Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA IZRADU POROZNOG KERAMIČKOG GRANULATA ZA NJEGOVU PRIMENU KAO BILJNOG SUPSTRATA, postupak za proizvodnju jednog poroznog keramičkog granulata sa veličinama pora / 1 mm, od gline; sa kalcitom, kvarcnim peskom, dolomitom, feldspatom, šamotom, dijatomeskom zemljom i/ili sepiolitom (morskom penom) kao dodacima; sa vodom; sa sredstvom za tečljivost kao i Tensid-om, koji se pomešaju i na poznat način upene, a posle toga se upenjena smeša formira u glinene oblike, koji se suše na temperaturi izmedju sobne i 200В°C, pa se osušeni glineni oblici usitne i, uz vraćanje najsitnijih delova u polaznu mešavinu, seju se kroz sita i najzad se glineni oblici, odnosno isti usitnjeni glineni oblici sa odabranom veličinom zrna peku pri izabranoj temperaturi proizvodnje od najmanje 600В°C, da bi se koristili kao biljni supstrat, pri čemu se polazne supstance dodaju u polaznu smešu u odredjenim odnosima i glineni oblici, odnosno usitnjeni glineni oblici sa zaostalim sadržajem vlage od 5 do 25% unose u predgrejanu peć i peku pri prethodno odredjenoj proizvodnoj temperaturi od 750 do 1050В°C, pri čemu se dobija biljni supstrat prema ovom postupku, kao i nova primena ovog proizvoda.
