  • the first sealing section 234 fills the portion between the middle supporting leg 43 (especially the reinforcing rib 44) and the covering section 231 so that the covering section 231 does not interfere with the middle supporting leg during the pivoting from the opening position to the shielding position.
  • a gap dl between the covering section 231 and the reinforcing rib 44 is filled by the first sealing section 234, and the first sealing section 234 is adjacent to the sealing section 212 at the opening of the panel body 210, so that the portion contacting with the middle supporting leg 43 and the reinforcing rib 44 is only made of deformable soft rubber, which ensures the sealing performance and the smooth implementation of the pivoting movement of the cover component.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un ensemble de guidage d'air (200) et un ensemble pare-chocs avant. L'ensemble de guidage d'air (200) est disposé dans l'ensemble pare-chocs avant et comprend un corps de panneau (210) configuré sous la forme d'une structure de cadre et pourvu d'une portion de support appropriée pour installer des composants environnementaux et une portion d'étanchéité appropriée pour sceller et venir en butée contre les composants environnementaux, le corps de panneau (210) étant pourvu d'au moins une ouverture (220, 240, 250) pour recevoir les composants environnementaux ; un composant de couvercle (230) fixé au corps de panneau (210) et configuré pour pivoter entre une position de protection recouvrant l'ouverture et une position d'ouverture exposant l'ouverture. En fournissant le composant de couvercle pivotant, l'ensemble de guidage d'air (200) selon la présente invention résout efficacement le problème de conflit d'assemblage entre l'ensemble de guidage d'air (200) et les composants environnementaux. Il n'est pas nécessaire d'ajouter des parties supplémentaires, et le composant de couvercle est facile à démouler directement d'un seul tenant avec le corps de panneau (210), améliorant ainsi considérablement l'efficacité d'assemblage avec une structure et un coût simples tout en garantissant un bon effet d'étanchéité et une bonne résistance structurale, et approprié pour des ensembles pare-chocs avant ayant diverses formes.
