- the case part (10) is composed of a case upper part (11) having a through-insertion hole (11a) formed on the upper surface thereof; and a case lower part (12) which is joined to the lower part of the case upper part and has a ground fixing part (12a) formed on the lower part thereof; so that the case upper and lower parts (11, 12) are joined integrally or an elastic buffer part (14) is joined integrally between the case upper and lower parts. That is, the case upper part and the case lower part are joined integrally to form an internal space, and the case upper part, the case lower part and the elastic buffer part are also joined integrally to form an internal space (13), so that the case lower part, the case upper part and the elastic buffer part are joined integrally to form an internal space (13).
- the support member (20) has its bottom surface fixed to the ground and a concave portion (21) formed on its upper surface.
