在存储针卡的生产过程中,通常需要对存储针卡进行固定角度定位,以此来对存储针卡做进一步的准确加工,但受存储针卡多种规格的影响,必须针对不同的存储针卡设计不同的定位装置来满足不同需求。
现有技术中,由于受限于存储针卡的精度要求以及便于装卸的使用情况,现阶段针对存储针卡不同规格的问题,通常采用的方法是一对一定制,针对不同规格的存储针卡做专用的定位装置,然后通过更换不同定位装置的方法来满足生产需求,导致成本较高。

要说明的是,下文描述在所附权利要求书的范围内的实施例的各种方面。应显而易见,本文中所描述的方面可体现于广泛多种形式中,且本文中所描述的任何特定结构及/或功能仅为说明性的。基于本申请,所属领域的技术人员应了解,本文中所描述的一个方面可与任何其它方面独立地实施,且可以各种方式组合这些方面中的两者或两者以上。举例来说,可使用本文中所阐述的任何数目和方面来实施设备及/或实践方法。另外,可使用除了本文中所阐述的方面中的一或多者之外的其它结构及/或功能性实施此设备及/或实践此方法。
还需要说明的是,以下实施例中所提供的图示仅以示意方式说明本申请的基本构想,图式中仅显示与本申请中有关的组件而非按照实际实施时的组件数目、形状及尺寸绘制,其实际实施时各组件的型态、数量及比例可为一种随意的改变,且其组件布局型态也可能更为复杂。
另外,在以下描述中,提供具体细节是为了便于透彻理解实例。然而,所属领域的技术人员将理解,可在没有这些特定细节的情况下实践所述方面。
现有技术中,对于不同规格的存储针卡进行固定角度定位时,通常采用的方法都是一对一定制,针对不同规格的存储针卡做专用的定位装置,虽然能满足对不同规格的存储针卡的定位,但是存在着如下的问题:
1、对于不同规格的存储针卡,每次更换定位装置时定位销需在装配的过程中进行专门调试,调试装配的工作量较大,存储针卡的定位装卸操作较为麻烦。
2、由于不同规格的存储针卡需要一一对应定制定位装置,导致定位装置 的生产成本较高,且定位装置会因装配人员和加工人员的技术不同造成定位装置的使用情况不同。
而本发明中,发明人经过了广泛和深入的试验,设计出一种存储针卡定位装置及定位系统,可根据存储针卡的规格对定位装置进行调节,以便于满足不同规格存储针卡的定位需求。
本发明解决的技术问题是:解决现有技术中对于不同规格的存储针卡进行固定角度定位时需要一对一定制定位装置的问题。
更具体的,本发明采用的解决方案包括:可根据存储不同规格的存储针卡对定位部的位置进行调节,通过设置旋转部用于带动安装部转动,定位部随着安装部一起转动,同时通过驱动部可带动定位部沿着安装部移动,可实现对定位部在水平方向的位置调节,保证定位部与存储针卡上的销孔相对应,通过升降机构带动支撑部沿着垂直于旋转部的方向移动,使得放置于支撑部上的存储针卡落在定位部上,通过定位部实现对存储针卡进行定位,实现一个定位装置可对不同规格的存储针卡进行定位。
以下结合附图,说明本申请各实施例提供的技术方案。
如图1所示,一种存储针卡定位装置,包括:底座1、旋转部2、至少两个安装部3、与安装部3相对应的定位部4、支撑部和升降机构7,旋转部2设置于底座1上,旋转部2设置于底座1上方,旋转部2可相对于底座1旋转;安装部3安装于旋转部2上,安装部3随旋转部2转动;定位部4用于对存储针卡定位,定位部4通过驱动部对应安装于安装部3上,驱动部驱动定位部4沿着安装部3移动;支撑部设置于旋转部2上方,支撑部对存储针卡进行支撑;升降机构7设置于支撑部底部,以带动支撑部沿着垂直于旋转部2的方向移动,使得放置于支撑部上的存储针卡落在定位部4上。
