本申请涉及医疗器械技术领域,更为具体地,涉及一种折叠轮椅。
背景技术
折叠轮椅是特殊人群如残疾、年迈体弱以及医疗临床康复患者等的代步工具,由于其能够折叠,可便于携带以及占用空间较小,因而受到广泛应用。
现有的折叠轮椅包括前支撑架、靠背支架、后支撑架、支架连杆、座椅支架及座椅连杆,其中前支撑架、靠背支架、后支撑架以及支架连杆铰接在一起并形成可收折变形的第一连杆机构,以实现前支撑架、靠背支架以及后支撑架的收折。
上述前支撑架、座椅连杆、座椅支架以及靠背支架形成可收折变形的第二连杆机构,第一连杆机构动作时,第二连接机构可随动,进而可实现折叠轮椅折叠、展开过程中座椅支架可跟随折叠。然而,上述折叠轮椅靠背支架与座椅支架之间的折叠空间小,折叠时需要拆卸靠背垫和/或座垫,折叠过程较为繁琐,导致用户体验较差。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种折叠轮椅,能够解决折叠轮椅折叠后容易倾倒的问题,提升用户体验。
为了实现上述目的,本申请实施例提供如下技术方案:
本申请实施例提供折叠轮椅包括前支撑架、靠背支架、后支撑架、支架连杆、座椅支架及座椅连杆;所述前支撑架、所述靠背支架、所述后支撑架及所述支架连杆相互铰接并形成第一连杆机构;所述座椅连杆分别与所述前支撑架、所述座椅支架铰接,且所述前支撑架、所述靠背支架、所述座椅支架、所述座椅连杆形成第二连杆机构;所述靠背支架与所述座椅支架的铰接点位于所述座椅支架的中心面的上方。
在一种可能的实现方式中,在所述第一连杆机构中,所述前支撑架、所述靠背支架、所述后支撑架及所述支架连杆依次铰接并形成转轴点a、b、c、d,且各所述转轴点之间的位置关系满足:ab:bc:cd:da=1:1.1~1.2:2.4~3:2.4~2.8;
在所述第二连杆机构中,所述前支撑架、所述座椅连杆、所述座椅支架、所述靠背支架依次拼接并形成转轴点e、f、g、a,且所述转轴点g位于所述座椅支架的中心面上方;各所述转轴点之间的位置关系满足ef:fg:ga:ae=1~1.8:2.8~4.8:1:2.2~3.2。
在一种可能的实现方式中,在所述第一连杆机构中,各所述转轴点之间的位置关系满足:ab:bc:cd:da=1:1.2:2.75:2.7。
在一种可能的实现方式中,在所述第二连杆机构中,各所述转轴点之间的位置关系满足:ef:fg:ga:ae=1.65:4.7:1:3.1。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述靠背支架具有用于安装靠背垫的第一安装部,沿第一 方向,所述第一安装部朝向后侧倾斜。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述转轴点g相对于所述座椅支架的中心面的垂直距离为X,所述转轴点g相对于所述第一安装部的中心面的垂直距离Y,且X、Y满足为60mm≤X+Y≤110mm。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述座椅支架相对于支撑所述折叠轮椅的轮组的支撑面倾斜设置,且所述座椅支架远离所述转轴点g的一端向上倾斜;所述座椅支架配置为所述第一安装部逆时针转动以对所述折叠轮椅进行折叠时,所述座椅支架能够逆时针转动;以及,所述折叠轮椅处于折叠状态时,所述座椅支架的中心面与所述支撑面平行。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述第一安装部的后倾角的角度范围为5°~20°;所述座椅支架的倾斜角的角度范围为2°~8°。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述折叠轮椅包括前轮、后轮及支撑轮;所述前轮安装在所述前支撑架上,所述后轮安装在后支撑架上;所述支架连杆包括主体段和延伸段,其中所述主体段设置于所述后支撑架与所述前支撑架之间,所述延伸段布置在所述后支撑架的外侧;所述延伸段倾斜向下布置,并与所述主体段之间的夹角为钝角;所述支撑轮设置在所述延伸段远离所述主体段的一端,且所述支撑轮配置为所述折叠轮椅呈折叠状态时,所述支撑轮、所述后轮均与所述支撑面抵接。