Description

站立照护机及其中的健康照护模块 技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗复健与健康照护辅助器材,特别是指一种站立照护机及其中的健康照护模块。
背景技术
随着医疗科技不断的进步,人们寿命不断的延长,这使得每个国家的老年人口比例逐渐升高,也使得相关医疗复健与看护需求不断上升,连带的相关周边医疗复健与健康照护辅助器材的需求也不断看涨。
失能型态有因高龄伴随身体机能的衰退与失能,有因疾病和意外造成身体损伤和失能,对于失能者的日常生活看护与医疗复健,一般医护及照顾人员,为了方便照顾行动不便的失能者,通常会利用病床、轮椅、助行器、移位机等的辅助移动工具来帮助失能者移动。
但对于失能者的照护、治疗、复健、运动的过程中,会因失能型态与失能程度的不同,所需要的辅具种类和功能也会有所不同。因此,每种辅助移动工具在失能者康复过程中使用的时机是有限度的,且每每在使用一段时期后,就因失能者的身体机能恢复而不再使用,反之亦然;再者,失能者与看护者也因此必须经常购买不同功能的辅助移动工具来使用,此举不仅提高失能者、家属、看护机构的经济负担,也会造成医护及看护上的不方便。
此类移位和照护辅具对于年老体弱者、失能者而言,能够使用其辅助使用者方便地完成日常生活中的移动与转位任务。对护理人员来说,借助此移位和照护辅具能够省力地有效提高其护理质量,减少护理人员因照护所产生的腰部、背部损伤的风险。
但同时,对于年老体弱者、失能者而言,日常的站立和肌力训练的复健运动也是必不可少的,有效的训练能够降低肢体肌肉萎缩的风险,同时还能够提高步行能力,有助于下肢的康复。
当前市场上的此类移位辅具基本可满足对年老体弱者、失能者进行移位的需求,但功能性多较为单一,不能满足使用者的日常肢体训练(例如行走、下蹲等来保持肌肉健康),并且在进行其他基本生活活动如清洗、如厕等时, 使用不便。
因此,开发一种能够满足失能者日常生活活动以及基本康复训练功能性强的、可配合多种不同照护模块使用的移位和照护辅具,已成为本领域技术人员欲积极解决的问题之一。
现有技术中,专利号TWM622595揭示一种升降主机,可与多种照护模块搭配组合而产生多样的照护功能,该升降主机包括:一立柱模块,包括一固定支架和一升降支架,该升降支架位于该固定支架的上方且可沿垂直方向上下移动,该升降支架上设有至少一个耦合接口,用以装接该多种照护模块;一移位模块,包括一底盘单元和一轮脚组,该轮脚组枢接于该底盘单元的侧端,该底盘单元具有一平坦的上表面且与该固定支架连接,以及可作为踏板之用;一驱动模块,装设于该底盘单元,驱动该升降支架沿竖直方向上下移动:以及一手柄模块,安装于该立柱模块的一侧,用于推动或拉动该升降主机。
现有技术中,专利号TWI791298披露一种乘载模块,可拆卸地装设于一垂直支撑模块上,该乘载模块包括:二个装接基座,安装在该垂直支撑模块上;二个护栏,分别藉由一第一耦合装置可转动的与该装接基座相连接和锁固;二个附加电路板,分别藉由一第二耦合装置安装于该二个护栏的底部,当该附加电路板向上掀起时贴近该护栏,当该附加电路板水平放置时可用于乘载重量;以及一背靠组件,藉由一第三耦合装置与二个该护栏相连接和锁固。
现有技术中,专利号TWI791297披露一种垂直支撑模块,可与多种照护模块搭配组合而产生多样的照护功能,该垂直支撑模块包括:移位模块,至少包括一底盘单元和一轮脚组,该轮脚组枢接于该底盘单元的侧端,该底盘单元具有一平坦的上表面,可作为踏板之用;支撑骨架模块,包括复数根立杆和复数个连接板,该复数根立杆的一端装接固定于该底盘单元上,另一端与该复数个连接板联接并固定在复数个该连接板的下方;以及耦合模块,包括复数个耦合装置和复数个耦合接口,设于该移位模块和该支撑骨架模块上,用于装接、锁固该不同功用的照护模块;其中,该耦合接口包括复数个第一锁孔,该复数个第一锁孔是沿该立杆的垂直方向布设于上;该耦合装置包括一高度调整装置,该高度调整装置滑动套设于该立杆上,并通过该第一锁孔 锁固于该立杆上。
上述现有技术对于起身站立和复健照护之相关功能上仍显有不足之处,有改善的必要,因此,本发明乃提出一种解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种站立照护机,次要目的在于提供站立照护机其中的健康照护模块,该站立照护机及健康照护模块可供使用者进行起身、站立、乘坐、以及移位等照护,并可进行日常活动与复健运动。
本发明的站立照护机可适合搭载失能者或复健者的健康照护模块,同时还适配不同失能程度的使用者进行不同复健运动的模块,让失能者及看护人员从失能者生病初期到康复过程中都可操作使用,不但可造福大量人群、提高使用方便性及多功能性,一方面减轻使用者经济负担,更能减少环境资源的浪费。
为达到本发明所述的至少一个优点,本发明的第一较佳实施例提出一种站立照护机,可与多种健康照护模块搭配组合而产生多样的照护与复健功能,站立照护机包括一个移位底盘、一个立架模块、一个坐椅模块、以及一个站立模块。