存储针卡放置于支撑部上,通过旋转部2带动安装部3在水平面内转动,定位部4随着安装部3一起转动,通过驱动部可带动定位部4沿着安装部3移动,可实现对定位部4在水平面内的位置调节,将定位部4调节到放置于支 撑部上的存储针卡上的销孔正下方,保证定位部4与存储针卡上的销孔相对应,通过升降机构7带动支撑部沿着垂直于旋转部2的方向向下移动,使得放置于支撑部上的存储针卡落在定位部4上,通过定位部4实现对存储针卡进行定位,实现一个定位装置可对不同规格的存储针卡进行定位。
具体操作为,将存储针卡放置在支撑部上,支撑部对存储针卡进行支撑,根据存储针卡上销孔的位置,转动旋转部2,旋转部2带动安装部3转动,定位部4随着安装部3一起转动,通过驱动部驱动带动定位部4沿着安装部3移动,实现对定位部4在水平面内的位置调节,将定位部4调节到放置于支撑部上的存储针卡上的销孔正下方,通过升降机构7带动支撑部向下运动,存储针卡随着支撑部一起向下运动,存储针卡落在定位部4上,通过定位部4实现对存储针卡进行定位,随着支撑部的继续向下运动,支撑部与存储针卡分离,完成对存储针卡的定位操作。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,安装部3设有四个,四个安装部3均匀分布在旋转部2上,四个安装部3上均对应安装有定位部4,定位部4可沿着相对应的安装部3进行移动,从而实现对定位部4的位置进行调节。在其它实施方式中,安装部3的数量可为两个、三个或五个等数量,只需要保证安装于安装部3上的定位部4能够实现对存储针卡的定位即可。
如图2所示,进一步的,定位部4包括滑套41和定位销42,滑套41与安装部3之间滑动连接,驱动部与滑套41之间相连接,以使得驱动部驱动滑套41沿着安装部3运动,定位销42设置于滑套41远离安装部3的端面上,通过在滑套41顶部预留安装孔进行安装定位销42,可根据使用需要对定位销42的数量进行增加,以满足对不同规格型号的存储针卡进行定位,通过驱动部带动滑套41沿着安装部3移动,定位销42与安装部3滑套41同步移动,可对定位销42的位置进行调节,使得定位销42处于存储针卡的销孔正下方。
更进一步的,定位销42远离滑套41的一端开有过渡倒角,通过在定位销42顶端开设过渡倒角,便于定位销42穿过存储针卡上的销孔,能够避免存储 针卡卡在定位销42的边缘。
在一些实施方式中,驱动部包括包括第一电机和丝杆,丝杆沿着安装部3的长度方向延伸,丝杆与滑套41之间螺接,丝杆端部与第一电机的输出端相连接,丝杆平行于安装部3设置,丝杆的一端与第一电机的输出端相连接,丝杆的另一端与安装部3的侧壁转动连接,通过第一电机带动丝杆转动,滑套41沿着丝杆和安装部3运动,滑套41带动定位销42一起运动,从而实现对定位销42的位置进行调节,保证定位销42与存储针卡的销孔相对应。
如图1和图3所示,在一些实施方式中,支撑部包括至少两个弹性托盘5,至少两个弹性托盘5绕着旋转部2均匀分布,通过设置至少两个弹性托盘5对存储针卡进行支撑,保证对存储针卡支撑时的稳定性。
在本实施方式中,弹性托盘5设有两个,两个弹性托盘5关于旋转部2对称分布,当存储针卡放置在弹性托盘5上时,弹性托盘5对存储针卡的相对两侧进行限位支撑。在其他实施方式中,弹性托盘5的数量也可以为三个、四个等数量,可根据实际情况进行选择。
如图3所示,具体的,弹性托盘5包括伸缩套51、复位弹簧52和伸缩爪53,伸缩套51设置于升降机构7上,伸缩套51和伸缩爪53之间通过复位弹簧52相连接,伸缩爪53上设有凸起54,当存储针卡放置在伸缩爪53上时,存储针卡外壁与伸缩爪53上的凸起54相接触,由于弹性托盘5绕着旋转部2均匀分布,存储针卡外壁的相对两侧与相对设置的两个弹性托盘5的凸起54相接触,复位弹簧52被压缩,在复位弹簧52的回复力的作用下,伸缩爪53上的凸起54紧贴存储针卡外壁,对存储针卡进行粗定位,使存储针卡大致在旋转部2上方的中心处。
