可折叠轮椅 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种可折叠轮椅。
背景技术
在对患者的治疗和康复过程中,特别是对于无法独立行走的患者,通常采用坐轮椅的方式替代行走,这样能够使患者得到较好的治疗和康复,并且方便患者的日常生活。
现有的轮椅多采用固定结构的椅子架设在一对滚轮的转轴上制作而成,滚轮的直径较大,使得滚轮的上部能够方便的被使用者的手部够到,使用者通过手部转动滚轮使轮椅前进或后退,这种轮椅无法折叠,需要占用较大的空间,市场上也有一些可折叠的轮椅,但这些轮椅往往具有多个用于锁定不同部件的锁定机构,解锁时,需要在多个位置进行解锁后才能折叠轮椅,使用非常不便,并且,锁定机构的配合结构大多裸露在外,不仅存在安全隐患,也使得锁定机构易损坏,使用寿命短,还严重影响轮椅的外观,使轮椅的高级感差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种可折叠轮椅,该轮椅的锁定机构简单紧凑、使用方便,锁定机构的配合结构位于杆件内部,安全性高、不易损坏、使用寿命长、外观美观、高级感强。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种可折叠轮椅,包括:
靠背支架;
后轮支架,所述后轮支架的上端部与所述靠背支架的下端部相转动连接,所述后轮支架的底部设置有后轮;
座位机构,所述座位机构可转动地设置在所述靠背支架上,所述座位机构具有向前下方延伸的延伸杆;
前轮支架,所述前轮支架的底部设置有前轮,所述前轮支架的前端部与所述延伸杆的前端部相转动连接,所述前轮支架的后端部与所述后轮支架相转动连接;
用于将所述后轮支架和所述靠背支架的相对位置锁定的锁定机构;
所述锁定机构包括锁定块和用于容纳所述锁定块的锁定腔,所述锁定腔沿左右方向延伸,所述锁定腔包括设置在靠背支架下端部的第一锁定腔和设置在后轮支架上端部的第二锁定腔,所述锁定块可左右移动地设置在所述锁定腔内,在所述锁定块同时位于所述第一锁定腔内和所述第二锁定腔内时,所述锁定机构锁定,在所述锁定块仅位于所述第一锁定腔内或所述第二锁定腔内时,所述锁定机构解锁,所述锁定机构还包括用于驱动所述锁定块在所述锁定腔内左右移动的解锁装置。
所述靠背支架的下端部开设有盲孔,所述盲孔的内壁上设置有第一锁定槽,所述第一锁定腔包括所述第一锁定槽内的空腔,所述后轮支架的上端部设置有通孔,所述通孔的内壁上设置有第二锁定槽,所述第二锁定腔包括所述第二锁定槽内的空腔。
进一步优选地,所述锁定块的外壁上设置有锁定齿,在所述锁定齿同时插入所述第一锁定槽和所述第二锁定槽时,所述锁定机构锁定,在所述锁定齿仅插入所述第一锁定槽或所述第二锁定槽时,所述锁定机构解锁。
进一步优选地,所述通孔内设置有阻隔挡块,所述阻隔挡块的一侧面贴合在所述第二锁定槽远离所述第一锁定槽的端部,所述阻隔挡块用于防止所述锁定块在所述第二锁定槽内移动时脱离所述第二锁定槽。
进一步优选地,所述盲孔的轴心线与所述通孔的轴心线相重合,所述后轮支架相对于所述靠背支架转动的转动轴由所述盲孔的孔口部伸入所述通孔内形成或由所述通孔的孔口部伸入所述盲孔内形成。
进一步优选地,所述锁定机构还包括弹簧,所述弹簧的一端抵紧在所述盲孔的底壁上,所述弹簧的另一端抵紧在所述锁定块靠近所述盲孔的侧壁上,所述弹簧具有驱使所述锁定块向远离所述盲孔的方向移动的趋势。
进一步优选地,所述解锁装置包括可转动的解锁提把,所述解锁提把的端部具有一斜面,该斜面与所述锁定块的一端面相接触,在所述解锁提把转动时,该斜面与所述锁定块的接触点向左和/或向右移动,推动 所述锁定块在所述锁定腔内向左和/或向右移动。
进一步优选地,所述解锁提把可转动地设置在所述后轮支架上,所述解锁提把的端部伸入所述通孔内构成所述解锁提把相对于所述后轮支架转动的转动轴,所述解锁提把的转动轴心线与所述通孔的轴心线相重合。
