一实施例中,所述锁定块上设有多个所述的锁定齿,所有的所述锁定齿沿周向均匀间隔地设于所述锁定块上,相应地,所述第一锁槽、所述第二锁槽也设有沿周向均匀间隔分布的多个。
一实施例中,所述主锁定机构还包括设置在所述锁定块与所述靠背架下部之间的弹性件,所述弹性件提供所述锁定块朝向所述摆杆运动所需的作用力,当所述主锁定机构处于解锁状态时,所述锁定块仅位于所述第一锁定孔中。
优选地,所述轮椅架上还设置有用于解锁所述主锁定机构的解锁机构,所述解锁机构包括滑动地设置在所述靠背架上的解锁件,所述解锁件相对所述靠背架滑动时驱使所述锁定块脱离所述第一锁定孔或脱离所述第二锁定孔。
一实施例中,所述解锁件相对所述靠背架的滑动方向垂直于所述第一轴的轴心线延伸方向。

由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明的可折叠轮椅,包括前轮支架、后轮支架、靠背架、座位架、扶手架等杆件,其杆件数量少,展开状态下的结构稳定性好。进一步地,锁定机构的主锁定机构收容于轮椅架的杆件中,不易损坏,工作可靠性高,解锁操作步骤少,同时也大幅地提升了轮椅整体的美观度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
为便于描述,本发明描述的前后方向、左右方向和上下方向是基于使用者乘坐在本发明提供的轮椅上观察到的前后方向、左右方向和上下方向。
参见图1至图3所示,一种可折叠轮椅,包括具有展开状态与折叠状态的轮椅架1、设于轮椅架1底部的前轮组件2与后轮组件3,以及用于将轮椅架1锁定在展开状态下的锁定机构。展开状态下,轮椅架1包括:底部设有前轮组件2的前轮支架11、底部设有后轮组件2的后轮支架12、各自沿前后方向延伸的扶手架13与座位架14、沿上下方向延伸的靠背架15,以及摆杆16,其中,后轮支架12的上部与前轮支架11的上部转动地连接,扶手架13的转动地连接在后轮支架12的上部与靠背架15之间;座位架14位于扶手架13的下方,座位架14的前部转动地连接在前轮支架11上,摆杆16的一端部转动地连接在后轮支架12上,摆杆16的另一端部与靠背架15的下部转动地连接,座位架14的后部转动地连接在摆杆16上或转动地连接在靠背架15的下部,或者,摆杆16的另一端部、靠背架15的下部及座位架14的后部绕同一转动中心线转动地连接。本实施例中,摆杆16的上述另一端部、靠背架15的下部及座位架14共同绕第一轴16a的轴心线转动地连接在一起,如此,前轮支架11、后轮支架12、摆杆16及座位架14之间形成一四连杆机构,后轮支架12、扶手架13、靠背架15、摆杆16之间形成另一四连杆机构。
锁定机构包括设置在摆杆16与靠背架15之间且用于将两者相对锁定的主锁定机构41,后轮支架12与摆杆16之间还设置有用于限制摆杆16向前摆动幅度的限位机构42。限位机构42解除限位且主锁定机构41处于锁定状态时,轮椅架1上的各部件相对锁定而使得轮椅架1能够被锁定在展开状态下。其中,在其他实施例中,主锁定机构41可以设置在后轮支架12、扶手架13、靠背架15、摆杆16中其他的转动连接位置处。
具体地,参见图1至图3所示,限位机构42包括设置在摆杆16上的锁槽421,以及设于后轮支架12上的凸柱422,摆杆16相对后轮支架12转动至某一位置时,锁槽421能够对应配合地套设至凸柱422上,使得凸柱422卡在锁槽421中,从而限制摆杆16在该转动方向上继续转动。本实施例中,摆杆16的一端部通过第二轴16b转动地连接在后轮支架12 上,凸柱422在后轮支架12的长度延伸方向上位于第二轴16b的下方,锁槽16设置在摆杆16的前侧部上且开口朝前,且锁槽16在摆杆16的长度延伸方向上位于第一轴16a与第二轴16b之间。
摆杆16绕第二轴16b逆时针转动时使得凸柱422与锁槽421配合而实现摆杆16与后轮支架12之间的相对位置固定。轮椅架1处于展开状态下且限位机构42中凸柱422与锁槽421配合时,摆杆16的长度延伸方向与后轮支架12的长度延伸方向一致,使得前轮支架11、后轮支架12、座位架14及摆杆16之间构成三角形结构,其结构十分的稳定,使得轮椅架1具有良好的基础承载性能。当锁槽421与凸柱422相互脱离时,限位机构42解除对摆杆16的限位,摆杆16能够相对后轮支架12绕第二轴16b顺时针旋转。
