Description
内容物を取り出す際に容易に包装袋を引き裂いて開封するために、例えば、直線カット性を有するフィルムを用いて包装袋を形成する等の工夫が行われている。包装袋を電子レンジにより加熱すると、このような工夫を行っても包装袋を真っ直ぐに引き裂きにくいという不具合が生じていた。
内容物が食品の場合、加熱後に包装容器を食器として利用することが考えられる。食品が液体を含む場合(例えば、食品が液体スープを含む即席麺の場合)には、内容物を食べる際に倒れないよう特に高い自立安定性が求められる。
包装袋の多機能化に伴い、高さ方向における包装袋の長さが大きくなる場合がある。例えば、上述のように包装袋に蒸気抜き手段を設けたり、包装袋を開閉可能とするための開閉部材を設けたりすることで、或いは包装袋を内容物の食品を食べる際の食器として利用可能とするために、包装袋を高さ方向に比較的長く設計する必要がある。このような場合、包装袋がかさばり梱包効率が低下する。
本発明によれば、以下の発明が提供される。

本願発明者は、第1基材層と、第2基材層と、シーラント層とを接着層を介してこの順で積層したフィルムで包装袋を構成し、包装袋を開封するための開封部において第2基材層の全体とシーラント層の一部に易引き裂き加工を施すことで、電子レンジによる加熱後であっても開封部を真っ直ぐに引き裂きやすくなることを見出し、本発明の完成に至った。
本発明によれば、以下の発明が提供される。

本発明に係る包装容器は、加熱時の包装袋の膨張によって外側包装体が自立可能な形状に変形可能であり、変形した外側包装体の底部を下側にして自立させることができる。従って、内容物として食品を収容した場合に、加熱後の包装容器を安定的に自立させて食器として利用することができる。

本発明に係る包装容器は、包装袋と、包装袋を収納する包装箱とを備え、包装袋の上端側の折り畳み部を下向きに折り畳んだ状態で包装袋が包装箱に収納されている。このような構成においては、高さ方向に長い包装袋であってもコンパクトに取り扱うことができる。

本発明に係る包装容器は、電子レンジ用包装袋と、外側包装体とを備える。外側包装体は、変形途中又は変形後に底部又は前記底部に隣接する位置に下向きに開口する開口部を形成するように変形することで自立可能な形状に変形可能である。このような構成では、外側包装体を容易に変形させて自立させることができ、加熱後の包装袋を、変形させた外側包装体により支持し安定的に自立させて食器として利用することができる。
1.第1実施形態
1-1.包装袋1
図1Aに示すように、本発明の第1実施形態の包装袋1は、可撓性を有するフィルムが袋形状に形成された電子レンジ用の包装袋である。包装袋1は、袋形状の周面を構成する周面部21を備える。また、包装袋1は、底面部2を備え、周面部21は底面部2から立ち上がるように設けられる。周面部21は、互いに対向する前面部3及び背面部4を備える。
以下、図6A~図7Bを参照し、包装袋1の製造方法の概要を説明する。
図8から図10Cを用いて、本発明の第2実施形態の包装袋1について、第1実施形態との相違点を中心に説明する。
以上、実施形態について説明してきたが、本開示における技術的思想は、以下の態様においても採用することができる。
・包装袋1は、蒸気抜きシール部11を備えていてなくてもよい。その場合は、例えば包装袋1を開封部24において少しだけ開封して加熱の際に発生した蒸気を排出することができる
・蒸気抜きシール部11は、合掌部10以外の部分に設けられていてもよい。
・包装袋1は、合掌部10を備えていなくてもよい。
・包装袋1の製造方法は、上述の実施形態で説明した方法に限定されることはない。
1.第1実施形態
1-1.包装容器100の構成
図11A及び図11Bに示すように、本発明の第1実施形態の包装容器100は、可撓性を有するフィルムが袋状に形成された電子レンジ用の包装袋1と、包装袋1の外表面の少なくとも一部を覆うように設けられた外側包装体5とを備える、電子レンジ用の包装容器である。包装容器100は、電子レンジで加熱調理する食品を内容物として収容する場合に好適に用いられ、即席麺を内容物として収容する場合に特に好適に用いられる。なお、本観点の包装容器100で用いる包装袋1としては、後述の第3観点で説明した形状を有するものを採用してもよい。
図12Aに示すように、包装袋1は、底面部2と、底面部2から立ち上げるように設けられた周面部21を備える。周面部21は、互いに対向する前面部3及び背面部4を備え、かつ上方に開口した開口部22を備える。前面部3及び背面部4は、その左右方向の端部(以下、側端ともいう)において互いに溶着されている。底面部2は、前面部3及び背面部4と溶着(ヒートシール)されている。底面部2と前面部3と背面部4とが互いに溶着されることによって、フィルムが袋状となっている。内容物は、包装袋1の内部に収容される。なお、前面部3及び背面部4の上端部を左右方向に沿って溶着して密封し、利用者が当該上端部を左右方向に引き裂き切り離すことで開口部22が形成されるように構成してもよい。
図11A及び図11Bに示すように、外側包装体5は、底部51と、底部51から立ち上げるように設けられた周面部52を備える。周面部52は、互いに対向する前面部53及び背面部54と、前面部53及び背面部54を前後方向に接続する側面部55とを備える。本実施形態の外側包装体5は、全体として箱形状であり、内部に包装袋1を収容する。
次に、本実施形態の包装容器100に食品を収容した包装食品の調理方法について説明する。本実施形態の調理方法は、収容工程と、加熱工程と、自立工程とを備える。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態の包装容器100について説明する。第2実施形態の包装容器100は、第1実施形態と外側包装体5の構成において相違する。以下、第1実施形態との相違点を中心に説明する。
3.1.基本形態

