起身移位机、撑起照护机、及其中的升降主机与健康照护模块 技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗复健与健康照护辅助器材,特别是指一种升降主机及包含该升降主机的辅具系统,如起身移位机及撑起照护机。
背景技术【先前技术】
随着医疗科技不断的进步,人们寿命不断的延长,这使得每个国家的老年人口比例逐渐升高,也使得相关医疗复健与看护需求不断上升,连带的相关周边医疗复健与健康照护辅助器材的需求也不断看涨。
失能型态有因高龄伴随身体机能的衰退与失能,有因疾病和意外造成身体损伤和失能,对于失能者的日常生活看护与医疗复健,一般医护及照顾人员,为了方便照顾行动不便的失能者,通常会利用病床、轮椅、助行器、移位机等的辅助移动工具来帮助失能者移动。
但对于失能者的照护、治疗、复健、运动的过程中,会因失能型态与失能程度的不同,所需要的辅具种类和功能也会有所不同。因此,每种辅助移动工具在失能者康复过程中使用的时机是有限度的,且每每在使用一段时期后,就因失能者的身体机能恢复而不再使用,反之亦然;再者,失能者与看护者也因此必须经常购买不同功能的辅助移动工具来使用,此举不仅提高失能者、家属、看护机构的经济负担,也会造成医护及看护上的不方便。
此类移位和照护辅具对于年老体弱者、失能者而言,能够使用其辅助使用者方便地完成日常生活中的移动与转位任务。对护理人员来说,借助此移位和照护辅具能够省力地有效提高其护理质量,减少护理人员因照护所产生的腰部、背部损伤的风险。
但同时,对于年老体弱者、失能者而言,日常的站立和肌力训练的复健运动也是必不可少的,有效的训练能够降低肢体肌肉萎缩的风险,同时还能够提高步行能力,有助于下肢的康复。
当前市场上的此类移位辅具基本可满足对年老体弱者、失能者进行移位的需求,但功能性多较为单一,不能满足使用者的日常肢体训练(例如行走、下蹲等来保持肌肉健康),并且在进行其他基本生活活动如清洗、如厕等时,使用不便。
因此,开发一种能够满足失能者日常生活活动以及基本康复训练功能性强的、可配合多种不同照护模块使用的移位和照护辅具,已成为本领域技术人员欲积极解决的问题之一。
现有技术中,专利号TWM622595揭示一种升降主机,可与多种照护模块搭配组合而产生多样的照护功能,该升降主机包括:一立柱模块,包括一个固定支架和一升降支架,该升降支架位于该固定支架的上方且可沿垂直方向上下移动,该升降支架上设有至少一个耦合接口,用以装接该多种照护模块;一移位模块,包括一个底盘单元和一轮脚组,该轮脚组枢接于该底盘单元的侧端,该底盘单元具有一平坦的上表面且与该固定支架连接,以及可作为踏板之用;一驱动模块,装设于该底盘单元,驱动该升降支架沿竖直方向上下移动:以及一手柄模块,安装于该立柱模块的一侧,用于推动或拉动该升降主机。
现有技术中,专利号TWI791298披露一种乘载模块,可拆卸地装设于一垂直支撑模块上,该乘载模块包括:二个装接基座,安装在该垂直支撑模块上;二个护栏,分别藉由一第一个耦合装置可转动的与该装接基座相连接和锁固;二个附加电路板,分别藉由一第二耦合装置安装于该二个护栏的底部,当该附加电路板向上掀起时贴近该护栏,当该附加电路板水平放置时可用于乘载重量;以及一背靠组件,藉由一第三耦合装置与二个该护栏相连接和锁固。
现有技术中,专利号TWI791297披露一种垂直支撑模块,可与多种照护模块搭配组合而产生多样的照护功能,该垂直支撑模块包括:移位模块,至少包括一个底盘单元和一轮脚组,该轮脚组枢接于该底盘单元的侧端,该底盘单元具有一平坦的上表面,可作为踏板之用;支撑骨架模块,包括复数根立杆和复数个连接板,该复数根立杆的一端装接固定于该底盘单元上,另一端与该复数个连接板联接并固定在复数个该连接板的下方;以及耦合模块,包括复数个耦合装置和复数个耦合接口,设于该移位模块和该支撑骨架模块上,用于装接、锁固该不同功用的照护模块;其中,该耦合接口包括复数个第一锁孔,该复数个第一锁孔是沿该立杆的垂直方向布设于上;该耦合装置包括一个高度调整装置,该高度调整装置滑动套设于该立杆上,并通过该第一锁孔锁固于该立杆上。
上述现有技术对于起身站立和复健照护之相关功能上仍显有不足之处,有改善的必要,因此,本发明乃提出一种解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种升降主机,次要目的在于提供一种包含该升降主机的辅具,如起身移位机和撑起照护机,另一目的在于提供一种使用在该升降主机的健康照护模块。该升降主机可进行移位,并可装设不同功用的健康照护模块,且可进行上下高度调节。撑起照护机借由装设于升降主机的撑起模块,可供失能使用者借由看护人员出力或动力进行升降移位和站立起身的功用。起身移位机借由该升降主机及装设于升降主机的起身模块,可提供 动力协助失能使用者进行起身和站立等照护,并可进行日常的活动和复健运动,以提升失能使用者的生活质量和身体健康。
通过本发明提出的升降主机及装设有此种升降主机的撑起照护机和起身移位机,让失能者及看护人员从失能者生病初期到康复过程中都可操作使用,不但可造福大量人群、提高使用方便性及多功能性,一方面减轻失能使用者经济负担,更能减少环境资源的浪费。
为达到本发明所述的至少一个优点,本发明的第一较佳实施例提出一种升降主机,可与多种健康照护模块搭配组合而产生多样的照护和复健功能,升降主机包括移位底盘、升降柱组件、以及下肢支撑组件。