移位底盘包括一个底盘单元、一个轮脚组件和一个站立踏板。轮脚组件枢接于底盘单元的侧端,站立踏板可拆装地装设于底盘单元。立架模块包括多个固定立架和多个连接座,每一个固定立架的一端装接固定于底盘单元,另一端装接固定于连接座,固定立架上设有立架耦合界面。站立模块包括一个中柱组件和一个下肢支撑组件。中柱组件包括一个中柱,中柱的一端装接固定于底盘单元,另一端装设于立架模块,中柱上设有中柱耦合界面;下肢支撑组件包括一个腿靠组件,装设于中柱组件。坐椅模块通过立架耦合界面可拆装地装设于固定立架的任一高度上,供使用者长时间乘坐。
进一步的,站立照护机还可以包括一个起身模块,装设于移位底盘或立架模块,让照顾者可以通过起身模块协助使用者的站立起身。起身模块包括一个起身基架、一个起身架、以及一个起身驱动装置。起身基架装设于移位底盘或立架模块。起身架的一端枢接于起身基架,另一端设有多个吊钩,吊钩用以钩挂一物体,起身架还包括一个握把,可拆装地装设于起身架。起身 驱动装置的一端装设于中柱或起身基架,另一端装设于起身架,用于驱动起身架的上下转动。
为达到本发明的至少一个优点,本发明的第二较佳实施例提出一种健康照护模块,具体地说,是第一较佳实施例中的移位底盘。移位底盘包括一个底盘单元、一个轮脚组件和一个站立踏板。
为达到本发明的至少一个优点,本发明的第三较佳实施例提出另一种健康照护模块,具体地说,是第一较佳实施例中的立架模块。立架模块包括多个固定立架和多个连接座,每一个固定立架的一端装接固定于底盘单元,另一端装接固定于连接座,固定立架上设有立架耦合界面。
为达到本发明的至少一个优点,本发明的第四较佳实施例提出另一种健康照护模块,具体地说,是第一较佳实施例中的坐椅模块。坐椅模块包括二个第一装接装置、二个第二装接装置、二个第三装接装置、二个枢接座、一个椅架组件、一个坐板组件、以及一个椅背组件。
为达到本发明的至少一优点,本发明的第五较佳实施例提出另一种健康照护模块,具体地说,是第一较佳实施例中的站立模块。站立模块包括一个中柱组件和一个下肢支撑组件,下肢支撑组件还包括一个腿靠组件与一个骑杆组件;为方便使用者的长时间使用和进行日常活动,站立模块进一步还可以包括一个上身支撑组件和一个桌板组件。进一步的,站立模块更可以包括一个起身模块。
为达到本发明的至少一个优点,本发明的第六较佳实施例提出另一种健康照护模块,具体地说,是第五较佳实施例中的起身模块,让照顾者可以通过起身模块协助使用者的站立起身。起身模块包括一个起身基架、一个起身架、以及一个起身驱动装置。
为达到本发明的至少一个优点,本发明的第七较佳实施例提出另一种健康照护模块,具体地说,是第五较佳实施例中的骑杆组件。骑杆组件包括一个骑杆耦接座、一个骑坐杆和一个骑坐椅。骑杆耦接座可调节高度地装设于中柱组件,且位在腿靠组件上方,骑坐杆装设于骑杆耦接座,骑坐椅可调节前后位置地装设于骑坐杆。
为达到本发明的至少一个优点,本发明的第八较佳实施例提出另一种健康照护模块,具体地说,是第五较佳实施例中的一个腿靠组件。腿靠组件是 为方便使用者的起身和站立,包括二个腿靠滑座、二个腿靠座和二个腿靠垫。每一腿靠滑座可调节高度地装设于中柱或中柱耦合滑座的两侧之一,腿靠座可调节前后位置地装设于腿靠滑座,腿靠垫装设于腿靠座。
为达到本发明的至少一个优点,本发明的第九较佳实施例提出另一种健康照护模块,具体地说,是第五较佳实施例中的桌板组件。桌板组件包括一个桌座杆组件和一个桌板,桌座杆组件枢接于中柱上端和上中柱,与上中柱331形成一个平行四边形机构,桌板装设于桌座杆组件上侧端。
因此,利用本发明所提供一种站立照护机及其中的健康照护模块,可对失能者一类的使用者提供多种健康照护功能,包括但不限于供失能者起身、站立、乘坐、移位、如厕、步行等照护以及日常活动的功能。不同的健康照护功能可视使用需求进行自行搭配,实现一机多用,因此,每次使用不同的照护功能时,不需要更换和购买不同种类的辅具,节约使用者的看护照料成本。

第一较佳实施例:站立照护机
为达到本发明所述优点的其中之一,本发明的第一较佳实施例提出一种具有移位功能的站立照护机1,可与多种健康照护模块搭配组合而产生多样的复健与照护功能,如图1所示。
站立照护机1包括有一个移位底盘100、一个立架模块200、以及一个站立模块500。以下的说明是以立架模块200为基点,在使用者(坐椅模块400)一侧为前方,在照顾者站立(站立模块500)一侧为后方。
【移位底盘100】
移位底盘100包括一个底盘单元110、一个轮脚组件120和一个站立踏板130。底盘单元110为水平放置,轮脚组件120枢接于底盘单元110的两侧端,轮脚组件120可做开合作动并带动移位底盘100移动。底盘单元110是一个矩 形框架的结构体,设有多个安装界面,用来装设轮脚组件120、站立踏板130、立架模块200、以及站立模块500。
如图2所示,底盘单元110具有一个平坦的上框架111,用于承载和装设站立踏板130,在底盘单元110的两侧分别装设有二个前轮脚枢座112和二个后轮脚枢座113,用于装设轮脚组件120。底盘单元110还设有多个立架装接界面114、一个中装接界面115、一个前装接界面116、多个后侧装接界面117和多个底装接界面118,用于方便稳固地装设相对应的零部件。
如图1和图2所示,立架装接界面114用于装设固定立架210,中装接界面115用于装设中柱301,前装接界面116用于装设定向轮组件124,后侧装接界面117用来装设后定向轮组件140,底装接界面118用来装设电控模块160(位在站立踏板130下方)。
