一种定位整理装置及码垛设备

技术领域
本申请涉及码垛技术领域,例如涉及一种定位整理装置及码垛设备。
背景技术
目前,市面上裸瓶码垛堆叠方式一般最底下设置垛板,接着在垛板上放一个隔板,然后在隔板上再放一层裸瓶,再在裸瓶上方放一层隔板,再放一层裸瓶,依此循环堆叠四五层形成整垛。每层裸瓶之间有一个隔板来定位,隔板的正面开有便于裸瓶底部定位的槽口,反面开有与裸瓶顶部定位的槽口,便于上下层裸瓶的定位。隔板一般采用厚度大于60mm的塑料层隔板,每层有多少个瓶子,每个隔板正反面就需要开有与瓶子匹配的槽口,槽口不仅要与瓶子的形状相一致,而且每个槽口的间距也要与瓶子之间的间距一致,从而增加了隔板的加工难度。此外,若瓶子的形状发生变化,之前的隔板就不适用了,必须重新设计加工新的隔板,使得材料利用率低,材料成本高。
为了降低隔板的加工难度及加工成本,通常的解决方案是利用纸板制作隔板,纸板厚度通常为4mm~5mm,大大降低了制作难度与成本。然而,目前市面上并没有能够与纸隔板兼容的定位整理装置。
因此,亟待需要一种定位整理装置以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本申请提供一种定位整理装置,能够对纸隔板进行定位整理,以便于裸瓶码垛,可降低材料成本,提高生产效率。
本申请提供一种码垛设备,通过应用上述定位整理装置,能够利用纸隔板进行裸瓶或罐的码垛整理,可降低成本,提高生产效率。
第一方面,提供了一种定位整理装置,设置为垛层工件间的隔板的码垛定位,所述定位整理装置包括:

相关技术中,裸瓶码垛之间的隔板100通常采用厚度较大的塑料层隔板100, 塑料层隔板100上需要加工与裸瓶相对应的定位槽口,从而增加了加工成本。此外,当需要码垛的裸瓶的尺寸发生变化后,原先的塑料层隔板100就不适用,需要重新加工新的塑料层隔板100,从而增加了材料成本。可采用纸隔板100或其他便于加工的材料作为隔板100,而相关技术中的定位整理装置不能对纸隔板100进行定位整理。
本实施例提供的定位整理装置可设置为对纸隔板100进行定位码垛,纸隔板100为四周具有折边的纸框结构。纸隔板100可以是正四边形,也可以是矩形,还可以是其他形状,在此不作限制。
为了便于说明定位整理装置的定位码垛原理,下文以隔板100为四边形的纸隔板100进行说明:
如图1-图2所示,定位整理装置包括升降机构1和定位整理机构2,升降机构1包括立柱11和升降架12,升降架12沿竖直方向可升降地设于立柱11上,升降架12为中空的框架结构,且升降架12的中空位300能够与输送装置上的工件码垛位对应设置,隔板100穿过中空位300并置于码垛位上;多个定位整理机构2围绕中空位300设置,多个定位整理机构2安装在升降架12上,多个定位整理机构2设置为定位并撑开隔板100的折边,以便于将多个裸瓶放置于隔板100内,提高码垛效率。
示例性地,输送装置的码垛位为放置于输送装置上的垛板。
升降机构1还包括升降驱动组件13,升降驱动组件13设置为驱动升降架12相对于立柱11升降。在本实施例中,升降驱动组件13包括升降驱动件131、同步轮133、同步带132和配重块134,升降驱动件131固定于立柱11的顶部,同步轮133可转动地设于立柱11的顶部,同步带132绕设于同步轮133上,且同步带132的第一端与升降架12固定连接,同步带132的第二端与配重块134固定连接。升降驱动件131设置为驱动同步轮133转动从而实现升降架12在竖直方向的升降。示例性地,升降驱动件131为伺服电机。同步轮133和同步带132为齿轮齿槽配合。伺服电机正转时,驱动同步轮133与同步带132正转, 带动升降架12上升时,配重块134下降;伺服电机反转时,升降架12下降时,配重块134上升。
可选地,升降驱动组件13还可以是电机齿轮齿条结构,或电机丝杆螺母结构,或电机同步带结构,或电机链条链轮结构等等,在此不作限制。
如图3所示,升降架12包括U型连接架121和安装架122,U型连接架121与同步带132固定连接,安装架122固定于U型连接架121的开口端,且安装架122成口字型结构。示例性地,安装架122由方管焊接而成。安装架122的四周均设有定位整理机构2,四个定位整理机构2设置为将隔板100的四个折边定位撑开。
如图3所示,每个定位整理机构2包括定位组件21和整理组件22,定位组件21设置为与隔板100的折边外壁的底部抵接,整理组件22设置为将隔板100的折边顶部向隔板100的外侧撑开。两个整理组件22分别设于定位组件21的两侧。当然,在其他实施例中,整理组件22的数量还可以为多个,多个整理组件22分两组分别设于定位组件21的两侧,以使隔板100的折边受力均匀,确保能够稳定撑开隔板100的折边。