在其他的实施例中,还可以将锁槽421设于后轮支架12上且将凸柱422设于摆杆16上,也能够在摆杆16相对后轮支架12转动到一定位置时使得凸柱422与锁槽421配合而实现摆杆16与后轮支架12之间的相对锁定。
参见图4至图10所示,主锁定机构41包括锁定块411、设置在靠背架15下部的第一锁定孔412、设置在摆杆16上的第二锁定孔413,锁定块411沿第一轴16a的轴向相对滑动地设置在第一锁定孔412与第二锁定孔413中。当锁定块411仅位于第一锁定孔412或仅位于第二锁定孔413中时,主锁定机构41解锁;当锁定块411同时位于第一锁定孔412与第二锁定孔413中时,主锁定机构41锁定。
具体地,锁定块411的外侧周部上设置有一个以上的锁定齿4111,第一锁定孔412的内壁上设置有一个以上的第一锁槽(图中未示出),第二锁定孔413的内壁上设置有一个以上的第二锁槽4131,锁定齿4111、第一锁槽及第二锁槽4131的位置及个数一一对应。此处,所有的锁定齿4111沿周向均匀间隔地设于锁定块411上,相应地,所有的第一锁槽沿周向均匀间隔地设于第一锁定孔412的内壁上,所有的第二锁槽413沿周向均匀间隔地设于第二锁定孔413的内壁上。在主锁定机构41处于锁定状态时,锁定齿4111同时插设在第一锁槽412与第二锁槽413中。
主锁定机构41还包括设置在锁定块411与靠背架15下部之间的弹性件414,该弹性件414用于提供锁定块411朝向摆杆16运动所需的作用力,此处,该弹性件414采用的为弹簧,该弹簧套设在第一轴16a上且位于第一锁定孔412中,其两端分别抵靠在第一锁定孔412上与锁定块411上。
主锁定机构41处于锁定状态下,在弹性件414的作用下,锁定块411同时位于第一锁定孔412与第二锁定孔413中,且锁定齿4111同时与第一锁槽、第二锁槽413配合;当主锁定机构41处于解锁状态时,锁定块411克服弹性件414的弹性力作用而仅位于第一锁定孔412中,使得摆杆16能够相对靠背架15绕第一轴16a转动。
轮椅架1上还设置有用于解锁主锁定机构41的解锁机构17,该解锁机构17包括滑动地设置在靠背架15上的解锁件171,该解锁件171相对靠背架15滑动的过程中能够驱使锁定块411克服弹性件414的作用力而脱离第二锁定孔413。
本实施例中,参见各附图所示,靠背架15包括沿上下方向延伸的靠背杆151,以及固设于靠背杆51下部的连接杆152,连接杆152的下部通过第一轴16a与摆杆16转动地连接,主锁定机构41设置在连接杆152的下部与摆杆16之间。解锁件171也设置在连接杆152上,解锁件171相对靠背架15的滑动方向垂直于第一轴16a的轴心线延伸方向。
具体地,解锁件171上下滑动地设于靠背架15上,且在相对靠背架15向上滑动时驱使主锁定机构41解锁。更具体地,解锁件171的一端部上设有第一斜面1712,锁定块411的一端部具有朝向解锁件171延伸的解锁凸台4112,该解锁凸台4112上设有与第一斜面1712相匹配的第二斜面4113,第一斜面1712与第二斜面4113相互贴合。在驱使解锁件171相对靠背架15向上运动的过程中,第一斜面1712作用于第二斜面4113,使得锁定块411克服弹性件414的作用力运动而脱离第二锁定孔413。
在本实施例中,轮椅架1处于展开状态下,连接杆152自后向前向下倾斜地延伸,解锁件171的滑动方向平行于连接杆152的延伸方向。具体地,连接杆152上设有收容槽1521,解锁件171滑动地设于上述收容槽1521中,解锁件171上设有凸伸于上述收容槽1521外的提把1711,连接杆152上还设有与收容槽1521连通的滑槽1522,该滑槽1522具体为腰型槽,提把1711滑动地穿设在滑槽1522中。连接杆152上还设有遮挡收容槽1521槽口的盖板1523,该盖板1523可拆卸地设于连接杆152上,盖板1523与收容槽1521分设于连接杆152的相异两侧。如此,仅有提把1711露出在连接杆152的外侧,通过提把1711便可以驱使解锁件171向上滑动而使得主锁定机构41解锁。