如图2所示,轮脚组件120包括多个万向轮组件122、至少一个定向轮组件124、二个长脚架121和二个短脚架123。万向轮组件122运转时其在水平面上的移位方向不受限制,而定向轮组件124运转时则限于其在水平面上的前后方向的移位。如图2所示,二个万向轮组件122和二个长脚架121形成二个前轮脚组件127,分别通过前轮脚枢座112枢接于底盘单元110的两侧,利用前轮开合装置125来控制且固定二个前轮脚组件127的开合角度,以方便与轮椅等辅具配合使用。当二个前轮脚组件127打开时,还可增强移位底盘100的整体稳定性。
如图1与图2所示,二个万向轮组件122和二个短脚架123形成二个后轮脚组件128,分别通过后轮脚枢座113枢接于底盘单元110的两侧上,利用后轮开合装置126来控制且固定二个后轮脚组件128的开合角度,以方便与场域环境的配合使用。
如图2所示,为了底盘移位时有更佳的操控性和安全性的考虑,定向轮组件124运转时其在水平面上可设定成仅能朝向一个预先设定的方向移动,且位于多个万向轮为顶点构成的一个水平封闭区域内部。如图2所示,定向轮组件124通过前装接界面116可伸缩地装设于底盘单元110的前侧中间,以配合不同的使用情境。
如图2所示,移位底盘100进一步还可以实施为:为使配合主机装置的各种移行的需求,定向轮组件124至少包含一个定向轮座1241、一个定向轮1247 和一个切换装置1246。切换装置1246是装设于定向轮1241和定向轮座1247之间,用来控制定向轮1247在定向或者可自由转向的状态,或者与地面接触的离合状态。换句话说,将切换装置1246切换到定向操作时,可固定定向轮1247的前进方向,使移位底盘100沿所设定的方向进行移动;将切换装置1246切换到不定向操作时,可以解除定向轮1247的定向状态,使定向轮1247可如万向轮般自由转向,因而使移位底盘100可朝任意方向进行移动。以上的定向或不定向或离合的切换操作可借任何适当的切换机构来完成。
轮脚组件120如此配设,可使移位底盘100的移动更稳定、更省力,同时操控更加便利。但轮脚组件120的配置不限于上述实施例的具体配设,未脱离本发明所揭示的精神下,可以有不同数量和配置的等效改变或修饰。
如图1与图2所示,站立踏板130装设于底盘单元110平坦的矩形框架上,一方面可作为踏板,供使用者的长时间站立或乘坐时的承放双脚,另一方面也可作为一个安装面以承接安装其它模块与构件之用。如图1与图2所示的实施例中,站立踏板130还包括一个可掀踏板131和多个脚踏垫132,可掀踏板131可拆装地装设于底盘单元110矩形框架的前半部上方,脚踏垫132设有条纹状,增加踩踏的摩檫力以加强其防滑性。进一步还可以实施为:可掀踏板131通过一装转装置133可拆装和旋转地装设于底盘单元110上。
请参见图1及2所示,当站立照护机在移动过程中,常有减速、转向和煞车的需要,因此,移位底盘100更包括二个后定向轮组140和二个煞车装置150,如图示实施例中,多个后侧装接界面117分别装设于底盘单元110的左右侧边上,二个后定向轮组140分别装设于二个后侧装接界面117,二个煞车装置150分别装设于二个后定向轮组140,如此配置,不但可增加站立照护机的操控性和安全性,而且容易拆装,方便收纳携带,提升站立照护机的方便性。
【立架模块200】
请见图1和图3,立架模块200装设于移位底盘100上,方便使用者的长时间使用和进行日常活动,进一步的,还可以将一个坐椅模块400可拆装地装设于立架模块200上。
立架模块200包括多个固定立架210和多个连接座220,每一个固定立架210的一端装接固定于底盘单元110的适当位置,例如:侧边,另一端装接固 定于连接座220。固定立架210上还设有立架耦合界面211,用于装接不同功能的复健及照护组件。
如图1所示的实施例中,立架模块200包括二个固定立架210和一个连接座220,其中,二个固定立架210的一端分别装接固定于底盘单元110之两侧前端的立架装接界面114。如此设置,可以增加使用者的活动姿态和范围,同时不会妨碍使用者的进出和使用站立踏板130。但固定立架210的数量不受此实施例限制,一般合理是2或4个。
如图1所示,并参见图4,每一个固定立架210沿垂直方向布设有多个立架耦接孔212,以形成立架耦合界面211,可用于装接、锁固不同功用的照护模块。立架耦接孔212的数量及间距可以视需求布设,而形成多个独立又可互相配合的立架耦合界面211。不同功用的照护模块可通过装设在固定立架210之不同高度的立架耦接孔212来调整其安装高度。在一个较佳实施例中,立架耦接孔212之间的距离相等。
如图1与图4所示,各连接座220设有至少一个立架装接孔221,用来装设固定立架210的上端。可理解为,固定立架210将连接座220装接固定于底盘单元110的上方,使得站立照护机可经由多个固定立架210和多个连接座220装设不同功用的照护模块或者其它构件。