如图4-图5所示,定位组件21包括定位驱动件211和定位件212,定位驱动件211设于升降架12上,定位驱动件211设置为驱动定位件212朝向或远离隔板100移动,以使定位件212具有与隔板100的折边外壁抵接的定位位置和远离隔板100的折边的初始位置。示例性地,定位驱动件211可以为气缸或电缸或电机丝杆螺母机构或其他类型的直线执行器。
示例性地,定位件212在竖直方向的高度为H1,隔板100的折边的高度为H2,H1<H2,保证整理组件22能够撑开隔板100的折边顶部。可选地,定位件212在水平方向的长度L1,隔板100的折边的长度为L2,2L1>L2,定位件212为长条状结构,保证一个定位件212能够与隔板100的折边外壁抵接,在整理组件22撑开隔板100的折边时,定位件212对隔板100进行定位。
示例性地,定位整理机构2还包括导向组件23,导向组件23包括滑动配 合的导向杆231和导向套块232,导向杆231固定于定位件212上,且导向杆231的延伸方向与定位件212的移动方向平行,导向套块232固定于升降架12上。通过导向杆231和导向套块232的设计,可保证定位件212在定位驱动件211的作用下稳定地沿导向杆231移动,避免定位件212晃动。
可选地,两个导向组件23对称设于定位驱动件211的两侧,从而使定位件212的两端受力均匀。当然,在其他实施例中,导向组件23的数量不限于两个,还可以是三个、四个、五个或任意个数,导向组件23分两组分别设于定位件212的两侧。
如图4-图5所示,整理组件22包括第一驱动件221、第二驱动件222和整理件223,第一驱动件221设置于升降架12上方,第一驱动件221设置为驱动第二驱动件222朝向或远离隔板100移动,第二驱动件222的输出端与整理件223连接,第二驱动件222设置为驱动整理件223沿竖直方向升降,以使整理件223具有插入隔板100内部的整理位置和高于隔板100的折边的避让位置。
整理组件22还包括安装板224,安装板224固定于定位件212两端上,第一驱动件221固定于安装板224上,第一驱动件221设置为驱动第二驱动件222在安装板224上移动。整理件223包括呈夹角设置的连接部和整理部,连接部与第二驱动件222的输出端固定连接,整理部能够插入隔板100内并与隔板100的折边内壁抵接。示例性地,整理件223为L型结构。
本申请提供的定位整理装置,包括升降机构和定位整理机构,升降机构包括立柱和升降架,升降架沿竖直方向可升降地设于立柱上,升降架为中空的框架结构,且升降架的中空位能够与输送装置上的工件码垛位对应设置,隔板穿过中空位并置于码垛位上;多个定位整理机构围绕中空位设置,定位整理机构用于定位并撑开隔板的折边,以便于将多个裸瓶或罐放置于隔板内。该定位整理装置能够对纸隔板进行定位整理,以便于裸瓶或罐码垛,可降低材料成本,提高生产效率。
本申请提供的码垛设备,通过应用上述定位整理装置,能够利用纸隔板进 行裸瓶的码垛整理,可降低成本,提高生产效率。
本实施例提供的定位整理装置的作业过程为:
初始时,输送装置将垛板输送至定位整理装置的升降架12的中空位300对应的位置,当垛板的中心与升降机构1的升降架12的口字型框架(即升降架12的中空位300)的中心在同一直线上时停止;升降架12在升降驱动件131的作用下,向下移动至与垛板高度接近;码垛机吸一个隔板100放置于垛板上,隔板100的折边朝上。
四个定位整理机构2开始进行定位整理作业:定位组件21的定位件212在定位驱动件211的作用下向隔板100移动至定位位置,定位件212与隔板100的折边外壁抵接,实现对隔板100的折边进行定位,保证每次位置准确;整理组件22的整理件223在第一驱动件221的作用下向隔板100移动并移动至隔板100的折边上方,即整理件223的避让位置,整理件223在第二驱动件222的作用下下降并插入隔板100内部,即整理件223的整理位置,整理件223再在第一驱动件221的作用下向远离隔板100的方向移动,整理件223与隔板100的折边内壁抵接并将隔板100的折边的顶部向隔板100的外侧撑开,便于码垛机将裸瓶放置在隔板100内。
码垛机抓取整层裸瓶放入隔板100内部后,整理件223在第二驱动件222的作用下上升至隔板100的折边上方,即整理件223的避让位置,整理件223在第一驱动件221的作用下向远离隔板100的方向移动收缩至初始位置,同时定位件212在定位驱动件211的作用下向远离隔板100的方向移动收缩至初始位置。
