随着汽车工业的不断发展,现代汽车无论是外观造型还是性能上均发生了巨大变化。客户在追求汽车性能的同时,对汽车上的零部件外观及功能的要求也随之增高。车门外把手是汽车车门系统的一部分,也属于汽车外饰件的一部分,车门外把手的外观造型及性能也是客户的关注点之一。
传统的车门外把手多是外露的,这种外露型把手需要在车门上留较大的开槽,不仅外观造型不美观,也会增加整车的风阻系数。随着新能源汽车的快速发展,隐藏式把手在乘车市场中越来越普遍,目前隐藏式外把手开启方式有以下几种:平动式、平摆式、翻盖式、摆动式,但是这些隐藏式把手多为半隐藏式,当把手开启时,手柄操作部分会凸出车门外板,手柄部分容易磕碰,且操作手感欠佳。因此,需要提供一种能够完全隐藏的车门外把手,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
鉴于以上现有技术的缺点,本发明提供一种车门外把手、车门及车辆,以改善目前车门外把手由于把手盖板与把手槽边缘转动连接,无法完全隐藏的问题。
为实现上述目的及其它相关目的,本发明提供一种车门外把手,所述车门外把手包括把手基座、驱动装置、把手盖板、盖板导向柱及导向滑槽,所述把手基座安装在车门钣金上,所述把手基座上设有把手槽,所述驱动装置安装在所述把手基座上,所述把手盖板与所述驱动装置的驱动输出端转动连接,所述盖板导向柱设置在所述把手盖板朝向所述把手基座的一侧,所述导向滑槽设置 在所述把手基座上,并与所述盖板导向柱相配合;其中,所述把手盖板闭合时遮盖所述把手槽;所述把手盖板开启时,所述驱动装置带动所述把手盖板转动,以驱动所述盖板导向柱在所述导向滑槽内滑动和转动,从而引导所述把手盖板内掀至所述车门钣金内侧。
在本发明一示例中,所述把手基座包括基板、侧板及把手安装板,所述基板的两端分别设置有一所述侧板,所述把手安装板与所述基板相对设置,并与所述基板两端的所述侧板固定连接,所述把手槽设置在所述把手安装板上。
在本发明一示例中,所述把手盖板的两端分别设置一个所述盖板导向柱,所述把手基座两端的所述侧板上分别对应设置与所述盖板导向柱配合的所述导向滑槽,所述导向滑槽由靠近所述基板的一端向靠近所述把手安装板的一端延伸,所述导向滑槽的形状与所述盖板导向柱的运动轨迹相适配。
在本发明一示例中,所述把手盖板上设有用于安装所述盖板导向柱的第一连接板,所述第一连接板固定在所述把手盖上,所述第一连接板背离所述把手盖板的一端设有导向柱安装槽,所述盖板导向柱的一端固定在所述导向柱安装槽内,另一端与所述导向滑槽滑动连接。
在本发明一示例中,所述驱动装置包括驱动电机和摆臂,所述驱动电机安装在所述把手基座的基板上,所述摆臂的一端与所述驱动电机的输出轴固定连接,另一端与所述把手盖板铰接。
在本发明一示例中,所述把手基座的所述基板上设有驱动装置安装座,所述驱动装置安装座上设有安装槽,所述驱动电机固定安装在所述安装槽内。
在本发明一示例中,所述车门外把手还包括触控开关和把手开启按钮,所述触控开关设置在所述把手基座上,所述把手开启按钮设置在所述把手盖板上,所述触控开关和所述把手开启按钮分别与控制模块信号连接。
在本发明一示例中,所述把手基座上还设有LED灯,所述LED灯与所述控制模块信号连接。
本发明另一方面提供一种车门,所述车门包括车门钣金,所述车门钣金上 安装有本发明的车门外把手。
本发明还提供一种车辆,所述车辆包括本发明的车门外把手或者本发明的车门。
本发明的车门外把手,利用驱动装置驱使把手盖板转动,以驱动盖板导向柱在导向滑槽内滑动和转动,从而引导把手盖板内掀至车门钣金内侧或者由车门钣金内侧转动至把手槽以将把手槽遮盖,实现把手盖板的开启或闭合。把手基座内侧设有触控开关,当把手盖板开启后,用户可通过手触碰触控开关以将车门打开。
本发明的车门外把手闭合时与车门钣金的外表面齐平,开启时可将把手盖板完全隐藏至车门钣金内部,可防止把手操作部分外露影响用户的体验感。本发明的车门外把手结构简单、Y向(车辆的宽度方向)占用空间小,重量轻,有利于车门外把手布置和造型自由度。另外,车门外把手的把手基座上增加LED灯,LED灯的亮、熄与把手盖板的开启和闭合信号关联,实现把手盖板开启时,LED灯亮;把手盖板关闭时,LED灯熄灭,既增加了美观性,又可在夜间照明,不影响夜间使用,增加了车门把手的科技感。

