本申请要求于2022年07月15日提交中国专利局,申请号为202210830763.3,发明名称为“一体化导向雾化结构及雾化装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及液体雾化技术领域,特别是涉及一种一体化导向雾化结构及雾化装置。
背景技术
电子雾化设备包括雾化装置和为雾化装置供电的供电器,雾化装置内部构建有储液腔、气流通道及电子雾化组件。供电器开设有容纳槽,雾化装置安装于容纳槽内,并与供电器建立电性连接。当供电器为雾化装置内部的电子雾化组件供电时,雾化组件将储液腔内部存储的溶液雾化成气雾排出。
技术问题
雾化片是雾化装置必备的元器件之一,雾化片的作用是将气溶胶、液体等物进行加热或震动产生雾化气体。震动雾化一般是通过超声波实现,加热雾化现有一般采用发热丝或发热片进行加热。现有的雾化片大都只有单独的加热雾化功能,需要液体溶胶等物导入到雾化片时都需要其它介质来组装配合实现,此结构的结构强度较差,而且稳定性也不够,尤其是隔热效果也较差。
技术解决方案
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种将导向介质与雾化片一体化成型制作,有效提升雾化片的结构强度。另外,选择高隔热的导向介质,可以防止雾化片的温场扩散,提升发热效率的一体化导向雾化结构及雾化装置。
上述目的可采用下列技术方案来实现。
一种一体化导向雾化结构,包括雾化片,以及导向介质,所述雾化片具有第一面以及第二面,所述第二面设有微孔区,所述微孔区均布多个微孔,所述微孔贯通至第一面,所述第一面设有发热元件,所述发热元件用于通过或附着在微孔的液体加热形成气雾;所述导向介质可用于将液体通过、隔离、并具有隔热作用,所述导向介质将液体导向至微孔区,所述导向介质连接在第二面。
本发明的一个或多个实施例的细节在下面的附图和描述中提出。本发明的其它特征、目的和优点将从说明书、附图以及权利要求书变得明显。
有益效果
相比现有的雾化导向结构,本发明将导向介质与雾化片一体化成型制作,有效提升雾化片的结构强度。另外,选择高隔热的导向介质,可以防止雾化片的温场扩散,提升发热效率。具体是,设置了雾化片,以及导向介质,所述雾化片具有第一面以及第二面,所述第二面设有微孔区,所述微孔区均布多个微孔,所述微孔贯通至第一面,所述第一面设有发热元件,所述发热元件用于通过或附着在微孔的液体加热形成气雾;所述导向介质可用于将液体通过、隔离、并具有隔热作用,所述导向介质将液体导向至微孔区,所述导向介质连接在第二面。雾化片上的微孔可在没有吸力时保持液体附着状态,即为锁油状态,当受到吸力时,可将液体从微孔中吸出,吸出过程中可通过发热元件对液体加热形成气雾。

如图1~图4所示,一种一体化导向雾化结构及雾化装置,设置了雾化片1,以及导向介质2,雾化片1具有第一面111以及第二面121,第二面121设有微孔区112,微孔区112均布多个微孔,微孔贯通至第一面111,第一面111设有发热元件13,发热元件13用于通过或附着在微孔的液体加热形成气雾;导向介质2可用于将液体通过、隔离、并具有隔热作用,导向介质2将液体导向至微孔区112,导向介质2连接在第二面121。
第二面121设有朝向第一面111沉入的槽体122,微孔区112设于槽体122的底面、并连通至第一面111,微孔区112薄化,将发热元件13设在微孔区112,将经过或附着的液体进行加热雾化,区别传统的发热片,将结构薄化后有效减低雾化片1散热导致的温场扩散,提升发热效率,使得发热更加集中,雾化效果更佳。
雾化片1包括膜片11以及支撑框12,支撑框12设于膜片11的一面,本实施例中,将芯片本体分成膜片11和支撑框12,方便膜片11加工,结构成本低,制造方便。
膜片11为单晶硅薄膜,第一面111设于单晶硅薄膜背离支持框一面,第二面121设于支撑框12背离单晶硅薄膜一面,槽体122开设在支撑框12;在优选的实施例中,采用单晶硅薄膜形成的模板,耐耗性强,结构可靠;槽体122开设在支撑框12,分体结构,结构更加可靠,制备成本低,雾化液体导向稳定。微孔区112上的微孔为较小的微孔,用来锁油和导油,通过蚀刻或光刻形成,加工效果好。