升降机构1的升降驱动件131驱动升降架12向上移动一层裸瓶的高度,码垛机再吸一个隔板100放入第一层裸瓶上,依据第一层的原理,定位整理装置开始对第二层的隔板100定位整理并撑开隔板100的折边进行第二层裸瓶的码垛,依此原理码完第三、第四、第五层裸瓶等,直到完成整个垛。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种定位整理装置,设置为垛层工件间的隔板(100)的码垛定位,所述定位整理装置包括:
    升降机构(1),包括立柱(11)和升降架(12),所述升降架(12)沿竖直方向可升降地设于所述立柱(11)上,所述升降架(12)为中空的框架结构,且所述升降架(12)的中空位(300)能够与工件的码垛位对应设置,所述隔板(100)穿过所述中空位(300)并置于所述码垛位上;
    多个定位整理机构(2),所述多个定位整理机构(2)围绕所述中空位(300)设置,所述多个定位整理机构(2)安装在所述升降架(12)上,所述多个定位整理机构(2)设置为定位并撑开所述隔板(100)的折边。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的定位整理装置,其中,每个定位整理机构(2)包括定位组件(21)和整理组件(22),所述定位组件(21)设置为与所述隔板(100)的折边外壁的底部抵接,所述整理组件(22)设置为将所述隔板(100)的折边顶部向所述隔板(100)的外侧撑开。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的定位整理装置,其中,所述定位组件(21)包括定位驱动件(211)和定位件(212),所述定位驱动件(211)设于所述升降架(12)上,所述定位驱动件(211)设置为驱动所述定位件(212)朝向或远离所述隔板(100)移动,以使所述定位件(212)具有与所述隔板(100)的折边外壁抵接的定位位置和远离所述隔板(100)的折边的初始位置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的定位整理装置,其中,所述定位件(212)的尺寸满足如下至少之一:
    所述定位件(212)在竖直方向的高度为H1,所述隔板(100)的折边的高度为H2,H1<H2;
    所述定位件(212)在水平方向的长度L1,所述隔板(100)的折边的长度为L2,2L1>L2。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的定位整理装置,其中,所述定位整理机构(2)还包括导向组件(23),所述导向组件(23)包括滑动配合的导向杆(231)和 导向套块(232),所述导向杆(231)固定于所述定位件(212)上,且所述导向杆(231)的延伸方向与所述定位件(212)的移动方向平行,所述导向套块(232)固定于所述升降架(12)上。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的定位整理装置,其中,所述整理组件(22)包括第一驱动件(221)、第二驱动件(222)和整理件(223),所述第一驱动件(221)设于所述升降架(12)上方,所述第一驱动件(221)设置为驱动所述第二驱动件(222)朝向或远离所述隔板(100)移动,所述第二驱动件(222)的输出端与所述整理件(223)连接,所述第二驱动件(222)设置为驱动所述整理件(223)沿竖直方向升降,以使所述整理件(223)具有插入所述隔板(100)内部的整理位置和高于所述隔板(100)的折边的避让位置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的定位整理装置,其中,所述整理组件(22)还包括安装板(224),所述安装板(224)固定于所述定位件(212)的两端上,所述第一驱动件(221)固定于所述安装板(224)上,所述第一驱动件(221)设置为驱动所述第二驱动件(222)在所述安装板(224)上移动。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的定位整理装置,其中,所述整理件(223)包括呈夹角设置的连接部和整理部,所述连接部与所述第二驱动件(222)的输出端固定连接,所述整理部能够插入所述隔板(100)内并与所述隔板(100)的折边内壁抵接。
  9. 根据权利要求2-8任一项所述的定位整理装置,其中,所述整理组件(22)的数量至少两个,且至少两个所述整理组件(22)分两组分别设于所述定位组件(21)的两侧。
  10. 一种码垛设备,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的定位整理装置。
