Abstract

Prikazani su postupak i konstrukcija za livenje struktura koriscenjem kalupa koji se moze koristiti, ali nije na to ogranicen, za livenje na gradilistu betonskih gradjevinskih ploca koje se potom ugradjuju. Odmaknuto od mesta obrazovanja kalupa postavljeni su odmaknuti podupiraci (11) pricvrsceni na povrsini radnog mesta. U odmaknutim podupiracima (11) oslonjeni su klizaci (25-29) koji se mogu ucvrstiti na svom mestu u odnosu na odmaknute podupirace (11) i osloboditi i pomerati ka mestu obrazovanja kalupa i od njega. Na klizace (25-29) oslanja se kalup na mestu obrazovanja kalupa. U odmaknute podupirace (11) moze se osloniti vise klizaca (25-25) postavljenih jedan na drugi. Na taj se nacin mogu oslanjati bocne oplate za strukture slozenih vertikalnih profila, tako da se mogu liti, na primer, konveksni ili konkavni zidovi, stepenice i slogovi gradjevinskih ploca. Takodje su prikazane bocne oplate za visekratnu upotrebu koje se oslanjaju na klizace (25-29) i mogu se koristiti kao kalup za gradjevinske ploce. Bocne oplate mogu se oslanjati jedna na drugu svojim krajevima ili krajem jedne na povrsinu druge, tako da se moze obrazovati kontinualan pravougli kalup.