如图1所示,并参见图3,立架模块200进一步还可以实施为:为了使照护模块可以方便且快速地调整在固定立架210之不同高度,立架模块200还包括多个立架耦合装置230,各立架耦合装置230包括一个高度调整装置231,可以方便地操作使立架耦合装置230固定在或脱离立架耦合界面211,以达到简便地、快速地进行高度的调整。如图1所示的实施例中,立架耦合装置230是套装在固定立架210上,且可沿垂直方向上升或下降,并经由高度调整装置231的快速锁固组件锁固于立架耦接孔212。高度调整装置231装设于立架耦合装置230上,设有定位销2312和操作开关2313。定位销2312用于与固定立架210的立架耦接孔212进行结合与锁固,数量可为一个或更多,以便稳固的将立架耦合装置230锁固在固定立架210上。操作开关2313用来操作定位销2312与立架耦接孔212的结合或脱离。较佳的,立架耦合装置230还设有一个组装装置234,可用于装接、锁固不同功用的照护模块。其中,组装装置234包括一个定位凹槽2341和一个定位横销2342和一个锁固件2343。
本发明中的立架模块200的有益效果在于:多种不同功用的照护模块通过立架耦合装置230可在不同应用场景下方便地锁固在固定立架210上的不同高度,以匹配使用者对于照护模块不同的人因需求。
【坐椅模块400】
参见图1,坐椅模块400可拆装地装设于固定立架210的立架耦合界面211之任一高度上,供使用者长时间乘坐。请参见图1与图3,坐椅模块400包括二个第一装接装置440、二个第二装接装置450、二个第三装接装置460、二个枢接座401、一个椅架组件410、一个坐板组件420、以及一个椅背组件430。
如图1与3所示的实施例,各枢接座401可拆装地安装于固定立架210之立架耦合装置230。较佳的,每个枢接座401设有一个耦接构造402,通过一个定位凹槽2341和一个定位横销2342装设于组装装置234,并以一个锁固件2343锁固。椅架组件410包括二个椅架411,分别通过第一装接装置440可转动地与枢接座401相连接和锁固。坐板组件420包括二个坐板421,分别通过第二装接装置450可转动地与椅架411的底部相连接和锁固。椅背组件430通过第三装接装置460与二个椅架411相连接与锁固。如图3所示的实施例中,枢接座401设有一个耦接构造402,装设于立架耦合装置230的组装装置234上,并以一个锁固件2343锁固。
请参见图1和图3,每一个椅架411是由二个长杆412和二个短杆413形成一矩形框架。第一装接装置440包括一个枢接孔441和一个自锁定位装置442。枢接座401通过枢接孔441套接于椅架411一侧的短杆413上,自锁定位装置442装设于椅架411和枢接座401之间,包括多个定位直孔443、一个定位直销444和一个释放键445。如此设置,椅架411可绕枢接孔441在水平方向转动,当转到特定位置或二个椅架411合拢到平行位置时则可自动定位不动。
如图3所示,坐板组件420包括二个坐板421。在一个实施例中,第二装接装置450包括一个枢转组件451和一个限位装置452,每一个坐板421通过枢转组件451装设于椅架411下侧的长杆412上。枢转组件451包括一个U型枢转槽424和一个转轴杆419,U型枢转槽424设在坐板421的一侧,用于套接于做为转轴杆419的长杆412上。限位装置452包括多个长条孔425和多个定位插销426,装设于枢转槽424和转轴杆419之间。如此设置,当坐板421 水平放置时可承载重量,当坐板421向上掀起时可贴近椅架411定位或卸离椅架411。坐板组件420还包括一个坐垫422,装设于二个坐板421或转轴杆419上,可让使用者长时间坐在坐椅模块400上。
如图3所示,椅背组件430包括一个椅背座431和一个椅背靠432,椅背座431通过第三装接装置460装设至椅架组件410上,第三装接装置460包括至少一个枢装锁接装置461,椅背靠432可拆卸式的装设于椅背座431上。在一个实施例中,枢装锁接装置461包括一个钩锁装置462和一个耦接轴套463,耦接轴套463是套设于椅架411一侧的短杆413上,钩锁装置462装设于椅背座431上,用于锁接于耦接轴套463上。如此设置,可使椅背组件430可绕椅架411一侧的短杆413在水平方向转动。在图示例中,椅背座431二侧端各使用一个枢装锁接装置461,如此,可以让照护者在坐椅模块400左右的任一侧位置,都能方便操作椅背座431的开启或关闭动作。
因此,透过上述构造可令坐椅模块400的坐板421呈现张开或合拢状态,以供使用者进出或者乘坐,也可使坐椅模块400方便地拆离或安装于立架模块上。
【站立模块500】
参见图1,站立模块500包括一个中柱组件300和一个下肢支撑组件501,中柱组件300装接固定于底盘单元110,下肢支撑组件501架设于中柱组件300上。
为方便使用者的长时间使用和进行日常活动,参见图4,站立模块500进一步还可以包括一个上身支撑组件502和一个桌板组件503。上身支撑组件502装接于中柱组件300上,且上身支撑组件502位于下肢支撑组件501的上方,桌板组件503则是装设于上中柱331上。
请参见图7,站立模块500进一步还可以包括一个起身模块680,装设于移位底盘100或立架模块200上,以让照顾者可以通过起身模块680协助使用者的站立起身。
【中柱组件300】
中柱组件300包括一个中柱301,中柱301的一端装接固定于底盘单元110的后侧,尤以靠近后侧中央位置为佳,另一端装设于立架模块200。中柱301上设有中柱耦合界面302,用于装接不同功能的复健及照护组件。
