一种汽车车身开口部用的开闭盖总成 技术领域
本发明涉及汽车领域,特别是涉及一种汽车车身开口部用的开闭盖总成。
背景技术
目前,具有自动驾驶功能或辅助驾驶功能的车辆中都配备有各种形式的雷达或摄像头,用于收集车辆周边信息,供车载芯片计算车辆行驶路径。绝大多数雷达或摄像头体的积较小,例如倒车雷达,可直接布置在车身表面,并隐藏于车辆的前风挡、或进气格栅、或前后保险杠上。但是,此类小型雷达或摄像头的缺陷就是功率小,无法进行大范围、远距离、以及高精度的环境扫描,也就无法满足全自动驾驶的数据采集要求。所以,为达到全自动驾驶的数据采集要求,势必需要加大雷达或摄像头的功率及照射范围,也就势必增加雷达或摄像头的体积。因此,势必会导致大体积的雷达或摄像头难以无过度的嵌入于车身外表面。
基于上述问题,只能将大体积的雷达或摄像头收纳于车身内,再用盖板加以美化隐藏。当雷达或摄像头需要使用时,盖板移走,露出车身上的雷达口,雷达或摄像头向外伸出至车身上的雷达口处,能够对周边环境进行扫描,以实现自动驾驶功能或辅助驾驶功能。当雷达或摄像头不使用时,则雷达或摄像头向内移动至车身内,盖板封堵住车身上的雷达口;如此,一方面能在行驶时将车辆的能量消耗保持得较低,另一方面出于安全原因需要使雷达或摄像头免受环境影响、或免受未经允许的接近,比如能够防尘、防雨、美化、免去承受一定非设计意图的按压接触力等。然而,现有车辆中车身上可开闭的盖板都需要人工打开或关闭,比如油箱盖板、充电盖板等,且盖板都是朝外打开,操作体验感差,美观性欠佳。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车车身开口部用的开闭盖总成,能够自动开闭,且在打开和闭合状态下都具有较好的美观性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种汽车车身开口部用的开闭盖总成,安装在汽车车身上的开口部处,所述开闭盖总成包括用于开闭所述开口部的盖板、驱动源、由驱动源驱动往复运动的引导件、传动滑块、以及用于和汽车车身相固定的固定导轨,所述引导件和传动滑块相固定,所述传动滑块与盖板相连,所述固定导轨中开设有与引导件滑动配合的第一滑槽、以及与传动滑块滑动配合的第二滑槽,所述驱动源通过引导件和传动滑块驱使盖板在闭合位置和全开启位置之间往复运动;
当所述盖板在闭合位置时,所述盖板遮盖住开口部;
当所述盖板在全开启位置时,所述盖板在汽车车身内,所述开口部连通汽车车身的内外部。
进一步地,所述盖板的外周侧设有主动引脚和被动引脚,所述固定导轨中开设有与主动引脚滑动配合的第三滑槽、以及与被动引脚滑动配合的第四滑槽,所述传动滑块中开设有与主动引脚滑动配合的传动滑槽;
沿所述盖板和固定导轨之间的内外分布方向,所述第三滑槽和第四滑槽都分布在第一滑槽和第二滑槽的内侧,所述传动滑块分布在第二滑槽和第三滑槽之间。

本申请中,驱动源通过引导件和传动滑块驱动盖板在闭合位置和全开启位置之间往复运动,从而自动开闭汽车车身上的开口部,免去人工操作盖板,提升操作体验感。并且,盖板在开启过程中是向汽车车身内运动的,且盖板在全开启位置时全部都被收纳在汽车车身内,不会从开口部中露出,同时也全打开开口部,如此能提升开口部在打开状态下汽车的整体美观性;盖板在闭合位置遮盖在开口部处,一方面关闭了开口部,另一方面也使汽车车身具有统一的外观,也就提升开口部在闭合状态下汽车的整体美观性。

本申请提供一种如图4所示的汽车车身开口部用的开闭盖总成,该开闭盖总成用于安装在汽车车身10上的开口部101处;开闭盖总成在汽车车身10上安装后的结构如图1所示。开闭盖总成能够安装在汽车车身10上的多个功能性的开口部101处,比如安装在汽车油箱的油箱口处(则开口部101为油箱口)、或安装在汽车隐藏式内置雷达的雷达口处(则开口部101为雷达口)、或安装在汽车的充电口处(则开口部101为充电口)。图1视图中示出了开闭盖总成安装在汽车车身10雷达口处的结构示意图,基于此,本申请还提供一种汽车雷达总成,该汽车雷达总成包含有开闭盖总成。
