　サーバ端末１００は、ユーザにマッチする助成金または補助金制度を提供する事業者によって運営されるものであり、ユーザ情報及び助成金等の情報を管理し、ユーザによって選択または入力された所定の条件情報を基にユーザにマッチする助成金または補助金制度を提案する装置であり、例えば、ワークステーションやパーソナルコンピュータのような汎用コンピュータとしてもよいし、或いはクラウド・コンピューティングによって論理的に実現されてもよい。本実施形態においては、説明の便宜上サーバ端末として１台を例示しているが、これに限定されず、複数台であってもよい。
　ユーザ端末２００は、助成金または補助金の受給を希望するユーザであって、サーバ端末１００により提供されるサービスを利用するユーザが所有する、例えば、パーソナルコンピュータやタブレット端末等の情報処理装置であるが、スマートフォンや携帯電話、ＰＤＡ等により構成しても良い。
　本実施形態では、システム１は、サーバ端末１００と、ユーザ端末２００Ａ、２００Ｂとを備え、ユーザが各々、ユーザ端末２００Ａ、２００Ｂを利用して、サーバ端末１００に対する操作を行う構成として説明するが、サーバ端末１００がスタンドアローンで構成され、サーバ端末自身に、ユーザまたは求人者が操作を行う機能を備えても良い。以下、説明の便宜のために、複数のユーザ端末２００Ａ、２００Ｂを総称して、「ユーザ端末２００」として説明を行う。また、助成金または補助金を総称して、「助成金」として説明を行う。
　図２は、図１のサーバ端末１００の機能ブロック構成図である。サーバ端末１００は、通信部１１０と、記憶部１２０と、制御部１３０とを備える。
　通信部１１０は、ネットワークＮＷを介してユーザ端末２００及び求人者端末３００と通信を行うための通信インターフェースであり、例えばＴＣＰ／ＩＰ（Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol）等の通信規約により通信が行われる。
　記憶部１２０は、各種制御処理や制御部１３０内の各機能を実行するためのプログラム、入力データ等を記憶するものであり、ＲＡＭ（Random Access Memory）、ＲＯＭ（Read Only Memory）等から構成される。また、記憶部１２０は、ユーザに関連する各種データを格納する、ユーザデータ格納部１２１、助成金に関連する各種データを格納する、助成金データ格納部１２２等を有する。さらに、記憶部１２０は、ユーザ端末２００、求人者端末３００と通信を行ったデータを一時的に記憶することもできる。なお、各種データを格納したデータベース（図示せず）が記憶部１２０またはサーバ端末１００外に構築されていてもよい。
　制御部１３０は、記憶部１２０に記憶されているプログラムを実行することにより、サーバ端末１００の全体の動作を制御するものであり、ＣＰＵ（Central Processing Unit）やＧＰＵ（Graphics Processing Unit）等から構成される。制御部１３０の機能として、ユーザ端末２００からの入力を受け付ける指示受付部１３１と、ユーザに関連する各種データを参照し、処理する、ユーザデータ管理部１３２と、助成金に関連する助成金データを参照し、ユーザにマッチする助成金制度を提案する処理を行う、助成金提案処理部１３３とを有する。この指示受付部１３１、ユーザデータ管理部１３２、助成金提案処理部１３３は、記憶部１２０に記憶されているプログラムにより起動されてコンピュータ（電子計算機）であるサーバ端末１００により実行される。
　指示受付部１３１は、サーバ端末１００が提供し、ユーザ端末２００または求人者端末３００において、ウェブブラウザまたはアプリケーションを介して表示される画面等のユーザインターフェースを介して、ユーザまたは求人者であるユーザが、（クリック、タップ、スワイプしたり、キーワードを入力したり、アイコンを押下する等して）所定の入力を行ったとき、ユーザ端末２００から通信部１１０を介して指示を受付ける。
　ユーザデータ管理部１３２は、ユーザに関連する各種データ（例えば、ユーザＩＤ、法人種類、本社所在地、業種、従業員情報、資本金、労働保険・社会保険への加入の有無等）を管理し、処理を行う。