移位底盘包括一个底盘单元、一个轮脚组件和一个站立踏板,轮脚组件枢接于底盘单元的侧端,站立踏板可拆装地装设于底盘单元,底盘单元包括一个中装接界面。升降柱组件包括一个固定柱、一个升降柱和一个动力驱动模块,固定柱的一端装接固定于中装接界面,升降柱位于固定柱的上方且可沿垂直方向上下移动,升降柱上设有至少一个动柱耦合界面具有多个耦合点,沿垂直方向布设在升降柱,用于装接多种照护模块,动力驱动模块装设于底盘单元,驱动升降柱沿竖直方向上下移动;下肢支撑组件包括一个腿靠组件,装设于升降柱组件。
为达到本发明所述的至少一个优点,本发明的第二较佳实施例提出一种撑起照护机,包括一个撑起模块、以及第一较佳实施例所述的升降主机,撑起模块安装架设在升降主机的顶部。
撑起模块安装架设在升降主机的升降柱组件的顶部,撑起模块包括一个撑起基座、一个撑起支架、一个承撑架组、一个操控把手、以及一个自动定位装置。撑起基座装设于升降柱顶端,撑起支架枢接于撑起基座,并经由该自动定位装置定位于一个预设的特定位置,承撑架组装设固定于撑起支架的一端,操控把手枢接固定于撑起支架的另一端。
为达到本发明所述的至少一个优点,本发明的第三较佳实施例提出一种起身移位机,包括一个起身模块、以及第一较佳实施例所述的升降主机。起身模块装设于升降主机,起身模块包括一个起身基架、一个起身架、以及一个起身驱动装置。起身基架装设于升降主机的升降柱组件或移位底盘。起身架一端枢接于起身基架,另一端设有一个吊钩和一个扶手,吊钩用于钩挂一物体。起身驱动装置一端装设于起身基架,另一端装设于起身架,用于驱动起身架的上下转动。起身基架还包括一个推移组件,装设于起身基架的上端部。起身架还包括一个握把,可拆装地装设于起身架。
为达到本发明所述优点的其中之一,本发明的第四较佳实施例提出一种健康照护模块,更具体的说,是第一较佳实施例提出的升降主机所使用的腿靠组件。腿靠组件包括二个腿靠 滑座、二个腿靠座和二个腿靠垫。每一腿靠滑座可调节高度地装设于动柱耦合滑座或耦合套座的两侧之一,腿靠座可调节前后位置地装设于腿靠滑座,腿靠垫装设于腿靠座。
为达到本发明所述优点的其中之一,本发明的第五较佳实施例提出一种健康照护模块,更具体的说,是第一较佳实施例提出的升降主机所使用的骑杆组件。骑杆组件包括一个骑杆耦接座、一个骑坐杆和一个骑坐椅。骑杆耦接座可调节高度地装设于升降柱或所述动柱耦合滑座,且位在腿靠组件上方,骑坐杆装设于骑杆耦接座,骑坐椅可调节前后位置地装设于骑坐杆。
因此,本发明所提供的升降主机具有容易操控的移动能力,亦可装设不同的健康照护模块并可进行上下高度调节的升降移位。本发明所提供的撑起照护机借由装设于升降主机的撑起模块,可供失能使用者借由看护人员出力或动力进行升降移位和站立起身的功用,以减轻看护人员的负担和增加失能使用者的舒适性和安全性。本发明所提供的起身移位机借由该升降主机及装设于升降主机的起身模块,可提供动力协助失能使用者进行起身和站立等照护,并可进行日常的活动和复健运动。由此,看护人员或失能使用者可借助所述升降主机、撑起移位机、或起身照护机,提供失能使用者进行不同照护、日常活动、以及复健运动,其中,不同的健康照护功能可视使用需求进行自行搭配,实现一机多用,因此,每次使用不同的照护功能时,不需要更换和购买不同种类的辅具,各种模块自由搭配,便于组装、拆卸、收纳,节约失能使用者的看护照料成本。

本发明主要揭示一种升降主机及包含该升降主机的起身移位机和撑起照护机,其中所涉及的机械结构强度的计算知识与机构运动原理,已为相关技术领域具有通常知识者所能理解,故以下不再作完整描述。同时,以下文中所对照的附图,仅表达与本发明有关的结构示意,并未亦不需要依据实际尺寸完整绘制,在先说明。
第一较佳实施例:升降主机1
为达到本发明所述的至少一个优点,本发明的第一较佳实施例提出一种升降主机具有移位功能的升降主机1,可与多种健康照护模块搭配组合而产生多样的复健与照护功能。
如图1所示,升降主机1包括一个移位底盘100、一个升降柱组件360、以及一个下肢支撑组件501。以下的说明是以升降柱组件360为基点,在失能使用者(骑杆组件530)一侧为前方,在看护人员站立(推把组件375)一侧为后方。
【移位底盘100】
移位底盘100包括一个底盘单元110、一个轮脚组件120和一个站立踏板130。底盘单元110为水平放置,轮脚组件120枢接于底盘单元110的两侧端,轮脚组件120可做开合作动并带动升降主机1移动。底盘单元110是一个大致呈矩形的框架结构体,设有多个安装界面,用来装设轮脚组件120、站立踏板130、立架模块200和升降柱组件360。
如图2所示,底盘单元110具有一个平坦的上框架111,用于承载和装设站立踏板130,在底盘单元110的两侧分别装设有二个前轮脚枢座112和二个后轮脚枢座113,用于装设轮脚组件120。底盘单元110还设有多个立架装接界面114、一个中装接界面115、一个前装接界面116、多个后侧装接界面117和多个底装接界面118,用于方便稳固地装设相对应的零部件。
如图1和图2所示,并参见图5,立架装接界面114用于装设固定立架210,中装接界面115用于装设固定柱361,前装接界面116用于装设定向轮组件124,后侧装接界面117用来装设后定向轮组件140,底装接界面118用来装设电控模块160(位在站立踏板130下方)。
如图2所示,轮脚组件120包括多个万向轮组件122、至少一个定向轮组件124、二个长脚架121和二个短脚架123。万向轮组件122运转时其在水平面上的移位方向不受限制,而定向轮组件124运转时则限于其在水平面上的前后方向的移位。如图2所示,二个万向轮组件122和二个长脚架121形成二个前轮脚组件127,分别通过前轮脚枢座112枢接于底盘单元110的两侧,利用前轮开合装置125来控制且固定二个前轮脚组件127的开合角度,以方 便与轮椅等辅具配合使用。当二个前轮脚组件127打开时,还可增强升降主机1的整体稳定性。
