Description
本发明涉及保温设备的技术领域,具体涉及一种保温板及其构成的保冷箱。
药品、疫苗、水果等物品均需要,常通过保冷箱进行运输。
现有的保冷箱多采用PU发泡材料制成,其在使用过程中容易发生因碰撞导致箱体破损,进而影响保温效果。
本发明要解决的技术问题是通过一种保温板及其构成的保冷箱,该保冷箱的机械强度较高,不易发生因碰撞导致箱体破损。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的一种保温板,整体呈矩形,包括真空绝热板,以及整体包覆该真空绝热板的发泡材料,在所述保温板的至少一条侧边上的发泡材料中设有多个预埋件;同一条所述侧边上的各预埋件与一断面呈L型的角铝条相连(采用铆钉或螺钉或焊接相连),该角铝条的内角扣合在所述保温板的对应侧边的边角上。
所述预埋件的外侧壁不超出所述发泡材料,以方便连接所述角铝条,并利于使角铝条的内角扣合在所述保温板的对应侧边的边角上;所述角铝条的长度不超过所在保温板的侧边的边长,且居中设置。
所述预埋件为方管或断面呈工字形件,所述预埋件的具有较大平面的一侧朝外设置,并不超出发所述泡材料;所述泡材料 在发泡成型时,发泡材料充填入所述方管的内腔,或发泡材料充填入所述工字形件的两个凹槽中。
一种所述保温板构成的保冷箱,该保冷箱为矩形立方体,采用六块所述保温板构成所述保冷箱的六个面,相邻的所述保温板彼此粘接;所述保温板仅在一对对边上各设置一角铝条,以使所述保冷箱的12条边上都设有所述角铝条。

进一步优选的方案是,保温板的一对纵向边上设有所述角铝条设有魔术贴和/或手把。
本新型的有益效果:(1)在本申请的所述保温板侧边的发泡材料中设置多个预埋件;同一条所述侧边上的各预埋件与一角铝条相连,该角铝条的内角扣合在所述保温板的对应侧边的边角上,以提高所述保温板的机械强度,同时大幅提高了采用所述保温板的保冷箱的机械强度,以避免在运输、转移过程中出现因碰撞导致保温板的边缘破损、箱体分裂等情况。(2)本申请的预埋件采用一段方管或断面呈工字形件,预埋件与发泡材料一体成型,使得预埋件与发泡材料连接牢靠。

如图1-6,一种保温板10,整体呈矩形,包括真空绝热板1,以及整体包覆该真空绝热板1的发泡材料2,在所述保温板10的至少一条侧边上的发泡材料中设有多个预埋件3;同一条所述侧边上的各预埋件与一断面呈L型的角铝条4相连(采用铆钉或螺钉或焊接相连),该角铝条的内角扣合在所述保温板的对应侧边的边角上。
所述预埋件3的外侧壁不超出所述发泡材料(优选的方案是所述预埋件3的外侧壁与所述发泡材料同平面);所述角铝条的长度不超过所在保温板的侧边的边长,且居中设置。