请参阅图1至图11,本发明提供一种车门外把手、车门及车辆,所述车门外把手在开启时,把手盖板可完全隐藏至车门钣金内部,减少隐藏式外把手Y向占用空间,降低重量,提升用户的体验感。
请参阅图1至图3,本发明的车门外把手包括把手基座100、把手盖板200、驱动装置300、盖板导向柱210及导向滑槽121。把手基座100安装在车门钣金400上,把手基座100上设有把手槽131,驱动装置300安装在把手基座100上,把手盖板200与驱动装置300的驱动输出端转动连接,盖板导向柱210设置在把手盖板200朝向把手基座100的一侧,导向滑槽121设置在把手基座100上,并与盖板导向柱210相配合。当把手盖板200闭合时,把手盖板200将把手槽131遮盖并与车门钣金400的外表面齐平;当把手盖板200开启时,驱动装置300带动把手盖板200转动,以驱动盖板导向柱210在沿着导向滑槽121滑动的同时转动,从而引导把手盖板200内掀至车门钣金400的内侧。本发明车门外把手中,把手盖板200与车门钣金400之间无相对铰接关系,可以在驱动装置300驱动下完全隐蔽至车门钣金400内侧。
请参阅图2和图4,在一实施例中,把手基座100包括基板110、侧板120及把手安装板130,基板110为一平板结构,基板110的两端分别设置一侧板120,较佳的两侧板120沿垂直于基板110的方向延伸。把手安装板130与基板110相对设置,且把手安装板130的两端分别固定在基板110两端的侧板120上。把手安装板130上设有把手槽131,把手槽131的形状尺寸与把手盖板200的形状尺寸相匹配,以使把手盖板200闭合时,将把手槽131完全遮盖。把手基座100通过把手安装板130固定在车门钣金的内侧,车门钣金上设有把手安装孔,把手安装板130的外沿与把手安装孔的外沿紧密贴合,把手槽131与把手安装孔相对应,以使把手盖板200闭合时将把手安装孔遮盖。基板110、侧板120及把手安装板130三者可以是分体式组装结构,也可以为一体式结构, 在此不做限制。较佳的,把手基座100为一体式结构,即基板110、侧板120及把手安装板130一体成型,可减少连接点,增加把手整体结构的稳定性。
请参阅图2、图5和图6,把手盖板200朝向把手基座100的一侧两端各设有一盖板导向柱210,盖板导向柱210与把手盖板200固定连接。例如,在把手盖板200的两端分别设置一个用于安装盖板导向柱210的连接板,此处的连接板记为第一连接板211,第一连接板211的一端与把手盖板200固定连接,另一端向背离把手盖板200的方向延伸。第一连接板211朝向把手基座100侧板120的一侧设有导向柱安装槽,导向柱安装槽可以为一与盖板导向柱210相匹配的通孔,也可以为其它类型的结构。本实施例中,第一连接板211背离把手盖板200的一端设有一通孔212,该通孔212的外圆周上间隔设有多个导向柱支撑杆213,导向柱支撑杆213的个数在此不做限制,可以为三个、四个或者更多个,导向柱支撑杆213由第一连接板211向侧板120的方向横向延伸,导向柱支撑杆213的端部设有径向凸起,多个导向柱支撑杆213的径向凸起之间的间隙形成导向柱安装槽。较佳的,径向凸起与盖板导向柱210接触面为弧形面,该弧形面的弧度与盖板导向柱210的弧度相匹配。盖板导向柱210卡入多个导向柱支撑杆213之间实现与把手盖板200的固定连接。把手基座100的侧板120上设有与盖板导向柱210配合的导向滑槽121,导向滑槽121由靠近把手安装板130的一端向靠近基板110的一端延伸,盖板导向柱210的一端固定安装在导向安装槽内,另一端插入导向滑槽121内,随着把手盖板200的转动,盖板导向柱210在导向滑槽121内滑动和转动,导向滑槽121的形状与盖板导向柱210的运动轨迹相适配。