如图1与图2所示,二个万向轮组件122和二个短脚架123形成二个后轮脚组件128,分别通过后轮脚枢座113枢接于底盘单元110的两侧,利用后轮开合装置126来控制且固定二个后轮脚组件128的开合角度,以方便与场域环境的配合使用。
如图2所示,为了移位时有更佳的操控性和安全性,定向轮组件124运转时其在水平面上可设定成仅能朝向一个预先设定的方向移动,且位于多个万向轮为顶点构成的一个水平封闭区域内部。如图2所示,定向轮组件124通过前装接界面116可伸缩地装设于底盘单元110的前侧中间,以配合不同的使用情境。
请参见图2,为使配合升降主机的各种移行的需求,定向轮组件124至少包含一个定向轮座1241、一个定向轮1247和一个切换装置1246。切换装置1246是装设于定向轮1241和定向轮座1247之间,用来控制定向轮1247在定向或者可自由转向的状态,或者与地面接触的离合状态。换句话说,将切换装置1246切换到定向操作时,可固定定向轮1247的前进方向,使移位底盘100沿所设定的方向进行移动;将切换装置1246切换到不定向操作时,可以解除定向轮1247的定向状态,使定向轮1247可如万向轮般自由转向,因而使移位底盘100可朝任意方向进行移动。以上的定向或不定向或离合的切换操作可借任何适当的切换机构来完成。
轮脚组件120如此配设,可使移位底盘100及升降主机1的移动更稳定、更省力,同时操控更加便利。但轮脚组件120的配置不限于上述实施例的具体配设,未脱离本发明所揭示的精神下,可以有不同数量和配置的等效改变或修饰。
请参见图2所示,升降主机1在移动过程中,常有减速、转向和煞车的需要,因此,移位底盘100更进一步还可以包括二个后定向轮组140和二个煞车装置150。如图示实施例中,多个后侧装接界面117分别装设于底盘单元110的左右侧边,二个后定向轮组140分别装设于二个后侧装接界面117,二个煞车装置150分别装设于二个后定向轮组140,如此配置,不但可增加升降主机1的操控性和安全性,而且容易拆装,方便收纳携带,提高升降主机1的方便性。
如图1与图2所示,站立踏板130装设于底盘单元110上平坦的上框架111,作为踏板之用,供失能使用者的长时间站立或乘坐时的承放双脚,也可作为一安装面以承接安装其它模块与构件之用。如图1与图2所示的实施例中,站立踏板130还包括一个可掀踏板131和多个脚踏垫132,可掀踏板131可拆装地装设于底盘单元110矩形框架的前半部上方,脚踏 垫132设有条纹状,增加踩踏的摩檫力以加强其防滑性。进一步地,可掀踏板131借由一个装转装置133可拆装和旋转地装设于底盘单元110。
【升降柱组件360】
请参见图1所示,升降柱组件360包括一个固定柱361、一个升降柱362和一个动力驱动模块363。固定柱361的一端装接固定于中装接界面115,升降柱362位于固定柱361的上方且可沿垂直方向上下移动,动力驱动模块363一端装设于底盘单元110,另一端连接于升降柱362,以驱动升降柱362沿竖直方向上下移动。
升降柱362设有至少一个动柱耦合界面3621,其具有多个耦合点,沿垂直方向布设在升降柱362,用于装接多种照护模块,以方便调整其高度并锁固在不同高度的位置。如图1所示的实施例中,动柱耦合界面3621的形式可以是锁孔条或耦合长槽;其中,锁孔条是设有多个动柱耦接孔3622的长条杆件。
为了装设在升降柱362的部件,可以简便地、快速地进行高度调整,升降柱组件360进一步还可以包括至少一个动柱耦合滑座370,装设于升降柱362的动柱耦合界面3621,用于装接不同功能的健康照护模块。更进一步可以实施为:动柱耦合滑座370还包括二个安装座371,分别锁固于动柱耦合滑座370的左右两侧界面,每个安装座371设有一个穿透的中空套管3711,中空套管3711一端装设有锁固装置3712,用于装接健康照护模块如支撑主模块。
请参见图1与图8,因为有些照护模块或部件不需要与升降柱362连动,但固定柱361又没有装设界面,因此升降柱组件360还可以包括一个耦合支架380,装设于固定柱361的基座。耦合支架380包括一个耦合杆组381和一个耦合套座382,耦合杆组381装设于固定柱361的基座,耦合套座382装设于耦合杆组381,更进一步,可以调整其在耦合杆组381的高度,用于装接不同功能的健康照护模块,以满足失能使用者的人因需求或使用情境需求。
较佳的,升降主机1还包括一个推把组件375(未圖示),可拆装地装设于升降柱362上端部的一侧,用于看护人员操控和驱动升降主机的把手,也可用于失能使用者握或拉的把手。
【下肢支撑组件501】
下肢支撑组件501是为方便失能使用者的起身和站立,下肢支撑组件501包括一个腿靠组件510,装设于所述升降柱组件360。如图1所示的实施例,腿靠组件510包括二个腿靠滑座511、二个腿靠座512和二个腿靠垫513,其中,每个腿靠滑座511装设于耦合套座382(也可装设于升降柱362)的两侧之一,腿靠座512可调节前后位置地装设于腿靠滑座511,腿靠垫513装设于腿靠座512。如此设置,腿靠组件510可以满足失能使用者不同姿态和情境的需要。进一步地,若失能使用者的足部无法自主控制或支撑,下肢支撑组件501还包括二个足部固定组件520,装设于移位底盘100,用于固定失能使用者足部。如图1所示的实施例, 每个足部固定组件520包括一个脚踝套521和一个脚踝套座522,脚踝套521装设于脚踝套座522,脚踝套座522装设于站立踏板130,如此,可满足一些中重度失能失能使用者(如脑麻患者)在起身和站立时的支撑需求。
