Abstract
本发明提供的可折叠轮椅,通过将后轮支架的上端部与靠背支架的下端部相转动连接,将前轮支架的后端部与后轮支架的上部相转动连接,将座位板的后端部与靠背支架的中部相转动连接,将座位支撑杆的上端部与座位板的前部相转动连接,将底撑杆的前部与前轮支架的前部相转动连接,将底撑杆的中部与座位支撑杆的下端部相转动连接,将底撑杆的后端部与靠背支架的下部相转动连接,使得靠背支架、后轮支架、底撑杆和前轮支架之间构成四连杆,使得靠背支架、座位板、座位支撑杆和底撑杆之间也构成四连杆,在锁定机构解锁时,能够通过后轮支架相对于靠背支架的转动使轮椅变换至折叠状态,结构简单、使用方便。
Description
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种可折叠轮椅。
在对患者的治疗和康复过程中,特别是对于无法独立行走的患者,通常采用坐轮椅的方式替代行走,这样能够使患者得到较好的治疗和康复,并且方便患者的日常生活。
现有的轮椅多采用固定结构的椅子架设在一对滚轮转轴上制作而成,滚轮的直径较大,使得滚轮的上部能够方便的被使用者的手部够到,使用者通过手部转动滚轮使轮椅前进或后退,这种轮椅无法折叠,需要占用较大的空间,市场上也有一些可折叠的轮椅,但大多结构复杂,并且在折叠的时候需要双手进行操作,使用非常不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构简单、使用方便的可折叠轮椅。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种可折叠轮椅,所述可折叠轮椅具有展开状态和折叠状态,所述可折叠轮椅包括分别设置于左右两侧的侧支架、设于所述侧支架前下方的前轮、设于所述侧支架后下方的后轮、设置于左右两侧的所述侧支架之间的座位机构、用于将所述可折叠轮椅锁定于展开状态的锁定机构、能够将所述锁定机构解锁的解锁机构;
每侧的所述侧支架包括:
靠背支架,
后轮支架,所述后轮支架的上端部与所述靠背支架的下端部相转动连接,所述后轮可转动地设置在所述后轮支架的下端部,
前轮支架,所述前轮支架的后端部与所述后轮支架相转动连接,所述前轮可转动地设置在所述前轮支架的前端部;
所述座位机构包括:
座位板,所述座位板的后端部分别与左右两侧的所述靠背支架相转动连接,
底撑杆,所述底撑杆位于所述座位板的下方,所述底撑杆的前端部分别与左右两侧的所述前轮支架相转动连接,所述底撑杆的后端部分别与左右两侧的所述靠背支架相转动连接,
座位支撑杆,所述座位支撑杆位于所述座位板和所述底撑杆之间,所述座位支撑杆的上端部与所述座位板相转动连接,所述座位支撑杆的下端部与所述底撑杆相转动连接。
一种可折叠轮椅,包括分设于左右两侧的结构相同的侧支架、位于这两侧的所述侧支架之间连接所述侧支架的横连杆、设于所述侧支架前下方的前轮、设于所述侧支架后下方的后轮,所述侧支架具有展开状态和折叠状态,同侧的所述侧支架包括:
靠背支架,所述横连杆的端部与所述靠背支架的上端部相连接;
后轮支架,所述后轮支架的上端部与所述靠背支架的下端部相转动连接,所述后轮可转动地设置在所述后轮支架的下端部;
前轮支架,所述前轮支架沿前后方向延伸,所述前轮支架的后端部高于所述前轮支架的前端部,所述前轮支架的后端部可转动地连接在所述后轮支架的上部,所述前轮可转动地设置在所述前轮支架的前端部;
座位机构,所述座位机构包括座位板、底撑杆和座位支撑杆;
所述座位板的后端部可转动地连接在所述靠背支架的中部,所述底撑杆的前端部与所述前轮支架的前部相转动连接,所述底撑杆的后端部可转动地连接在所述靠背支架的下部,所述座位支撑杆位于所述座位板下方,所述座位支撑杆的上端部与所述座位板的前部相转动连接,所述座位支撑杆的下端部与所述底撑杆的中部相转动连接;
所述可折叠轮椅还包括锁定机构,在所述锁定机构处于锁定状态时,所述靠背支架和所述后轮支架的相对位置保持固定,所述侧支架支撑于所述前轮和所述后轮上,所述侧支架处于展开状态,在所述锁定机构处于解锁状态时,所述后轮支架能够相对于所述靠背支架向靠近所述前轮支架的方向转动,并带动所述靠背支架、所述座位机构向所述前轮支架靠拢,使所述侧支架变换为折叠状态;