请参阅图3至图5,在一实施例中,驱动装置300包括驱动电机310和摆臂320,驱动电机310固定安装在把手基座100上,并与车辆自身的控制模块(图中未示出)信号连接,控制模块可以控制驱动电机的310的开启或停止,摆臂320的一端与驱动电机310的输出轴固定连接,另一端与把手盖板200铰接。具体的,把手基座100的基板110的两端各设置一驱动装置安装座111, 驱动装置安装座111设置在侧板120的内侧,驱动装置安装座111上设有安装槽,驱动电机310安装在驱动装置安装座111的安装槽内。驱动装置安装座111包括两立板、底板和挡板,两立板相对设置且两立板之间的距离对应驱动电机310的尺寸,底板设置在立板的底部,并位于两立板之间,挡板设置在立板的一侧,用于连接两立板和底板,立板、底板和挡板之间形成用于安装驱动装置的安装槽。驱动装置安装座111可以为分体式结构,由立板、底板及挡板组装而成,也可为一体成型。当然,在其他实施例中,驱动装置安装座111也可采用其他形式的结构,凡是能将驱动装置300固定安装在把手基座100上的结构皆属于本申请的保护范畴。
请参阅图2、图5和图7,在一实施例中,摆臂320与把手盖板200铰接,具体的,把手盖板200上对应摆臂320的位置设有第二连接板322,较佳的,把手盖板200对应摆臂320的位置设有两个平行排布的第二连接板322,第二连接板322的一端与把手盖板200固定连接,另一端向背离把手盖板200的方向延伸,两个第二连接板322之间的间隙与摆臂320相匹配。第二连接板322和摆臂320上均设有连接孔,摆臂320卡入两个第二连接板322之间并通过转轴321实现铰接。当驱动电机310启动时,摆臂320绕第一旋转中心O1(驱动电机310的输出轴)转动,带动把手盖板200绕第二旋转中心O2(转轴321)转动,把手盖板200转动带动盖板导向柱210在导向滑槽121内滑动。第一旋转中心O1、第二旋转中心O2及导向滑槽121的三者的设置符合机械传动学关系。
请参阅图1和图3,在一实施例中,把手基座100内设有触控开关140,把手盖板200外侧设有把手开启按钮220,触控开关140和把手开启按钮220分别与车辆上的控制模块例如DCM(Data Communication Module,数据通信模块)或BCM(Body Control Module,车身控制模块)信号连接,用于实现车门把手触摸开锁功能。触控开关140可以为解锁电容或者按压式开关。触控开关140设置在把手盖板200开启后,手部能够触摸到的位置,较佳的,触控开关140 设置在对应把手槽131上方的位置,使得把手盖板200开启后,能触摸到触控开关140。较佳的,把手基座100的基板110上还设有LED灯150,LED灯150与控制模块信号连接,实现LED灯150与驱动电机310的启动或停止的信号关联,使之达到,驱动电机310工作时,LED灯150亮;驱动电机310停止时,LED灯150熄灭的逻辑控制,既能增加了美观性,又可在夜间照明,不影响夜间使用,增加了车门把手的科技感。
请参阅图8和图9,本发明还提供一种车门,该车门包括车门钣金400、及安装在车门钣金400上的车门外把手,其中,车门外把手为本发明上文所述的车门外把手,车门钣金400上设有把手安装孔,把手基座100固定在车门钣金400的内部,把手盖板200可将把手安装孔封堵。在初始位置时,把手处于关闭状态,把手盖板200覆盖把手槽131并与车门钣金400的外表面齐平;当把手开启后,把手盖板200向车门钣金400内部翻转,直至被车门钣金400完全遮盖。
本发明还提供一种车辆,其包括车身(图中未示出)、安装在车身两侧的车门及安装在车门上的车门外把手,车身与车门的连接处安装有门锁的锁体,车门对应锁体的位置安装有与锁体配合的锁扣,锁体与车辆上的控制模块信号连接,当锁体与锁扣啮合时,向控制模块发送上锁信号。其中,车门为本发明上文所述的车门,车门外把手为本发明上文所述的车门外把手,具体结构可参见上文中的描述,在此不做赘述。
请参阅图10和图11,车门的解锁过程如下:用户靠近车辆,用手触摸把手开启按钮230,控制模块DCM或BCM接收到信号后控制LED灯150亮起,同时控制驱动电机310启动,驱动电机310带动摆臂320旋转,摆臂320旋转带动把手盖板200向车门钣金内部旋转至完全被车门钣金400遮挡;用户的手由把手槽131伸入触摸把手基座100内的触控开关140,触控开关140向控制模块发送门锁释放信号,控制模块控制车门解锁,打开车门。关闭车门时,门锁的锁体与锁扣啮合,控制模块收到门锁的锁体和锁扣啮合的信号后,控制驱 动电机310旋转,摆臂320带动把手盖板200复原至初始位置,以将把手槽131遮盖,同时LED灯150熄灭,车门关闭结束。
本发明中关于车门外把手、车门及车辆的未详述的结构皆可通过本领域的现有技术实现。