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述折叠轮椅还包括锁钩机构;所述锁钩机构包括联动杆以及至少一个锁钩,所述锁钩设置在所述联动杆的端部;所述锁钩转动连接在所述靠背支架上,且两者之间设置有扭簧,所述扭簧用于向所述锁钩提供锁紧力;所述后支撑架设置有与所述锁钩配合的固定销,所述锁钩设置有与所述固定销配合的限位槽,所述锁钩通过所述限位槽卡合至所述固定销。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述锁钩机构包括两个锁钩,两个所述锁钩对称设置在所述联动杆两端;所述锁钩设置有扳手,所述靠背支架设置有定位凸起,所述扳手配置为其与所述定位凸起抵接时,所述锁钩的限位槽卡合至所述固定销。
与相关技术相比,本申请实施例提供的折叠轮椅,具有如下优点;
本申请实施例提供的折叠轮椅,靠背支架与座椅支架的铰接点位于座椅支架中心面的上方,以使靠背支架与座椅支架之间的折叠空间较大,因此折叠轮椅进行折叠时,靠背支架与座椅支架之间不会出现干涉,也无需预先将安装至靠背支架上的靠背垫和/或者安装在座椅支架的上的座垫进行拆除。
与相关技术中,折叠轮椅中的靠背支架与座椅支架的形成铰接点,此铰接点位于座椅支架的中心面的下方,折叠时需要预先将折叠座椅的座垫和/或靠背垫进行拆卸的方案相比,本申请实施例中折叠轮椅进行折叠时,无需对预先对靠背垫和/或者座垫进行拆除,从而简化折叠过程,进而提升用户体验。

正如背景技术所述,相关技术中的折叠轮椅折叠时需要拆卸靠背垫和/或座垫,折叠过程较为繁琐,导致用户体验较差的技术问题,经发明人研究发现,出现这种问题的原因在于,折叠轮椅包括由前支撑架、靠背支架、后支撑架以及支架连杆铰接在一起并形成可收折变形的第一连杆机构,以及前支撑架、座椅连杆、座椅支架以及靠背支架形成可收折变形的第二连杆机构,当第一连杆机构动作时,第二连杆机构可随动,进而可实现折叠轮椅折叠、展开过程中座椅支架可跟随折叠。
然而上述座椅支架与靠背支架形成的铰接点位于座椅支架的下方,靠背支架与座椅支架之间的折叠空间较小,若不将安装在靠背支架上的靠背垫和\或安装在座椅支架上的座垫进行预先拆除,则靠背支架与座椅支架在折叠时出现干涉,从而不能使折叠轮椅完成折叠,因此在折叠轮椅进行折叠前,需预先将靠背垫和/或座垫拆卸下来。
针对上述技术问题,本申请实施例提供了一种折叠轮椅,通过将靠背支架与座椅支架 的铰接点位于座椅支架中心面的上方,以使靠背支架与座椅支架之间的折叠空间较大,因此折叠轮椅进行折叠时,靠背支架与座椅支架之间不会出现干涉,也无需预先将安装至靠背支架上的靠背垫和/或者安装在座椅支架的上的座垫进行拆除;如此可简化折叠过程,进而提升用户体验。
为了使本申请实施例的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,均属于本申请保护的范围。
为便于对本申请实施例理解,本申请实施例中所涉及机构原理图中所示线条均为每个具体结构的中心面在正视方向上的投影,本文中所涉及的第一方向为图5中所示的箭头方向,第一方向代表折叠轮椅的整机的前、后方向。
如图1至图5所示,本申请实施例提供的折叠轮椅包括前支撑架10、靠背支架20、扶手70、前轮11、后轮31、后支撑架30、支架连杆40、座椅支架60、座椅连杆50及脚踏80;其中,前支撑架10、靠背支架20、后支撑架30以及支架连杆40铰接在一起,并形成可收折变形的第一连杆机构。
前支撑架10、靠背支架20、座椅支架60、座椅连杆50铰接在一起并形成可收折变形的第二连杆机构,且第二连杆机构与第一连杆机构联动,以实现折叠轮椅整机展开或者折叠过程中,座椅支架60随动折叠或者展开。