　助成金提案処理部１３３は、助成金に関連する各種データ（例えば、助成金ＩＤ、助成金の種別、受給条件、希望条件、詳細情報等）を管理し、処理を行う。
　図３は、図１のユーザ端末２００を示す機能ブロック構成図である。ユーザ端末２００は、通信部２１０と、表示操作部２２０と、記憶部２３０と、制御部２４０とを備える。
　通信部２１０は、ネットワークＮＷを介してサーバ端末１００と通信を行うための通信インターフェースであり、例えばＴＣＰ／ＩＰ等の通信規約により通信が行われる。
　表示操作部２２０は、ユーザが指示を入力し、制御部２４０からの入力データに応じてテキスト、画像等を表示するために用いられるユーザインターフェースであり、ユーザ端末２００がパーソナルコンピュータで構成されている場合はディスプレイとキーボードやマウスにより構成され、ユーザ端末２００がスマートフォンまたはタブレット端末で構成されている場合はタッチパネル等から構成される。この表示操作部２２０は、記憶部２３０に記憶されている制御プログラムにより起動されてコンピュータ（電子計算機）であるユーザ端末２００により実行される。表示操作部を介して、ユーザは、提供される適性試験に対して、キーボードの場合は、キーボードの押下、マウスの場合は、マウスによりカーソルの移動、タッチパネルの場合は、タップ、スワイプ、ピンチ操作等を行うことができる。
　記憶部２３０は、各種制御処理や制御部２４０内の各機能を実行するためのプログラム、入力データ等を記憶するものであり、ＲＡＭやＲＯＭ等から構成される。また、記憶部２３０は、サーバ端末１００との通信内容を一時的に記憶している。
　制御部２４０は、記憶部２３０に記憶されているプログラムを実行することにより、ユーザ端末２００の全体の動作を制御するものであり、ＣＰＵやＧＰＵ等から構成される。
　なお、サーバ端末１００に表示操作部の機能を備える構成としても良く、この場合、ユーザ端末２００を備えない構成としても良い。
図４は、サーバ１００に格納されるユーザデータの一例を示す図である。
　図４に示すユーザデータ１０００は、ユーザに関連する各種データを格納する。図４において、説明の便宜上、一ユーザ（ユーザＩＤ「１０００１」で識別されるユーザ）の例を示すが、複数のユーザの情報を格納することができる。ユーザに関連する各種データとして、例えば、ユーザの法人種類に関する情報（株式会社、有限会社、合同会社、社会福祉法人、医療法人、　ＮＰＯ法人、士業法人等）、本社所在地／支店所在地、業種（製造業、建築業、運輸業、卸売業、小売業、飲食業、サービス業、ゴム製品製造業、ソフトウェア／情報処理サービス業、旅館業、その他）、従業員数（５人以下、６以上２０人以下、２１人以上５０人以下、５１人以上１００人以下、１０１人以上２００人以下、２０１人以上３００人以下、９００人以上）、資本金（５０００万円以下、６０００万円以上１億円以下、１．５億円以上３億円以下、３．５億円以上）、労働保険（労災保険・雇用保険）の加入の有無、社会保険（健康保険・厚生年金）の加入の有無）等の情報が挙げられる。
図５は、サーバ１００に格納される助成金データの一例を示す図である。　
図５に示す助成金データ２０００は、助成金に関連する各種データを格納する。図５において、説明の便宜上、一助成金（助成金ＩＤ「２０００１」で識別される助成金）の例を示すが、複数の助成金の情報を格納することができる。助成金に関連する各種データとして、例えば、助成金の種別（雇用、人材育成、働き方、自社ＰＲ、ものづくり、災害、事業継承）、受給条件（助成金制度に共通して受給に必要な条件、例えば、「就業規則を作成して届出が必要」、「労務違反をしていない」、「指定された期間は会社都合で解雇していない」、「助成金の申請には計画書が必要」等）、希望条件（利用したい助成金制度、例えば、雇用系の制度について、「人材を採用することで支援される制度」、「求人活動することで支援される制度」、「従業員定着のために職場の環境整備しることで支援される制度」等）、希望条件（制度別に利用したい目的・条件、例えば、採