在本实施方式中,每个弹性托盘5均设有两个伸缩套51和与两个伸缩套51相对应的伸缩爪53。在其他实施方式中,伸缩套51的数量也可以为一个、三个等数量,伸缩爪53的数量与伸缩套51相对应,可以根据实际情况进行选择伸缩套51的数量。
如图1所示,在一些实施方式中,旋转部2包括转盘21和第二电机22,转盘21设置于底座1上方,第二电机22输出端与转盘21中心相连接,以使转盘21可绕其中心转动,通过第二电机22带动转盘21转动,转盘21通过安装部3带动定位部4转动,即可实现对定位部4的位置进行调节。
如图1所示,在一些实施方式中,装置还包括观察相机6,观察相机6设置于旋转部2上方,观察相机6与外部终端之间无线连接,观察相机6对放置于支撑部上的存储针卡的销孔位置进行观察定位并传输给外部终端,通过设置观察电机,当存储针卡放置在支撑部上时,观察相机6利用视觉定位对支撑部上的存储针卡的销孔进行准确定位并传递位置信号给外部终端(外部终端可为计算机),外部终端根据存储针卡销孔的位置,控制旋转部2转动相对应的角度,同时控制驱动机构带动定位部4运动,对定位销42的位置进行调节,使定位销42位于存储针卡销孔的正下方,升降机构7带动支撑部向下运动,存储针卡随着支撑部一起向下运动,定位销42穿过存储针卡上的销孔实现对存储针卡进行定位,随着支撑部的继续向下运动,支撑部与存储针卡分离,完成对存储针卡的定位操作,可实现对不同规格的存储针卡的定位。
如图1所示,在一些实施方式中,升降机构7包括伸缩气缸71,伸缩气缸71设置于底座1和支撑部之间,通过伸缩气缸71带动支撑部上下移动,对支撑部的上下移动调节十分的方便。
进一步的,升降机构7还包括顶升板72,顶升板72安装于伸缩气缸71和支撑部之间,通过在支撑部和伸缩气缸71之间设置顶升板72,以便于伸缩气缸71与支撑部之间的连接。
下面将对装置的具体工作过程进行阐述:
当需要对存储针卡进行定位时,将存储针卡放置在弹性托盘5的伸缩爪53上,存储针卡相对侧的外壁分别相对侧伸缩爪53上的凸起54相接触,复位弹簧52被压缩,在复位弹簧52的回复力的作用下,伸缩爪53上的凸起54紧贴存储针卡外壁,对存储针卡进行粗定位,使存储针卡大致在旋转部2上方 的中心处,观察相机6利用视觉定位对弹性托盘5上的存储针卡的销孔进行准确定位并传递位置信号给外部终端,外部终端根据存储针卡销孔的位置,控制第二电机22启动,第二电机22带动转盘21转动,转盘21通过安装部3带动定位部4转动,对定位部4进行圆周方向的调位,使定位部4转动到指定位置处(即定位部4上的定位销42、销孔和转盘21中心处于同一平面内),外部终端控制第一电机启动,第一电机带动丝杆转动,滑套41沿着丝杆运动,定位销42随着滑套41一起运动,使定位销42运动到存储针卡销孔的正下方,伸缩气缸71发生收缩带动支撑部向下运动,存储针卡随着支撑部一起向下运动,定位销42穿过存储针卡上的销孔,随着伸缩气缸71继续收缩,支撑部与存储针卡分离,完成对存储针卡的定位。
综上所述,本装置相对于现有技术,至少具有如下效果:
可满足规定范围内不同规格的存储针卡定位,在解决了存储针卡定位装卸便捷性的同时,极大的减少了生产成本和调试装配的工作量,定位快捷便利,操作简单;使用该装置的过程中,不会因为装配人员及加工人员的技术不同造成定位装置的使用情况不同,实现了装置的通用性,定位位置的实时可调性,存储针卡定位准确、操作方便、更换针卡便捷。
基于相同发明构思,本说明书实施例提供一种存储针卡定位系统,包括如上述任一项装置和终端,终端控制连接升降机构和驱动部。
实施中,通过采用上述装置对存储针卡进行定位,可满足规定范围内不同规格的存储针卡定位,通过终端控制驱动部和升降机构,对升降机构7和驱动部的控制操作十分的方便。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例侧重说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于后面说明的方法实施例而言,由于其与系统是对应的,描述比较简单,相关之处参见系统实施例的部分说明即可。
