Definitions
- the invention relates to a frame formwork element for a wall formwork system according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention also relates to a wall formwork system according to claim 13.
- the invention further relates to a method for constructing a wall formwork system according to claim 14.
- Frame formwork elements are used as parts of formwork systems, particularly for the production of concrete components.
- the frame formwork elements are arranged in such a way that they form a mold into which a solidifiable building material, i.e. H. an initially liquid and then solidifying building material, usually concrete, is introduced to produce a component, for example a wall element. After the building material has solidified, the frame formwork elements are usually removed again.
- concrete or a concrete component is referred to in the context of the invention, it can also be another solidifiable building material or a component made of another solidifiable building material.
- the frame formwork elements known from the prior art are usually made of metal, plastic or wood.
- the frame formwork elements usually have a rectangular basic construction.
- the frame formwork elements have a frame to which a formwork panel or a formlining can be attached or is attached.
- the structure of a surface of the concrete component facing the formwork panel is determined by the formwork panel attached to the frame.
- a front side of the formwork panel faces the concrete to be filled, that is to say the front side of the formwork panel forms the surface that touches the concrete, while the back side of the formwork panel is attached to the frame.
- the wall formwork systems known from the prior art have a plurality of frame formwork elements, the formwork elements or counter-formwork elements (hereinafter referred to as closing formwork elements or positioning formwork elements) of the wall formwork system form.
- the closing formwork elements 0 and the positioning formwork elements together form a filling space or the mold into which concrete is introduced to produce a wall element.
- closing formwork elements and the positioning formwork elements can be designed identically. Within the scope of the invention, different terms are used merely to differentiate between the positioning of the closing formwork elements and the positioning formwork elements.
- the closing formwork elements and the positioning formwork elements are also collectively referred to below as frame formwork elements.
- the closing formwork elements and the positioning formwork elements are connected or held together or braced together by anchor devices.
- the known anchor devices have anchor rods.
- roll threaded rods or Dywidag threaded rods also represent anchor rods.
- the anchor rods are inserted through anchor openings or bores in the formwork panel and through anchor points in the frame formwork elements and at their ends, at which the formwork panel supporting elements of the frame formwork element, in particular longitudinal struts and/or cross struts, fastened in such a way that the tensile forces acting on the anchor rods during concreting are absorbed.
- the two ends of the anchor rods have threads onto which screw nuts are screwed as anchor fixations at one or both ends. This allows the effective length of the anchor rod and thus the strength (thickness) of the wall to be concrete to be determined.
- the pressure exerted by the liquid concrete on the formwork panel during concreting is transferred to the anchor rods via the nuts.
- an anchor device that can be operated from two sides, it is provided that the anchor rod is guided from the back of the closing formwork element through its anchor point, the opening in the associated formwork panel, the adjoining filling space, the opening in the formwork panel of the positioning formwork element and the anchor point of the positioning formwork element.
- a locking device is formed on the back of the two frame formwork elements, which has a threaded nut which can be screwed onto a corresponding thread of the anchor rod in order to fix the anchor rod.
- an anchoring device that can be operated from one side
- the anchoring process can take place from one side of the wall formwork system, ie generally from the side of the closing formwork element, ie the user does not have to go to the back of the positioning formwork element to anchor.
- a particularly advantageous one-sided anchor device is known under the name MX anchor technology for frame formwork with the name MAXIMO from the applicant.
- a joint nut is positioned on a load-bearing element of the formwork element, for example a longitudinal strut or a longitudinal part, and fixed using an eyebolt.
- the wall thickness on the anchor rod can then be adjusted using a spring pin and counteracted using a nut.
- the anchor rod is pushed or screwed through the closing formwork element into the joint nut of the adjusting formwork element.
- the anchor rod is first rotated until the eyebolt connected to the anchor rod enters a corresponding hole in an element of the closing formwork element, e.g. B. a longitudinal strut or a longitudinal part, can be inserted or screwed in.
- the anchor rod is then tightened until it stops.
- the MX anchor technology has proven itself in practice and enables advantageous one-sided anchoring.
- the formwork element In order for one-sided anchoring to be possible, the formwork element must first be equipped accordingly, as described, i.e. H. A joint nut must be inserted in the anchor point of the formwork element.
- Frame formwork elements are also known from the prior art, which have anchor points that have both a feed-through element for an anchor rod and a receiving element with an internal thread for screwing in a front end of the anchor rod. It is provided that either the lead-through element or the receiving element is alternately brought into a working position in which the lead-through element or the receiving element is aligned with the anchor opening in the frame.