进一步优选地,所述可折叠轮椅还包括靠背板、脚踏板和扶手杆,所述靠背板可转动地设置在所述靠背支架上,所述脚踏板可转动地设置在脚踏板安装杆上,所述脚踏板安装杆的端部固设于所述前轮支架上,所述扶手杆可转动地设置在所述靠背支架上,所述扶手杆位于所述座位机构的上方。
进一步优选地,所述可折叠轮椅还包括轮毂电机、电池箱和控制器,所述轮毂电机设置在所述后轮上,所述轮毂电机用于驱动所述后轮转动,所述轮毂电机输出轴的转动轴心线与所述后轮的转动轴心线相重合,所述电池箱可拆卸地设置在所述后轮支架上,所述控制器用于控制所述轮毂电机的转速及转向,所述控制器设置在所述扶手杆的端部。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明描述的前后方向、左右方向和上下方向是基于使用者乘坐在本发明提供的轮椅中时观察到的前后方向、左右方向和上下方向。
如图1-8所示,本例提供一种可折叠轮椅10,包括:靠背支架100、后轮支架200、座位机构300、前轮支架400、锁定机构500、前轮11和后轮12;
其中,后轮支架200的上端部与靠背支架100的下端部相转动连接,后轮12可转动地设置在后轮支架200的底部,座位机构300可转动地设置在靠背支架100上,进一步将座位机构300转动地设置在靠背支架100的下端部上,座位机构300具有用于供乘坐者乘坐的座位面302和向前下方延伸的延伸杆301,前轮11可转动地设置在前轮支架400的底部, 前轮支架400的前端部与延伸杆301的前端部相转动连接,延伸杆301的后端部与靠背支架100的下端部相转动连接,座位面302的后端部与靠背支架100相转动连接,前轮支架400的后端部与后轮支架200相转动连接,在后轮支架200相对于靠背支架100向靠近前轮支架400的方向向前上方转动时,能够带动座位机构300、靠背支架100向靠近前轮支架400的方向靠拢(向前下方转动),使可折叠轮椅10变换为折叠状态。
本例中,前轮支架400自前向后向上延伸,后轮支架200自后向前向上延伸,靠背支架100自前向后向上延伸;其中,前轮支架400的延伸方向与水平方向的夹角较小,而靠背支架100的延伸方向与水平方向的夹角相对较大,便于乘坐且整体高度适中。
参见图3至图5,本例的可折叠轮椅由图3所示的展开状态转变至图4所示的半折叠状态,此过程中,后轮支架200相对于靠背支架100向靠近前轮支架400的方向转动,座位机构300、靠背支架100向靠近前轮支架400的方向靠拢,最终呈现如图5所示的完全折叠状态,形成从侧面看大致中间高两侧低的形态,且后轮12一侧相较于前轮11一侧更低,可以依靠前轮和后轮支撑于地面,或者依靠前轮、后轮和其它部件一起支撑于地面。
如图3所示,座位机构300还包括座位撑杆303,座位撑杆303的两端分别与座位面302的下部、延伸杆301的中部相转动连接,当可折叠轮椅处于展开状态时,该座位撑杆303自前向后向下延伸;当可折叠轮椅要折叠时,该座位撑杆303、延伸杆301与座位面302一起向前轮支架400靠拢。
本例中,如图1所示,当可折叠轮椅处于展开状态时,前轮支架400与后轮支架200的转动连接处低于后轮支架200与靠背支架100的转动连接处;延伸杆301与靠背支架100的转动连接处高于后轮支架200与靠背支架100的转动连接处;座位面302与靠背支架100的转动连接处高于延伸杆301与靠背支架100的转动连接处。
本例中,锁定机构500设置在后轮支架200和靠背支架100之间,并用于将后轮支架200和靠背支架100的相对位置锁定,当需要折叠轮 椅时,将锁定机构500解锁即可进行折叠操作。
具体地,本例中,锁定机构500包括锁定块501和用于容纳锁定块501的锁定腔502,锁定腔502沿左右方向延伸,锁定腔502包括设置在靠背支架100下端部的第一锁定腔5021和设置在后轮支架200上端部的第二锁定腔5022,锁定块501可左右移动地设置在锁定腔502内,在锁定块501同时位于第一锁定腔5021内和第二锁定腔5022内时,锁定机构500锁定,在锁定块501仅位于第一锁定腔5021内或第二锁定腔5022内时,锁定机构500解锁。