如图1至图4所示,本申请涉及的开闭盖总成包括用于开闭开口部101的盖板30、驱动源50、由驱动源50驱动往复运动的引导件70、传动滑块80、以及用于和汽车车身10相固定的固定导轨90,引导件70和传动滑块80相固定,传动滑块80与盖板30相连,固定导轨90中开设有与引导件70滑动配合的第一滑槽921、以及与传动滑块80滑动配合的第二滑槽922,驱动源50通过引导件70和传动滑块80驱使盖板30在闭合位置和全开启位置之间往复运动,即盖板30能够向靠近或远离开口部101的方向运动;固定导轨90为引导件70和传动滑块80的运动提供导向。进一步地,盖板30的闭合位置在开口部101处,则盖板30在闭合位置时,如图12所示,盖板30遮盖住开口部101,由此关闭开口部101;盖板30的全开启位置在汽车车身10内、且远离开口部101,则盖板30在全开启位置时,如图15所示,盖板30在汽车车身10内,开口部101连通汽车车身10的内外部,由此打开开口部101。特别地,本申请涉及的开闭盖总成为总成结构,通过在汽车车身10上可拆卸地安装固定导轨90,能够将开闭盖总成整体安装在汽车车身10上、或整体从汽车车身10上拆除。
如图1至图3所示,本申请涉及的汽车雷达总成除了包含上述开闭盖总成外,还包括雷达主体120、固定在汽车车身10内的固定壳体20、以及安装于固定壳体20的伸出机构,固定壳体20在开口部101处开设有与开口部101内外正对设置的通孔部21,雷达主体120可移动地安装在固定壳体20内,雷达主体120具有远离开口部101的回缩位置、以及在开口部101处的伸出位置,伸出机构作用于雷达主体120、驱使雷达主体120在回缩位置和伸出位置之间往复运动,也即驱使雷达主体120向靠近或远离开口部101的方向移动;固定导轨90可 以直接固定在固定壳体20中。特别地,该汽车雷达总成为总成结构,通过在汽车车身10上插装固定壳体20,实现汽车雷达总成在汽车车身10上的整体拆装。
当车辆不使用自动驾驶功能或辅助驾驶功能时,如图12所示,雷达主体120在回缩位置、被收纳在固定壳体20内,也即被收纳在汽车车身10内,实现雷达主体120的内置式和可隐藏式;盖板30在闭合位置、遮挡关闭通孔部21和开口部101,覆盖隐藏在汽车车身10内的雷达主体120,如此,出于美学原因为汽车车身10的外表面提供统一的外观,出于空气动力学原因使行驶中车辆的能量消耗保持得较低,出于安全原因能保护雷达主体120免受环境影响、或者免受未经允许的接近、或者免受一定非设计意图的按压接触力等,全方面地保护雷达主体120。当车辆使用自动驾驶功能或辅助驾驶功能时,如图15所示,驱动源动作、驱动盖板30运动至全开启位置,盖板30远离通孔部21、并整体被收纳在固定壳体20内,实现盖板30向汽车车身10的内部隐藏,露出通孔部21和开口部101,固定壳体20的内腔通过通孔部21与开口部101相通,由此打开开闭盖总成的通孔部21和汽车车身10上的开口部101;之后,伸出机构动作、驱动雷达主体120向外移动至伸出位置,如图21所示,则雷达主体120开启后对该开口部101处的周边环境进行扫描,收集环境数据并反馈给车载芯片。雷达主体120使用完毕后,伸出机构反向动作、驱动雷达主体120复位,之后,驱动源反向动作,通过驱动件70和传动滑块80驱动盖板30复位。
因此,本申请涉及的开闭盖总成和汽车雷达总成中,由驱动源通过驱动件70和传动滑块80驱使盖板30在闭合位置和全开启位置之间往复运动,自动开闭汽车车身10上的开口部101,免去人工操作盖板30,提升操作体验感。并且,盖板30在开启过程中是向汽车车身10内运动的、且盖板30在全开启位置时被整体收纳在汽车车身10内,如此能够提升开口部101在打开状态下汽车的整体美观性;盖板30在闭合位置时封堵在通孔部21和开口部101处,并从开口部101处露出,使汽车车身10具有统一的外观,也就提升开口部101在闭合状态下汽车的整体美观性。
进一步地,本申请涉及的开闭盖总成和汽车雷达总成在汽车车身10上的安装位置根据实际需求进行确定;在盖板30从闭合位置运动至全开启位置时,盖板30的运动方式有多种,比如:盖板30可以向内上方运动、或向内下方运动、或向内左方运动、或向内右方运动。为便于叙述,以开闭盖总成和汽车雷达总成安装在汽车的后车身上、且盖板30以向内上方运动的方式从闭合位置运动至全开启位置为例,对开闭盖总成和汽车雷达总成的具体优选结构展开叙述;基于此,盖板30的全开启位置位于闭合位置的内上方侧,盖板30的全开启位置和闭合位置上下相对分布,盖板30向内上方滑动的打开方式也能节省汽车车身10内部的空间 深度,降低对内部深度的需求。