结合图1并参见图4所示的实施例,中柱301底端装接固定于底盘单元110的中装接界面115,中柱301上部装设于连接座220。中柱耦合界面302包括多个耦接长槽303,每一个耦接长槽303是沿中柱301的垂直方向布设,可以让装设于中柱301上的部件,方便调整高度并锁固在不同高度的位置。
进一步说明,为了让装设在中柱301的部件,可以简便地、快速地进行高度调整,中柱组件300还包括多个中柱耦合滑座310,与中柱耦合界面302相连结,用于装接不同功能的复健及照护组件。如图1与图4所示,中柱耦合滑座310套装在中柱301的耦接长槽303,可沿垂直方向上升或下降,并经由一个快速锁固组件311(例如:螺栓和滑动螺帽)锁固于耦接长槽303上。
如图4所示,较佳的,中柱组件300还包括一个推握组件320,可拆装地装设于中柱301的上端部,用于照顾者操控和驱动移位底盘100的把手,也可用于使用者握或拉的把手。
【上中柱组件330】
请参见图4与图5,中柱组件300进一步还可以包括一个上中柱组件330,上中柱组件330包括一个上中柱331,枢接并固定于中柱301的顶端,上中柱331上设有上耦合界面332,用于装接不同功能的复健及照护组件。
请参阅图5,上耦合界面332进一步包括多个上耦接长槽333,沿上中柱331的长轴方向布设。上中柱组件330还包括多个上耦合滑座350,与上耦合界面332相连结,更具体的说,是与上耦接长槽333相连接,用于装接不同功能的复健及照护组件。如图5所示,上中柱组件330还包括一个上中柱转接装置340,上中柱331通过上中柱转接装置340枢接并固定于中柱301的顶端。
如图5所示的实施例中,上中柱转接装置340包括一个上中柱座341、一个转轴座342、和一个旋转调节装置343。上中柱座341装设于中柱301顶端,上中柱331装设于转轴座342上,转轴座342枢接于上中柱座341上,通过旋转调节装置343调整上中柱331的旋转角度。如图5所示,旋转调节装置343是设置于上中柱座341上,包括多个限位锥孔3431和一个限位弧槽3432,利用一个旋钮件3433穿过限位锥孔3431锁住转轴座,用于固定上中柱331在一个特定角度位置。
【下肢支撑组件501】
如图4和图5所示,下肢支撑组件501是为方便使用者的起身和站立,因 此,下肢支撑组件501包括一个腿靠组件510,装设于中柱301。如图4和图5所示的实施例,腿靠组件510包括二个腿靠滑座511、二个腿靠座512和二个腿靠垫513。其中,腿靠滑座511可调节高度地装设于中柱301(或中柱耦合滑座310)的两侧之一,腿靠座512可调节前后位置地装设于腿靠滑座511,腿靠垫513装设于腿靠座512上。为方便且快速地调整腿靠组件510的上下高度,腿靠组件510可通过中柱耦合滑座310安装于中柱301,通过中柱耦合滑座310可同步调整腿靠组件510的高度。
若使用者的足部无法自主控制或支撑,下肢支撑组件501还可包括二个足部固定组件520,装设于站立踏板130上,用于固定使用者足部。如图1所示的实施例中,每一个足部固定组件520包括一个脚踝套521和一个脚踝套座522,脚踝套521装设于脚踝套座522上,脚踝套座522装设于站立踏板130上,如此,可满足一些中重度失能使用者(如脑麻患者)在起身和站立时的支撑需求。
请参见图5,为了协助使用者的站立时的臀部支撑,下肢支撑组件501进一步还可以包括一个骑杆组件530,装设于中柱301上。如图5所示的实施例中,骑杆组件530包括一个骑杆耦接座531、一个骑坐杆532和一个骑坐椅533。骑杆耦接座531可调节高度地装设于中柱301(或中柱耦合滑座310),且位在腿靠组件510上方。骑坐杆532装设于骑杆耦接座531,骑坐椅533可调节前后位置地装设于骑坐杆532。
请参见图5,骑杆组件530进一步还可以包括一个骑背靠座534和一个骑背靠组件(未图示),骑背靠座534可调前后位置地装设于骑坐杆532上,骑背靠组件535可调高度地装设于骑背靠座534上,样式不限,用于支撑使用者的背部,甚至头颈部。本发明的实施例中,是采用支撑主模块540,目的是可根据使用者的需求,方便地配置适用的骑背靠组件535。
【上身支撑组件502】
请参见图5,站立模块500进一步还可以包括一个上身支撑组件502和一个桌板组件503,以让使用者的上半身受到支撑且稳定的站立,并进行日常活动或复健运动。如图5所示的实施例中,桌板组件503装设于上中柱331。如图5所示,上身支撑组件502包括一个支撑主模块540,可调节高度地装设于上中柱331。支撑主模块540包括一个装接架541、一个耦合基座542和一个 护靠垫543。装接架541可拆装地装设于上中柱331(或上耦合滑座350)上。护靠垫543安装于耦合基座542的前侧,用来增加支撑身体的柔软感和舒适性。
如图6所示,耦合基座542进一步还可以实施为:近似矩形框架的结构体,设有多个不同的安装界面,用来装设装接架541和护靠垫543、以及不同的照护复健组件。耦合基座542设有多个耦接接口,如图示实施例中,耦接接口包括一组水平耦接口5421、一个上耦接口5422、一个下耦接口5423、一个左耦接口5424和一个右耦接口5425,这些耦接接口配置的特点是可以根据使用者的需求,方便地配置适用的支持组件。
