Abstract

Pronalazak se odnosi na postupak za izradu rezne ploče za obradu metalnih radnih predmeta skidanjem strugotine koji obuhvata sledeće stepene: - nanošenje sloja praška koji sadrži kristale dijamanta i/ili prostorno orijentisanog bornitrida na jednu metalnu ploču, najbolje ploču tvrdog metala, - sinterovanje sloja praška na metalnu ploču, - brušenje najmanje jedne bočne površine obložene metalne ploče radi izrade najmanje jedne rezne ivice, pri čemu se - u prvom stepenu postupka napravi obradak rezne ploče bez rezne ivice, - u sledećem drugom stepenu postupka obradak rezne ploče, u području u kome treba da bude rezna ploča ili rezne ploče, obradjuje u željeni oblik prilagodjen nekom slučaju upotrebe, i - u tom području vrši operacija brušenja za izradu bar jedne rezne ivice.[The invention relates to a method for producing a cutting plate for the chip-cutting machining of metallic workpieces, comprising the following steps: application of a powder layer containing crystals of diamond and/or cubic boron nitride or such like on a metal plate, preferably a hard metal plate; sintering of the powder layer on the metal plate; and grinding of at least one lateral face of the coated metal plate to produce at least one cutting edge. In a first step a cutting plate blank without cutting edge is produced. In a subsequent second step the cutting plate blank in the region in which the cutting plate(s) are to be situated is given a desired shape appropriate for the intended application. In this region the plate is then ground to produce at least one cutting edge.
