Abstract

VAKUUMSKA PEĆ ZA TERMIČKU OBRADU METALNIH RADNIH KOMADA, pronalazak se odnosi na vakuumsku peć (1) za termičku obradu metalnih radnih komada, koja sadrži jednu termički izolovanu radnu komoru (5), u koju su radni komadi smešteni na jednom nosaču šarže (30) unutar korisnog prostora (27). Izvan radne komore (5) nalazi se jedan ventilator (19) za recirkulaciju gasa i jedan izmenjivač toplote (26) za hladjenje gasa. Radni komadi se zagrevaju pomoću grejnih cevi (31), koje su postavljene u unutrašnjosti radne komore (5) oko korisnog prostora (27). Grejne cevi (31) istovremeno služe i kao cevi za dovod gasa kod konvektnog zagrevanja radnih komada i konačno kod kaljenja gasom. U ovu svrhu su cevi za dovod gasa (31) u predelu korisnog prostora izvedene radijalno (32). Peć garantuje jedno izuzetno homogeno kaljenje radnih komada u celom korisnom prostoru (27) pomoću jednog medjupoda (10) sa centralnim otvorom za prolaz gasa (11) za optimizaciju odnosa strujanja i mogućnosti da se radni gas istovremeno radijalno i aksijalno uduvava na radne komade, pri čemu se pravac aksijalnog uduvavanja periodično može menjati. U ovu svrhu se cevi za dovod gasa (31) snabdevene sa dodatnim otvorima za isticanje gasa (34, 35) i zapornim elementima (36, 37) a zidovi (6) radne komore (5) su snabdeveni sa zapornim otvorima za izlaz gasa (13, 15).