参见图1至图3所示,轮椅架1还包括转动地连接在前轮支架11下端部的脚踏板18,当轮椅架1处于展开状态时,该脚踏板18自前轮支架11的下端部向前延伸,用于支撑使用者的双脚;当轮椅架1处于折叠状态时,脚踏板18相对前轮支架11翻转至向上竖立延伸并收拢在前轮支架11的前侧。
该可折叠轮椅还具有电力驱动系统,可以通过电力进行驱动,为方便控制,轮椅架1上还设置有控制器5,该控制器5用于在电力驱动时控制可折叠轮椅10的行进方向和行进速度,当然,可折叠轮椅10还可以由人力推动。为方便推轮椅时的抓握,靠背杆151的上端部向后弯曲延伸。
如此,该轮椅架1处于展开状态下,参见图1所示,主锁定机构41处于锁定状态,轮椅架1中各杆件均相对锁定,其中,摆杆16相对后轮支架12锁定并沿同一方向延伸,前轮支架11、后轮支架12、座位架14之间形成稳固的三角形结构,后轮支架12、扶手架13及 靠背架15之间也形成稳固的三角形结构,整个轮椅架1的结构十分的简洁且具有良好的承载性能。
当需要折叠该轮椅架1时,参见图2所示,先向上提拉提把1711驱使解锁件171向上运动,使得主锁定机构41先解锁;继续向上提拉提把1711,使得连接杆152与摆杆16的连接的端部向上运动,使得摆杆16上的锁槽421与后轮支架12上的凸柱422脱离配合,以将限位机构解除限位,随后,再驱使靠背架15向下运动,使得前轮支架11、后轮支架12、座位架14、扶手架13、靠背架15等杆件相对转动而逐渐地收拢在一起,并将脚踏板18相对前轮支架11转动收拢,实现轮椅架1的收折。折叠后的轮椅架1如图3所示,轮椅架1上的各杆件均收拢在一起,结构十分的紧凑。
当需要展开该轮椅架1时,拉动靠背架15上端使其上行,使得前轮支架11、后轮支架12、座位架14、扶手架13、靠背架15等杆件相对转动而逐渐相对展开。摆杆16相对后轮支架12向前转动的过程中,其上的锁槽421与凸柱422配合,使得摆杆16不能继续向前转动;继续上提靠背架15,主锁定机构41锁定。其中,摆杆16与后轮支架12之间的限位机构42的设置,使得摆杆16的位置确定,靠背架15相对摆杆16转动至设定的角度位置时,主锁定机构41便可以实现锁定,使得锁定机构的锁定更为便利。
综上所述,本发明的可折叠轮椅,其杆件数量少,展开状态下的结构稳定性好,锁定机构的主体部分收容于轮椅架1的杆件中,不易损坏,且解锁时仅需要提拉提把1711,解锁操作方便且步骤较少,安全稳定性较高,同时也大幅地提升了轮椅整体的美观度。

  1. 一种可折叠轮椅,包括具有展开状态与折叠状态的轮椅架、设于所述轮椅架底部的前轮组件与后轮组件,以及用于将所述轮椅架锁定在展开状态下的锁定机构,其特征在于,展开状态下,
    所述轮椅架包括:底部设有所述前轮组件的前轮支架、底部设有所述后轮组件的后轮支架、沿前后方向延伸的扶手架与座位架、沿上下方向延伸的靠背架,以及摆杆,
    其中,所述后轮支架的上部与所述前轮支架的上部转动地连接,所述扶手架转动地连接在所述后轮支架的上部与所述靠背架之间,
    所述座位架的前部转动地连接在所述前轮支架上,所述摆杆的一端部转动地连接在所述后轮支架上,所述摆杆的另一端部与所述靠背架的下部通过第一轴转动地连接,所述摆杆的另一端部、所述靠背架的下部及所述座位架的后部这三者绕同一转动中心线转动地连接,
    所述锁定机构包括设置在所述摆杆与所述靠背架之间且用于将两者相对锁定的主锁定机构,所述主锁定机构包括锁定块、设置在所述靠背架下部的第一锁定孔、设置在所述摆杆上的第二锁定孔,以及设置在所述锁定块与所述靠背架下部之间且提供所述锁定块朝向所述摆杆运动所需作用力的弹性件,所述锁定块沿所述第一轴的轴向相对滑动地设置在所述第一锁定孔与所述第二锁定孔中,当所述锁定块仅位于所述第一锁定孔中时,所述主锁定机构解锁;当所述锁定机构同时位于所述第一锁定孔与所述第二锁定孔中时,所述主锁定机构锁定;