靠背支架20两侧的扶手70,扶手70可相对靠背支架20转动。例如扶手70可以转动连接在靠背支架20上,或者扶手70可转动连接在前支撑架10上,且前支撑架10转动连接在靠背支架20上。使用者在上、下折叠轮椅时,可将扶手70向上抬起,以方便用户乘坐;以及当使用者乘坐折叠轮椅时,扶手70可为使用者提供支撑,以提升使用体验。
具体地,折叠轮椅通常设置有轮组,轮组用于支撑折叠轮椅并带动折叠轮椅移动,轮组包括前轮11和后轮31,并且当折叠轮椅处于折叠状态时,前轮11和后轮31能够与地面接触,并形成水平的支撑面,以支撑整个折叠轮椅。前支撑架10用于安装前轮11,也被称为前轮支架,脚踏80也安装在前支撑架10的前端,以为使用者提供脚部支撑。后支撑架30用于安装后轮31,也被称为后轮支架。
如图6所示,靠背支架20包括第一安装部22和第二安装部23,且第一安装部22用于安装折叠轮椅的靠背垫,第二安装部23用于与前支撑架10、座椅支架60、后支撑架30连接,且前支撑架10远离前轮11的一端、后支撑架30远离后轮31的一端分别转动连接在靠背支架20的第二安装部23上,并能够相对靠背支架20转动。
后支撑架30与前支撑架10之间设置有支架连杆40,支架连杆40的两端分别与后支撑架30和前支撑架10铰接,即前支撑架10、靠背支架20、后支撑架30、支架连杆40相互转动连接并形成转轴点a、b、c、d,以形成可收折变形的第一连杆机构,以实现折叠轮椅的前支撑架10、后支撑架30、靠背支架20的收折。当折叠轮椅处于展开状态时,靠背支架20、后支撑架30之间彼此限位支撑,进而形成转轴点a、c、d的稳定三角形结构。
上述座椅连杆50用于连接座椅支架60与前支撑架10,其中座椅连杆50的一端与座椅支架60铰接,座椅连杆50的另一端与前支撑架10铰接,即前支撑架10、座椅连杆50、 座椅支架60、靠背支架20相互铰接并形成转轴点为e、f、g、a,以形成可收折变形的第二连杆机构,以实现折叠轮椅整机折叠、展开过程中座椅支架60随动折叠。
进一步地,本申请实施例中靠背支架20与座椅支架60形成的转轴点g,且转轴点g位于座椅支架60的中心面的上方。如此设置,以使靠背支架20与座椅支架60之间的折叠空间较大,因此折叠轮椅进行折叠时,靠背支架20与座椅支架60之间不会出现干涉,也无需预先将安装至靠背支架20上的靠背垫和/或者安装在座椅支架60的上的座垫进行拆除。
与现有技术中,折叠轮椅中的靠背支架与座椅支架的形成铰接点,此铰接点位于座椅支架的中心面的下方,折叠时需要预先将折叠座椅的座垫和/或靠背垫进行拆卸的方案相比,本申请实施例中折叠轮椅进行折叠时,无需对预先对靠背垫和/或者座垫进行拆除,从而简化折叠过程,进而提升用户体验。
如图5至图7所示,在上述实施例的基础上,在上述第一连杆机构中,前支撑架10、靠背支架20、后支撑架30及支架连杆40依次铰接并形成转轴点a、b、c、d。
具体地,在第一连杆机构中,前支撑架10远离前轮11的一端与靠背支架20的第二安装部23铰接并形成转轴点a,靠背支架20的第二安装部23与后支撑架30远离后轮31的一端铰接,并形成转轴点b;支架连杆40的两端分别与后支撑架30、前支撑架10分别铰接并形成转轴点c、d,并且各转轴点a、b、c、d之间的位置关系满足ab:bc:cd:da=1:1.1~1.2:2.4~3:2.4~2.8。优选地,各转轴点a、b、c、d之间的位置关系满足ab:bc:cd:da=1:1.2:2.75:2.7。
在第二连杆机构中,前支撑架10、座椅连杆50、座椅支架60、靠背支架20依次拼接并形成转轴点e、f、g、a,且转轴点g位于座椅支架60的中心面上方。
