Description

一种可调直径的桩基钢筋笼骨架加工胎架 技术领域
本实用新型属于桩基钢筋加工工具技术领域,具体涉及一种可调直径的桩基钢筋笼骨架加工胎架。
背景技术
现有桩基钢筋笼常见为手工绑扎,钢筋笼骨架圆环为现场根据钢筋笼直径,弯曲后焊接。已有的钢筋笼骨架加工胎架为固定式,如CN204645024公开的桩基钢筋笼骨架加工胎架,其包括至少两个成直线分布的胎架单元。胎架单元包括基座,基座内设有一个横截面为弧形的定位腔,相邻的两个胎架单元中的定位腔的轴心在同一条轴线上,定位腔的内弧面设有多根定位钢筋,定位钢筋沿定位腔的弧形截面的圆周分布固定,然后由工人直接将主筋与加强箍筋焊接形成钢筋笼骨架。但是这种结构比较单一化,即尺寸是固定的,当钢筋笼的尺寸发生变化时需要重新制作钢筋笼骨架。因此开发一种可调直径的桩基钢筋笼骨架加工胎架装置具有很重要的意义。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种桩基钢筋笼骨架加工胎架,能够实现钢筋笼骨架直径的可调性。
具体技术方案为:一种可调直径的桩基钢筋笼骨架加工胎架,包括支撑板, 支撑板垂直固定设置在底板上,支撑板面两侧分别设置有孔,用于安装固定螺栓;
还包括弧形钢筋胎架板,弧形钢筋胎架板面两侧设置与支撑板对应的孔,支撑板上通过固定螺栓悬挂设置有弧形钢筋胎架板,胎架板上加工有钢筋固定槽。弧形钢筋胎架板和支撑板通过固定螺栓连接,这样便于实现弧形钢筋胎架板拆卸和组装,能够实现不同直径的弧形钢筋胎架板更换。进一步,弧形钢筋胎架板下端间隔固定设置有若干截钢管;弧形钢筋胎架板下端对应的底板上间隔垂直设置若干个L型钢筋轴,弧形钢筋胎架板下端的钢管能够套入垂直设置的L型钢筋轴上(垂直设置的L型钢筋轴,是指垂直与底板设置,也就是L型钢筋轴一端与底板固定连接,L型钢筋轴另一端与底板间隔平行设置)。通过弧形钢筋胎架板下端的钢管与垂直设置的L型钢筋轴的套接(首先将弧形钢筋胎架板平放,将钢管套接在L型钢筋轴上,然后将弧形钢筋胎架板竖起,进行固定螺栓的连接),便于弧形钢筋胎架板的安装,以及能够承受一部分弧形钢筋胎架板的重量,结构比较稳定性,装置使用寿命较长。一般的弧形钢筋胎架板由钢板制成,比较重,移动较困难,在更换安装过程中螺栓孔对准时操作不太方便;通过垂直设置的L型钢筋轴与钢管的连接方式,可以在地面先进行初步定位,然后将弧形钢筋胎架板立起;此时垂直设置的L型钢筋轴与钢管套接,通过推动弧形钢筋胎架板使其沿着垂直设置的L型钢筋轴移动,从而对螺栓安装孔进行进一步移动矫正,这样操作比较省力,效率比较高。
进一步,所述底板通过锚杆固定在地面。
进一步,所述支撑板为矩形板或弧形板,弧形板的直径大于弧形钢筋胎架板直径(也就是弧形板的中部最低点矮于弧形钢筋胎架板中部最低点)。矩形支 撑板高度小于弧形钢筋胎架板下部高度。这样设计主要是为了避免支撑板中部对弧形钢筋胎架板中部最低点造成干扰。弧形板的稳定性略好于矩形板,弧形板两侧向上凸起,可以设置更多的螺栓,达到更好的稳定效果。
本实用新型设置多片加工不同直径的弧形钢筋胎架板,胎架板上加工有钢筋固定槽,支撑板焊接固定在底板上,弧形钢筋胎架板上端通过螺栓与支撑板连接,下端通过销轴与底板连接。使用时通过更换弧形钢筋胎架板来适应不同直径的钢筋笼加工。该装置采用设置更换不同直径的直径弧形钢筋胎架板,适应不同直径的钢筋笼加工,大大提高了工作效率,降低了钢筋笼骨架加工胎架装置费用。