进一步地,本例中,如图7、图8所示,靠背支架100的下端部开设有盲孔101,盲孔101的内壁上设置有第一锁定槽1011,第一锁定槽1011有四个,均布于盲孔101的内壁上,且沿盲孔101的圆周方向等间隔分布,第一锁定槽1011内的空腔和盲孔101内的空腔共同构成第一锁定腔5021;
后轮支架200的上端部设置有通孔201,通孔201的内壁上设置有第二锁定槽2011,第二锁定槽2011有四个,均布于通孔201的内壁,且沿通孔201的圆周方向等间隔分布,第二锁定槽2011内的空腔和通孔201内的空腔共同构成第二锁定腔5022,后轮支架200位于靠背支架100的一侧,使通孔201和盲孔101相对齐,使得锁定腔502位于靠背支架100和后轮支架200这两个杆件的内部,锁定块501为圆柱形,锁定块501的外圆周面上均布有四个锁定齿5011,锁定齿5011与第一锁定槽1011和第二锁定槽2011相匹配,在锁定齿5011同时插入第一锁定槽1011和第二锁定槽2011时,锁定机构500锁定,在锁定齿5011仅插入第一锁定槽1011或第二锁定槽2011时,锁定机构500解锁。
本例中,第一锁定槽1011、第二锁定槽2011和锁定齿5011分别沿左右方向延伸,盲孔101的轴心线与通孔201的轴心线相重合,盲孔101的孔口部伸入通孔201内形成后轮支架200相对于靠背支架100转动的转动轴。
进一步地,锁定机构500还包括弹簧504,弹簧504的一端抵紧在盲孔101的底壁上,弹簧504的另一端抵紧在锁定块501靠近盲孔101的 侧壁上,弹簧504具有驱使锁定块501向远离盲孔101的方向移动的趋势,设置弹簧504能够便于锁定机构500复位,使锁定机构趋向于锁定。
具体地,如图8所示,本例中的锁定块501上开设有容纳槽,弹簧504的一端设置在容纳槽内,有利于弹簧504的稳定性以及使对锁定块501产生的作用力的方向沿左右方向,减少偏移,进而确保锁定机构500的较好使用。
本例中,锁定机构500还包括用于驱动锁定块501在锁定腔502内向左或向右移动的解锁装置,该解锁装置包括可转动的解锁提把503,解锁提把503在转动时(可以向上或向下转动,可以采用人工手动或脚踩踏),能够推动锁定块501向左或向右移动,具体地,解锁提把503与靠背支架100分设于后轮支架200的两侧,解锁提把503可转动地设置在后轮支架200上,解锁提把的端部5031伸入通孔201内构成解锁提把503相对于后轮支架200转动的转动轴,解锁提把503的转动轴心线与通孔201的轴心线相重合,解锁提把的端部5031具有一斜面5032,该斜面5032与锁定块501的一端面(可以在锁定块501上设置与斜面5032相配合的部分)相接触,在解锁提把503转动时,该斜面5032与锁定块501的接触点向左或向右移动,从而推动锁定块501在锁定腔502内向左或向右移动。
具体地,本例中可折叠轮椅的左右两侧均设置有锁定块501和用于容纳锁定块501的锁定腔502以及其它相应的结构,但是本例中仅需一个解锁提把503,例如将该解锁提把503设置在后轮支架200的中部位置,如此即可通过一个解锁提把503的两端分别解锁左右两侧的锁定配合关系,因此,对于左侧的锁定配合结构来说,解锁提把503左端部具有的斜面在解锁提把503转动时会推动左侧的锁定块在左侧的锁定腔内向左移动进而解锁,解锁提把503右端部具有的斜面在解锁提把503转动时会推动右侧的锁定块在右侧的锁定腔内向右移动进而解锁。在本实施例中,为了适应不同尺寸的后轮支架200,尤其是通孔201的轴向长度变化较大时,本例所述的锁定机构500也能适用,在斜面5032和锁定块501之间还设置有顶块505,该顶块505也可左右移动,斜面5032与锁定块 501通过顶块505相接触,也即解锁提把503通过驱动顶块505移动进而驱动锁定块501在锁定腔502内向左或向右移动,通过更换不同长度的顶块505以增强锁定机构500的通用性。