    所述后轮支架与所述摆杆之间还设置有限制所述摆杆向前摆动幅度的限位机构,所述限位机构包括设置所述摆杆的锁槽,以及设于所述后轮支架上的凸柱,当所述轮椅架处于展开状态时,所述凸柱配合地卡设在所述锁槽中;当所述轮椅架处于折叠状态时,所述凸柱与所述锁槽脱离配合;
    所述轮椅架上还设置有用于解锁所述主锁定机构的解锁机构,所述解锁机构包括上下滑动地设置在所述靠背架上的解锁件,所述解锁件相对所述靠背架向上滑动时驱使所述锁定块脱离所述第二锁定孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述靠背架包括沿上下方向延伸的靠背杆,以及固设于所述靠背杆下部的连接杆,所述连接杆的下部通过所述第一轴与所述摆杆转动地连接,所述解锁件滑动地设于所述连接杆上,且所述解锁件的滑动方向平行于所述连接杆的延伸方向且垂直于所述第一轴的轴心线延伸方向。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述连接杆上设有收容槽,所述解锁件滑动地设于所述收容槽中,所述解锁件上设有凸伸于所述收容槽外的提把,所述连接杆上还设有与所述收容槽连通的滑槽,所述提把滑动地穿设在所述滑槽中。
  4. 一种可折叠轮椅,包括具有展开状态与折叠状态的轮椅架、设于所述轮椅架底部的前轮组件与后轮组件,以及用于将所述轮椅架锁定在展开状态下的锁定机构,其特征在于,展开状态下,
    所述轮椅架包括:底部设有所述前轮组件的前轮支架、底部设有所述后轮组件的后轮支架、沿前后方向延伸的扶手架与座位架、沿上下方向延伸的靠背架,以及摆杆,
    其中,所述后轮支架的上部与所述前轮支架的上部转动地连接,所述扶手架转动地连接在所述后轮支架的上部与所述靠背架之间,
    所述座位架的前部转动地连接在所述前轮支架上,所述摆杆的一端部转动地连接在所述后轮支架上,所述摆杆的另一端部与所述靠背架的下部转动地连接,所述座位架的后部转动地连接在所述摆杆上或转动地连接在所述靠背架的下部,或者,所述摆杆的另一端部、所述靠背架的下部及所述座位架的后部这三者绕同一转动中心线转动地连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述锁定机构包括设置在所述摆杆与所述靠背架之间且用于将两者相对锁定的主锁定机构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述后轮支架与所述摆杆之间还设置有限制所述摆杆向前摆动幅度的限位机构,所述限位机构包括设置所述摆杆与所述后轮支架这两个部件中一个部件上的锁槽,以及设于另一个部件上的凸柱,当所述轮椅架处于展开状态时,所述凸柱配合地卡设在所述锁槽中;当所述限轮椅架处于折叠状态时,所述凸柱与所述锁槽脱离配合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述凸柱设置在所述后轮支架上,所述锁槽设置在所述摆杆上,所述轮椅架处于展开状态时,所述锁槽的口部朝前且所述锁槽固定地扣合在所述凸柱上。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述摆杆通过第一轴与所述靠背架转动地连接,所述摆杆通过第二轴转动地连接在所述后轮支架上,当所述轮椅架处于展开状态时,所述第一轴位于所述第二轴的上方,所述凸柱位于所述第一轴与所述第二轴之间。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述摆杆与所述靠背架通过第一轴转动地连接,所述主锁定机构包括锁定块、设置在所述靠背架下部的第一锁定孔、设置在所述摆杆上的第二锁定孔,所述锁定块沿所述第一轴的轴向相对滑动地设置在所述第一锁定孔与所述第二锁定孔中,当所述锁定块仅位于所述第一锁定孔或仅位于所述第二锁定孔中时,所述主锁定机构解锁;当所述锁定块同时位于所述第一锁定孔与所述第二锁定孔中时,所述主锁定机构锁定。