  • the heater block 62 and the pressure-contact receiving block 63 are each composed of vertical portions 62a, 63a and parallel portions 62b, 63b.
  • the vertical portions 62a, 63a are arranged to extend in the up-down direction in FIG. 6 (referred to as the short-side direction of the wrapping paper H, also referred to as the width direction of the wrapping paper H).
  • the parallel portions 62b, 63b are arranged to extend from the upper ends of the vertical portions 62a, 63a downstream in the feeding direction of the wrapping paper H (the long-side direction of the wrapping paper H).
  • the heater block 62 and the pressure receiving block 63 are in an inverted L shape, as shown in Figures 4 and 6.
  • the vertical portions 62a, 63a of the heater block 62 and the pressure receiving block 63 form the vertical seal portion 61.
  • the vertical portions 62a, 63a sandwich the wrapping paper H being transported from both sides and thermally weld the wrapping paper H from the folded portion Ha side to the upper opening H1, thereby forming the welded portion S.
  • the welding portion S is provided to fix the downstream end of the wrapping paper H in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction and extend in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction.
  • the welding portion S serves as a reference for the position of the posture adjustment portion 56.
  • a roughly triangular bag portion (small pouch 36A) is formed surrounded by the welding portion S and the folded portion Ha with the upper opening H1 remaining unwelded.
  • the medicine is poured into this bag portion (small pouch 36A) from the nozzle 50.
  • the parallel portions 62b, 63b heat-seal the upper opening H1 of the wrapping paper H downstream of the vertical portions 62a, 63a.
  • the wrapping paper H that has been heat-sealed by the sealing device 60 is transported further downstream at a specified pitch by the rotation of the roller 72.
  • the specified pitch is, for example, the pitch from the position where the medicine is added to the wrapping paper H to the position where the welded part is formed, in other words, the length in the extension direction of the wrapping paper H that becomes the width N of the sachet bag formed by packaging.
  • the heater block 62 and the pressure receiving block 63 heat-seal the wrapping paper H to form a sachet 36 (see FIG. 4) containing medicine, with the fold Ha being heat-sealed on the downstream side (the retraction roller 72 side) of the vertical sections 62a, 63a of the heater block 62 and the pressure receiving block 63.
  • the heater block 62 and the pressure receiving block 63 form a pouch 36A (see FIG. 4) on the upstream side of the vertical sections 62a, 63a.
  • the vertical portion 63a of the pressure contact receiving block 63 has built-in vertical teeth (not shown) that extend in the up-down direction.
  • the vertical portion 62a of the heater block 62 has a vertical tooth receiving portion 62c at a portion corresponding to the vertical teeth (not shown) that receives the vertical teeth (not shown).
  • These vertical teeth and vertical tooth receiving portion 62c are formed to a length that extends from the bottom end to the remaining top end in the vertical direction of the wrapping paper H. As a result, when the wrapping paper H is heat-sealed from the folded portion Ha to the upper opening H1, the vertical teeth and vertical tooth receiving portion 62c form a perforation (a perforated hole) approximately in the center of the width of the welded portion (from the folded portion Ha to the edge of the upper opening H1).
  • the sachet bag 36 is heat-sealed on three sides (the remaining side is the fold Ha) and is completely closed.
  • the sachet bag 36 is configured so that it can be separated from the other sachet bags 36 by cutting along the perforations.
  • the vertical seal portion 61 of the heater block 62 and the pressure-contact receiving block 63 has a gap 65 around the vertical teeth (or the vertical tooth receiving portion 62c). Due to this gap, the wrapping paper H is not welded around the perforations formed by the vertical teeth and the vertical tooth receiving portion 62c.
  • the medicine supply device 1 even when multiple medicines are put into the wrapping paper H and packaged, the medicines are positioned downstream in the wrapping paper H on the side of the welded portion that forms the downstream edge in the transport direction, without tilting toward the upstream side in the transport direction.
  • the medicines contained in the wrapping paper H are not positioned at the position where they are welded when the upstream end is welded (the position where the welded portion is formed, and the position where they are sandwiched by the vertical seal portion 61). Therefore, when the medicines are placed in the wrapping paper H and packaged by welding to seal it, the medicines are not pinched in the welding device, and can be packaged appropriately.
  • the posture adjustment unit 56 can prevent the medicine dispensed into the wrapping paper H from moving upstream and becoming caught in the welded portion formed by thermal welding in the wrapping paper H.
  • the medicine supply device 1 according to this embodiment can accommodate multiple medicines regardless of size and dispense the medicines that are appropriately packaged into individual packets.