请参见图6,若使用者的身体无法自主直立,支撑主模块540进一步还可以包括一个撑靠组件560,装设于上耦接口5422,用于支撑使用者胸部以上的身体,包含腋下、颈部和头部。如图6所示的实施例中,撑靠组件560包括一个上耦接杆561、一个撑靠耦接座562和一个撑靠杆组件563。上耦接杆561可调节高度地装设于上耦接口5422上,撑靠耦接座562装设固定于上耦接杆561的上端,撑靠杆组件563装设于撑靠耦接座562。
进一步说明,撑靠杆组563的样式不限,如图6所示的实施例,撑靠杆组563包括一个撑靠基架5631和一个撑靠护垫5633。撑靠基架5631装接于撑靠耦接座562,撑靠护垫5633装接固定于撑靠基架5631上。
撑靠组件560进一步还可以实施为:为使上耦接杆561可以方便地装接各种使用者上半身的照顾和复健组件,撑靠耦接座562还设置多个不同的装接界面,如与撑靠基架5631的安装界面外,还包括一个方位定位座5620,如图6所示的实施例中,包括一个方位定位销5621和一个方位调整接头5622,用于方便装设与替换不同型式的支持组件,如头靠组件566或扶握组件564(未图示),同时可以调整仰俯角度,以满足人因需求。
在一个实施例中,支撑主模块540还可以包括一个束带组件544(未图示),装设于护靠垫543、支撑组件551或撑靠组件560,其目的是让使用者身体不会向左右偏转,也可防止其身体的后倾。
请参见图6,支撑主模块540进一步还可以包括一个扶持组件550,装设于水平耦接口5421上,用于扶持和支撑身体上部,尤其是支撑腹部和手部。扶持组件550包括一个支撑组件551,如图6所示的实施例中,支撑组件551包括一个扶持基架5511、二个扶持杆5512和二个扶持靠垫5513。扶持基架5511 装设固定于水平耦接口5421,二个扶持杆5512分别枢接于扶持基架5511的两端,每一个扶持靠垫5513装设于扶持杆5512。进一步还可以实施为:为了方便操作和稳固使用者的身体,支撑组件551更包括一个连动杆组件5514,装设于二个扶持杆5512的枢接端,用于使二个扶持杆5512产生同步外开或合拢的动作。同时,在扶持杆5512或扶持靠垫5513装设一个束带组件544,用于拉紧扶持杆5512,让使用者身体不会向左右偏转,也可防止其身体的后倾。
请参见图6,扶持组件550进一步还可以实施为:扶持组件550还可包括二个肘靠组件552,分别装设于二个扶持杆5512的一端,用于支撑使用者的手部,以让使用者稳固站立或行走。如图6所示的实施例中,每一个肘靠组件552包括一个定位座5521、一个肘靠杆5522、一个肘靠护垫5523和一个操控握把5524。定位座5521装设于扶持杆5512的一端,肘靠杆5522枢接固定于定位座5521,肘靠护垫5523装设于肘靠杆5522,操控握把5524可调节长度地装设固定于肘靠杆5522的一端。
进一步还可以实施为:为了使肘靠杆5522枢接固定于定位座5521,可以增加一个定向装置554。如图6所示的实施例中,定向装置554包括一个连接杆5541、一个定位长槽5542和一个锁固钮件5543。定位长槽5542设置于定位座5521,连接杆5541一端枢接于肘靠杆5522,另一端通过锁固钮件5543可调节地固定于定位长槽5542。如此设置,可使肘靠杆5522的方位的调整角度大于180度,因此,在使用扶持组件550时,可以让使用者身体面向前方或后方,增加使用的方便性和效益性。支撑主模块540还包括一个束带组件544,装设于护靠垫543、支撑组件551或撑靠组件560,其目的是让使用者身体不会向左右偏转,也可防止其身体的后倾。
【桌板组件503】
请参见图6,桌板组件503进一步还包括一个桌座杆组件5031和一个桌板5032,桌座杆组件5031枢接于中柱301上端和上中柱331上端,桌板5032装设于桌座杆组件5031上侧端。
如图6所示的实施例中,上中柱331可以因使用者的需求而前后调整角度。为使桌板始终保持水平,桌座杆组件5031包括一个桌板杆上座5035、一个支撑杆组5036和一个桌板架5037。桌板杆上座5035装设于上中柱331的上部,桌板架5037枢接于桌板杆上座5035,支撑杆组5036二端分别枢接于中柱301 上端(或上中柱座341)和桌板架5037,使桌座杆组件5031与上中柱331形成一平行四边形机构。因此,装设于桌板架5037上的桌板5032,能够始终保持水平,不受上中柱331的旋转所影响。
【起身模块680】
请参见图7,站立照护机进一步还可以包括一个起身模块680,装设于移位底盘100或立架模块200上,以让照顾者可以通过起身模块680协助使用者的站立起身。
如图7所示的实施例中,起身模块680包括一个起身基架681、一个起身架682和一个起身驱动装置683。起身基架681装设于移位底盘100或立架模块200上,起身架682的一端枢接于起身基架681,另一端设有一个吊钩6821和一个扶手6822,吊钩6821用于钩挂一吊布等配件,起身驱动装置683的一端装设于起身基架681,另一端装设于起身架682,用于驱动起身架682的上下转动,可供使用者借由电力进行站立起身的功用。如此配置,照顾者可以通过起身模块680协助使用者的站立起身。
进一步,为了让使用者在起身过程中,双手可以方便抓握,以稳定身体的姿态,起身架682还包括一个握把(未图示),可拆装地装设于起身架682上。更进一步,为让照顾者容易操控机器的移动,起身基架681还包括一个推移组件685,装设于起身基架681的上端部。
