Abstract
Pronalazak se odnosi na uprosceni postupak proizvodnje ugljenicnih blokova, a posebno anoda vrlo otpornih na termicki sok, predvidjenih za elektroliticku proizvodnju aluminijuma, po Hall-Heroult postupku. Ovaj postupak sastoji se od operacije kojojm se podesava granulometrijska raspodela velicine zrna ugljenicnog sastava, a koja se sastoji od: a) separacije odredjenog pocetnog ugljenicnog sastava AC u prvu frakciju F1, koja se sastoji od zrna velicine manje od X i drugu frakciju F2, koja se sastoji od zrna cija je velicina veca ili jednaka X, a X je izmedju 0.2 i 2 mm; b) drobljenja B1 pre frakcije F1 i jednog dela P1 druge frakcije F2, tako da se dobije prah F koji sadrzi kontrolisanu proporciju ultra finih zrna; c) mesanja ostatka P2 frakcije F2 i pomenutog praha F u proporciji koja omogucava dobijanje sirovih ugljenicnih blokova, u kojim odnos naznacen kao Gr/S izmedju proporcije PGr zrna velicine vece od 0.3 mm i proporcije PS zrna velicine izmedju 30 milimikrona i 0.3 mm iznosi najmanje 4, i pecenja ugljenicnih blokova velike gustine.
