Abstract

Postupak za izradu poroznog keramičkog granulata sa veličinom pora manje od 1 mm, kod koga se glina, zatim kalcit, kvarcni pesak, dolomit, feldspat, šamot, dijatomejska zemlja i/ili sepiolit kao dodaci, voda, sredstvo za tečljivost, kao i površinski aktivno sredstvo, pomešaju i upene u nekom poznatom uredjaju za dispergovanje pod natpritiskom od najmanje 0,3 bar, uz dovodjenje vazduha pod pritiskom i na temperaturi izmedju sobne i 95В°C, pri čemu se pritisak održava do izlaza iz mlaznice, pa se koriste za proizvodnju jedne vrlo viskozne, tiksotropne, autostabilne penaste suspenzije kojoj se dodaju sredstva koja deluju suprotno sredstvima za tečljivost, a potom se penasta smeša formira u glinene oblike koji se suše na temperaturi od sobne do 200В°C, pa se osušeni oblici usitne i seju kroz sita, uz vraćanje sasvim sitnih delova u početnu smešu, pa se najzad ovi oblici, odnosno usitnjeni oblici, peku pri odabranim veličinama zrna na proizvodnoj temperaturi iznad 600В°C, da bi se koristili kao biljni supstrat, naznačen time, što se pomeša 25 do 45 % mas. gline, 0 do 40% mas., kalcita, kvarcnog peska, dolomita, feldspata, šamota, dijatomejske zemlje i/ili sepiolita, sa 20 do 50% mas. vode, 0,1 do 1,0% mas. sredstva za tečljivost, kao i 0,1 do 1,0% mas. površinski aktivnog sredstva, a zatim se glineni oblici, ili usitnjeni glineni oblici, sa zaostalim sadržajem vlage od 5 do 25% unose u predgrejanu peć i peku na unapred odredjenoj temperaturi u opsegu od 750 do 1050В°C.
