Дп устойчивости стопы и дл создани циркул ционного контура защитного газа между рулонами устанавливают конвекторные кольца.10Стопу накрывают муфелем и начинают продувку подмуфельного пространства защитным газом, с целью удалени кислорода. После окончани продувки включают циркул ционный вентил тор и став т нагревательный колпак. Нагрев рулонов осуществл ют по следующей схеме теплообмена. Тепло от дымовых газов передаетс муфелю и от муфел циркулирующему защитному газу. Защитный газ выбрасыг ваетс циркул ционным вентил тором через выхлопную щель в кольцевой зазор между муфелем и стопой рулонов. Поднима сь вверх, он нагреваетс ,и распредел етс на р д потоков, направл ющихс по конвекторным кольцам во внутреннюю полость рулонов, оттуда^ на всас циркул ционного вентил тора. Проход через конвек- торые кольца, защитный газ передает тепло торцам;рулонов. После достижени требуемой температуры отжига и соответствующей выдержки20 | |