进一步地,如图7所示,本例的顶块505包括顶块本体5051、设置在顶块本体5051的一侧且与锁定块501相抵触的立柱5052、设置在顶块本体5051的另一侧且与具有一斜面5032的解锁提把503的端部相配合实现移动的凸起5053;其中,本例中的解锁提把503的端部上还形成有与斜面5032相对的让位空隙5033,当锁定机构解锁时,凸起5053与斜面5032相接触,解锁提把503转动,凸起5053与斜面5032相接触的接触点发生移动(向左或向右)进而使得凸起5053被推动,凸起5053被推动也即表明顶块505被推动,顶块505再通过立柱5052推动锁定块501移动,直至实现解锁;当锁定机构锁定时,凸起5053位于让位空隙5033中,也即解锁提把503并没有对顶块505施加作用力。本例中,参见图1所示,本例的解锁提把503包括供操作者操作的操作杆,以及分别形成在操作杆左右两侧的两个连接杆,该连接杆一端与操作杆连接,另一端与顶块505相配合实现解锁,该连接杆大致呈L型。
本例中,为了防止锁定块501上的锁定齿5011在第二锁定槽2011内移动时脱离第二锁定槽2011,通孔201的中部还设置有阻隔挡块2012,阻隔挡块2012的一侧面贴合在第二锁定槽2011远离第一锁定槽1011的端部。同时该阻隔挡块2012还形成供顶块505的立柱5052通过的孔隙,孔隙的数量根据立柱5052的数量决定,本例中为4个。具体地,如图8所示,该阻隔挡块2012将第二锁定腔5022大致分为两个区域,左侧区域及相应设置的结构与锁定块501配合,右侧区域供顶块505等部件使用。
本例中,当可折叠轮椅10从展开状态转变至折叠状态时,通过解锁锁定结构500,即通过转动解锁提把503使锁定机构500解锁,然后在施加于解锁提把503上的外力没有撤去时使后轮支架200相对前轮支架400转动一定角度,此时即使撤去外力,锁定机构也仍然可保持在解锁状态(锁定齿5011脱离第二锁定槽2011的内腔并抵在第二锁定槽2011的朝 向锁定块501的外壁上,进而保持解锁);本例中,后轮支架200相对前轮支架400转动的角度小于等于90°,可折叠轮椅10处于折叠状态时,锁定机构500一直处于解锁状态;当可折叠轮椅10从折叠状态转变至展开状态时,向上向后拉起靠背支架100,后轮支架200向下向后转动,当后轮支架200、靠背支架100相对前轮支架400分别转动至初始的展开位置时,锁定齿5011与第二锁定槽2011的内腔正对,并在弹簧的作用使锁定齿5011进入第二锁定槽2011的内腔中,此时锁定机构500在弹簧的作用下复位锁定,解锁提把503在顶块505的作用下回复至初始位置。
本例中,本例提供的可折叠轮椅10还包括用于防止后轮支架200沿左右方向远离靠背支架100的贯穿螺栓800,该贯穿螺栓800依次穿过阻隔挡块2012上的开孔、锁定块501的开孔、弹簧的中部、盲孔、靠背支架100上的开孔,并且通过螺母固定在靠背支架100上,而且该贯穿螺栓800的靠近阻隔挡块2012的一端还伸入顶块505的几个立柱5052之间,同时该贯穿螺栓800的轴心线与后轮支架200相对于靠背支架100的转动轴心线相重合,也即该贯穿螺栓800也能够起到一定的转轴作用;上述设置方式使得靠背支架100、后轮支架200以及锁定块501、弹簧等部件相互之间稳定性更好,结合地更紧凑且稳固,能够避免在折叠与展开过程中出现部件分离等现象,提升本例可折叠轮椅10的可操作性与可重复使用性,降低损坏几率。
