Abstract

Postupak proizvodnje ugljeničnih blokova, a naročito anoda, koji obuhvata isporuku početnog ugljeničnog sastava AC, operaciju podešavanja granulometrije tog ugljeničnog sastava AC, tako da se dobije finalni ugljenični sastav AF određenog granulometrijskog sastava Gf, mešanje na toplo MA ugljeničnog sastava sa određenom količinom vezi va Br na bazi smole kako bi se oformila homogena masa, fazu FB formiranja najmanje jednog bloka sirovog ugljenika od pomenute mase i fazu CB pečenja blokova sirovog ugljenika, naznačen time, što pomenuti postupak obuhvata: a) separaciju početnog ugljeničnog sastava AC u prvu frakciju F1 granulometrije G-, koja se sastoji od zrna čija je veličina manja od X i drugu frakciju F2 granulometrije G+, koja se sastoji od zrna čija je veličina veća od X ili jednaka X, a X je između 0,2 i 2 mm; b) drobljenje B1 prve frakcije F1 i jednog dela P1 druge frakcije F2, nazvane "deo derivata P1 ", tako da se dobije prah F koji sadrži proporciju PUF ultra finih zrna, nazvanu UF, što znači da su zrna manja od 30 milimikrona; i c) mešanje MX dela ostatka P2 frakcije F2 i pomenutog praha F u proporcijama koje dozvoljavaju dobijanje ugljeničnih blokova, čiji je granulometrijski sastav Gf u sirovom stanju takav da je odnos Gr/S između proporcije PGr zrna većih od 0,3 mm i proporcije PS zrna veličine između 30 milimikrona i 0,3 mm najmanje jednak 4 i čijaje gustina posle pečenja već a od 1,55. Prijava sadrži još 17 zavisnih zahteva.