如图4和图5所示,盖板30包括盖承载体31、以及固定在盖承载体31外端侧的类车身外盖体32,传动滑块80与盖承载体31相连;当盖板30在闭合位置时,盖承载体31遮盖住通孔部21,类车身外盖体32位于开口部101中。类车身外盖体32拥有与汽车车身10相同或非常接近的漆面、以及与其周边汽车车身10相同或非常近似的曲面,如此,盖板30在闭合位置时,盖板30通过其类车身外盖体32能够和汽车车身10的外表面构成大体上无缝的过渡,由此大大提升此时汽车车身10外观的统一性和整体性。较优地,类车身外盖体32由金属或复合材料制成。盖承载体31拥有相较于类车身外盖体32更为厚实强壮的结构,足够支撑盖板30的密封及运动功能。
如图12所示,固定壳体20的内表面上固定有一圈密封圈40,该密封圈40位于通孔部21的外周侧;盖承载体31内端侧的外周设有一圈密封边缘33。当盖板30在闭合位置时,如图12所示,盖承载体31的密封边缘33与密封圈40抵接配合,由此实现防尘防水的功能,降低异物或雨水灰尘等侵入固定壳体20内、以及盖板30与周边汽车车身10内的可能性。并且,通过密封圈40与密封边缘33的抵接实现密封,该结构能满足盖板30与汽车车身10外边面周圈较小的间隙尺寸,通过较小的间隙尺寸降低了在车辆行驶时的空气摩擦,尤其是车辆在较高行驶速度下的空气摩擦;同时,较小的间隙尺寸有利于车辆的美学,盖板30通过较小的间隙尺寸配合在汽车车身10的开口部101中,视觉上几乎不能识别,由此不会或轻微地影响车辆的整体视觉外观,有利于提高车辆整体外观的美观性。较优地,当盖板30在全开启位置、且雷达主体120位于伸出位置时,如图21所示,雷达主体120外端侧的周边与密封圈40相抵接,实现雷达主体120开启状态下的防尘防水。密封圈40为软性材质,可弹性变形或塑性变形,比如采用橡胶、发泡橡胶等材料。
进一步地,如图3至图5所示,开闭盖总成还包括齿轮60,驱动源50为电机,电机通过蜗轮蜗杆机构驱动齿轮60转动、或直接驱动齿轮60转动;引导件70为引导齿条,引导齿条远离传动滑块80的一端与齿轮60相啮合。在图3所示的视图角度中,当电机正转通过齿轮60驱动引导件70的下端上移时,则引导件70通过传动滑块80带动盖承载体31上移,使盖板30向全开启位置运动;反之,当电机反转通过齿轮60驱动引导件70的下端下移时,则引导件70通过传动滑块80带动盖承载体31下移,使盖板30向闭合位置运动。

进一步地,引导件70、传动滑块80和固定导轨90构成中间传动单元;中间传动单元可以设置一组,即仅在盖板30的左侧或右侧布置引导件70、传动滑块80和固定导轨90,该结构适用于对传递力要求较低的场合。本实施例中,如图3所示,中间传动单元有两组、对称设置,两组中间传动单元中引导件70的第二平直段72沿齿轮60的径向相对啮合在齿轮60的上侧和下侧,两组中间传动单元中引导件70的第一平直段71、传动滑块80和固定导轨90分别分布在盖承载体31的左右两侧,该分布方向与盖板30的闭合位置和全开启位置的分布方向相垂直,也与盖板30的移动方向相垂直,该结构适用于对传递力要求较高的场合。
进一步地,如图3所示,开闭盖总成还包括固定于汽车车身10的固定引导件110,固定引导件110和固定导轨90共同用于对引导件70进行导向。因此,固定引导件110内开设有沿弯曲连接段73延伸方向延伸的第一引导槽111、以及沿第二平直段72延伸方向延伸的第二引导槽112,第一滑槽921、第一引导槽111与第二引导槽112依次连通,弯曲连接段73与第一引导槽111滑动配合,第二平直段72与第二引导槽112滑动配合;即,一条可弯曲的引导齿条在第一滑槽921、第一引导槽111与第二引导槽112中能够双向滑动。优选地,固定引导件110包括引导件主体113、以及固定在引导件主体113上的引导件盖体114,第一引导槽111与第二引导槽112都开设在引导件主体113的表面上、并由引导件盖体114所遮盖,固定引导件110采用拼装形式,方便第一引导槽111与第二引导槽112的加工。当然,在其他实施例中,固定引导件110也可以采用对插孔形式或包塑空心铁管形式。另外,驱动源50固定在固定引导件110上,引导件主体113和引导件盖体114的中间位置处都开设有安装孔115,齿轮60容置在该安装孔115处,实现齿轮60与引导件70的第二平直段72的啮合,进行力传递。