本发明的车门外把手,利用驱动装置驱使把手盖板转动,通过盖板导向柱沿着导向滑槽滑动以引导把手盖板内掀至车门钣金内部,完全隐藏,防止把手盖板外露影响用户的体验感。本发明的车门外把手结构精巧,Y向占用空间小,重量轻,有利于外把手的布置和造型自由度。所以,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的一些实际问题从而有很高的利用价值和使用意义。
上述实施例仅例示性说明本发明的原理及其功效,而非用于限制本发明。任何熟悉此技术的人士皆可在不违背本发明的精神及范畴下,对上述实施例进行修饰或改变。因此,举凡所属技术领域中具有通常知识者在未脱离本发明所揭示的精神与技术思想下所完成的一切等效修饰或改变,仍应由本发明的权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车门外把手,其特征在于,包括:
    把手基座,安装在车门钣金上,所述把手基座上设有把手槽;
    驱动装置,安装在所述把手基座上;
    把手盖板,与所述驱动装置的驱动输出端转动连接;
    盖板导向柱,设置在所述把手盖板朝向所述把手基座的一侧;
    导向滑槽,设置在所述把手基座上,并与所述盖板导向柱相配合;
    其中,所述把手盖板闭合时遮盖所述把手槽;所述把手盖板开启时,所述驱动装置带动所述把手盖板转动,以驱动所述盖板导向柱在所述导向滑槽内滑动和转动,从而引导所述把手盖板内掀至所述车门钣金的内侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车门外把手,其特征在于,所述把手基座包括基板、侧板及把手安装板,所述基板的两端分别设置有一所述侧板,所述把手安装板与所述基板相对设置,并与所述基板两端的所述侧板固定连接,所述把手槽设置在所述把手安装板上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车门外把手,其特征在于,所述把手盖板的两端分别设置一个所述盖板导向柱,所述把手基座两端的所述侧板上分别对应设置与所述盖板导向柱配合的所述导向滑槽,所述导向滑槽由靠近所述基板的一端向靠近所述把手安装板的一端延伸,所述导向滑槽的形状与所述盖板导向柱的运动轨迹相适配。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的车门外把手,其特征在于,所述把手盖板上设有用于安装所述盖板导向柱的连接板,所述连接板固定在所述把手盖上,所述连接板背离所述把手盖板的一端设有导向柱安装槽,所述盖板导向柱的一端固定在所述导向柱安装槽内,另一端与所述导向滑槽滑动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述车门外把手,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括驱动电机和摆臂,所述驱动电机安装在所述把手基座的基板上,所述摆臂的一端与所述驱动电机的输出轴固定连接,另一端与所述把手盖板铰接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的车门外把手,其特征在于,所述把手基座的所述基板上设有驱动装置安装座,所述驱动装置安装座上设有安装槽,所述驱动电机固定安装在所述安装槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的车门外把手,其特征在于,所述车门外把手还包括触控开关和把手开启按钮,所述触控开关设置在所述把手基座上,所述把手开启按钮设置在所述把手盖板上,所述触控开关和所述把手开启按钮分别与控制模块信号连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的车门外把手,其特征在于,所述把手基座上还设有LED灯,所述LED灯与所述控制模块信号连接。
  9. 一种车门,包括车门钣金,其特征在于,所述车门钣金上安装有权利要求1至8任一所述的车门外把手。
  10. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至8任一所述的车门外把手或权利要求9所述的车门。