具体地,在第二连杆机构中,座椅连杆50用于连接前支撑架10与座椅支架60,座椅连杆50的一端与前支撑架10铰接并形成转轴点e,座椅连杆50的另一端与座椅支架60铰接并形成转轴点f。座椅支架60远离转轴点f的一端与靠背支架20的第二安装部23铰接并形成转轴点g,且转轴点g位于座椅支架60的中心面上方;并且靠背支架20的第二安装部23还与前支撑架10铰接并形成转轴点a。进一步地,上述各转轴点e、f、g、a的位置关系满足ef:fg:ga:ae=1~1.8:2.8~4.8:1:2.2~3.2。优选地,上述各转轴点e、f、g、a的位置关系满足ef:fg:ga:ae=1.65:4.7:1:3.1。
如此设置,本申请实施例中上述第一连杆机构和第二连杆机构中各转轴点满足上述位置关系,不仅能够在第一连杆机构动作时,可实现折叠轮椅整机折叠、展开过程中座椅支架60随动折叠,而且在折叠轮椅处于折叠状态时,靠背支架20能够转动至水平状态,并与支撑该折叠轮椅的支撑面保持平行,因此折叠后折叠轮椅整体呈水平状态且较为平整,因此折叠后的折叠轮椅重心稳定,不易倾倒,从而提升用户体验。
继续参阅图6,转轴点g相对于座椅支架60的中心面的垂直距离为X,转轴点g相对于第一安装部22的中心面的垂直距离Y,则X、Y满足60≤x+y≤110mm。例如,其中X的取值范围为10mm≤X≤50mm,其中Y的取值范围为50mm≤Y≤60mm。如此设置,本申请实施例中折叠轮椅呈折叠状态下,靠背支架20与座椅支架60能够容纳座垫、靠背垫,避免在折叠过程中,靠背支架20与座椅支架60出现干涉,在对折叠轮椅进行折叠时,无需对折叠轮椅进行折叠前拆除座垫,提升用户体验。
在一些实施例中,座椅支架60整体相对支撑面倾斜设置,其中座椅支架60的第一端为自由端,座椅支架60的第二端与靠背支架20的第二安装部23铰接并形成转轴点g,且转轴点g位于座椅支架60的中心面的上方。其中,靠背支架20的第一安装部22的后倾角的角度为α,且α的取值范围为5°至20°。座椅支架60的第二端相对水平的支撑面斜向上设置,且形成的仰角的角度为β,且β的取值范围为2°至8°。
在对折叠轮椅进行折叠时,逆时针转动靠背支架20,则座椅支架60能够跟随顺时针转动。当靠背支架20逆时针转动90°+α°后,座椅支架60可逆时针转动β角度后,且座椅支架60的中心面与水平的支撑面平行,即座椅支架60的中心面能够与靠背支架20的中心面平行,两者均处于水平状态。
例如,本实施例中靠背支架20的第一安装部22的后倾角的角度为16°,座椅支架60相对支撑面的仰角为4°,则当靠背支架20逆时针转动16°后,座椅支架60可逆时针转动4°后,且座椅支架60的中心面能够与靠背支架20的中心面平行,两者分别与水平的支撑面平行。如此设置,可使靠背支架20与座椅支架60贴合,进一步提升折叠轮椅处于折叠状态下,其整体更加平整,重心更稳定,不易倾倒,从而提升用户体验。
如图6所示,并结合图4,在上述实施例的基础上,本申请实施例中的折叠轮椅的轮组不仅包括前轮11和后轮31,轮组还包括安装在支架连杆40上的支撑轮41。
具体地,支架连杆40布置在前支撑架10与后支撑架30之间,并且支架连杆40包括主体段42和延伸段43,主体段42位于前支撑架10与后支撑架30之间,主体段42与前支撑架10铰接并形成转轴点d,主体段42与后支撑架30铰接并形成转轴点c。
延伸段43与主体段42为一体结构,且延伸段43与主体段42之间形成的夹角为钝角。延伸段43布置在后支撑架30的外侧,并沿后支撑架30斜向下延伸,延伸段43的一端延伸至转轴点c,延伸段43的另一端用于安装支撑轮41,且支撑轮41能够相对支架连杆40转动。如此设置,折叠轮椅处于折叠状态时,支撑轮41能够与地面接触,进而后轮31、支撑轮41与地面形成稳定支撑面,从而提升折叠轮椅处于折叠状态下的稳定性,防止其倾倒。
再者,主体段42与延伸段43之间的夹角呈钝角(>90°),折叠状态下支撑轮41靠近车体尾部(约束延伸段43末端点与车体尾部边界距离),便于轮椅折叠状态拖行(拖行把手位于前轮支架或脚踏板位置),同时可以以转轴点b附近结构、支撑轮41为支撑面将折叠轮椅侧立放置。需要理解的是,在折叠轮椅处于折叠状态下,其前轮也能够与地面接触,从而前轮11、后轮31及支撑轮41均与地面接触形成稳定的支撑面,可进一步提升折叠轮椅处于折叠状态下的稳定性。