请参见图1与图3,为了协助失能使用者的站立时的臀部支撑,下肢支撑组件501进一步还可以包括一个骑杆组件530,装设于升降柱组件360,用于失能使用者的身体支撑。如图1所示的实施例,骑杆组件530包括一个骑杆耦接座531、一个骑坐杆532和一个骑坐椅533。其中,骑杆耦接座531可调节高度地装设于动柱耦合滑座370,且位在腿靠组件510上方,骑坐杆532装设于骑杆耦接座531,骑坐椅533可调节前后位置地装设于骑坐杆532。
如图1所示的实施例中,骑杆组件530进一步还可以包括一个骑背靠座534和一个骑背靠组件(未图示),骑背靠组件可用于支撑失能使用者的背部,甚至头颈部,样式不限,本发明的实施例中,是采用承撑架组730,如图4所示,目的是可根据失能使用者的需求,方便地配置适用的骑背靠组件。
第二较佳实施例:撑起照护机
为达到本发明所述的至少一个优点,本发明的第二较佳实施例提出一种撑起照护机2,包括一个撑起模块700、以及第一较佳实施例所述的升降主机1,如图3所示,撑起模块700安装架设在升降主机1的顶部,更具体的说,是安装架设在升降柱组件360的顶部,可供失能使用者借由看护人员出力或电力进行升降移位和站立起身的功用。
【撑起模块700】
请参见图3与图4,撑起模块700安装架设在升降柱组件360的顶部,主要是用来协助看护人员方便让失能使用者起身,并达到省时省力的效果。撑起模块700包括一个撑起基座710、一个撑起支架720、一承撑架组730、一操控把手740、以及一个自动定位装置750。如图3所示的实施例,撑起基座710装设于升降柱362顶端,撑起支架720枢接于撑起基座710,并经由该自动定位装置750定位于一个预设的特定位置,承撑架组730装设固定于撑起支架720的一端,操控把手740枢接固定于撑起支架720的另一端。如此设置,可让看护人员轻松地透过操控操控把手740,以使撑起模块700产生转动,进而带动失能使用者起身,甚至站起。
为了失能使用者在起身和回坐过程,手肘能有舒适的支撑点,撑起模块进一步还可以包括一个手肘护垫770,装设固定于撑起支架720。再者,为了减轻看护人员的操控力量,并减缓失能使用者坐下时的冲击,撑起模块700进一步还可以包括一个伸缩缓降装置760,一端枢接于撑起支架720,另一端枢接于升降柱362。所述伸缩缓降装置760进一步还可以实施为一个电动螺杆的型式,更可达到省力和舒适的目标。
【承撑架组730】
如图3与图4所示,为了使用者在起身和回坐过程,身体能有舒适的承靠,承撑架组730主要包括一个耦合基座542和一个护靠垫543,耦合基座542可调节长度地装设固定于撑起支架720,设有多个耦接接口5420,主要包括一组水平耦接口5421、一个上耦接口5422、一个下耦接口5423、一个左耦接口5424和一个右耦接口5425,这些耦接接口配置的特点是可以根据使用者的需求,方便地配置适用的承靠和支撑组件。
如图3和图4所示,承撑架组730还包括一个撑靠组件560,装设于上耦接口5422。撑靠组件560主要包括一个上耦接杆561、一个撑靠耦接座562和一个撑靠杆组563,上耦接杆561可调节高度地装设于上耦接口5422,撑靠耦接座562装设固定于上耦接杆561上端,撑靠杆组563装设于撑靠耦接座562。如图4所示的实施例,所述撑靠杆组563进一步还可以包括一个撑靠基架5631和一撑靠护垫5633。撑靠基架5631装接于撑靠耦接座562,撑靠护垫5633装设于撑靠基架5631。进一步说明,为使撑靠耦接座562可以方便地装接各种使用者上半身的照顾和支持组件,撑靠耦接座562还包括一个方位定位座5620,如图所示的实施例中,包括一个方位定位销5621和一个方位调整接头5622,如若使用者的头颈部需要支撑的情况,撑靠组件560还包括一个头靠组件566,枢接于方位调整接头5622,可通过方位定位销5621,调整并固定其仰俯角度。
为了让使用者有较稳固的扶持和保护,如图4所示,承撑架组730进一步还可以包括一个扶持组件550,装设于水平耦接口5421上,用于扶持和支撑身体上部,尤其是支撑腹部和手部。扶持组件550主要包括一个支撑组件551,如图所示的实施例中,支撑组件551包括一个扶持杆架5511、二个扶持杆5512和二个扶持靠垫5513,扶持杆架5511装设固定于水平耦接口5421,二个扶持杆5512分别枢接于扶持杆架5511的两端,每一扶持靠垫5513装设于扶持杆5512。扶持组件550更包括一个连动杆组5514,装设于二个扶持杆5512的枢接端,用以使二个扶持杆5512产生同步外开或合拢的动作。当失能使用者较为虚弱或下肢失能较重,需要增加臀部的支撑,如图4所示的实施例,承撑架组730还包括一个坐杆组件570,主要包括一个下耦接杆571和一个坐椅杆组572,下耦接杆571装设于下耦接口5423,坐椅杆组572装设于下耦接杆571。所述承撑架组730还包括一个束带组544,装设于护靠垫543、扶持组件550或撑靠组件560上。
【立架模块200和坐椅模块400】
更佳的,请参阅图5与图6,升降主机1进一步还可以包括一个立架模块200和坐椅模块400,立架模块200装设于底盘单元110侧边的立架装接界面114,坐椅模块400可拆装的 装设于立架模块200,目的是让失能使用者可以长时间乘坐在撑起照护机,以及方便其日常生活上活动,尤其是方便地如厕、经常性进行起身和站立的运动等等。