本例中,为提高乘坐舒适性,本例提供的可折叠轮椅10还包括靠背板601、脚踏板602、固设于前轮支架400上的脚踏板安装杆6021和扶手杆603,其中,靠背板601可转动地设置在靠背支架100上,脚踏板602可转动地设置在脚踏板安装杆6021上,扶手杆603可转动地设置在靠背支架100上,扶手杆603位于座位机构300的上方,扶手杆603的上表面平行于座位机构300的座位面302。
本例中,如图6所示,靠背支架100可以由多个相互可拆分的靠背支杆组成,有利于组装;作为面302、扶手杆603均可通过转轴与靠背支杆相转动连接。
本例中,为方便移动,本例提供的可折叠轮椅10还包括轮毂电机 701、电池箱702和控制器703,其中,轮毂电机701设置在后轮12上,轮毂电机701用于驱动后轮12转动,轮毂电机701的输出轴的转动轴心线与后轮12的转动轴心线相重合,电池箱702可拆卸地设置在后轮支架200上,电池箱702位于座位机构300的座位面302的下方,降低可折叠轮椅10的重心,提高其稳定性,并且,电池箱702能够方便的进行拆卸,控制器703用于控制轮毂电机701的转速及转向,控制器703设置在扶手杆603的端部,便于乘坐者操作。

  1. 可折叠轮椅,包括:
    靠背支架;
    后轮支架,所述后轮支架的上端部与所述靠背支架的下端部相转动连接,所述后轮支架的底部设置有后轮;
    座位机构,所述座位机构转动地设置在所述靠背支架上,所述座位机构具有向前下方延伸的延伸杆;
    前轮支架,所述前轮支架的底部设置有前轮,所述前轮支架的前端部与所述延伸杆的前端部相转动连接,所述前轮支架的后端部与所述后轮支架相转动连接;
    用于将所述后轮支架和所述靠背支架的相对位置锁定的锁定机构;
    其特征在于:
    所述锁定机构包括锁定块、用于容纳所述锁定块的锁定腔,所述锁定腔沿左右方向延伸,所述锁定腔包括设置在靠背支架下端部的第一锁定腔和设置在后轮支架上端部的第二锁定腔,所述锁定块能够左右移动地设置在所述锁定腔内;
    所述靠背支架的下端部开设有盲孔,所述盲孔的内壁上设置有具有空腔的第一锁定槽,所述第一锁定腔包括所述第一锁定槽的空腔,所述后轮支架的上端部设置有通孔,所述通孔的内壁上设置有具有空腔的第二锁定槽,所述第二锁定腔包括所述第二锁定槽的空腔;
    所述锁定块的外壁上设置有锁定齿,在所述锁定齿同时插入所述第一锁定槽和所述第二锁定槽时,所述锁定机构锁定,在所述锁定齿仅插入所述第一锁定槽或所述第二锁定槽时,所述锁定机构解锁;
    所述通孔内设置有阻隔挡块,所述阻隔挡块的一侧面贴合在所述第二锁定槽远离所述第一锁定槽的端部,所述阻隔挡块用于防止所述锁定块在所述第二锁定槽内移动时脱离所述第二锁定槽;
    所述盲孔的轴心线与所述通孔的轴心线相重合,所述后轮支架相对于所述靠背支架转动的转动轴由所述盲孔的孔口部伸入所述通孔内形成或由所述通孔的孔口部伸入所述盲孔内形成;
    所述锁定机构还包括弹簧、用于驱动所述锁定块在所述锁定腔内左右移动的解锁装置,所述弹簧的一端抵紧在所述盲孔的底壁上,所述弹簧的另一端抵紧在所述锁定块的靠近所述盲孔的侧壁上,所述弹簧具有驱使所述锁定块向远离所述盲孔的方向移动的趋势;
    所述解锁装置包括转动地设置在所述后轮支架上的解锁提把,所述解锁提把的端部伸入所述通孔内构成所述解锁提把相对于所述后轮支架转动的转动轴,所述解锁提把的转动轴心线与所述通孔的轴心线相重合;所述解锁提把的端部具有一斜面,该斜面与所述锁定块的一端面相接触,在所述解锁提把转动时,该斜面与所述锁定块的接触点向左或向右移动,推动所述锁定块在所述锁定腔内向左或向右移动;
    所述可折叠轮椅还包括靠背板、脚踏板、扶手杆、固设于所述前轮支架上的脚踏板安装杆、轮毂电机、电池箱和控制器,所述靠背板转动地设置在所述靠背支架上,所述脚踏板转动地设置在所述脚踏板安装杆上,所述扶手杆转动地设置在所述靠背支架上,所述扶手杆位于所述座位机构的上方;