进一步地,为便于固定导轨90的加工,将固定导轨90设置成内外双层拼接结构;如图3所示,在左右方向上,盖板30左侧和右侧的固定导轨90都包括分布在盖承载体31外端侧的内导轨91、以及分布在内导轨91外端侧的外导轨92,引导件70的第一平直段71和传动滑块80都可移动地置于内导轨91和外导轨92之间,盖承载体31与内导轨91导向配合,传动滑块80与外导轨92导向配合。因此,内导轨91用于引导盖板30的滑移,外导轨92用于引导传动滑块80和引导件70的滑移,外导轨92和内导轨91在上下方向上的延伸曲线与该 处汽车车身10在上下方向上的延伸曲线平行,则盖板30的滑动轨迹也大致上与汽车车身10的延伸曲线平行。优选地,如图11所示,传动滑块80的下端设有限位部83;如图8所示,内导轨91的外端面上设有外凸的限位凸块915,限位凸块915位于传动滑块80的运动路径上;当盖板30在闭合位置时,传动滑块80上的限位部83与内导轨91上的限位凸块915相抵接,在传动滑块80复位至闭合位置时进行限位。
更进一步地,如图9所示,第一滑槽911和第二滑槽922都开设在外导轨92中,第二滑槽922分布在第一滑槽921的外侧、两者分隔开;如图7和图8所示,内导轨91中开设有分隔开的第三滑槽911和第四滑槽912,第三滑槽911分布在第四滑槽912的外侧;如图10和图11所示,传动滑块80中开设有传动滑槽81,传动滑块80的外端面上设有朝向外导轨92方向突出的导向柱82,导向柱82有两个、上下分布;如图3和图6所示,盖承载体31的左侧和右侧都设有朝向内导轨91方向突出的主动引脚34和被动引脚35,主动引脚34位于被动引脚35的上侧。装配时,传动滑块80的导向柱82位于外导轨92的第二滑槽922中、两者滑动配合;盖板30的主动引脚34位于内导轨91的第三滑槽911中、两者滑动配合且转动配合,盖板30的主动引脚34同时还位于传动滑块80的传动滑槽81中、两者滑动配合且转动配合;盖板30的被动引脚35位于内导轨91的第四滑槽912中、两者滑动配合且转动配合。特别地,如图10和图11所示,传动滑槽81包括第一槽段811、以及与第一槽段811下端相连的第二槽段812,第一槽段811和第二槽段812之间形成钝角夹角;如图7和图8所示,第三滑槽911包括第三槽段913、以及与第三槽段913内端相连的第四槽段914,第三槽段913大致上沿内外方向前后平直延伸,第三槽段913和第四槽段914之间形成钝角夹角。基于该结构,盖板30的运动方式如下。
当盖板30在闭合位置时,如图12至图14所示,主动引脚34在第一槽段811的上端和第三槽段913的外端中,被动引脚35在第四滑槽912的下端、也可以抵靠在第四滑槽912的下槽壁处。当传动滑块80沿第二滑槽922上下移动、且主动引脚34在传动滑槽81中移动时,如图15至图17所示,主动引脚34在第三槽段913中移动且转动,被动引脚35抵接在第四滑槽912中转动,从而使盖板30以被动引脚35为支点向内转动或向外转动。当盖板30在全开启位置时,如图18至图20所示,主动引脚34在第二槽段812的末端和第四槽段914的上端中,被动引脚35在第四滑槽912的上端。
因此,电机正转,驱动盖板30从闭合位置移动至全开启位置的过程如下:引导件70在外导轨92的第一滑槽921中上移,引导件70带动传动滑块80上移,传动滑块80沿着外导轨92的第二滑槽922上移;首先,主动引脚34在传动滑槽81中从第一槽段811的上端开始 沿着传动滑槽81相对于滑移,传动滑槽81的延伸方向使得盖板30以被动引脚35为支点向内转动,则主动引脚34同时在第三滑槽911的第三槽段913中向内运动;当主动引脚34与传动滑槽81中第二槽段812的下端抵接后,如图16和图17所示,主动引脚34同时也在第三滑槽911中第三槽段913的内端、即第四槽段914的下端;之后,随着传动滑块80的继续上移,传动滑块80通过主动引脚34与第二槽段812的抵接配合带动盖板30一起上移,则盖板30以向内转动的形态上移至全开启位置。即盖板30先向内转动,之后向内上方移动。