所述可折叠轮椅还包括用于解锁所述锁定机构的解锁装置。
本申请中所述的“中部”并非限定为正中间的位置,而只要是位于“下部” 和“上部”之间的任意位置均认为是“中部”,例如,所述座位板的后端部可转动地连接在所述靠背支架的中部,所述底撑杆的后端部可转动地连接在所述靠背支架的下部,此处的中部是相对于下部而言,只要是在下部上方的位置即可认为是中部。
根据一些具体实施方式,所述底撑杆的后端部与所述靠背支架的下部为单向转动连接,在所述侧支架处于展开状态时,所述底撑杆相对于所述靠背支架只能向靠近所述前轮支架的方向转动。
根据一些具体实施方式,所述底撑杆与所述靠背支架之间设置有第一阻挡组件,在所述可折叠轮椅展开至展开状态时,所述第一阻挡组件阻止所述靠背支架向着所述后轮支架的方向转动。
根据一些更加具体的实施方式,所述第一阻挡组件包括设置在所述靠背支架上的第一凸块、设置在所述底撑杆上的第四凸块,当所述可折叠轮椅处于展开状态时,所述第一凸块与所述第四凸块相抵设。
更具体地,当所述可折叠轮椅处于展开状态时,所述第一凸块位于所述第四凸块的前方。
根据一些具体实施方式,所述前轮支架的后端部与所述后轮支架的上部为单向转动连接,在所述侧支架处于展开状态时,所述后轮支架只能向靠近所述前轮支架的方向转动。
根据一些具体实施方式,所述前轮支架与所述后轮支架之间设置有第二阻挡组件,在所述可折叠轮椅展开至展开状态时,所述第二阻挡组件阻止所述后轮支架向着远离所述前轮支架的方向转动。
根据一些更加具体的实施方式,所述第二阻挡组件包括设置在所述后轮支架上的第二凸块、设置在所述前轮支架上的第三凸块,当所述可折叠轮椅处于展开状态时,所述第二凸块与所述第三凸块相抵设。
更具体地,当所述可折叠轮椅处于展开状态时,所述第三凸块位于所述第二凸块的前方。
本申请中的“单向转动”是指在所述可折叠轮椅从折叠状态向展开状态运动至展开状态时,所述靠背支架相对所述底撑杆无法继续向着远离所述底撑杆的方向转动,所述后轮支架相对所述前轮支架无法继续向着远离所述前轮支架的方向; 但是在所述可折叠轮椅在展开状态和折叠状态之间转换的过程中,所述靠背支架和所述底撑杆之间可以双向转动,所述后轮支架和所述前轮支架之间可以双向转动。根据一些具体实施方式,所述后轮上设置有用于驱动所述后轮转动的轮毂电机,所述轮毂电机的输出轴的转动轴心线与所述后轮的转动轴心线相重合。
进一步地,所述轮毂电机上设有用于控制所述轮毂电机得电或失电的切换杆,所述切换杆具有第一工作位置和第二工作位置,当所述切换杆处于第一工作位置时,所述轮毂电机得电;当所述切换杆处于第二工作位置时,所述轮毂电机失电。
更进一步地,左右两侧的所述后轮上分别设置有所述轮毂电机,左右两侧的所述轮毂电机上分别设置有所述切换杆;
所述可折叠轮椅还包括控制踏板,所述控制踏板分别与左右两侧的所述切换杆相连接且能够控制所述切换杆在第一工作位置和第二工作位置之间转换。
根据一些具体实施方式,所述轮毂电机上设有可升降的切换杆,所述切换杆用于控制所述轮毂电机得电或失电,所述可折叠轮椅还包括可转动的控制踏板,所述控制踏板与所述切换杆相连接,在所述控制踏板被踩下时,所述切换杆被压下,所述轮毂电机处于得电/失电状态,在所述控制踏板被抬起时,所述切换杆弹起,所述轮毂电机处于失电/得电状态。
进一步优选地,所述可折叠轮椅还包括用于给所述轮毂电机提供电源的电池箱,所述电池箱位于所述可折叠轮椅的后部,所述电池箱架设在所述后轮支架上。
进一步优选地,所述可折叠轮椅还包括用于控制所述轮毂电机转速和转向的控制器。
根据一些具体且优选实施方式,所述的可折叠轮椅还包括后端部与所述靠背支架相转动连接的扶手杆;在所述侧支架处于展开状态时,所述扶手杆的上表面与所述座位板的上表面相平行且所述扶手杆位于所述座位板的上方。根据一些更加具体且优选实施方式,所述控制器设置在所述扶手杆的前部。
根据一些具体实施方式,所述前轮支架的前部还连接有脚踏板安装杆,所述脚踏板安装杆的中部设置有可转动的脚踏板,所述脚踏板可转动的角度范围为0-30°。