请参阅图5,立架模块200包括多个固定立架210和多个连接座220,每个固定立架210的一端装接固定于底盘单元110的适当位置,例如:侧边,另一端装接固定于连接座220。固定立架210上还设有立架耦合界面211,用于装接不同功能的健康照护模块。
如图5所示的实施例中,立架模块200包括四个固定立架210和二个连接座220,其中,四个固定立架210的一端分别装接固定于底盘单元110的两侧前端的立架装接界面114。如此设置,可以增加失能使用者的活动姿态和范围,同时不会妨碍失能使用者的进出和使用站立踏板130。但固定立架210的数量不受此实施例限制,一般合理是2或4个。
如图5所示,每个固定立架210沿垂直方向进一步还可以布设多个立架耦接孔212,以形成立架耦合界面211,可用于装接、锁固不同功用的照护模块。立架耦接孔212的数量及间距可以视需求布设,而形成多个独立又可互相配合的立架耦合界面211。不同功用的照护模块可通过装设在固定立架210的不同高度的立架耦接孔212来调整其安装高度。在一个较佳实施例中,立架耦接孔212之间的距离相等。
如图5所示,各连接座220设有至少一个立架装接孔221,用来装设固定立架210的上端,可理解为,固定立架210将连接座220装接固定于底盘单元110的上方,使得升降主机1可经由多个固定立架210和多个连接座220装设不同功用的照护模块或者其它构件。
如图5所示,为了使上述照护模块可以方便且快速地调整在固定立架210的不同高度,立架模块200进一步还可以包括多个立架耦合装置230,各立架耦合装置230包括一个高度调整装置231,设有定位销2312和操作开关2313,可以方便地操作使立架耦合装置230固定或脱离于立架耦合界面211,以达到简便地、快速地进行高度的调整。如图5所示,立架耦合装置230是套装在固定立架210,且可沿垂直方向上升或下降,并经由高度调整装置231的快速锁固组件锁固于立架耦接孔212。较佳的,立架耦合装置230还设有一个组装装置234(参见图6),可用于装接、锁固不同功用的照护模块。其中,组装装置234包括一个定位凹槽2341和一个定位横销2342和一个锁固件2343。
【坐椅模块400】
坐椅模块400可拆装地装设于固定立架210的立架耦合界面211的任一高度,供失能使用者长时间乘坐。请参阅图5与图6,坐椅模块400进一步还包括二个第一装接装置440、二个第二装接装置450、二个第三装接装置460、二个枢接座401、一个椅架组件410、一个坐板组件420、以及一个椅背组件430。
如图5与图6所示的实施例,各枢接座401可拆装地安装于固定立架210的立架耦合装置230。椅架组件410包括二个椅架411,分别通过第一装接装置440可转动地与枢接座401相连接和锁固。
如图所示的实施例中,每个椅架411是由二个长杆412和二个短杆413形成一矩形框架。第一装接装置440包括一个枢接孔441和一个自锁定位装置442。枢接座401通过枢接孔441套接于椅架411一侧的短杆413,自锁定位装置442装设于椅架411和枢接座401之间,包括多个定位直孔443、一个定位直销444和一个释放键445。如此设置,椅架411可绕枢接孔441在水平方向转动,当转到特定位置或二个椅架411合拢到平行位置时则可自动定位不动。较佳的,每个枢接座401设有一个耦接构造402,通过一个定位凹槽2341和一个定位横销2342装设于组装装置234,并以一个锁固件2343锁固。
坐板组件420包括二个坐板421,分别通过第二装接装置450可转动地与椅架411的底部相连接和锁固。在一个实施例中,第二装接装置450包括一个枢转组件451和一个限位装置452,每个坐板421通过枢转组件451装设于椅架411下侧的长杆412。枢转组件451包括一个U型枢转槽424和一个转轴杆419,U型枢转槽424设在坐板421的一侧,用于套接于做为转轴杆419的长杆412。限位装置452包括多个长条孔425和多个定位插销426,装设于枢转槽424和转轴杆419之间。如此设置,当坐板421水平放置时可承载重量,当坐板421向上掀起时可贴近椅架411定位或卸离椅架411。坐板组件420还包括一个坐垫422,装设于二个坐板421,可让失能使用者长时间坐在坐椅模块400。
椅背组件430通过第三装接装置460与二个椅架411相连接与锁固。如图所示,椅背组件430包括一个椅背座431和一个椅背靠432,椅背座431通过第三装接装置460装设至椅架组件410,第三装接装置460包括至少一个枢装锁接装置461,椅背靠432可拆卸式的装设于椅背座431。在一个实施例中,枢装锁接装置461包括一个钩锁装置462和一个耦接轴套463,耦接轴套463是套设于椅架411一侧的短杆413,钩锁装置462装设于椅背座431,用于锁接于耦接轴套463。如此设置,可使椅背组件430可绕椅架411一侧的短杆413在水平方向转动。在图示例中,椅背座431二侧端各使用一个枢装锁接装置461,如此,可以让照护者在坐椅模块400左右的任一侧位置,都能方便操作椅背座431的开启或关闭动作。因此,透过上述构造可令坐椅模块400的坐板421呈现张开或合拢状态,以供失能使用者进出或者乘坐,也可使坐椅模块400方便地拆离或安装于立架模块200。
第三较佳实施例:起身移位机
为达到本发明所述的至少一个优点,本发明的第三较佳实施例提出一种起身移位机3,包括一个起身模块、以及第一较佳实施例所述的升降主机1,请参阅图7。起身模块680安装 架设在升降主机1或升降柱组件360,更具体的,是安装架设在移位底盘100或固定柱361的基座,可供失能使用者借由动力进行升降移位和站立起身的功用。