用可能な条件に関する情報（例えば、「正社員、契約社員で採用できる」、「複数人採用できる」、「２９歳以下でも採用できる」等）、どういう求人活動をしたいかに関する情報（例えば、「転職フェアに参加したい」、「求人ＨＰや求人チラシ、求人ＰＲ動画を作りたい」等）、従業員定着のための活動（例えば、「従業員定着のために職場環境を整備したい」等）、受給情報（例えば、制度毎に必要な受給条件（例えば、「採用率や離職率、生産性などの目標数字を達成することが条件に付く制度」、「代行による提出は受け付けないことが条件に付く制度」、「特定の求人サービスから採用しなければならないことが条件に付く制度」等）、助成金制度の詳細に関する情報（例えば、助成額、助成率、受給条件、名称、審査方法、受付期間、URL、問い合わせ窓口等）等の情報が挙げられる。   
　＜処理の流れ＞
　図６を参照しながら、本実施形態のシステム１が実行する、ユーザにマッチする助成金を提案する方法の処理の流れについて説明する。図７は、本発明の第一実施形態に係る、ユーザにマッチする助成金を提案する方法に係るフローチャートの一例である。
　ここで、本システム１を利用するために、ユーザ（例えば、法人等の担当者）は、ユーザ端末２００の各々のウェブブラウザまたはアプリケーション等を利用してサーバ端末１００にアクセスし、初めてサービスを利用する場合は、前述のユーザ情報等を各々入力し、既にユーザアカウントを取得済の場合は、例えばＩＤとパスワードを入力する等の所定の認証を受けてログインすることで、サービスが利用可能となる。この認証後、ウェブサイト、アプリケーション等を介して所定のユーザインターフェースが提供され、図７に示すステップＳ１０１へ進む。
　まず、ステップＳ１０１の処理として、サーバ端末１００は、通信部１１０を介して、ユーザ端末２００に対し、助成金の種別情報を送信する。例えば、サーバ端末１００は、記憶部２００の助成金データ格納部１２２を参照し、種別情報を、ユーザ端末２００に送信し、ユーザ端末２００の、ウェブブラウザまたはアプリケーションを介して提供されるユーザインターフェースにおいて、図８に示すような、種別情報として、助成金の種別、例えば、１）雇用、２）人材育成、３）働き方、４）自社ＰＲ、５）ものづくり、６）災害、７）事業継承に関する情報が提示される。なお、サーバ端末１００は、助成金の提案に先立って、図７に示すような、助成金申請についての注意事項に関する情報を送信することもできる。
　次に、ステップＳ１０２の処理として、サーバ端末１００は、ユーザ端末２００から、上記送信した複数の種別情報のうち、選択された一の種別情報を受信する。例えば、ユーザは、図８に示す、複数の種別情報のうち、雇用に関する種別情報を選択すると、サーバ端末１００は、雇用に関する種別情報を受信する。
次に、ステップＳ１０３の処理として、サーバ端末１００は、ユーザ端末２００から受け付けた種別情報の選択に基づいて、選択された種別に関する助成金制度について受給に必要な条件として、受給条件情報を、ユーザ端末２００に送信する。例えば、図９に示すように、ユーザによる、「雇用」に関する種別情報の選択に基づいて、雇用関係の制度を利用する場合の、受給に必要な条件情報（例えば、「就業規則を作成し、届出が必要です」、「労務違反をしていない」、「指定された期間に会社都合で解雇していない」、「助成金や補助金の申請には計画書の提出が必要である」等）が送信される。
次に、ステップＳ１０４の処理として、サーバ端末１００は、ユーザ端末２００から、送信した受給条件情報に対する回答結果を受信する。例えば、ユーザは、図９に示す、複数の受給条件について、要件を満たす旨を確認するため、「ＯＫ」にチェックを行うと、サーバ端末１００は、その旨の回答結果を受信する。