单晶硅薄膜的厚度尺寸为0.01~0.5mm;采用厚度尺寸较小的薄膜结构,区别传统的发热片,将结构薄化后有效减低雾化片1散热导致的温场扩散,提升发热效率。
发热元件13包括设于第一面111并通过微孔区112的发热线路131,发热线路131的两端分别设有第一接触位132以及第二接触位133;本实施例中,第一接触位132和第二接触位133用于接触导电,并控制发热线路131对微孔区112进行加热,加热后将液体转化为气雾。
导向介质2与第二面121一体化成型,本实施例中,将两者一体化成型,大大增加了雾化片1的强度,装配方便,结构可靠。
导向介质2为陶瓷、与氧化锆材质的共烧结合体、该共烧结合体与雾化片1通过烧结形成一体,有效提升雾化片1的结构强度。另外,选择高隔热的导向介质2,可以防止雾化片1的温场扩散。
在进一步的优选实施例中,当采用共烧结合体与雾化片1烧结成型时,可将槽体122填充,用于将液体导入至微孔内进行导向加热雾化。
本发明将导向介质2与雾化片1一体化成型制作,有效提升雾化片1的结构强度。另外,选择高隔热的导向介质2,可以防止雾化片1的温场扩散,提升发热效率。具体是,设置了雾化片1,以及导向介质2,雾化片1具有第一面111以及第二面121,第二面121设有微孔区112,微孔区112均布多个微孔,微孔贯通至第一面111,第一面111设有发热元件13,发热元件13用于通过或附着在微孔的液体加热形成气雾;导向介质2可用于将液体通过、隔离、并具有隔热作用,导向介质2将液体导向至微孔区112,导向介质2连接在第二面121。雾化片1上的微孔可在没有吸力时保持液体附着状态,即为锁油状态,当受到吸力时,可将液体从微孔中吸出,吸出过程中可通过发热元件13对液体加热形成气雾。

    雾化片,所述雾化片具有第一面以及第二面,所述第二面设有微孔区,所述微孔区均布多个微孔,所述微孔贯通至第一面,所述第一面设有发热元件,所述发热元件用于通过或附着在微孔的液体加热形成气雾;
    导向介质,所述导向介质可用于将液体通过、隔离、并具有隔热作用,所述导向介质将液体导向至微孔区,所述导向介质连接在第二面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一体化导向雾化结构,其特征在于:所述第二面设有朝向第一面沉入的槽体,所述微孔区设于槽体的底面、并连通至第一面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一体化导向雾化结构,其特征在于:所述雾化片包括膜片以及支撑框,所述支撑框设于膜片的一面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一体化导向雾化结构,其特征在于:所述膜片为单晶硅薄膜,所述第一面设于单晶硅薄膜背离支持框一面,所述第二面设于支撑框背离单晶硅薄膜一面,所述槽体开设在支撑框。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一体化导向雾化结构,其特征在于:所述微孔区通过蚀刻或光刻形成在单晶硅薄膜。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一体化导向雾化结构,其特征在于:所述单晶硅薄膜的厚度尺寸为0.01~0.5mm。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一体化导向雾化结构,其特征在于:所述发热元件包括设于第一面并通过微孔区的发热线路,所述发热线路的两端分别设有第一接触位以及第二接触位。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一体化导向雾化结构,其特征在于:所述导向介质与第二面一体化成型。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一体化导向雾化结构,其特征在于:所述导向介质为陶瓷、与氧化锆材质的共烧结合体、该共烧结合体与雾化片通过烧结形成一体。
  10. 一种雾化装置,其特征在于:包括权利要求1~9任意一项所述的一体化导向雾化结构。