电机反转,驱动盖板30从全开启位置移动至闭合位置的过程如下:引导件70在外导轨92的第一滑槽921中下移,引导件70带动传动滑块80下移,传动滑块80沿着外导轨92的第二滑槽922下移;首先,传动滑块80通过主动引脚34与第二槽段812的抵接配合带动盖板30一起下移;主动引脚34下移至第四槽段914的下端处后,随着传动滑块80的继续下移,主动引脚34在传动滑槽81中从第二槽段812的内端沿着传动滑槽81相对滑移,主动引脚34同时在第三滑槽911的第三槽段913中向外运动,则盖板30整体以被动引脚35为支点向外转动,直至传动滑块80下端的限位部83与内导轨91上的限位凸块915相抵接,此时,盖板30的类车身外盖体32向外转动至开口部101中,遮盖通孔部21和开口部101,盖板30位于闭合位置。即盖板30先向外下方移动,后向外转动。
进一步地,在其他实施例中,盖板30可以为单侧驱动;比如:盖板30的左侧作为驱动侧、右侧作为从动侧时,则驱动侧的固定导轨90包含内导轨91和外导轨92,但从动侧的固定导轨90可以仅包含内导轨91、而不包含外导轨92,且从动侧也无需引导件70和传动滑块80。
综上所述,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具高度产业利用价值。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种汽车车身开口部用的开闭盖总成,安装在汽车车身(10)上的开口部(101)处,其特征在于:所述开闭盖总成包括用于开闭所述开口部(101)的盖板(30)、驱动源(50)、由驱动源(50)驱动往复运动的引导件(70)、传动滑块(80)、以及用于和汽车车身(10)相固定的固定导轨(90),所述引导件(70)和传动滑块(80)相固定,所述传动滑块(80)与盖板(30)相连,所述固定导轨(90)中开设有与引导件(70)滑动配合的第一滑槽(921)、以及与传动滑块(80)滑动配合的第二滑槽(922),所述驱动源(50)通过引导件(70)和传动滑块(80)驱使盖板(30)在闭合位置和全开启位置之间往复运动;
    当所述盖板(30)在闭合位置时,所述盖板(30)遮盖住开口部(101);
    当所述盖板(30)在全开启位置时,所述盖板(30)在汽车车身(10)内,所述开口部(101)连通汽车车身(10)的内外部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的开闭盖总成,其特征在于:所述盖板(30)的外周侧设有主动引脚(34)和被动引脚(35),所述固定导轨(90)中开设有与主动引脚(34)滑动配合的第三滑槽(911)、以及与被动引脚(35)滑动配合的第四滑槽(912),所述传动滑块(80)中开设有与主动引脚(34)滑动配合的传动滑槽(81);
    沿所述盖板(30)和固定导轨(90)之间的内外分布方向,所述第三滑槽(911)和第四滑槽(912)都分布在第一滑槽(921)和第二滑槽(922)的内侧,所述传动滑块(80)分布在第二滑槽(922)和第三滑槽(911)之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的开闭盖总成,其特征在于:所述主动引脚(34)与第三滑槽(911)和传动滑槽(81)还都为转动配合,所述被动引脚(35)与第四滑槽(912)还为转动配合;所述传动滑槽(81)包括第一槽段(811)、以及与第一槽段(811)相连的第二槽段(812),所述第一槽段(811)和第二槽段(812)之间形成钝角夹角;所述第三滑槽(911)包括第三槽段(913)、以及与第三槽段(913)相连的第四槽段(914),所述第三槽段(913)和第四槽段(914)之间形成钝角夹角;
