Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係るエレベーター装置を示す構成図である。本開示では、図1に示すように、X軸、Y軸及びZ軸の3軸直交座標系を用い、X軸の正の方向を鉛直下方として説明する。なお、本開示において、各構成要素の、位置、形状、向きなどに言及した場合、特に断らない限り、エレベーター装置の各部が静止している状態での位置、形状、向きなどを意味するものとする。
次に、図7から図9を参照して、実施の形態2について説明するが、前述した実施の形態1との相違点を中心に説明し、共通する説明を簡略化または省略する。また、前述した要素と共通または対応する要素には、同一の符号を付す。図7は、実施の形態2に係る長尺体案内装置14Aを示す斜視図である。図8は、長尺体案内装置14Aの各ローラの配置を説明するための断面図である。図9は、長尺体案内装置14Aの各ローラの配置を説明する側面図である。
次に、図10及び図11を参照して、実施の形態3について説明するが、前述した実施の形態1との相違点を中心に説明し、共通する説明を簡略化または省略する。また、前述した要素と共通または対応する要素には、同一の符号を付す。図10は、実施の形態3に係る長尺体案内装置14Bを示す斜視図である。図11は、長尺体案内装置14Bの要部を示す断面図である。図11Aは、図10中の高さAにおける長尺体案内装置14Bの要部を示す。図11Bは、図10中の高さBにおける長尺体案内装置14Bの要部を示す。

- かごと、
釣合いおもりと、
前記かごと前記釣合いおもりとの間に接続され、前記かごから吊り下げられる第1直線部と、前記釣合いおもりから吊り下げられる第2直線部と、前記第1直線部と前記第2直線部とをつなぐ湾曲部とを有する長尺体と、
前記長尺体の前記第1直線部を挟んで前記長尺体を案内する第1ローラ及び第2ローラと、
前記長尺体の前記第2直線部を挟んで前記長尺体を案内する第3ローラ及び第4ローラと、
を備え、
前記第1ローラの回転軸は、前記第2ローラの回転軸に対して平行であり、
鉛直方向の位置に関して、前記第1ローラの回転軸の鉛直位置は、前記第2ローラの回転軸の鉛直位置とは異なり、
前記第3ローラの回転軸は、前記第4ローラの回転軸に対して平行であり、
鉛直方向の位置に関して、前記第3ローラの回転軸の鉛直位置は、前記第4ローラの回転軸の鉛直位置とは異なる、
エレベーター装置。 - 前記長尺体の前記湾曲部の最下部から、前記第1ローラ及び前記第2ローラのうち下方に位置するローラの中心までの鉛直方向の距離、及び、前記長尺体の前記湾曲部の前記最下部から、前記第3ローラ及び前記第4ローラのうち下方に位置するローラの中心までの鉛直方向の距離、の少なくとも一方の距離が、前記長尺体の前記第1直線部と前記第2直線部との間の水平距離の半分以上である請求項1に記載のエレベーター装置。
- 前記長尺体の前記湾曲部の最下部から、前記かご又は前記釣合いおもりが移動しうる最下層の位置までの鉛直方向の距離をPDとし、
前記長尺体の前記湾曲部の前記最下部から、前記第1ローラ及び前記第2ローラのうち下方に位置するローラの上端までの鉛直方向の距離をAとし、
前記第1ローラの中心と前記第2ローラの中心との間の鉛直方向の距離をrとした場合に、

という関係を満足する請求項1または請求項2に記載のエレベーター装置。 - 前記第1ローラの外周部に、前記長尺体と接する溝が、前記第1ローラの周方向に沿って設けられており、
前記第2ローラの外周部に、前記長尺体と接する溝が、前記第2ローラの周方向に沿って設けられており、
前記第3ローラの外周部に、前記長尺体と接する溝が、前記第3ローラの周方向に沿って設けられており、
前記第4ローラの外周部に、前記長尺体と接する溝が、前記第4ローラの周方向に沿って設けられている請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のエレベーター装置。 - 互いに並行して配置された複数の前記長尺体を備え、
前記第1ローラの外周部に、前記複数の前記長尺体のそれぞれと個別に接する複数の溝が、前記第1ローラの周方向に沿って設けられており、
前記第2ローラの外周部に、前記複数の前記長尺体のそれぞれと個別に接する複数の溝が、前記第2ローラの周方向に沿って設けられており、
前記第3ローラの外周部に、前記複数の前記長尺体のそれぞれと個別に接する複数の溝が、前記第3ローラの周方向に沿って設けられており、
前記第4ローラの外周部に、前記複数の前記長尺体のそれぞれと個別に接する複数の溝が、前記第4ローラの周方向に沿って設けられている請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のエレベーター装置。 - 前記長尺体の前記第1直線部を挟んで前記長尺体を案内する第5ローラ及び第6ローラと、
前記長尺体の前記第2直線部を挟んで前記長尺体を案内する第7ローラ及び第8ローラと、
をさらに備え、
前記第5ローラの回転軸は、前記第1ローラの回転軸に対して垂直であり、
前記第5ローラの回転軸は、前記第6ローラの回転軸に対して平行であり、
鉛直方向の位置に関して、前記第5ローラの回転軸の鉛直位置は、前記第6ローラの回転軸の鉛直位置とは異なり、
前記第7ローラの回転軸は、前記第3ローラの回転軸に対して垂直であり、
前記第7ローラの回転軸は、前記第8ローラの回転軸に対して平行であり、
鉛直方向の位置に関して、前記第7ローラの回転軸の鉛直位置は、前記第8ローラの回転軸の鉛直位置とは異なる請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のエレベーター装置。 - 前記第1ローラは、前記第2ローラよりも前記第2直線部の側に位置し、かつ、鉛直方向へ移動可能に設けられており、
前記第3ローラは、前記第4ローラよりも前記第1直線部の側に位置し、かつ、鉛直方向へ移動可能に設けられている請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のエレベーター装置。 - 前記第1ローラの鉛直方向上向きへの変位を規制する第1ストッパと、
前記第3ローラの鉛直方向上向きへの変位を抑制する第2ストッパと、
をさらに備える請求項7に記載のエレベーター装置。 - 前記長尺体が張り車を吊り下げておらず、
前記第1ローラ、前記第2ローラ、前記第3ローラ、及び前記第4ローラのそれぞれの回転軸の、水平方向についての位置が変化しないように、前記第1ローラ、前記第2ローラ、前記第3ローラ、及び前記第4ローラを支持するローラ支持部をさらに備える請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のエレベーター装置。
