下面详细描述本公开的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本公开,而不能理解为对本公开的限制。
下面参考附图1至图10描述根据本公开实施例的冰箱支架1和具有其的冰箱和汽车。
如图1至图7所示,根据本公开实施例的冰箱支架1包括:第一架体11、第二架体12和紧固件13,所述第一架体11设在所述第二架体12的高度方向上的一侧,且第一架体11和第二架体12通过紧固件13可拆卸地连接,第一架体11和第二架体12之间围成安装腔14,安装腔14的一侧具有放置口15。
根据本公开的实施例的冰箱支架1,通过将第一架体11和第二架体12围成安装腔14,且第一架体11和第二架体12可拆卸地连接,从而可以减少零部件的数量,且结构简单,组装方便,生产成本较低。
在一些实施例中,如图4至图7所示,第一架体11上设有多个第一安装位111,多个第一安装位111中的至少部分第一安装位111在第一方向(图4中所示的左右方向)上间隔布置,第二架体12上设有多个第二安装位121,多个第一安装位111与多个第二安装位121一一对应,紧固件13与第一安装位111和第二安装位121相连。
例如,第一安装位111为通孔,第二安装位121为螺纹槽,紧固件13为螺纹件,螺纹件穿过通孔且旋拧在螺纹槽内。由于第一安装位111和第二安装位121均为多个,从而可以提高第一架体11和第二架体12连接时的牢固性。
在一些实施例中,如图1至图7所示,第一架体11和第二架体12中的至少一者为注塑件。在一些实施例中,第一架体11和第二架体12均为注塑件,例如,第一架体11为PA6+GF30材料注塑成型,第二架体12为PC+ABS材料注塑成型,从而有利于冰箱支架1的轻量化设计,降低冰箱的重量。
在一些实施例中,多个第一安装位111分为多组,每组第一安装位111包括沿第一架体11的长度方向(图4中所示的前后方向)间隔布置的至少两个第一安装位111,多组第一安装位111在第一方向(图4中所示的左右方向)上间隔布置。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,多个第一安装位111分为两组,两组第一安装位111对置在第一支架11左右两侧,每组第一安装位111包括在前后方向上间隔布置3个第一安装位111。可以理解的是,每组第一安装位111和对应的第二安装位121通过紧固件13相连后,限制了第一架体11和第二架体12之间的移动和旋转,多组第一安装位111和对应的第二安
装位121通过紧固件13连接后,进一步提高了限制效果并使多个紧固件13共同承担剪切力。
在一些实施例中,如图7所示,第一架体11的外壁面设有向上开口的第一凹槽112和向下开口的第二凹槽113,第一凹槽112和第二凹槽113形成第一安装位,第一凹槽112和第二凹槽113在上下方向上间隔布置,第二架体12的顶部具有凸出部126,凸出部126形成第二安装位121,凸出部126伸入第二凹槽113内,紧固件13的一端位于第一凹槽112内,且紧固件13的另一端与凸出部126相连。可以理解的是,第一支架11和第二支架12安装时,将第一支架11放置在第二支架12上,并使凸出部126伸入相对于的第二凹槽113内,完成对第一支架11和第二支架12的对齐和预固定,然后将紧固件13穿过第一安装位111和第二安装位121,从而完成对第一支架11和第二支架12的固定,降低了冰箱支架1的装配难度,提高生产效率。
在一些实施例中,如图7所示,第一架体包括第一侧壁114、底壁115、第二侧壁116和第三侧壁117,底壁115从第一侧壁114的外壁面沿第一方向延伸,第二侧壁116的下端与底壁115的自由端(如图7所示的右端)相连,第一凹槽112形成在第一侧壁114、底壁115和第二侧壁116之间,第三侧壁117的上端与底壁115的自由端相连,第二凹槽113形成在底壁115和第三侧壁117之间。
在一些实施例中,第二侧壁116的高度小于第一侧壁114的高度。避免第二侧壁116妨碍安装紧固件13。
在一些实施例中,第二架体12的下端设有第一安装板122和第二安装板123,第一安装板122和第二安装板123间隔布置以限定出安装空间。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,第一安装板122的长度方向沿前后方向设置,第二安装板123的长度方向沿前后方向设置,第一安装板122和第二安装板123对置在第二架体12的左右两侧。
在一些实施例中,第一安装板122和第二安装板123中的至少一者上设有散热孔。例如,第一安装板122和第二安装板123上均设有散热孔。
在一些实施例中,第一安装板122和/或第二安装板123与第二架体12一体成型。例如,第一安装板122与第二架体12的左侧板一体成型,第二安装板123与第二架体12的右侧板一体成型,可以理解的是,第二架体12与安装板17一体成型,从而可以减少零部件的组装数量,降低装配难度。
在一些实施例中,第二架体12上设有第三安装位124,第三安装位124位于第一安装板122和/或第二安装板123上。例如,第三安装位124位于第一安装板122和第二安装板123上,可以在第三安装位173安装散热风扇2、压缩机42等零部件,从而可以将冰箱的其它附属零部件固定到冰箱支架1上,使得冰箱的结构更加紧凑,且无需安装其他零件固定支架,降低了生产成本。
在一些实施例中,如图2和图3所示,第二架体12背离放置口15的侧壁上设有用于安装冰箱的零部件的第四安装位125。可以理解的是,第二架体12的背面设置第四安装位125,第四安装位125上可以安装用户控制冰箱运行的控制盒6,也可以安装用于驱动冰箱的开门
和关门的驱动电机53,从而可以使得冰箱支架1的使用效果更好。
在一些实施例中,如图1至图4所示,第一架体11和第二架体12中的至少一者上设有加强筋16,例如,第一架体11和第二架体12上均设有加强筋16。在第一架体11和第二架体12注塑时,加强筋16可以通过一并注塑在第一架体11和第二架体12上,从而可以提高第一架体11和第二架体12的连接强度,使得冰箱支架1的使用寿命更长。