【起身模块680】
对于失能使用者无法靠自身的力量进行起身时,看护人员可利用起身模块680来协助失能使用者站立起身等运动,起身模块680装设于升降主机1。如图7所示的实施例中,起身模块680包括一个起身基架681、一个起身架682和一个起身驱动装置683。起身基架681装设于移位底盘100或固定柱361的基座,起身架682的一端枢接于起身基架681,另一端设有一个吊钩6821和一个扶手6822,吊钩6821用于钩挂一吊布等配件,起身驱动装置683的一端装设于起身基架681,另一端装设于起身架682,用于驱动起身架682的上下转动,可供失能使用者借由动力进行升降移位和站立起身的功用,其电控模块160借由底装接界面118装设于底盘单元110的下方。如此配置,看护人员可以通过起身模块680协助失能使用者的站立起身,并可进行日常的活动和复健运动,以提升失能使用者的生活质量和身体健康。
所述起身模块680进一步还可以实施为:为了让失能使用者在起身或回坐过程中,双手可以方便抓握,以稳定身体的姿态,起身架682还包括一个握把(未图示),可拆装地装设于起身架682。更进一步,为让看护人员容易操控机器的移动,起身基架681还包括一个推移组件685,装设于起身基架681的上端部。
【转接臂390】
请参阅图7与图8,为了让起身移位机更方便装接和锁固不同功用的复健和照护模块,升降主机1进一步还可以包括一个转接臂390,装设于升降柱362或动柱耦合滑座370。转接臂390主要构造特征是具有一水平的横杆臂,其左右宽度必须大于失能使用者的身体宽度,并在左右二个横杆臂端分别设置一个耦接基座391。如图7所示的实施例中,每个耦接基座391主要设有一个组装装置234和多个杆臂装接界面3911,其中,组装装置234包括一个定位凹槽2341和一个定位横销2342和一个锁固件2343。
进一步说明,如图示的实施例中,转接臂390的构造是由一水平的ㄇ型横杆臂,两末端则是向下垂直方向设置一个耦接基座391,如此设置,是为了方便安装坐椅模块400,让失能使用者在乘坐时能够更安全与舒适。
请参阅图8,为了让失能使用者可以长时间乘坐在起身移位机,以及方便其日常生活上活动,尤其是方便地如厕等,升降主机1更包括一个坐椅模块400,装设于所述转接臂390。如图8所示,坐椅模块400,可拆装地装设于转接臂390二端的组装装置234,因此可以随升降柱362升降到任一高度,供失能使用者长时间乘坐和照护者的照护。坐椅模块400的实施与特征如前第二较佳实施例所述,不再重述。
请参见图7和图8,起身移位机的型式和组合不限于上述所列举的样态,并可形成不同照护功能的多样态组合。如图7所示实施样态中,升降主机可以是升降柱组件360上配置一个悬吊架组件,而转接臂390则是装设一个杆臂组件392作为扶手,并在移位底盘100中拆除可掀踏板131,如此,起身移位机可以在起身站立后进行步行的运动。
第四较佳实施例:腿靠组件510
为达到本发明所述优点的其中之一,本发明的第四较佳实施例提出一种健康照护模块,更具体的说,是第一较佳实施例提出的升降主机1所使用的腿靠组件510,如图1所示。腿靠组件510包括二个腿靠滑座511、二个腿靠座512和二个腿靠垫513。
第五较佳实施例:骑杆组件530
为达到本发明所述优点的其中之一,本发明的第五较佳实施例提出一种健康照护模块,更具体的说,是第一较佳实施例提出的升降主机1所使用的骑杆组件530,如图1所示。骑杆组件530包括一个骑杆耦接座531、一个骑坐杆532和一个骑坐椅533。
本发明之目的在于提供一种升降主机、包含该升降主机的起身移位机和撑起照护机、以及使用在该升降主机的健康照护模块,该升降主机可进行移位,并可装设不同功用的健康照护模块。经由以上的说明,本发明的优点总结如下:
一、升降主机具有容易操控的移行功能,并可装设不同功用的健康照护模块,且可进行上下高度调节的升降功用。
二、撑起照护机借由装设于升降主机的撑起模块,可供失能使用者借由看护人员出力或动力进行升降移位和站立起身的功用,以减轻看护人员的负担和增加失能使用者的舒适性和安全性。
三、起身移位机借由该升降主机及装设于升降主机的起身模块,可提供动力协助失能使用者进行起身和站立等照护,并可进行日常的活动和复健运动,以提升失能使用者的生活质量和身体健康。
由此,看护人员或失能使用者可借助所述升降主机、撑起移位机、或起身照护机,提供失能使用者进行不同照护、日常活动、以及复健运动,其中,不同的健康照护功能可视使用需求进行自行搭配,实现一机多用,因此,每次使用不同的照护功能时,不需要更换和购买不同种类的辅具,各种模块自由搭配,便于组装、拆卸、收纳,节约失能使用者的看护照料成本。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如,然而并非用于限定本发明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述揭示的方法及技术内容作出些许的更动或修饰为 等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种升降主机1,可配设有不同功用的健康照护模块,包括有一个移位底盘100、一个升降柱组件360、以及一个下肢支撑组件501,其特征在于:
    所述移位底盘100包括一个底盘单元110、一个轮脚组件120和一个站立踏板130,所述轮脚组件120枢接于所述底盘单元110的侧端,所述站立踏板130可拆装地装设于所述底盘单元110,所述底盘单元110还包括一个中装接界面115;
    所述升降柱组件360包括一个固定柱361、一个升降柱362和一个动力驱动模块363,所述固定柱361的一端装接固定于所述中装接界面115,所述升降柱362位于所述固定柱361的上方且可沿垂直方向上下移动,所述升降柱362上设有至少一个动柱耦合界面3621,其上具有多个耦合点,沿垂直方向布设在所述升降柱362,所述动力驱动模块363装设于所述底盘单元110,驱动所述升降柱362沿竖直方向上下移动;
    所述下肢支撑组件501包括一个腿靠组件510,装设于所述升降柱组件360。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的升降主机1,其特征在于:
    所述轮脚组件120还包括一个定向轮组件124,装设于所述移位底盘100的中间位置;所述站立踏板130还包括一个可掀踏板131,所述可掀踏板131通过一个装转装置133可拆装和旋转地装设于底盘单元110;
    所述升降柱组件360还包括至少一个动柱耦合滑座370,装设于所述升降柱362的所述动柱耦合界面3621;所述升降柱组件360还包括一个耦合支架380,装设于所述固定柱361的基座,所述耦合支架380包括一个耦合杆组381和一个耦合套座382,所述耦合杆组381装设于所述固定柱361的基座,所述耦合套座382装设于所述耦合杆组381;
    所述下肢支撑组件501还包括一个骑杆组件530,装设于所述升降柱组件360,用于使用者的身体支撑。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的升降主机1,其特征在于:
    所述移位底盘100更包括二个后侧装接界面117、二个后定向轮组件140和二个煞车装置150,所述后侧装接界面117分别装设于所述底盘单元110的左右侧边,二个所述后定向轮组件140分别装设于二个所述后侧装接界面117,二个所述煞车装置150分别装设于所述后定向轮组件140。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的升降主机1,其特征在于:
    所述下肢支撑组件501还包括二个足部固定组件520,装设于所述升降柱组件360或移位底盘100,用于固定使用者足部;
    所述腿靠组件510包括二个腿靠滑座511、二个腿靠座512和二个腿靠垫513,其中,每个所述腿靠滑座511装设于所述动柱耦合滑座370或所述耦合套座382的两侧之一,所述腿靠座512可调节前后位置地装设于所述腿靠滑座511,所述腿靠垫513装设于所述腿靠座512;
    所述骑杆组件530包括一个骑杆耦接座531、一个骑坐杆532和一个骑坐椅533,其中,所述骑杆耦接座531可调节高度地装设于所述升降柱362或所述动柱耦合滑座370,且位在所述腿靠组件510上方,所述骑坐杆532装设于所述骑杆耦接座531,所述骑坐椅533可调节前后位置地装设于所述骑坐杆532。
  5. 一种撑起照护机2,包括一个升降主机、和安装架设在所述升降主机的顶部的一个撑起模块700,其特征在于:
    所述升降主机为权利要求1至4其中任一项所述的升降主机1;
    所述撑起模块700安装架设在所述升降主机1的所述升降柱组件360的顶部,所述撑起模块700包括一个撑起基座710、一个撑起支架720、一个承撑架组730、一个操控把手740、以及一个自动定位装置750,所述撑起基座710装设于所述升降柱362顶端,所述撑起支架720枢接于所述撑起基座710,并经由该自动定位装置750定位于一个预设的特定位置,所述承撑架组730装设固定于所述撑起支架720的一端,所述操控把手740枢接固定于所述撑起支架720的另一端。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的撑起照护机2,其特征在于:
    所述撑起模块700还包括一个伸缩缓降装置760,一端枢接于所述撑起支架720,另一端枢接于所述升降柱362;所述撑起模块700还包括一个手肘护垫770,装设固定于所述撑起支架720;
    所述承撑架组730包括一个耦合基座542和一个护靠垫543,所述耦合基座542可调节长度地装设固定于所述撑起支架720,设有多个耦接接口5420,包括一个水平耦接口5421、一个上耦接口5422、一个下耦接口5423,用于可拆装地装设不同的支持组件。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的撑起照护机2,其特征在于:
    所述承撑架组730还包括一个撑靠组件560,装设于所述上耦接口5422,所述撑靠组件560包括一个上耦接杆561、一个撑靠耦接座562和一个撑靠杆组563,所述上耦接杆561可调节高度地装设于所述上耦接口5422,所述撑靠耦接座562装设固定于所述上耦接杆561上端,所述撑靠杆组563装设于所述撑靠耦接座562;
    所述撑靠杆组563包括一个撑靠基架5631和一个撑靠护垫5633,所述撑靠基架5631装接于所述撑靠耦接座562,所述撑靠护垫5633装设于所述撑靠基架5631。
  8. 如权利要求5至7其中任一项所述的撑起照护机2,其特征在于:
    所述升降主机1更包括一个立架模块200和一个坐椅模块400,所述立架模块200包括多个固定立架210和多个连接座220,每个所述固定立架210的一端装接固定于所述底盘单元110的侧边,另一端装接固定于所述连接座220,所述固定立架210设有立架耦合界面211,用于装接不同功能的健康照护模块;
    所述坐椅模块400通过所述立架耦合界面211可拆装地安装于所述固定立架210,供使用者长时间乘坐。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的撑起照护机2,其特征在于:
    所述立架组件200还包括至少二个立架耦合装置230,通过所述立架耦合界面211可在任一高度连接和锁固于所述固定立架210,每个所述立架耦合装置230设有一个组装装置243;
    所述坐椅模块400包括二个第一装接装置440、二个第二装接装置450、二个第三装接装置460、二个枢接座401、一个椅架组件410、一个坐板组件420、以及一个椅背组件430,二个所述枢接座401分别通过所述组装装置234可拆装地安装于所述固定立架210,所述椅架组件410包括二个椅架411,分别通过所述第一装接装置440可转动地锁固于所述枢接座401,所述坐板组件420包括二个坐板421,分别通过所述第二装接装置450可转动地锁固于所述椅架411的底部,所述椅背组件430通过所述第三装接装置460锁固于所述椅架411。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的撑起照护机2,其特征在于:
    每个所述组装装置234包括一个定位凹槽2341、一个定位横销2342和一个锁固件2343;每个所述枢接座401设有一个耦接构造402,通过所述定位凹槽2341和所述定位横销2342装设于所述组装装置234,并以所述锁固件2343锁固;
    每个所述第一装接装置440包括一个枢接孔441和一个自锁定位装置442,所述枢接孔441设置于所述枢接座401,所述自锁定位装置442装设于所述椅架411和所述枢接座401之间;
    每个所述第二装接装置450包括一个枢转组件451和一个限位装置452,所述枢转组件451包括一个U型枢转槽424和一个转轴杆419,所述U型枢转槽424设在所述坐板421的一侧,用于套接于所述椅架411底部的所述转轴杆419,所述限位装置452包括多个长条孔425和多个定位插销426,装设于所述枢转槽424和所述转轴杆419之间;
    每个所述第三装接装置460包括至少一个枢装锁接装置461,包括一个钩锁装置462和一个耦接轴套463,所述耦接轴套463套设于所述椅架411的一侧,所述钩锁装置462装设于所述椅背组件430,用于锁接于所述耦接轴套463。
  11. 一种起身移位机3,包括一个升降主机、和装设于所述升降主机的一个起身模块680,其特征在于:
    所述的升降主机为权利要求1至4任一项所述的升降主机1;
    所述起身模块680包括:
    一个起身基架681,装设于所述升降柱组件360或所述移位底盘100;
    一个起身架682,一端枢接于起身基架681,另一端设有多个吊钩6821和一个扶手6822,所述吊钩6821用于钩挂物体;以及
    一个起身驱动装置683,一端装设于所述起身基架681,另一端装设于所述起身架682,用于驱动所述起身架682的上下转动。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的起身移位机3,其特征在于:
    所述起身基架681还包括一个推移组件685,装设于所述起身基架681的上端部;所述起身架682还包括一个握把684,可拆装地装设于起身架682;
    所述升降主机1还包括一个转接臂390,装设于所述升降柱362或所述的动柱耦合滑座370,所述转接臂390的两个端侧分别设有一个耦接基座391,可用于装接、锁固不同功用的照护模块;
    所述升降主机1更包括一个坐椅模块400,通过所述耦接基座391可拆装地安装于所述转接臂390,供使用者长时间乘坐。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的起身移位机3,其特征在于:
    每个所述耦接基座391包括一个组装装置234;
    所述坐椅模块400包括二个第一装接装置440、二个第二装接装置450、二个第三装接装置460、二个枢接座401、一个椅架组件410、一个坐板组件420、以及一个椅背组件430,二个所述枢接座401分别通过所述组装装置234可拆装地安装于所述转接臂390;所述椅架组件410包括二个椅架411,分别通过所述第一装接装置440可转动地锁固于所述枢接座401;所述坐板组件420包括二个坐板421,分别通过所述第二装接装置450可转动地锁固于所述椅架411的底部;所述椅背组件430通过所述第三装接装置460锁固于所述椅架411;
    每个所述组装装置234包括一个定位凹槽2341、一个定位横销2342和一个锁固件2343;每个所述枢接座401设有一个耦接构造402,通过所述定位凹槽2341和所述定位横销2342装设于所述组装装置234,并以所述锁固件2343锁固。
  14. 一种健康照护模块,使用在权利要求1或4所述的升降主机1,其特征在于:
    所述健康照护模块为包含在权利要求1或4的所述腿靠组件510。
  15. 一种健康照护模块,使用在权利要求2或4所述的升降主机1,其特征在于:
    所述健康照护模块为包含在权利要求2或4的所述骑杆组件530。