以上所述,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于 此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
- 一种存储针卡定位装置,其特征在于,包括:底座;旋转部,所述旋转部设置于所述底座上,所述旋转部可相对于所述底座旋转;至少两个安装部,所述安装部安装于所述旋转部上,所述安装部随所述旋转部转动;与所述安装部相对应的定位部,所述定位部用于对所述存储针卡定位,所述定位部通过驱动部对应安装于所述安装部上,所述驱动部驱动所述定位部沿着所述安装部移动;支撑部,所述支撑部设置于所述旋转部上方,所述支撑部对所述存储针卡进行支撑;升降机构,所述升降机构设置于所述支撑部底部,以带动所述支撑部沿着垂直于所述旋转部的方向移动,使得放置于所述支撑部上的存储针卡落在所述定位部上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的存储针卡定位装置,其特征在于,所述定位部包括滑套和定位销,所述滑套与所述安装部之间滑动连接,所述驱动部与所述滑套之间相连接,以使得所述驱动部驱动所述滑套沿着所述安装部运动,所述定位销设置于所述滑套远离所述安装部的端面上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的存储针卡定位装置,其特征在于,所述驱动部包括第一电机和丝杆,所述丝杆沿着所述安装部的长度方向延伸,所述丝杆与所述滑套之间螺接,所述丝杆端部与所述第一电机的输出端相连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的存储针卡定位装置,其特征在于,所述定位销远离所述滑套的一端开有过渡倒角。
- 根据权利要求1所述的存储针卡定位装置,其特征在于,所述支撑部包 括至少两个弹性托盘,所述至少两个弹性托盘绕着所述旋转部均匀分布,所述弹性托盘包括伸缩套、复位弹簧和伸缩爪,所述伸缩套设置于所述升降机构上,所述伸缩套和所述伸缩爪之间通过复位弹簧相连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的存储针卡定位装置,其特征在于,所述旋转部包括转盘和第二电机,所述转盘设置于所述底座上方,所述第二电机输出端与所述转盘中心相连接,以使所述转盘可绕其中心转动。
- 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的存储针卡定位装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括观察相机,所述观察相机设置于所述旋转部上方,所述观察相机与外部终端之间无线连接,所述观察相机对放置于所述支撑部上的存储针卡的销孔位置进行观察定位并传输给所述外部终端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的存储针卡定位装置,其特征在于,所述升降机构包括伸缩气缸,所述伸缩气缸设置于所述底座和所述支撑部之间。
- 根据权利要求8所述的存储针卡定位装置,其特征在于,所述升降机构还包括顶升板,所述顶升板安装于所述伸缩气缸和所述支撑部之间。
- 一种存储针卡定位系统,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述装置和终端,所述终端控制连接所述升降机构和所述驱动部。