- the anchor points known from the prior art with a lead-through element or a receiving element with an internal thread for screwing in a front end of the anchor rod must each be brought into the appropriate position before the anchor rod is inserted, depending on whether the respective frame formwork element is used as a closing formwork element or used as a formwork element.
- a disadvantage of the prior art is that the corresponding preparatory measures are not always taken, so that it is often only when the anchoring process is carried out that it is determined that, particularly in the case of the formwork element, the receiving element necessary for screwing the tip of the anchor rod is not in the working position. In this case, it is necessary for the operator to move to the rear of the formwork element in order to move the receiving element with the internal thread into the working position or to insert a joint nut. Particularly if the formwork element is in an elevated position, this process can be complex or require scaffolding or a ladder.
- Frame formwork elements or anchor systems for concrete wall formwork are known from DE 10 2007 004 226 B3, EP 2 536 899 B1, DE 10 2020 101 188 1 and DE 10 2020 134 813 A1.
- DE 10 2020 134 813 A1 discloses a rectangular frame formwork element which has two longitudinal frame parts and two transverse frame parts. When the frame formwork element is correctly positioned for use, the longitudinal frame parts extend in the vertical direction, while the frame cross parts on the top and bottom of the frame formwork element extend in the horizontal direction, ie transversely.
- the present invention is based on the object of providing a frame formwork element for a wall formwork system, which further simplifies the anchoring process.
- the present invention is also based on the object of improving the wall formwork systems known from the prior art, in particular of further simplifying the anchoring process between a closing formwork element and a positioning formwork element of a wall formwork system.
- the present invention is also based on the object of improving the method known from the prior art for building a wall formwork system, in particular of enabling simpler anchoring.
- a frame formwork element for a wall formwork system with a frame and a formwork panel that can be attached to the frame having at least one anchor point arranged in the frame, the anchor point having a passage for an anchor rod, which is aligned with an anchor opening made in the frame, and in which a receiving element with an internal thread can be used, which, when present, is also aligned with the anchor opening of the frame, and into which a front end of the anchor rod can be screwed.
- the receiving element is captively attached to the frame in the area of the anchor point, so that the receiving element can be moved alternately into a working position in which the receiving element is inserted into the implementation of the anchor point, or into a release position in which the receiving element releases the implementation of the anchor point is.
- the anchoring process can be further simplified by the frame formwork element according to the invention. It is envisaged that either the feedthrough is released alternately when the receiving element is in the release position or the feedthrough is the receiving element when it is in the working position.
- the receiving element is captively attached to the frame in the area of the anchor point and can, for example, hang in a clearly visible manner on the formwork when it is not inserted or in the release position, which means - similar to a fuel cap of a motor vehicle - you can easily see whether the receiving element with the internal thread for screwing in the front end of the anchor rod is in the working position. This effectively prevents an operator from having to go to the back of the formwork element in order to subsequently insert the receiving element into the bushing.
- the internal thread of the receiving element can thus be adapted to an external thread of the anchor rod for screwing in the front end of the anchor rod.
- the receiving element can be pivotally and/or captively attached to the frame in the area of the anchor point by means of a flexible fastening element, in particular a chain, a cord, a safety line or the like.
- the receiving element can be attached in such a way that the receiving element is at a distance of 5 cm to 50 cm from the bushing when the receiving element is in the release position.
- the receiving element can be attached in such a way that the receiving element is visible on an outside of the frame when the receiving element is in the release position.
- This measure makes it easy to see, for example even from a greater distance, whether the receiving element is in the feedthrough or whether it needs to be inserted before the closing formwork is set up.
- the frame has a holder in which the receiving element can be fastened in a non-positive and/or positive and/or magnetic manner in the release position.
- a holder or securing device can make it more difficult or prevent the receiving element or sleeve from falling out of the feedthrough.
- the receiving element can be designed as a plug, fitting piece or the like.

- a particularly stable fastening can be achieved using a screw connection.
- the receiving element can be made in two parts. This allows the receiving element to be unfolded or opened for screwing in the anchor rod.
- the anchor point can be arranged in or on a longitudinal frame part of the frame formwork element.

- the bushing can be tubular and extend from a front side of the frame facing away from the formwork panel to an opening for the passage of the anchor rod in the formwork panel.
- Claim 13 specifies a wall formwork system, comprising at least one positioning formwork element and at least one closing formwork element, which are connected to one another with at least one anchor rod, the at least one positioning formwork element and the at least one closing formwork element being designed as frame formwork elements according to the invention.