第二较佳实施例:移位底盘100
为达到本发明所述的至少一个优点,本发明进一步提出第二较佳实施例,是一种健康照护模块,更具体的说,是第一较佳实施例提出的站立照护机所使用的移位底盘100,请参见图1与图2,移位底盘100包括一个底盘单元110、一个轮脚组件120和一个站立踏板130。
第三较佳实施例:立架模块200
为达到本发明所述的至少一个优点,本发明进一步提出第三较佳实施例,是一种健康照护模块,更具体的说,是第一较佳实施例提出的站立照护机所使用的立架模块200,装设于移位底盘100上,方便使用者的长时间使用和进行日常活动。立架模块200包括多个固定立架210和多个连接座220,每一个固定立架210的一端装接固定于底盘单元110,另一端装接固定于连接座220,固定立架210上还设有立架耦合界面211。
进一步的,还可以将一个坐椅模块400可拆装地装设于立架模块200上,参见图1与图2。
第四较佳实施例:坐椅模块400
为达到本发明所述的至少一个优点,本发明进一步提出第四较佳实施例,是一种健康照护模块,更具体的说,是第一较佳实施例提出的站立照护机所使用的坐椅模块400,可拆装地装设于固定立架210的立架耦合界面211之任一高度上,供使用者长时间乘坐。请参见图1与图3,坐椅模块400包括二个第一装接装置440、二个第二装接装置450、二个第三装接装置460、二个枢接座401、一个椅架组件410、一个坐板组件420、以及一个椅背组件430。
第五较佳实施例:站立模块500
为达到本发明所述的至少一个优点,本发明进一步提出第五较佳实施例,是一种健康照护模块,更具体的说,是第一较佳实施例提出的站立照护机所使用的站立模块500,请参见图1,站立模块500包括一个中柱组件300和一个下肢支撑组件501,中柱组件300装接固定于底盘单元110,下肢支撑组件501架设于中柱组件300上。为方便使用者的长时间使用和进行日常活动,参见图4,站立模块500进一步还可以包括一个上身支撑组件502和一个桌板组件503。请参见图7,站立模块500进一步还可以包括一个起身模块680,装设于移位底盘100或立架模块200上,让照顾者可以通过起身模块680协助使用者的站立起身。
第六较佳实施例:起身模块680
为达到本发明所述的至少一个优点,本发明进一步提出第六较佳实施例,是一种健康照护模块,更具体的说,是第五较佳实施例提出的站立模块500当中的起身模块680。如图7所示,起身模块680装设于移位底盘100或立架模块200上,以让照顾者可以通过起身模块680协助使用者的站立起身。

为达到本发明所述的至少一个优点,本发明进一步提出第八较佳实施例,是一种健康照护模块,更具体的说,是第五较佳实施例提出的站立模块500当中的下肢支撑组件501所使用的腿靠组件510,如图4与图5所示。腿靠组件510包括二个腿靠滑座511、二个腿靠座512和二个腿靠垫513。
第九较佳实施例:桌板组件503
为达到本发明所述的至少一个优点,本发明进一步提出第九较佳实施例,是一种健康照护模块,更具体的说,是第五较佳实施例提出的站立模块500所使用的桌板组件503,以让使用者的上半身受到支撑且稳定的站立,并进行日常活动或复健运动,如图5与图6所示。桌板组件503装设于上中柱331,包括一个桌座杆组件5031和一个桌板5032,桌座杆组件5031枢接于中柱301上端和上中柱331上端,桌板5032装设于桌座杆组件5031上侧端。
利用本发明所提供一种站立照护机及其中各种健康照护模块,可对失能者一类的使用者提供多种健康照护功能,包括但不限于供失能者起身、站立、乘坐、移位、如厕、步行等照护以及日常活动的功能。不同的健康照护功能可视使用需求进行自行搭配,实现一机多用,因此,当需要使用不同照护功能时,不需要另外购买不同种类的辅具,只需要使用者自行更换搭配即可,能有效节约使用者的看护照料的时间与成本。

    所述立架模块(200)包括多个固定立架(210)和多个连接座(220),每一个所述固定立架(210)的一端装接固定于所述底盘单元(110),另一端装接固定于所述连接座(220),所述固定立架(210)上设有立架耦合界面(211);
    所述站立模块(500)包括一个中柱组件(300)和一个下肢支撑组件(501);

    一个起身架(682),一端枢接于起身基架(681),另一端设有多个吊钩(6821),所述吊钩(6821)用以钩挂一物体,所述起身架(682)还包括一个握把(684),可拆装地装设于起身架(682);以及
    一个起身驱动装置(683),一端装设于所述中柱(301)或所述起身基架(681),另一端装设于所述起身架(682),用于驱动所述起身架(682)的上下转动。
  13. 如权利要求1至12其中任一项所述的站立照护机,其特征在于:
    所述立架模块(200)的所述立架耦合界面(211)包括多个沿所述固定立架(210)的垂直方向布设的立架耦接孔(212),所述立架模块(200)还包括至少二个立架耦合装置(230),通过所述立架耦接孔(212)可在任一高度连接和锁固于所述固定立架(210),每一所述立架耦合装置(230)设有一个组装装置(234);
