Abstract

Ovaj pronalazak obezbedjuje postupak za dobijanje jedinjenja formule (I): pri cemu je R1 H ili hidroksi-imino zastitna grupa; R2 je H, C1-4 alkil ili C1-4 alkoksi; R3 je C1-8 alkil, C2-8 cikloalkil; i R4 je H, halogen, C1-4 alkil ili C1-4 alkoksi, pri cemu se proces sastoji od sledecih faza: (a) reakcija derivata avermektina B2 sa oksidirajucim agensom, da bi se dobilo 5-okso jedinjenje; (b) dovodjenje 5-okso jedinjenja u reakciju sa jedinjenjem formule R1-O-NH2 u kome je R1 H ili hidroksiimino zastitna grupa, da bi se dobilo 5-imino jedinjenje: (c) reakcija 5-imino jedinjenja sa tionokarboniziajucim agensom da bi se dobio 4",23-bistionokarbonil estar;(d) reakcija 4", 23-bistionokarbonil estra sa deoksigenirajucim agensom da bi se dobilo 4", 23-dideoksi jedinjenje: i (e) reakcija 4", 23-dideoksi jedinjenja sa kiselinom da bi se dobilo jedinjenje formule (I).
