recipientes presurizados A1, A2 y A3;la etapa (ii) comprende dos recipientes presurizados A4 y AA5 y la etapa (iii) comprende unre cipiente presurizado A6. Las condiciones de temperatura ypresión en los recipientes presurizados son tales que el hidrato de gas se forma dentro de dichos recipientes. El hidrato formado se retira de losrecipientes presurizados por canos e1,e2, e3, e4, e5 y e6 hacia un múltiple 34. El agua enfriada que es tanto agua de reacción como de refrigeración parael proceso, es provista por el medio refrigerante 20 y suministrado simultáneamente a la parte inferior de cadarecipiente presurizado por el cano22, el múltiple 32 y los canos b1, b2, b3, b4, b5 y b6. Desde el suministro 26 se alimenta gas natural por el cano 30, el múltiple 32 y los canos c1,c2 y c3,a las boquillas situadas en la parte inferior de cadarecipiente, A2, A2 y A3, desde cuyas boquillas el gas burbujea hacia arriba a través de las columnas deagua de los recipientes A1, A2 y A3. El gas sin reaccionar se alimenta desde los recipientes A1, A2 y A3 a boquillas similares de losrecipientes A4 y A5,desd e donde dicho gas sin reaccionar se alimenta a una boquilla del recipiente A6, y finalmente se retira de allí a través del cano d6. La velocidadsuperficial superior media del gas es sustancialmente la misma en las tresetapas.