次に、ステップＳ１０５の処理として、サーバ端末１００は、ユーザ端末２００に対し、ユーザ情報を回答してもらうための情報を送信する。例えば、サーバ端末１００は、図１０に示すような、ユーザ情報（例えば、ユーザの法人種類に関する情報（株式会社、有限会社、合同会社、社会福祉法人、医療法人、　ＮＰＯ法人、士業法人等）、本社所在地／支店所在地、業種（製造業、建築業、運輸業、卸売業、小売業、飲食業、サービス業、ゴム製品製造業、ソフトウェア／情報処理サービス業、旅館業、その他）、従業員数（５人以下、６以上２０人以下、２１人以上５０人以下、５１人以上１００人以下、１０１人以上２００人以下、２０１人以上３００人以下、９００人以上）、資本金（５０００万円以下、６０００万円以上１億円以下、１．５億円以上３億円以下、３．５億円以上）、労働保険（労災保険・雇用保険）の加入の有無、社会保険（健康保険・厚生年金）の加入の有無）等の情報）を、ユーザ端末２００に対して送信する。
次に、ステップＳ１０６の処理として、サーバ端末１００は、ユーザ端末２００から、送信したユーザ情報に対する回答結果を受信する。例えば、ユーザは、図１０に示す、ユーザ情報に関する質問事項に対し、選択または入力を行うと、サーバ端末１００は、ユーザによって選択等されたユーザ情報を受信する。
次に、ステップＳ１０７の処理として、サーバ端末１００は、ステップＳ１０２で受信した種別に関する情報に基づいて、ユーザが利用したい種別の助成金制度の希望条件を決定し、ユーザ端末２００に対し、利用したい種別に関する助成金制度の希望条件に関する希望条件情報を送信する。例えば、サーバ端末１００は、図１１に示すように、雇用系の助成金制度の希望条件として、１）人材を採用することで支援される制度、２）求人活動をすることで支援される制度、３）従業員定着のための職場の環境整備をすることで支援される制度、等、ユーザが選択可能な複数の希望条件情報を送信する。
次に、ステップＳ１０８の処理として、サーバ端末１００は、ユーザ端末２００から、送信した希望条件情報に対する回答結果を受信する。例えば、ユーザは、図１１に示す、複数の希望条件情報のうち、いずれか利用したい希望条件情報を選択または入力を行うと、サーバ端末１００は、ユーザによって選択等された希望条件情報を受信する。
次に、ステップＳ１０９の処理として、サーバ端末１００は、ユーザ端末２００から受け付けた希望条件情報の選択に基づいて、選択された希望条件に関する助成金制度について、さらに助成金を利用する目的に関する希望条件情報を、ユーザ端末２００に送信する。例えば、サーバ端末１００は、図１２及び図１３に示すように、ユーザがステップＳ１０８において「１）人材を採用することで支援される制度」を選択した場合、採用可能な条件を選択するための、複数の希望条件情報（例えば、「正社員、契約社員で採用できる」、「複数人採用できる」、「２９歳以下でも採用できる」等）を送信する。また、ユーザがステップＳ１０８において「２）求人活動をすることで支援される制度」を選択した場合、どのような求人活動を選択したいかを選択させるための、複数の希望条件情報（例えば、「転職フェアに参加したい」、「求人ＨＰや求人チラシ、求人ＰＲ動画を作りたい」等）を送信する。また、ユーザがステップＳ１０８において「３）従業員定着のための職場の環境整備をすることで支援される制度」を選択した場合、従業員の定着のための活動を選択させるための、複数の希望条件情報（例えば、「従業員定着のために職場環境を整備したい」等）を送信する。
次に、ステップＳ１１０の処理として、サーバ端末１００は、ユーザ端末２００から、送信した希望条件情報に対する回答結果を受信する。例えば、ユーザは、図１２及び図１３に示す、複数の希望条件情報のうち、利用したい制度の目的や条件に関する希望条件情報を選択または入力を行うと、サーバ端末１００は、ユーザによって選択等された希望条件情報を受信する。
次に、ステップＳ１１１の処理として、サーバ端末１００は、ユーザ端末２００から受け付けた希望条件情報の選択に基づいて、選択された希望条件に関する助成金制度について、受給条件情報をユーザ端末２００に送信する。例えば、サーバ端末１００は、図１４に示すように、ユーザが選択した希望条件に関する助成金制度に必要な受給条件に関する情報（例えば、「採用率や離職率、生産性などの目標数字を達成することが条件に付く制度」、「代行による提出は受け付けないことが条件に付く制度」、「特定の求人サービスから採用しなければならないことが条件に付く制度」等）を、ユーザ端末２００に送信する。