根据一些具体实施方式,所述可折叠轮椅还包括两端部分别与左右两侧的所述靠背支架相固定连接的横连杆、后侧面与所述横连杆相转动连接的靠背板,所 述靠背板可转动的角度范围为0-30°。
根据一些具体实施方式,所述锁定机构设置在所述靠背支架和所述后轮支架之间,当所述锁定机构处于锁定状态时,所述靠背支架和所述后轮支架的相对位置保持固定。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本申请描述的前、后、左、右、上、下方向是指使用者在乘坐该轮椅时,以使用者的方位进行的定义,即使用者的前方为前、后方为后、左侧为左,右侧为右,上方为上,下方为下。
如图1-11所示,本发明提供一种可折叠轮椅,包括侧支架、横连杆20、座位机构400、前轮、后轮、锁定机构500和解锁装置,其中,侧支架有两个,分别为位于左侧的左侧支架11和位于右侧的右侧支架12,前轮包括设于左侧支架11前下方的左前轮15和设于右侧支架12前下方的右前轮16,后轮包括设于左侧支架11后下方的左后轮13和设于右侧支架12后下方的右后轮14,这两个侧支架结构相同,且都具有展开状态和折叠状态,下面以左侧支架11为例进行说明。
左侧支架11包括靠背支架100、后轮支架200和前轮支架300,其中,后轮支架200自下而上大致沿后上方延伸,靠背支架100自下而上大致沿前上方延伸,后轮支架200的上端部与靠背支架100的下端部通过枢轴相转动连接,左后轮13可转动地设置在后轮支架200的下端部;前轮支架300沿前后方向延伸,前轮支架300的后端部高于前轮支架300的前端部,使前轮支架300呈现出自前向后逐渐升高的倾斜状态,前轮支架300的后端部通过枢轴可转动地连接在后轮支架200的上部,左前轮15可转动地设置在前轮支架300的前端部,左前轮15可以为万向轮。
座位机构400位于左侧支架11和右侧支架12之间并且分别与左侧支架11和右侧支架12相转动连接,座位机构400与左侧支架11和右侧支架12的连接结构相同,因此,下面以座位机构400与左侧支架11为例进行说明。
座位机构400包括座位板401、底撑杆402和座位支撑杆403,其中座位板401的后端部通过枢轴可转动地连接在靠背支架100的中部,底撑杆402的前端部与前轮支架300的前部通过枢轴相转动连接,底撑杆402的后端部通过枢轴可转动地连接在靠背支架100的下部,座位支撑杆403以及底撑杆402均位于座位板401下方,座位支撑杆403的上端部与座位板401底面的前部通过枢轴相转动连接,座位支撑杆403的下端部与底撑杆402的中部通过枢轴相转动连接。
如图3-5所示,靠背支架100、后轮支架200、底撑杆402和前轮支架300之间构成四连杆机构,同时,靠背支架100、座位板400、座位支撑杆403和底撑杆402之间也构成四连杆机构,在后轮支架200和靠背支架100处于相对固定的状态时,上述四连杆机构处于固定状态以将可折叠轮椅固定在展开状态,在后轮支架200相对于靠背支架100转动时,上述平面四连杆机构处于活动状态以使可折叠轮椅能够折叠。
为了使可折叠轮椅的重量尽可能减轻的同时,保证可折叠轮椅使用时的稳定性,底撑杆402包括沿前后方向延伸的第一部分4022、与第一部分4022的前端部相固定连接的第二部分4023、与第一部分4022的前端部相固定连接的第三部分4024、与第一部分4022的后端部相固定连接的第四部分4025,第二部分4023的前端部与左侧的前轮支架300相转动连接,第三部分4024的前端部与右侧的前轮支架300相转动连接,第四部分4025的左右两端部分别与左右两侧的靠背支架100相转动连接。底撑杆402的各部分可以是通过组装固定连接成一个整体,也可以是一体成型的整体。座位支撑杆403为左右对称设置的两个,两个座位支撑杆403的上端部与座位板401底面的前部相转动连接,下端部与第一部分4022的前部相转动连接。
锁定机构500可以设置在上述两个四连杆机构的任意两根相邻杆件之间,本实施例中,锁定机构500设置在靠背支架100和后轮支架200之间用于将靠背支架100和后轮支架200的相对位置锁定,在锁定机构500处于锁定状态时,靠背支架100和后轮支架200的相对位置保持固定,左侧支架11支撑于左前轮15 和左后轮13上,当然,此时右侧支架12支撑于右前轮16和右后轮14上,使得左侧支架11和右侧支架12均处于展开状态,在锁定机构500处于解锁状态时,后轮支架200能够相对于靠背支架100向靠近前轮支架300的方向转动,并带动靠背支架100、座位机构400向前轮支架300靠拢,使左侧支架11变换为折叠状态,当然,右侧支架12也同时变换为折叠状态。
锁定机构500的具体结构为现有技术,如采用锁舌锁孔的配合、挂钩立柱的配合等方式均可实现,也不是本发明的发明点,在此不再赘述。
本发明所述的可折叠轮椅还包括用于解锁锁定机构500的解锁装置,在本实例中,解锁装置为解锁提把600,解锁提把600通过转动对锁定机构500进行解锁,解锁提把600的端部可转动地设置在后轮支架200上,解锁提把600的转动轴心线与后轮支架200相对于靠背支架100的转动轴心线相重合。解锁提把600通过转动带动锁锁定机构500解锁的方式可以采用现有技术中的常规方式。
底撑杆402的后端部与靠背支架100的下部为单向转动连接,这样设置的好处在于,增强左侧支架11在展开状态时的稳定性,具体地,在展开状态时底撑杆402相对于靠背支架100只能向靠近前轮支架300的方向转动,在结构上,底撑杆402的后端部设置有第四凸块4021,靠背支架100的下部设置有第一凸块101,在底撑杆402相对于靠背支架100向远离前轮支架300的方向转动时,第一凸块101和第四凸块4021互相靠近,在底撑杆402相对于靠背支架100向靠近前轮支架300的方向转动时,第一凸块101和第四凸块4021互相远离,而在左侧支架11处于展开状态时,第一凸块101的一侧面抵紧在第四凸块4021的一侧面上,使得底撑杆402相对于靠背支架100只能向靠近前轮支架300的方向转动。
同样的,前轮支架300的后端部与后轮支架200的上部为单向转动连接,这样设置的好处在于,增强左侧支架11在展开状态时的稳定性,具体地,前轮支架300的后端部设置有第三凸块301,后轮支架200的上部设置有第二凸块201,在前轮支架300向远离后轮支架200的方向转动时,第二凸块201和第三凸块301互相靠近,在前轮支架300向靠近后轮支架200的方向转动时,第二凸块201和第三凸块301互相远离,而在左侧支架11处于展开状态时,第二凸块201的一侧面抵紧在第三凸块301的一侧面上,使得前轮支架300只能向靠近后轮支架 200的方向转动。
为方便乘坐者使用,本发明所述的可折叠轮椅设置有用于驱动所述后轮转动的轮毂电机,具体地,左后轮13上设置有左轮毂电机701,右后轮14上设置有有轮毂电机702,左轮毂电机701/右轮毂电机702的输出轴的轴心线与左后轮13/右后轮14的转动轴心线相重合,为方便地将所述可折叠轮椅在电动驱动模式和人工推动模式之间切换,所述轮毂电机上设置有可升降的切换杆,所述切换杆用于控制所述轮毂电机得电或失电,这种轮毂电机为现有技术,其内部结构也不是本发明的发明点,在此不再赘述,为同时按下左轮毂电机701和右轮毂电机702上的切换杆,所述可折叠轮椅还包括可转动的控制踏板703,控制踏板703可转动地架设在左轮毂电机701和右轮毂电机702上,控制踏板703的下表面与左轮毂电机701的左切换杆7011、右轮毂电机702的右切换杆7021相连接,在控制踏板703被踩下时,左切换杆7011和右切换杆7021同时被压下,使左轮毂电机701和右轮毂电机702同时得电/失电,在控制踏板703被抬起时,左切换杆7011和右切换杆7021同时弹起,使左轮毂电机701和右轮毂电机702同时失电/得电,从而将所述可折叠轮椅在电动驱动模式和人工推动模式之间切换。
进一步地,所述可折叠轮椅还包括用于给所述轮毂电机提供电源的电池箱704,电池箱704位于所述可折叠轮椅的后部,具体地,电池箱704架设在后轮支架200上,能够方便的对电池箱704进行拆卸和安装。
为了对乘坐者的手臂部进行支撑,靠背支架100上还连接有扶手杆801,扶手杆801可转动地设置在靠背支架100上,在所述侧支架处于展开状态时,扶手杆801的上表面与座位板401的上表面保持平行。扶手杆801和靠背支架100之间可以通过设置锁定机构将扶手杆801锁定在大致与座位板401的上表面保持平行的状态,也可以是设置限位装置使得扶手杆801相对靠背支架100向下转动至大致与座位板401的上表面保持平行,无法继续向下转动。
为方便的对所述轮毂电机进行控制,所述可折叠轮椅还包括用于控制所述轮毂电机转速和转向的控制器705,为便于乘坐者操作,控制器705设置在扶手杆801的前部。
为了承托乘坐者的脚部,前轮支架300的前部还连接有脚踏板安装杆802,脚踏板安装杆802的中部设置有可转动的脚踏板8021,使乘坐者的脚部能够进 行一定的活动,提高乘坐舒适度,优选地,脚踏板8021可转动的角度范围为0-30°,具体地,脚踏板安装杆802上设置有纵向贯穿脚踏板安装杆802的螺钉8022,螺钉8022凸出于脚踏板安装杆802外圆周面的端部插入脚踏板8021上的第一限位块8023和第二限位块8024之间,在脚踏板8021绕脚踏板安装杆802转动时,螺钉8022凸出于脚踏板安装杆802外圆周面的端部抵紧在第一限位块8023或第二限位块8024上,对脚踏板8021的转动角度进行限定。
横连杆20位于左侧支架11和右侧支架12之间且靠背支架100的上端部与横连杆20相连接。为了承托乘坐者的背部,连接横杆20上设置有可转动的靠背板803,能够通过靠背板803的转动为乘坐者提供一个舒服的靠背角度,提高乘坐舒适性,优选地,靠背板803可转动的角度范围为0-30°,具体地,横连杆20上设置有凸块8031,凸块8031插入靠背板803的凹槽8032内,在靠背板803绕横连杆20转动时,凸块8031抵紧在凹槽8032的侧壁上,从而对靠背板803的转动角度进行限定。
本发明所述的前端部、后端部、上端部、下端部指靠近该杆件或支架端面的部分,本发明所述的前部/后部/上部/下部指位于该杆件或支架前端部/后端部/上端部/下端部与该杆件或支架中部之间的部分,例如,靠背支架100的下部位于靠背支架100的下端部的上方,即底撑杆500与靠背支架100的转动轴位于后轮支架200与靠背支架100的转动轴的上方。

Claims (25)
- 一种可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,包括分设于左右两侧的结构相同的侧支架、位于这两侧的所述侧支架之间连接所述侧支架的横连杆、设于所述侧支架前下方的前轮、设于所述侧支架后下方的后轮,所述侧支架具有展开状态和折叠状态,同侧的所述侧支架包括:靠背支架,所述横连杆的端部与所述靠背支架的上端部相连接;后轮支架,所述后轮支架的上端部与所述靠背支架的下端部相转动连接,所述后轮可转动地设置在所述后轮支架的下端部;前轮支架,所述前轮支架沿前后方向延伸,所述前轮支架的后端部高于所述前轮支架的前端部,所述前轮支架的后端部可转动地连接在所述后轮支架的上部,所述前轮可转动地设置在所述前轮支架的前端部;座位机构,所述座位机构包括座位板、底撑杆和座位支撑杆;所述座位板的后端部可转动地连接在所述靠背支架的中部,所述底撑杆的前端部与所述前轮支架的前部相转动连接,所述底撑杆的后端部可转动地连接在所述靠背支架的下部,所述座位支撑杆位于所述座位板下方,所述座位支撑杆的上端部与所述座位板的前部相转动连接,所述座位支撑杆的下端部与所述底撑杆的中部相转动连接;所述可折叠轮椅还包括锁定机构,在所述锁定机构处于锁定状态时,所述靠背支架和所述后轮支架的相对位置保持固定,所述侧支架支撑于所述前轮和所述后轮上,所述侧支架处于展开状态,在所述锁定机构处于解锁状态时,所述后轮支架能够相对于所述靠背支架向靠近所述前轮支架的方向转动,并带动所述靠背支架、所述座位机构向所述前轮支架靠拢,使所述侧支架变换为折叠状态;所述可折叠轮椅还包括用于解锁所述锁定机构的解锁装置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述底撑杆的后端部与所述靠背支架的下部为单向转动连接,在所述侧支架处于展开状态时,所述底撑杆相对于所述靠背支架只能向靠近所述前轮支架的方向转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述前轮支架的后端部与所述后轮支架的上部为单向转动连接,在所述侧支架处于展开状态时,所述后轮支架只能向靠近所述前轮支架的方向转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述后轮上设置有用 于驱动所述后轮转动的轮毂电机,所述轮毂电机的输出轴的转动轴心线与所述后轮的转动轴心线相重合。
- 根据权利要求4所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述轮毂电机上设有可升降的切换杆,所述切换杆用于控制所述轮毂电机得电或失电,所述可折叠轮椅还包括可转动的控制踏板,所述控制踏板与所述切换杆相连接,在所述控制踏板被踩下时,所述切换杆被压下,所述轮毂电机处于得电/失电状态,在所述控制踏板被抬起时,所述切换杆弹起,所述轮毂电机处于失电/得电状态。
- 根据权利要求4所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述可折叠轮椅还包括用于给所述轮毂电机提供电源的电池箱,所述电池箱位于所述可折叠轮椅的后部,所述电池箱架设在所述后轮支架上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述靠背支架上还连接有扶手杆,所述扶手杆可转动地设置在所述靠背支架上,在所述侧支架处于展开状态时,所述扶手杆的上表面与所述座位板的上表面相平行。
- 根据权利要求7所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述可折叠轮椅还包括用于控制所述轮毂电机转速和转向的控制器,所述控制器设置在所述扶手杆的前部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述前轮支架的前部还连接有脚踏板安装杆,所述脚踏板安装杆的中部设置有可转动的脚踏板,所述脚踏板可转动的角度范围为0-30°。
- 根据权利要求1-9中任意一种所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述连接横杆上设置有可转动的靠背板,所述靠背板可转动的角度范围为0-30°。
- 一种可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述可折叠轮椅具有展开状态和折叠状态,所述可折叠轮椅包括分别设置于左右两侧的侧支架、设于所述侧支架前下方的前轮、设于所述侧支架后下方的后轮、设置于左右两侧的所述侧支架之间的座位机构、用于将所述可折叠轮椅锁定于展开状态的锁定机构、能够将所述锁定机构解锁的解锁机构;每侧的所述侧支架包括:靠背支架,后轮支架,所述后轮支架的上端部与所述靠背支架的下端部相转动连接,所述后轮可转动地设置在所述后轮支架的下端部,前轮支架,所述前轮支架的后端部与所述后轮支架相转动连接,所述前轮 可转动地设置在所述前轮支架的前端部;所述座位机构包括:座位板,所述座位板的后端部分别与左右两侧的所述靠背支架相转动连接,底撑杆,所述底撑杆位于所述座位板的下方,所述底撑杆的前端部分别与左右两侧的所述前轮支架相转动连接,所述底撑杆的后端部分别与左右两侧的所述靠背支架相转动连接,座位支撑杆,所述座位支撑杆位于所述座位板和所述底撑杆之间,所述座位支撑杆的上端部与所述座位板相转动连接,所述座位支撑杆的下端部与所述底撑杆相转动连接。
- 根据权利要求11所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述底撑杆与所述靠背支架之间设置有第一阻挡组件,在所述可折叠轮椅展开至展开状态时,所述第一阻挡组件阻止所述靠背支架向着所述后轮支架的方向转动。
- 根据权利要求12所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述第一阻挡组件包括设置在所述靠背支架上的第一凸块、设置在所述底撑杆上的第四凸块,当所述可折叠轮椅处于展开状态时,所述第一凸块与所述第四凸块相抵设。
- 根据权利要求13所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:当所述可折叠轮椅处于展开状态时,所述第一凸块位于所述第四凸块的前方。
- 根据权利要求11所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述前轮支架与所述后轮支架之间设置有第二阻挡组件,在所述可折叠轮椅展开至展开状态时,所述第二阻挡组件阻止所述后轮支架向着远离所述前轮支架的方向转动。
- 根据权利要求15所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述第二阻挡组件包括设置在所述后轮支架上的第二凸块、设置在所述前轮支架上的第三凸块,当所述可折叠轮椅处于展开状态时,所述第二凸块与所述第三凸块相抵设。
- 根据权利要求16所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:当所述可折叠轮椅处于展开状态时,所述第三凸块位于所述第二凸块的前方。
- 根据权利要求11所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述后轮上设置有用于驱动所述后轮转动的轮毂电机,所述轮毂电机的输出轴的转动轴心线与所述后轮的转动轴心线相重合。
- 根据权利要求18所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述轮毂电机上设有用于控制所述轮毂电机得电或失电的切换杆,所述切换杆具有第一工作位置和第二工作位置,当所述切换杆处于第一工作位置时,所述轮毂电机得电;当 所述切换杆处于第二工作位置时,所述轮毂电机失电。
- 根据权利要求19所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:左右两侧的所述后轮上分别设置有所述轮毂电机,左右两侧的所述轮毂电机上分别设置有所述切换杆;所述可折叠轮椅还包括控制踏板,所述控制踏板分别与左右两侧的所述切换杆相连接且能够控制所述切换杆在第一工作位置和第二工作位置之间转换。
- 根据权利要求18至20中任一项所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述可折叠轮椅还包括用于给所述轮毂电机提供电源的电池箱,所述电池箱位于所述可折叠轮椅的后部,所述电池箱架设在所述后轮支架上。
- 根据权利要求18至20中任一项所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述可折叠轮椅还包括用于控制所述轮毂电机转速和转向的控制器。
- 根据权利要求11所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述的可折叠轮椅还包括后端部与所述靠背支架相转动连接的扶手杆;在所述侧支架处于展开状态时,所述扶手杆的上表面与所述座位板的上表面相平行且所述扶手杆位于所述座位板的上方。
- 根据权利要求11所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述可折叠轮椅还包括两端部分别与左右两侧的所述靠背支架相固定连接的横连杆、后侧面与所述横连杆相转动连接的靠背板,所述靠背板可转动的角度范围为0-30°。
- 根据权利要求11所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述锁定机构设置在所述靠背支架和所述后轮支架之间,当所述锁定机构处于锁定状态时,所述靠背支架和所述后轮支架的相对位置保持固定。