如图8至图11所示,并参阅图5,在上述实施例的基础上,本申请实施例提供的折叠轮椅中,靠背支架20和后支撑架30具有锁止结构,当折叠轮椅处于展开状态时,靠背支架20、后支撑架30之间通过锁止结构彼此限位支撑,进而形成转轴点a、c、d的稳定三角形结构。
具体地,锁止结构形成在靠背支架20与后支撑架30之间,锁止结构包括第一锁止面21、第二锁止面32,其中靠背支架20靠近后支撑架30的位置设置有凹陷以形成第一锁止面21,即形成凹陷的表面形成第一锁止面21。后支撑架30靠近靠背支架20的端部具有凸起,凸起与凹陷配合设置,凸起具有与第一锁止面21配合的第二锁止面32。在折叠轮 椅的展开过程中,当靠背支架20旋转到位时,凸起可嵌设至凹陷内,且第一锁止面21和第二锁止面32抵接贴合,进而完成靠背支架20与后支撑架30的限位支撑,防止靠背支架20与后支撑架30绕转轴点b相向转动。
为提升折叠轮椅展开状态的稳定性,本申请实施例提供的折叠轮椅还包括锁钩机构90,锁钩机构90包括联动杆91和至少一个锁钩92,联动杆91贯穿设置座椅支架60的下方,并且联动杆91的端部固定有锁钩92,锁钩92转动连接在靠背支架20上。
后支撑架30设置有与锁钩92配合的固定销33,锁钩92具有与固定销33配合的限位槽922,此限位槽922可与固定销33卡接,后支撑架30与锁钩92之间还设置有扭簧93,扭簧93用于向锁钩92提供锁紧力,以使锁钩92保持在靠背支架20上。
当折叠轮椅展开到位后,锁钩92的背面先与固定销33接触,并且在后支撑架30的推力作用下,锁钩92能够克服扭簧93的锁紧力顺时针转动,从而固定销33可卡入限位槽922内;此时,锁钩92在扭簧93作用下逆时针转动并复位,锁钩92的底部与靠背支架20的限位凸起抵接,从而实现对靠背支架20与后支撑架30的约束,防止靠背支架20与后支撑架30绕转轴点b相互分离。于此同时,背支架与后支撑架30之间通过锁止结构进行限位支撑,防止靠背支架20与后支撑架30绕转轴点b相向转动,进而靠背支架20、后支撑架30彼此间完全约束,第一连杆机构组形成了转轴点a、c、d的稳定三边形结构。
示例性地,本申请实施例提供的锁钩机构90包括第一锁钩和第二锁钩,其中第一锁钩和第二锁钩对称设置在联动杆91的两端,且第一锁钩与第二锁钩为对称件,以第一锁钩为例对其具体结构进行说明。
第一锁钩包括扳手921,扳手921用于对第一锁钩施加压力,以使其克服扭簧93的扭力,第一锁钩相对靠背支架20旋转。例如,下压扳手921,第一锁钩顺时针转动,则第一锁钩与固定销33脱离,从而解除后支撑架30与靠背支架20之间的限位,以对折叠轮椅进行折叠。
靠背支架20靠近第一锁钩的位置设置有定位凸起,定位凸起可与扳手921的底部抵接,扭簧93为第一锁钩提供向外的支撑力,以使第一锁钩具有朝向逆时针转动,当扳手921的底部与定位凸起抵接时,此时第一锁钩旋转到位,且第一锁钩的限位槽922与固定销33卡接,以完成对靠背支架20与后轮31支架的锁定。
需要说明的是,上述第一锁钩、第二锁钩可同步转动,当使用者操作任一个锁钩92的扳手921时,即能够完成对靠背支架20与后支撑架30的锁定及解锁,如此可提升用户体验。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种折叠轮椅,其特征在于,包括前支撑架、靠背支架、后支撑架、支架连杆、座椅支架及座椅连杆;
    所述前支撑架、所述靠背支架、所述后支撑架及所述支架连杆相互铰接并形成第一连杆机构;所述座椅连杆分别与所述前支撑架、所述座椅支架铰接,且所述前支撑架、所述靠背支架、所述座椅支架、所述座椅连杆形成第二连杆机构;