    所述轮毂电机设置在所述后轮上,所述轮毂电机用于驱动所述后轮转动,所述轮毂电机输出轴的转动轴心线与所述后轮的转动轴心线相重合,所述电池箱可拆卸地设置在所述后轮支架上,所述控制器用于控制所述轮毂电机的转速及转向,所述控制器设置在所述扶手杆的端部;
    所述可折叠轮椅还包括用于防止所述后轮支架沿左右方向远离所述靠背支架的贯穿螺栓,所述贯穿螺栓的一端设置在所述后轮支架上,另一端通过螺母固定在所述靠背支架上,所述贯穿螺栓依次穿过所述阻隔挡块、所述锁定块、所述弹簧、所述盲孔和所述靠背支架,所述贯穿螺栓的轴心线与所述后轮支架相对于所述靠背支架的转动轴心线相重合。
  2. 可折叠轮椅,包括:
    靠背支架;
    后轮支架,所述后轮支架的上端部与所述靠背支架的下端部相转动连接,所述后轮支架的底部设置有后轮;
    座位机构,所述座位机构转动地设置在所述靠背支架上,所述座位机 构具有向前下方延伸的延伸杆;
    前轮支架,所述前轮支架的底部设置有前轮,所述前轮支架的前端部与所述延伸杆的前端部相转动连接,所述前轮支架的后端部与所述后轮支架相转动连接;
    用于将所述后轮支架和所述靠背支架的相对位置锁定的锁定机构;
    其特征在于:
    所述锁定机构包括锁定块和用于容纳所述锁定块的锁定腔,所述锁定腔沿左右方向延伸,所述锁定腔包括设置在靠背支架下端部的第一锁定腔和设置在后轮支架上端部的第二锁定腔,所述锁定块能够左右移动地设置在所述锁定腔内,在所述锁定块同时位于所述第一锁定腔内和所述第二锁定腔内时,所述锁定机构锁定,在所述锁定块仅位于所述第一锁定腔内或所述第二锁定腔内时,所述锁定机构解锁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述靠背支架的下端部开设有盲孔,所述盲孔的内壁上设置有具有空腔的第一锁定槽,所述第一锁定腔包括所述第一锁定槽的空腔,所述后轮支架的上端部设置有通孔,所述通孔的内壁上设置有具有空腔的第二锁定槽,所述第二锁定腔包括所述第二锁定槽的空腔;
    所述锁定块的外壁上设置有锁定齿,在所述锁定齿同时插入所述第一锁定槽的空腔和所述第二锁定槽的空腔时,所述锁定机构锁定,在所述锁定齿仅插入所述第一锁定槽的空腔或所述第二锁定槽的空腔时,所述锁定机构解锁。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述第一锁定槽、所述第二锁定槽、所述锁定齿分别具有多个且数量相同。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,多个所述第一锁定槽沿所述盲孔的圆周方向等间隔分布,多个所述第二锁定槽沿所述通孔的圆周方向等间隔分布;
    所述锁定块呈圆柱状,多个所述锁定齿沿所述锁定块的圆周方向等间隔分布。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述第一锁定 槽、所述第二锁定槽和所述锁定齿分别沿左右方向延伸。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述通孔内设置有阻隔挡块,所述阻隔挡块的一侧面贴合在所述第二锁定槽远离所述第一锁定槽的端部,所述阻隔挡块用于防止所述锁定块在所述第二锁定槽内移动时脱离所述第二锁定槽。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述盲孔的轴心线与所述通孔的轴心线相重合,所述后轮支架相对于所述靠背支架转动的转动轴由所述盲孔的孔口部伸入所述通孔内形成或由所述通孔的孔口部伸入所述盲孔内形成。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述锁定机构还包括倾向于使所述锁定齿同时插入所述第一锁定槽的空腔和所述第二锁定槽的空腔中的复位件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述复位件为伸缩方向为左右方向的弹性件,所述弹性件的一端与所述锁定齿固定连接,所述弹性件的另一端固定设置于所述盲孔内或固定设置于所述通孔内。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述锁定机构还包括弹簧,所述弹簧的一端抵紧在所述盲孔的底壁上,所述弹簧的另一端抵紧在所述锁定块的靠近所述盲孔的侧壁上,所述弹簧具有驱使所述锁定块向远离所述盲孔的方向移动的趋势。