    所述坐椅模块(400)包括二个第一装接装置(440)、二个第二装接装置(450)、二个第三装接装置(460)、二个枢接座(401)、一个椅架组件(410)、一个坐板组件(420)、以及一个椅背组件(430),二个所述枢接座(401)分别通过所述组装装置(234)可拆装地安装于所述固定立架(210),所述椅架组件(410)包括二个椅架(411),分别通过所述第一装接装置(440)可转动地锁固于所述枢接座(401),所述坐板组件(420)包括二个坐板(421),分别通过所述第二装接装置(450)可转动地锁固于所述椅架(411)的底部,所述椅背组件(430)通过所述第三装接装置(460)锁固于所述椅架(411)。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的站立照护机,其特征在于:
    每一所述立架耦合装置(230)设有一个组装装置(234),所述组装装置(234)包括一个定位凹槽(2341)和一个定位横销(2342)和一个锁固件(2343);每一所述枢接座(401)设有一个耦接构造(402),通过所述定位凹槽(2341)和所述定位横销(2342)装设于所述组装装置(234),并以所述锁固件(2343) 锁固;
    每个所述第一装接装置(440)包括一个枢接孔(441)和一个自锁定位装置(442),所述枢接孔(441)设置于所述枢接座(401)上,所述自锁定位装置(442)装设于所述椅架(411)和所述枢接座(401)之间;
    每个所述第二装接装置(450)包括一个枢转组件(451)和一个限位装置(452),所述枢转组件(451)包括一个U型枢转槽(424)和一个转轴杆(419),所述U型枢转槽(424)设在所述坐板(421)的一侧,用于套接于所述椅架(411)底部的所述转轴杆(419),所述限位装置(452)包括多个长条孔(425)和多个定位插销(426),装设于所述枢转槽(424)和所述转轴杆(419)之间;
    每个所述第三装接装置(460)包括至少一个枢装锁接装置(461),包括一个钩锁装置(462)和一个耦接轴套(463),所述耦接轴套(463)是套设于所述椅架(411)的一侧,所述钩锁装置(462)装设于所述椅背组件(430),用于锁接于所述耦接轴套(463)。
  15. 一种健康照护模块,使用在权利要求14所述的站立照护机,所述站立照护机包括有一个移位底盘(100)、一个立架模块(200)、一个坐椅模块(400)、以及一个站立模块(500);其特征在于:
    所述健康照护模块为包含于权利要求14中的所述移位底盘(100)。
  16. 一种健康照护模块,使用在权利要求14所述的站立照护机,所述站立照护机包括有一个移位底盘(100)、一个立架模块(200)、一个坐椅模块(400)、以及一个站立模块(500);其特征在于:
    所述健康照护模块为包含于权利要求14中的所述立架模块(200)。
  17. 一种健康照护模块,使用在权利要求14所述的站立照护机,所述站立照护机包括有一个移位底盘(100)、一个立架模块(200)、一个坐椅模块(400)、以及一个站立模块(500);其特征在于:
    所述健康照护模块为包含于权利要求14中的所述坐椅模块(400)。
  18. 一种健康照护模块,使用在权利要求1至12其中任一项所述的站立照护机,所述站立照护机包括有一个移位底盘(100)、一个立架模块(200)、一个坐椅模块(400)、以及一个站立模块(500);其特征在于:
    所述健康照护模块为包含于权利要求1至12其中任一项中的所述站立模 块(500)。
  19. 一种健康照护模块,使用在权利要求12所述的站立照护机,所述站立照护机包括有一个移位底盘(100)、一个立架模块(200)、一个坐椅模块(400)、一个站立模块(500)、以及一个起身模块(680);其特征在于:
    所述健康照护模块为包含于权利要求12中的所述起身模块(680)。
  20. 一种健康照护模块,使用在权利要求2或4所述的站立照护机,所述站立照护机包括有一个移位底盘(100)、一个立架模块(200)、一个坐椅模块(400)、以及一个站立模块(500),所述站立模块(500)包括一个中柱组件(300)和一个下肢支撑组件(501),所述下肢支撑组件(501)还包括一个骑杆组件(530);其特征在于:
    所述健康照护模块为包含于权利要求2或4中的所述骑杆组件(530)。
  21. 一种健康照护模块,使用在权利要求1或4所述的站立照护机,所述站立照护机包括有一个移位底盘(100)、一个立架模块(200)、一个坐椅模块(400)、以及一个站立模块(500),所述站立模块(500)包括一个中柱组件(300)和一个下肢支撑组件(501),所述下肢支撑组件(501)还包括一个腿靠组件(510);其特征在于:
    所述健康照护模块为包含于权利要求1或4中的所述腿靠组件(510)。
  22. 一种健康照护模块,使用在权利要求2或11所述的站立照护机,所述站立照护机包括有一个移位底盘(100)、一个立架模块(200)、一个坐椅模块(400)、以及一个站立模块(500),所述站立模块(500)还包括一个桌板组件(503);其特征在于:
