本发明提供的可折叠轮椅,其轮椅架包括前轮支架、后轮支架、座位支架、靠背支架和扶手支架,扶手支架的前端部可转动地连接于前轮支架的上端部和/或后轮支架的上端部,通过第二转轴转动连接座位支架和前轮支架,通过第三转轴转动连接靠背支架和座位支架,通过第四转轴转动连接扶手支架的后端部和靠背支架,使前轮支架、座位支架、靠背支架、扶手支架组成四连杆机构,通过将连接件的两端部分别转动连接在四连杆机构和后轮支架上,能够通过连接件的转动带动四连杆机构运动,使轮椅架在展开状态和折叠状态之间变换,实现了所述可折叠轮椅的展开和折叠,结构简单、操作方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明描述的前后方向、左右方向和上下方向是基于乘坐者在乘坐本发明提供的可折叠轮椅(即轮椅架处于展开状态)时观察到的前后方向、左右方向和上下方向。
下面结合附图所示的实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1-6所示,本实施例提供一种可折叠轮椅,其包括具有展开状态和折叠状态的轮椅架10。轮椅架10包括分别位于左右两侧的侧支架,每个侧支架分别包括:前轮支架100、后轮支架200、座位支架300、靠背支架400和扶手支架500。其中,前轮支架100由前向后倾斜地向上延伸,前轮支架100的底前部设置有前轮组件101,前轮组件101包括可转动的前轮1011;后轮支架200由后向前倾斜地向上延伸,后轮支架200的底后部设置有后轮组件201,后轮组件201包括可转动的后轮2011,后轮支架200的上端部和前轮支架100的上端部通过第一转轴11相转动连接;座位支架300用于承载乘坐者的臀部,座位支架300上设置有座位板或者套装有座位套,座位支架300的前部和前轮支架100的中上部通过第二转轴12相转动 连接,所述中上部是指位于略高于前轮支架100中部的位置;靠背支架400用于支撑乘坐者的背部,靠背支架400的下端部与座位支架300的后端部通过第三转轴13相转动连接,靠背支架400上安装有靠背板或者套装有靠背套;扶手支架500的前端部可转动地连接在第一转轴11上,扶手支架500的后端部与靠背支架400的中部通过第四转轴14相转动连接。每侧的前轮支架100、座位支架300、靠背支架400和扶手支架500分别通过第一转轴11、第二转轴12、第三转轴13和第四转轴14组成四连杆机构。两侧的前轮支架100之间固定连接有连杆,连杆上设置有脚踏板连接架600,其向前下方延伸。
所述可折叠轮椅还包括连接件20和锁定机构30。其中,连接件20的一端部可转动地连接在所述四连杆机构上。具体地,连接件20的一端部可转动地连接在第三转轴13上,即,连接件20的一端部、座位支架300的后端部和靠背支架400的下端部通过第三转轴13相转动连接;连接件20的另一端部可转动地连接在后轮支架200上,例如通过枢轴连接。如图3所示,当轮椅架10处于展开状态时,连接件20位于后轮支架200的内侧及座位支架300的外侧,当从侧面观看时,连接件20被后轮支架200遮挡。
锁定机构30用于将轮椅架10锁定在展开状态,所述锁定机构用于将所述前轮支架、所述座位支架、所述靠背支架和所述扶手支架中的任意两个相邻支架的相对位置锁定;或,所述锁定机构用于将所述第一转轴、所述第二转轴、所述第三转轴、所述第四转轴中的任意一个转轴与其他转轴的相对位置锁定。具体地,锁定机构30通过将连接件20与后轮支架200的相对位置锁定使轮椅架10锁定在展开状态。锁定机构30包括锁定块31和锁定孔32,锁定块31可移动地设置在连接件20上,锁定块31的移动方向垂直于连接件20的转动平面,锁定孔32设置在后轮支架200上,在锁定机构30处于锁定状态时,锁定块31插入锁定孔32中,使连接件20与后轮支架200的相对位置保持锁定,在锁定机构30处于解锁状态时,锁定块31脱离锁定孔32,连接件20能够相对于后轮支架200转动。具体地,连接件20上设有用于容置锁定块31的安装槽,锁定块31可移动地设于安装槽中,该安装槽中还设有用于推动锁定块31插入锁定孔32的弹性件。弹性件具体为顶设于安装槽的槽底和锁定块31之间的压簧。当锁定机构处于解锁状态时,随着轮椅架展开,锁定块31移动至锁定孔32处,压簧复位,进而推动锁定块31插入锁定孔32中,自动将轮椅架10锁定在展开状态。解锁时,向连接件20或后轮支架200施加外使二者之间具有相对转动的趋势,在例如锁定块31和后轮支架200之间采用斜面配合接触的情形下,锁定块31受到来自后轮支架200的外力(该外力 应足够大)而缩回至安装槽内。
本实施例中,所述可折叠轮椅还包括扶手40、限位装置和脚踏板支架50。扶手40可转动的设置在靠背支架400上,具体地,扶手40的后端部可转动地设置在第四转轴14上,其中,每侧的扶手40、扶手支架500及靠背支架400自外至内设置。扶手40用于支撑乘坐者的肘部,当然,不设置扶手40,通过扶手支架500支撑乘坐者的肘部也是可行的。本实施例中设置的扶手40,通过将扶手40与靠背支架400的角度进行调节,以使乘坐者的肘部处于最舒适的状态。所述限位装置用于限定轮椅架10处于展开状态时,扶手40与靠背支架400之间的夹角。所述限位装置不是本发明的发明点,在此不再赘述。脚踏板支架50用于安装承托乘坐者脚部的脚踏板,脚踏板支架50可转动地设置在脚踏板连接架600的一端部。
下面对本发明提供的可折叠轮椅的折叠过程进行说明,以便本发明的优点和特征更易于被本领域技术人员理解。
在需要折叠时,先将锁定机构30解锁,使锁定块31脱离锁定孔32,下压靠背支架400,带动连接件20相对于后轮支架200向后下转动,通过第三转轴13带动所述四连杆机构运动,使座位支架300绕第三转轴13向后转动,使靠背支架400绕第三转轴13向前转动,使扶手支架500绕第一转轴11向下转动,使前轮支架100绕第二转轴12向后转动,使得连接件20、座位支架300、靠背支架400、扶手支架500、脚踏板连接支架600和前轮支架100分别向后轮支架200靠拢收叠,再将扶手40向后下转动至与后轮支架200靠拢,将脚踏板支架50转动至与前轮支架100靠拢,即可完成所述可折叠轮椅的折叠。折叠后,前轮支架100的下端部、后轮支架200及扶手40的前段部相互靠拢,且前轮支架100收折于后轮支架200的前侧,扶手40收折于后轮支架200的后侧;座位支架300的前端部、靠背支架400的上端部和后轮支架200的上端部相互靠拢。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种可折叠轮椅,包括具有展开状态和折叠状态的轮椅架,其特征在于:所述轮椅架包括:
    前轮支架,所述前轮支架的底前部设置有前轮组件,所述前轮组件包括可转动的前轮;
    后轮支架,所述后轮支架的底后部设置有后轮组件,所述后轮组件包括可转动的后轮,所述后轮支架的上端部和所述前轮支架的上端部通过第一转轴转动连接;
    座位支架,所述座位支架的前部和所述前轮支架通过第二转轴转动连接;
    靠背支架,所述靠背支架的下端部与所述座位支架的后端部通过第三转轴转动连接;及扶手支架,所述扶手支架的前端部可转动地连接于所述前轮支架的上端部和/所述后轮支架的上端部,所述扶手支架的后端部与所述靠背支架通过第四转轴转动连接;
    其中,所述前轮支架、所述座位支架、所述靠背支架、所述扶手支架组成四连杆机构;
    所述可折叠轮椅还包括:
    连接件,所述连接件的一端部可转动地连接在所述四连杆机构上,所述连接件的另一端部可转动地连接在所述后轮支架上;及
    锁定机构,所述锁定机构用于将所述轮椅架锁定在展开状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述连接件的一端部可转动地连接在所述第三转轴上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述锁定机构用于将所述前轮支架、所述座位支架、所述靠背支架和所述扶手支架中的任意两个相邻支架的相对位置锁定;或,所述锁定机构用于将所述第一转轴、所述第二转轴、所述第三转轴、所述第四转轴中的任意一个转轴与其他转轴的相对位置锁定。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述锁定机构用于将所述连接件与所述后轮支架的相对位置锁定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述锁定机构包括可移动地设置在所述连接件上的锁定块、设置在所述后轮支架上的锁定孔,在所述锁定机构处于锁定状态时,所述锁定块插入所述锁定孔中,使所述连接件与所述后轮支架的相对位置锁定;在所述锁定机构处于解锁状态时,所述锁定块脱离所述锁定孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述锁定块的移动方向垂直于所述连接件的转动平面。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述连接件上设有用于容置所述锁定块的安装槽,所述锁定块可移动地设于所述安装槽中,所述安装槽内设有用于推动所述锁定块插入所述锁定孔的弹性件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述弹性件为压簧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述可折叠轮椅还包括扶手,所述扶手的后部可转动地连接于所述靠背支架。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述可折叠轮椅还包括用于限定所述轮椅架处于展开状态时所述扶手与所述靠背支架之间的夹角的限位装置。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述扶手通过所述第四转轴可转动地连接于所述靠背支架。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11中任意一项所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述轮椅架还包括脚踏板连接架,所述脚踏板连接架设置在所述前轮支架的前部,所述脚踏板连接架所在的平面与所述前轮支架所在的平面相重合。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述可折叠轮椅还包括脚踏板支架,所述脚踏板支架可转动地设置在所述脚踏板连接架的前端部。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述扶手支架的前端部通过所述第一转轴可转动地连接于所述前轮支架的上端部和所述后轮支架的上端部。
  15. 一种可折叠轮椅,包括具有展开状态和折叠状态的轮椅架,其特征在于:所述轮椅架包括:
    前轮支架,所述前轮支架的底前部设置有前轮组件,所述前轮组件包括可转动的前轮;
    后轮支架,所述后轮支架的底后部设置有后轮组件,所述后轮组件包括可转动的后轮,所述后轮支架的上端部和所述前轮支架的上端部通过第一转轴转动连接;
    座位支架,所述座位支架的前部和所述前轮支架通过第二转轴转动连接;
    靠背支架,所述靠背支架的下端部与所述座位支架的后端部通过第三转轴转动连接;及
    扶手支架,所述扶手支架的前端部可转动地连接于所述前轮支架的上端部和/或所述后轮支架的上端部,所述扶手支架的后端部与所述靠背支架通过第四转轴转动连接;
    其中,所述前轮支架、所述座位支架、所述靠背支架、所述扶手支架组成四连杆机构;及
    所述可折叠轮椅还包括:
    连接件,所述连接件的一端部可转动地连接在所述四连杆机构上,所述连接件的另一端部可转动地连接在所述后轮支架上。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述可折叠轮椅还包括:
    锁定机构,所述锁定机构用于将所述轮椅架锁定在展开状态。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述锁定机构设置在所述连接件和所述后轮支架上。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述连接件的一端部可转动地连接在所述第三转轴上。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述扶手支架的前端部通过所述第一转轴可转动地连接于所述前轮支架的上端部和所述后轮支架的上端部。
