背景技术
在制罐工序中,筒状罐体在完成翻边制作后,需要对罐体进行封底和封顶,才能完成制作,封罐机就是一种封底、封顶常用的设备,其基本原理是利用卷封轮沿罐体的轮廓边缘对顶盖或底盖进行碾压使其达到密封的目。落盖是封罐过程中关键的步骤之一,但目前罐盖在落盖过程中需要走过一段距离,存在落在罐体上的罐盖不能很好的与罐体相配合的问题,进而对下一步封盖工艺造成影响。
技术问题
为克服背景技术的不足,本发明提供了高速气雾罐机的顶盖送盖机构,解决了罐盖在落盖后不能与罐体配合准确的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
高速气雾罐机的顶盖送盖机构,包括用于输送罐体的星轮,所述星轮的上方设有集盖座,所述集盖座的底部设有送盖组件,所述星轮与送盖组件之间设有用于限位顶盖的限位组件。
所述星轮设有星轮槽,所述限位组件包括设置在星轮槽两侧的定位销以及设置在分盖组件下方的内挡块与外挡块,所述定位销位于内挡块与外挡块之间。
所述内挡块的外侧壁以及外挡块的内侧壁均设有支撑部,所述支撑部的上方设有一号凸起部,所述支撑部的顶面与一号凸起部的底面之间的距离构成限位槽。
所述一号凸起部沿出料方向依次连接有二号凸起部以及三号凸起部,所述二号凸起部底面沿出料方向逐渐向下倾斜,所述三号凸起部的底面水平设置。
所述外挡块的进料端设有导向板,所述导向板包括水平板以及设置在水平板前端并向上倾斜的倾斜板。
所述送盖组件包括成对设置的分盖轮,所述分盖轮的外壁设有分盖槽以及落盖槽,所述分盖槽的宽度在一个盖体与两个盖体的厚度之间。

实施例中,如图2、图5所示,所述内挡块42的外侧壁以及外挡块43的内侧壁均设有支撑部6,所述支撑部6的上方设有一号凸起部7,所述支撑部6的顶面与一号凸起部7的底面之间的距离构成限位槽8。限位槽8对罐体进行上下限位,提高落盖后罐盖与罐体配合的精度。
实施例中,如图5所示,所述一号凸起部7沿出料方向依次连接有二号凸起部9以及三号凸起部10,所述二号凸起部9底面沿出料方向逐渐向下倾斜,所述三号凸起部10的底面水平设置。当定位销41带动罐盖在内挡块42与外挡块43之间移动时,罐盖沿着二号凸起部9底面逐渐下降,然后再沿着三号凸起部10的底面水平移动,使罐盖与罐体精确配合。
实施例中,如图1、图2、图5所示,所述外挡块43的进料端设有导向板11,所述导向板11包括水平板12以及设置在水平板12前端并向上倾斜的倾斜板13。星轮在输送罐体过程中,罐体的顶面首先与倾斜板13底面接触,然后再与水平板12底面接触,到落盖工位时每个罐体的高度都能保持一致。
实施例中,如图4、图6、图7所示,所述送盖组件3包括成对设置的分盖轮31,所述分盖轮31的外壁设有分盖槽14以及落盖槽15,所述分盖槽14的宽度在一个盖体与两个盖体的厚度之间。转轴的一端安装分盖轮31另一端安装同步带轮,通过同步带带动分盖轮31转动,一对分盖轮31在转动过程中保证只能一个罐盖进入到分盖槽14内,然后沿着落盖槽15竖直下落,分盖轮31之间的距离加上两个落盖槽15的深度形成的长度大于或等于罐盖的直径。
实施例中,如图4、图6、图7所示,所述分盖槽14的进盖端连接有导向面16。导向面16呈螺旋形,分盖轮31在转动过程中罐盖沿着导向面16进入到分盖槽14内。
实施例中,如图4所示,所述分盖轮31的上方设有拦盖板32,所述拦盖板32配有一号动力元件33。一号动力元件33为气缸,通过气缸带动拦盖板32向前移动来拦截罐盖进入到分盖轮31内。
实施例中,如图1、图3所示,所述集盖座2周向设有二号动力元件17,所述二号动力元件17安装有弹性块18。集盖座2内放置的罐盖数量较多,二号动力元件17为气缸,气缸推动弹性块18压紧罐盖,可以减轻集盖座2底部的罐盖受力。
