由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明提供的可折叠轮椅,包括轮椅架和锁定机构,轮椅架包括前轮支架、后轮支架、座位支架、靠背支架和扶手支架,通过第一转动轴转动连接扶手支架的前端部、前轮支架和后轮支架,通过第二转动轴转动连接座位支架和前轮支架,通过第三转动轴转动连接靠背支架和座位支架,通过第四转动轴转动连接扶手支架的后端部和靠背支架,使前轮支架、座位支架、靠背支架、扶手支架通过第一转动轴、第二转动轴、第三转动轴和第四转动轴组成四连杆机构,通过使第三转动轴与后轮支架相滑动地设置,使第三转动轴能够沿后轮支架的轴向方向滑动,在第三转动轴相对于后轮支架滑动时能够带动四连杆机构运动,使轮椅架能够在展开状态和折叠状态之间变换,再通过锁定机构将轮椅架锁定在展开状态,实现了所述折叠轮椅的展开和折叠,结构简单、操作方便。

本发明描述的前后方向、左右方向和上下方向是基于乘坐者在乘坐本发明提供的可折叠轮椅时观察到的前后方向、左右方向和上下方向。
下面结合附图所示的实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1-7所示,本发明提供的可折叠轮椅,包括具有展开状态和折叠状态的轮椅架10,轮椅架10包括:前轮支架100、后轮支架200、座位支架300、靠背支架400、扶手支架500和脚踏板连接架600,其中,前轮支架100由前向后倾斜地向上延伸,前轮支架100的底前部设置有前轮组件101,前轮组件101包括可转动的前轮1011;后轮支架200由后向前倾斜地向上延伸,后轮支架200的底后部设置有后轮组件201,后轮组件201包括可转动的后轮2011,后轮支架200的上端部和前轮支架100的上端部通过第一转动轴11相转动连接;座位支架300用于承载乘坐者的臀部及大腿部,座位支架300上设置有座位板或套装有座位套,座位支架300的前部和前轮支架100的中上部通过第二转动轴12相转动连接,所述 中上部是指位于略高于前轮支架100中部的位置;靠背支架400用于支撑乘坐者的背部,靠背支架400的下端部与座位支架300的后端部通过第三转动轴13相转动连接,靠背支架400上安装靠背板或套装有靠背套;扶手支架500的前端部可转动地连接在第一转动轴11上,扶手支架500的后端部与靠背支架400的中部通过第四转动轴14相转动连接;脚踏板连接架600固定在前轮支架100的前部并向前下方延伸,脚踏板连接架600所在的平面与前轮支架100所在的平面相重合;前轮支架100、座位支架300、靠背支架400和扶手支架500通过第一转动轴11、第二转动轴12、第三转动轴13和第四转动轴14组成四连杆机构。
该可折叠轮椅还包括滑套20、锁定机构70、扶手40、限位装置和脚踏板支架50,其中,滑套20可滑动地套设在后轮支架200上,第三转动轴13连接在滑套20的侧面上,在滑套20相对于后轮支架200滑动时,能够带动所述四连杆机构运动,使轮椅架10在展开状态和折叠状态之间变换;锁定机构70用于将轮椅架10锁定在展开状态,具体地,锁定机构通过将滑套20与后轮支架200的相对位置锁定使轮椅架10锁定在展开状态,锁定机构70包括锁定销701、锁定孔702、导向槽703和弹性件704,锁定销701可伸缩地穿设在滑套20上,锁定销701靠近滑套20的端部连接有便于拉动的拉绳(图中未示出),锁定销701的伸缩方向垂直于滑套20的滑动方向,导向槽703设置在后轮支架200的外壁上并沿后轮支架200的轴向方向延伸,锁定孔702开设在导向槽703的底壁上,在锁定机构70处于锁定状态时,锁定销701的中部保持在导向槽703内,锁定销701的端部插入锁定孔702中,使滑套20与后轮支架200保持锁定,在锁定机构70处于解锁状态时,锁定销701的端部从锁定孔702中脱离,但仍然保持在导向槽703内,滑套20能够相对于后轮支架200滑动,这样设置的好处在于,无论轮椅架10处于展开状态、折叠状态、展开状态至折叠状态的变换过程中、折叠状态至展开状态的变换过程中,均能够防止滑套20沿后轮支架200的轴心线转动,从而增强轮椅架10的稳定性;弹性件704为套设在锁定销701上的压簧,具体地,弹性件704的一端部抵紧在滑套20的内壁上,弹性件704的另一端部抵紧在锁定 销701外壁上的凸缘705上,使得弹性件704具有驱使锁定销701插入锁定孔702的趋势。
扶手40的后端部通过第四转动轴14可转动地设置在靠背支架400上,扶手40用于支撑乘坐者的肘部,当然,不设置扶手40,通过扶手支架500支撑乘坐者的肘部也是可行的,只是采用这种方式时,扶手支架500与靠背支架400的角度难以调节,难以使乘坐者的肘部处于最舒适的状态,并且,第一转动轴11处的转动部件容易对乘坐者的肘部造成夹伤,具有一定的安全隐患;所述限位装置用于限定轮椅架10处于展开状态时,扶手40与靠背支架400之间的夹角,限位装置为现有技术,也不是本发明的发明点,在此不再赘述;脚踏板支架50用于安装承托乘坐者脚部的脚踏板,脚踏板支架50可转动地设置在脚踏板连接架600的前端部。
下面对本发明提供的可折叠轮椅的折叠过程进行说明,以便本发明的优点和特征更易于被本领域技术人员理解。
在需要折叠时,先将锁定机构解锁,拉动拉绳使锁定销脱离锁定孔,下压靠背支架400,带动滑套20相对于后轮支架200向下滑动,通过第三转动轴13带动所述四连杆机构运动,使座位支架300绕第三转动轴13向后转动,使靠背支架400绕第三转动轴13向前转动,使扶手支架500绕第一转动轴11向后转动,使前轮支架100绕第二转动轴12向后转动,使得座位支架300、靠背支架400、扶手支架500、脚踏板连接支架600和前轮支架100向后轮支架200靠拢收叠,再将扶手40转动至与后轮支架200靠拢,将脚踏板支架50转动至与前轮支架100靠拢,即可完成所述可折叠轮椅的折叠。
需要说明的是,本发明提供的可折叠轮椅不能在左右方向上折叠,也即,位于左右两侧的扶手之间的距离是保持恒定的。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

- 可折叠轮椅,包括具有展开状态和折叠状态的轮椅架,所述轮椅架包括:前轮支架,所述前轮支架的底前部设置有前轮组件,所述前轮组件包括可转动的前轮;后轮支架,所述后轮支架的底后部设置有后轮组件,所述后轮组件包括可转动的后轮,所述后轮支架的上端部和所述前轮支架的上端部通过第一转动轴转动连接;座位支架,所述座位支架的前部和所述前轮支架通过第二转动轴转动连接;靠背支架,所述靠背支架的下端部与所述座位支架的后端部通过第三转动轴转动连接;扶手支架,所述扶手支架的前端部可转动地连接在所述第一转动轴上,所述扶手支架的后端部与所述靠背支架通过第四转动轴转动连接;所述前轮支架、所述座位支架、所述靠背支架、所述扶手支架通过所述第一转动轴、所述第二转动轴、所述第三转动轴和所述第四转动轴组成四连杆机构;其特征在于:所述第三转动轴与所述后轮支架相滑动地设置,所述第三转动轴能够沿所述后轮支架的轴向方向滑动,所述可折叠轮椅还包括用于将所述轮椅架锁定在展开状态的锁定机构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述后轮支架上套设有滑套,所述第三转动轴连接在所述滑套的侧面上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述锁定机构用于将所述滑套与所述后轮支架的相对位置锁定,所述锁定机构包括可伸缩地设置在所述滑套上的锁定销、设置在所述后轮支架上的锁定孔,在所述锁定机构处于锁定状态时,所述锁定销插入所述锁定孔中,使所述滑套与所述后轮支架的相对位置锁定。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述锁定机构还包括设置在所述后轮支架外壁上沿所述后轮支架轴向方向延伸的导向槽,所述锁定孔开设在所述导向槽的底壁上,在所述锁定机构处于锁定状态时,所述锁定销有一部分保持在所述导向槽内,在所述锁定机构处于解锁状态时,所述锁定销仍有一部分保持在所述导向槽内,以防止所述滑套沿所述后轮支架的轴心线转动。
- 根据权利要求4所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述锁定销的伸缩方向与所述滑套的滑动方向相垂直。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述锁定机构还包括弹性件,所述弹性件具有驱使所述锁定销插入所述锁定孔的趋势。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述后轮支架的外壁上开设有沿所述 后轮支架的轴向方向延伸的滑槽,所述第三转动轴的一端部可滑动地设置在所述滑槽内,能够防止所述第三转动轴沿所述后轮支架的轴心线转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述第三转动轴可沿自身轴线方向伸缩的设置,所述锁定机构包括所述第三转动轴、开设在所述滑槽的底壁上的锁定孔,在所述锁定机构处于锁定状态时,所述第三转动轴插入所述锁定孔中,使所述第三转动轴与所述第一转动轴、所述第二转动轴和所述第四转动轴的相对位置锁定。
- 根据权利要求8所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述第三转动轴的伸缩方向与所述滑槽的延伸方向相垂直。
- 根据权利要求8所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述锁定机构还包括弹性件,所述弹性件具有驱使所述第三转动轴插入所述锁定孔的趋势。
- 根据权利要求1-10中任意一种所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述可折叠轮椅还包括扶手和限位装置,所述扶手通过所述第四转动轴可转动地设置在所述靠背支架上,所述限位装置用于限定所述扶手与所述靠背支架之间的夹角。
- 根据权利要求1-10中任意一项所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述轮椅架还包括脚踏板连接架,所述脚踏板连接架固定在所述前轮支架的前部并向前下方延伸,所述脚踏板连接架所在的平面与所述前轮支架所在的平面相重合,所述可折叠轮椅还包括脚踏板支架,所述脚踏板支架可转动地设置在所述脚踏板连接架的前端部。