如图1和图8所示,根据本公开第二方面实施例的冰箱,包括箱体3和冰箱支架1。冰箱支架1为本公开实施例的冰箱支架1,箱体3设于安装腔14内,可以理解的是,箱体3可以通过放置口15放置到安装腔14内。
根据本公开的实施例的冰箱,通过将第一架体11和第二架体12围成安装腔14,且第一架体11和第二架体12可拆卸地连接,从而可以减少零部件的数量,且结构简单,组装方便,生产成本较低。
在一些实施例中,如图8所示,冰箱还包括制冷组件4,制冷组件4包括蒸发器41和压缩机42,压缩机42与蒸发器41连通,压缩机42设于箱体3外,压缩机42可以与蒸发器41进行能量交换。蒸发器41覆设于箱体3的外周壁,蒸发器41可以向箱体3内部传递冷量。例如,蒸发器41包括冷却管,冷却管盘绕在箱体3的外周壁上,从而可以提高冰箱的制冷效果。
如图9所示,箱体3内具有储藏室31,箱体3的侧壁设有与储藏室31连通的取货口32。冰箱还包括抽屉51,抽屉51与箱体3相连且在打开位置和关闭位置之间可移动,在打开位置,抽屉51伸出至取货口32外,在关闭位置,抽屉51位于储藏室31内。可以理解的是,抽屉51为中空结构,物品可以放置到抽屉51内,然后送入至储藏室31内冷藏。当需要拿取或存放储藏室31内的物品时,用户可以将抽屉51从储藏室31中抽出,从而可以便于用户操作,使用效果较好。
在一些实施例中,如图1和图10所示,冰箱还包括门板52,门板52与抽屉51相连,在关闭位置,门板52封闭取货口32。在一些实施例中,抽屉51和门板52可拆卸地连接。例如,抽屉51通过螺纹件或卡接结构与门板52相连,从而便于加工制造,且组装简单。或者,抽屉51与门板52一体成型,从而可以使其结构强度较高,使用寿命较长。
根据本公开第三方面实施例的汽车,包括车体和冰箱3,冰箱3为本公开第二方面实施例的冰箱3,冰箱3设在车体上,可以理解的是,冰箱3可以通过冰箱支架1安装在车体上。
在本公开的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本公开和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本公开的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本公开的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,
三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本公开中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接或彼此可通讯;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本公开中的具体含义。
在本公开中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (11)
- 一种冰箱支架,包括:第一架体、第二架体和紧固件,所述第一架体设在所述第二架体的高度方向上的一侧,且所述第一架体和所述第二架体通过所述紧固件可拆卸地连接,所述第一架体和所述第二架体之间围成安装腔,所述安装腔的一侧具有放置口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱支架,其中,所述第一架体上设有多个第一安装位,多个所述第一安装位中的至少部分所述第一安装位在第一方向上间隔布置,所述第一方向正交于所述第一架体的长度方向和高度方向,所述第二架体上设有多个第二安装位,多个所述第一安装位与多个所述第二安装位一一对应,所述紧固件与所述第一安装位和所述第二安装位相连。
- 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱支架,其中,多个所述第一安装位分为多组,每组第一安装位包括沿所述第一架体的长度方向间隔布置的至少两个第一安装位,多组第一安装位在所述第一方向上间隔布置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱支架,其中,所述第一架体的外壁面设有向上开口的第一凹槽和向下开口的第二凹槽,所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽形成所述第一安装位,所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽在上下方向上间隔布置,所述第二架体的顶部具有凸出部,所述凸出部形成所述第二安装位,所述凸出部伸入所述第二凹槽内,所述紧固件的一端位于所述第一凹槽内,且所述紧固件的另一端与所述凸出部相连。
- 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱支架,其中,所述第一架体包括第一侧壁、底壁、第二侧壁和第三侧壁,所述底壁从所述第一侧壁的外壁面沿所述第一方向延伸,所述第二侧壁的下端与所述底壁的自由端相连,所述第一凹槽形成在所述第一侧壁、所述底壁和所述第二侧壁之间,所述第三侧壁的上端与所述底壁的自由端相连,所述第二凹槽形成在所述底壁和所述第三侧壁之间。
- 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱支架,其中,所述第二侧壁的高度小于所述第一侧壁的高度。
- 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的冰箱支架,其中,所述第二架体的下端设有第一安装板和第二安装板,所述第一安装板和所述第二安装板间隔布置以限定出安装空间。
- 根据权利要求7所述的冰箱支架,其中,所述第一安装板和所述第二安装板中的至少一者上设有散热孔。
- 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的冰箱支架,其中,所述第一架体和所述第二架体中的至少一者为注塑件。
- 一种冰箱,包括:箱体和冰箱支架,所述冰箱支架为权利要求1-9中任一项所述的冰箱支架,所述箱体设于所述安装腔内。
- 一种汽车,包括:车体和冰箱,所述冰箱设在所述车体上,所述冰箱为权利要求10所述的冰箱。