次に、ステップＳ１１２の処理として、サーバ端末１００は、ユーザ端末２００から、送信した受給条件情報に対する回答結果を受信する。例えば、ユーザは、図１４に示す、複数の受給条件情報のうち、該当する受給条件情報を選択または入力を行うと、サーバ端末１００は、ユーザによって選択等された受給条件情報を受信する。
次に、ステップＳ１１３の処理として、サーバ端末１００は、前ステップにおいてユーザ端末２００から受け付けた受給条件情報の選択に基づいて決定された助成金制度を、ユーザ端末２００に送信する。例えば、サーバ端末１００は、図１５に示すように、人材を採用することで支援される制度として「ＡＢＣ県雇用促進支援金」という補助金制度を決定し、提案としてユーザ端末２００に送信する。ここで、助成金制度に決定に際して、サーバ端末１００は、上述の希望条件や受給条件情報のほか、ユーザから受信したユーザ情報を参照することができる。例えば、ユーザ情報の本店所在地が「ＡＢＣ県」であれば、「ＡＢＣ県」が提供する助成金制度を決定し、提案することができる。
以上のように、ユーザに対し、所定の順序で、希望条件、受給条件、ユーザ情報等の情報を提示し、選択を促すことで、ユーザは、事前に情報を整理することなく、自然な形で条件等の情報を選択することができ、ユーザが法人情報や希望にマッチする助成金制度を精度高く提案することができる。
　以上、開示に係る実施形態について説明したが、これらはその他の様々な形態で実施することが可能であり、種々の省略、置換および変更を行なって実施することが出来る。これらの実施形態および変形例ならびに省略、置換および変更を行なったものは、特許請求の範囲の技術的範囲とその均等の範囲に含まれる。

Claims (5)

  1. 　助成金または補助金制度の給付を希望するユーザ端末と、前記ユーザ者端末にネットワークを介して接続する、サーバ端末とを有するシステムにおいて、前記サーバ端末によって、ユーザにマッチする助成金又は補助金制度を提案する方法であって、
    前記サーバ端末は、
    前記ユーザ端末に、助成金制度または補助金制度に関する複数の種別情報を送信し、
    前記ユーザ端末から、前記複数の種別情報から選択された一の種別情報を受信し、
    前記一の種別情報に基づいて、前記ユーザ端末に、前記種別情報に関する助成金または補助金制度に関する第一の受給条件情報を送信し、
    前記ユーザ端末から、前記第一の受給条件情報に対する回答結果に関する情報を受信し、
    前記ユーザ端末から、前記ユーザ端末に関連する法人に関するユーザ情報を受信し、
    前記ユーザ端末に、前記一の種別情報に基づいて決定された助成金または補助金制度に関する複数の第一の希望条件情報を送信し、
    前記ユーザ端末から、前記複数の希望条件情報から選択された一の第一の希望条件情報を受信し、
    前記ユーザ端末に、前記一の第一希望条件情報に基づいて決定された、助成金または補助金制度に関する複数の第二の希望条件情報を送信し、
    前記ユーザ端末から、前記複数の第二の希望条件情報から選択された一の第二の希望条件情報を受信し、
    前記ユーザ端末に、前記一の第二の希望条件情報に基づいて決定された助成金または補助金制度に関する複数の第二の受給条件情報を送信し、
    前記ユーザ情報から、前記第二の受給条件情報から選択された一の第二の受給条件情報を受信し、
    前記ユーザ端末に、前記一の第二の受給条件情報に基づいて決定された、助成金または補助金制度に関する情報を提供する、方法。
  2. ユーザ端末に、さらに、助成金または補助金制度の受給を受けるために行う申請についての注意事項に関する情報を送信する、請求項１に記載の方法。
  3. 　前記種別情報は、雇用、人材育成、働き方、自己ＰＲ、ものづくり、災害のうちいずれかの、助成金または補助金制度に関する情報である、請求項１に記載の方法。
  4. 　前記第一の希望条件情報は、利用したい助成金または補助金制度の種別に関する情報である、請求項１に記載の方法。