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述锁定块的外侧周部上设置有一个 以上的锁定齿,所述第一锁定孔的内壁上设置有一个以上的第一锁槽,所述第二锁定孔的内壁上设置有一个以上的第二锁槽,当所述主锁定机构处于锁定状态时,所述锁定齿同时插设在所述第一锁槽与所述第二锁槽中;当所述主锁定机构处于解锁状态时,所述锁定齿仅插设在所述第一锁槽或仅插设在所述第二锁槽中。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述锁定块上设有多个所述的锁定齿,所有的所述锁定齿沿周向均匀间隔地设于所述锁定块上,相应地,所述第一锁槽、所述第二锁槽也设有沿周向均匀间隔分布的多个。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述主锁定机构还包括设置在所述锁定块与所述靠背架下部之间的弹性件,所述弹性件提供所述锁定块朝向所述摆杆运动所需的作用力,当所述主锁定机构处于解锁状态时,所述锁定块仅位于所述第一锁定孔中。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述轮椅架上还设置有用于解锁所述主锁定机构的解锁机构,所述解锁机构包括滑动地设置在所述靠背架上的解锁件,所述解锁件相对所述靠背架滑动时驱使所述锁定块脱离所述第一锁定孔或脱离所述第二锁定孔。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述解锁件相对所述靠背架的滑动方向垂直于所述第一轴的轴心线延伸方向。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述靠背架包括沿上下方向延伸的靠背杆,以及固设于所述靠背杆下部的连接杆,所述连接杆的下部通过所述第一轴与所述摆杆转动地连接,所述解锁件设于所述连接杆上。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述解锁件的滑动方向平行于所述连接杆的延伸方向。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述轮椅架处于展开状态下,所述连接杆自后向前向下倾斜地延伸。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述连接杆上设有收容槽,所述解锁件滑动地设于所述收容槽中,所述解锁件上设有凸伸于所述收容槽外的提把,所述连接杆上还设有与所述收容槽连通的滑槽,所述提把滑动地穿设在所述滑槽中。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述连接杆上还设有封闭所述收容槽的盖板,所述盖板可拆卸地设于所述连接杆上。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述解锁件相对所述连接杆向上滑动时驱使所述主锁定机构解锁。
  21. 根据权利要求13所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述解锁件的一端部上设有第一斜面,所述锁定块的端部设置有与所述第一斜面相匹配的第二斜面,所述第一斜面和所述第二 斜面相贴合,所述第一斜面和所述第二斜面用于将所述解锁板滑动时产生的力改变方向后施加到所述锁定块上,使所述锁定块脱离所述第二锁定孔。
  22. 根据权利要求4至21任一项所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述轮椅架还包括转动地连接在所述前轮支架下端部的脚踏板,当所述轮椅架处于展开状态时,所述脚踏板自所述前轮支架的下端部向前延伸;当所述轮椅架处于折叠状态时,所述脚踏板向上竖立延伸并收拢在所述前轮支架的前侧。