次に、本発明の第4実施形態の包装容器100について説明する。第4実施形態の包装容器100は、第1実施形態と外側包装体5の構成において相違する。以下、第1実施形態との相違点を中心に説明する。
図29に、第4実施形態の変形例の包装容器100の平面図を示す。本変形例の外側包装体5は、包装袋1の本体部17に加えて切り取り部16を覆うように設けられている点で、上述の基本形態と相違する。外側包装体5の前面部53及び背面部54は、包装袋1の開封部24の両端の位置で半円状に切り抜かれており、引裂開始部24aが外部に露出している。加熱後に包装袋1を開封する際には、引裂開始部24aから切り取り線24bに沿って、外側包装体5の周面部52及び包装袋1の周面部21を共に引き裂く。なお、引き裂きを容易とするために、外側包装体5の周面部52の引き裂き箇所にミシン目等の易引き裂き加工を施してもよい。また、引き裂きを容易とするために、外側包装体5の周面部52の引き裂き箇所において、周面部52の内面と包装袋1の外面とを溶着させておくことが好ましい。
次に、本発明の第5実施形態の包装容器100について説明する。第5実施形態の包装容器100は、第1実施形態と外側包装体5の構成において相違する。以下、第1実施形態との相違点を中心に説明する。

図35A及び図35Bに示すように、本発明の第1実施形態の包装容器100は、食品等の内容物を収容するためのものであり、可撓性を有するフィルムが袋状に形成された包装袋1と、包装袋1を内部に収納する包装箱5aとを備える。包装容器100は、電子レンジで加熱調理する食品を内容物として収容する場合に好適に用いられ、即席麺を内容物として収容する場合に特に好適に用いられる。
図36A及び図37に示すように、包装袋1は、底面部2と、底面部2から立ち上げるように設けられた周面部21を備える。周面部21は、互いに対向する前面部3及び背面部4を備える。前面部3及び背面部4は、その左右方向の端部(以下、側端ともいう)において互いに溶着されている。底面部2は、前面部3及び背面部4と溶着(ヒートシール)されている。底面部2と前面部3と背面部4とが互いに溶着されることによって、フィルムが袋状となっている。内容物は、包装袋1の内部に収容される。
図35A及び図35Bに示す包装箱5aは、上述の第2及び第4観点での外側包装体5に対応する。外側包装体5について述べた内容は、その趣旨に反しない限り、包装箱5aにも適用可能である。
次に、本実施形態の包装容器100に食品を収容した包装食品の調理方法について説明する。当該調理方法は、収容工程と、加熱工程と、自立工程とを備える。調理に先立って、包装箱5aを開封部59において開封し、包装袋1の折り畳み部25を展開する。それ以外の点については、第2及び第4観点において説明した通りである。
次に、本実施形態の包装容器100の製造方法について説明する。当該製造方法は、製袋工程と、収納工程とを備える。
図40A及び図40Bを用いて、本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。第2実施形態の包装容器100は、第1実施形態と包装箱5aの構成において相違する。以下、第1実施形態との相違点を中心に説明する。
以上、実施形態について説明してきたが、本開示における技術的思想は、以下の態様においても採用することができる。

前記外側包装体は、互いに対向し、前記底部から立ち上げるように設けられた前面部及び背面部を備え、
前記外側包装体は、前記外側包装体の前記前面部及び前記背面部から突出部が前記外側包装体の外方にそれぞれ突出して前記底部に隣接する位置に前記開口部が形成されるように変形することで自立可能な前記形状となるように構成され、
前記包装容器は、前記形状に変形した前記外側包装体の前記底部を下側にして前記突出部を接地させることで、自立可能である、包装容器。 - 請求項33又は請求項34に記載の包装容器であって、
前記外側包装体の前記底部には、前記底部を閉止するように組み込まれた組込部が設けられ、

前記外側包装体の前記底部には、前記外側包装体の内側に折り込まれた折込部が設けられ、
前記外側包装体は、前記折込部が展開して前記底部に前記開口部が形成されるように変形することで自立可能な前記形状となるように構成される、包装容器。 - 請求項33又は請求項34に記載の包装容器であって、
前記外側包装体の前記底部には、左右方向に沿って易開封部が設けられ、
前記外側包装体は、前記底部が前記易開封部において前後方向に広がり前記底部に前記開口部が形成されるように変形することで自立可能な前記形状となるように構成される、包装容器。 - 請求項33又は請求項34に記載の包装容器であって、
前記外側包装体は、前記底部が前後方向に広がるように変形し、前記変形の途中で前記底部に下向きに開口する前記開口部が形成され、且つ前記底部を閉止するように組み込まれた組込部が形成されるように変形して、自立可能な前記形状となるように構成され、包装容器。 - 包装食品であって、
食品と、請求項33又は請求項34に記載の包装容器とを備え、
前記食品は、前記包装袋に収容される、包装食品。 - 請求項42に記載の包装食品であって、
前記食品は、即席麺である、包装食品。 - 請求項42に記載の包装食品の調理方法であって、
加熱工程と、自立工程とを備え、
前記加熱工程では、前記包装袋を寝かせた状態で電子レンジにより加熱し、
前記自立工程では、前記形状に変形した前記外側包装体の前記底部を下側にして前記包装容器を自立させる、調理方法。