  12. 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述锁定机构还包括用于驱动所述锁定块在所述锁定腔内左右移动的解锁装置。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述解锁装置包括转动地设置的解锁提把,所述解锁提把的端部具有一斜面,该斜面与所述锁定块的一端面相接触,在所述解锁提把转动时,该斜面与所述锁定块的接触点向左或向右移动,推动所述锁定块在所述锁定腔内向左或向右移动。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述解锁提把转动地设置在所述后轮支架上,所述解锁提把的端部伸入所述通孔内 构成所述解锁提把相对于所述后轮支架转动的转动轴,所述解锁提把的转动轴心线与所述通孔的轴心线相重合。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述解锁装置还包括设置在所述解锁提把与所述锁定块之间且可左右移动的顶块,所述解锁提把通过驱动所述顶块移动进而驱动所述锁定块在所述锁定腔内向左或向右移动。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述顶块包括顶块本体、设置在所述顶块本体的一侧且与所述锁定齿相抵触的立柱、设置在所述顶块本体的另一侧且与具有一斜面的所述解锁提把的端部相配合实现移动的凸起。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述解锁提把的端部上还形成有与所述斜面相对的让位空隙。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,当所述锁定机构解锁时,所述凸起与所述斜面相接触;当所述锁定机构锁定时,所述凸起位于所述让位空隙中。
  19. 根据权利要求2-18中任意一种所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述可折叠轮椅还包括靠背板、脚踏板、固设于所述前轮支架上的脚踏板安装杆和扶手杆,所述靠背板转动地设置在所述靠背支架上,所述脚踏板转动地设置在所述脚踏板安装杆上,所述扶手杆转动地设置在所述靠背支架上,所述扶手杆位于所述座位机构的上方。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述可折叠轮椅还包括轮毂电机、电池箱和控制器,所述轮毂电机设置在所述后轮上,所述轮毂电机用于驱动所述后轮转动,所述轮毂电机输出轴的转动轴心线与所述后轮的转动轴心线相重合,所述电池箱可拆卸地设置在所述后轮支架上,所述控制器用于控制所述轮毂电机的转速及转向,所述控制器设置在所述扶手杆的端部。
  21. 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于:所述可折叠轮椅还包括用于防止所述后轮支架沿左右方向远离所述靠背支架的贯穿螺栓,所述贯穿螺栓的一端设置在所述后轮支架上,另一端通过螺母 固定在所述靠背支架上,所述贯穿螺栓分别穿过所述后轮支架、所述锁定机构和所述靠背支架,所述贯穿螺栓的轴心线与所述后轮支架相对于所述靠背支架的转动轴心线相重合。