    当所述盖板(30)在闭合位置时,所述主动引脚(34)在第一槽段(811)和第三槽段(913)中,所述被动引脚(35)在第四滑槽(912)的一端;
    当所述传动滑块(80)沿第二滑槽(922)移动、且所述主动引脚(34)在传动滑槽(81)中移动时,所述主动引脚(34)在第三槽段(913)中移动且转动,所述被动引脚(35)在第四滑槽(912)中转动,使所述盖板(30)以被动引脚(35)为支点转动;
    当所述盖板(30)在全开启位置时,所述主动引脚(34)在第二槽段(812)和第四槽段 (914)中,所述被动引脚(35)在第四滑槽(912)的另一端。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的开闭盖总成,其特征在于:所述固定导轨(90)包括分布在盖板(30)外端侧的内导轨(91)、以及分布在内导轨(91)外端侧的外导轨(92),所述第一滑槽(921)和第二滑槽(922)都开设在外导轨(92)中,所述第三滑槽(911)和第四滑槽(912)都开设在内导轨(91)中,所述引导件(70)和传动滑块(80)都可移动地置于内导轨(91)和外导轨(92)之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的开闭盖总成,其特征在于:所述传动滑块(80)的端面上设有突出的导向柱(82),所述导向柱(82)可移动地位于第二滑槽(922)中。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的开闭盖总成,其特征在于:所述传动滑块(80)上设有限位部(83),所述固定导轨(90)上设有限位凸块(915),所述限位凸块(915)位于传动滑块(80)的运动路径上;当所述盖板(30)在闭合位置时,所述传动滑块(80)上的限位部(83)与固定导轨(90)上的限位凸块(915)相抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的开闭盖总成,其特征在于:所述引导件(70)、传动滑块(80)和固定导轨(90)构成中间传动单元,所述中间传动单元有两组、沿垂直于盖板(30)的闭合位置和全开启位置相对分布方向的方向分布在盖板(30)的两侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的开闭盖总成,其特征在于:还包括齿轮(60),所述驱动源(50)为电机,所述引导件(70)为引导齿条,所述驱动源(50)与齿轮(60)相连、驱动齿轮(60)转动,所述引导齿条远离传动滑块(80)的一端与齿轮(60)相啮合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的开闭盖总成,其特征在于:所述引导齿条包括沿盖板(30)的闭合位置和全开启位置相对分布方向平直延伸的第一平直段(71)、与齿轮(60)相啮合的第二平直段(72)、以及连接在第一平直段(71)和第二平直段(72)之间的弯曲连接段(73),所述第一平直段(71)的端部与传动滑块(80)相固定,所述第一平直段(71)位于第一滑槽(921)中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的开闭盖总成,其特征在于:还包括用于和汽车车身(10)相固定 的固定引导件(110),所述固定引导件(110)内开设有沿弯曲连接段(73)延伸方向延伸的第一引导槽(111)、以及沿第二平直段(72)延伸方向延伸的第二引导槽(112),所述第一滑槽(921)、第一引导槽(111)与第二引导槽(112)依次连通,所述弯曲连接段(73)与第一引导槽(111)滑动配合,所述第二平直段(72)与第二引导槽(112)滑动配合。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的开闭盖总成,其特征在于:所述盖板(30)包括盖承载体(31)、以及固定在盖承载体(31)外端侧的类车身外盖体(32),所述传动滑块(80)与盖承载体(31)相连;所述盖板(30)在闭合位置时,所述类车身外盖体(32)位于开口部(101)中。