    所述靠背支架与所述座椅支架的铰接点位于所述座椅支架的中心面的上方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠轮椅,其特征在于,在所述第一连杆机构中,所述前支撑架、所述靠背支架、所述后支撑架及所述支架连杆依次铰接并形成转轴点a、b、c、d,且各所述转轴点之间的位置关系满足:ab:bc:cd:da=1:1.1~1.2:2.4~3:2.4~2.8;
    在所述第二连杆机构中,所述前支撑架、所述座椅连杆、所述座椅支架、所述靠背支架依次拼接并形成转轴点e、f、g、a,且所述转轴点g位于所述座椅支架的中心面上方;
    各所述转轴点之间的位置关系满足ef:fg:ga:ae=1~1.8:2.8~4.8:1:2.2~3.2。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠轮椅,其特征在于,在所述第一连杆机构中,各所述转轴点之间的位置关系满足:ab:bc:cd:da=1:1.2:2.75:2.7。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠轮椅,其特征在于,在所述第二连杆机构中,各所述转轴点之间的位置关系满足:ef:fg:ga:ae=1.65:4.7:1:3.1。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述靠背支架具有用于安装靠背垫的第一安装部,沿第一方向,所述第一安装部朝向后侧倾斜。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的折叠轮椅,其特征在于,
    所述转轴点g相对于所述座椅支架的中心面的垂直距离为X,所述转轴点g相对于所述第一安装部的中心面的垂直距离Y,且X、Y满足60mm≤X+Y≤110mm。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述座椅支架相对于支撑所述折叠轮椅的轮组的支撑面倾斜设置,且所述座椅支架远离所述转轴点g的一端向上倾斜;
    所述座椅支架配置为所述第一安装部逆时针转动以对所述折叠轮椅进行折叠时,所述座椅支架能够逆时针转动;
    以及,所述折叠轮椅处于折叠状态时,所述座椅支架的中心面与所述支撑面平行。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述第一安装部的后倾角的角度范围为5°~20°;
    所述座椅支架的倾斜角的角度范围为2°~8°。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述折叠轮椅包括前轮、后轮及支撑轮;
    所述前轮安装在所述前支撑架上,所述后轮安装在后支撑架上;
    所述支架连杆包括主体段和延伸段,其中所述主体段设置于所述后支撑架与所述前支撑架之间,所述延伸段布置在所述后支撑架的外侧;
    所述延伸段倾斜向下布置,并与所述主体段之间的夹角为钝角;
    所述支撑轮设置在所述延伸段远离所述主体段的一端,且所述支撑轮配置为所述折叠轮椅呈折叠状态时,所述支撑轮、所述后轮均与所述支撑面抵接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述折叠轮椅还包括锁钩机构;
    所述锁钩机构包括联动杆以及至少一个锁钩,所述锁钩设置在所述联动杆的端部; 所述锁钩转动连接在所述靠背支架上,且两者之间设置有扭簧,所述扭簧用于向所述锁钩提供锁紧力;
    所述后支撑架设置有与所述锁钩配合的固定销,所述锁钩设置有与所述固定销配合的限位槽,所述锁钩通过所述限位槽卡合至所述固定销。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述锁钩机构包括两个锁钩,两个所述锁钩对称设置在所述联动杆两端;
    所述锁钩设置有扳手,所述靠背支架设置有定位凸起,所述扳手配置为其与所述定位凸起抵接时,所述锁钩的限位槽卡合至所述固定销。
