Description

用于交通工具的通风口装置 技术领域
本发明涉及交通工具的配件技术领域,更具体地涉及一种用于交通工具的通风口装置。
背景技术
加热、通风和空气调节(HVAC)系统通常用于控制交通工具中的环境,无论外部环境如何,均能保持期望的内部环境。对于车辆而言,车辆仪表板或者副仪表板上通常布置有空调出风口,用于允许经空调处理后的空气进入车辆内部,以改变车辆内部的温度和/或空气新鲜度。为了调节车内环境温度和调节气流的方向,常规出风口通过调节一个或多个竖直叶片和/或水平叶片的倾斜的位置和/或程度对上下与左右方向分别控制,这就需要用两个电机实现各方向的电动调节,使得驱动成本较高。
此外,尽管现有出风口已能满足大多数情况下的气流调节要求,根据用户的意愿,仍希望提供一种更加灵活地调节气流方向的出风口。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种通风口装置,以解决现有技术中的问题。该通风口装置能够以操作简便的机械结构更加灵活地调节气流方向,进一步增强用户的舒适度,并且避免电机控制的成本增加。
为此,根据本发明,提供一种用于交通工具的通风口装置,所述通风口装置包括:第一导风组件,其设置为包括至少一个绕第一方向枢转的第一叶片;第二导风组件,其设置为包括至少一个绕第一方向枢转的第二叶片;以及拨钮,其设置为连接至所述第一导风组件和所述第二导风组件;所述拨钮沿垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向的移动驱动所述第一叶片和所述第二叶片彼此反向转动。

图2示出了根据本发明第一种实施方式的通风口装置AV-1。作为示例,本文中以通风口装置水平布置的方式描述,因而下文中表示为“竖直”和“水平”的方向与车辆停在平坦地面上时的竖直和水平方向一致。其中,用于调节风向的操作机构在三个方向上可动。如图2中所示,D1用于指示第一方向,即图中的上下竖直方向,D2用于指示第二方向,即图中的前后水平方向,D3用于指示第三方向,即图中的左右水平方向。

为便于对第一滑块405和第二滑块406的操作,拨钮40可包括与第一滑块405和第二滑块406连接的手柄402,手柄402的一端延伸出壳体10并连接有拨钮盖401供用户把持,另一端与第一滑块405和第二滑块406可操作地连接,以促使第一滑块405和/或第二滑块406的移动。
具体参见图3并结合图4,第一滑块405上设有容纳手柄402一端的开口槽4052,该开口槽4052沿第二方向D2延伸,以使得手柄402沿第二方向D2的移动适于推动第二滑块406相对于第一滑块405沿第二方向D2移动,而手柄402沿第三方向D3的移动适于推动第一滑块405及其上的第二滑块406沿第三方向D3同步移动。
如上所述的,拨钮40还被设置为绕第三方向D3的摆动能够驱动第三导风组件,即水平叶片组20转动。相应地,手柄402设置为相对于第一滑块405和第二滑块406绕第三方向D3摆动,并且在摆动时,手柄402在第一滑块405的开口槽4052内移动而不会带动第一滑块405。在所示实施方式中,手柄402包括闭口槽4021,第二滑块406包括与闭口槽4021配合的挂钩4062,如图4所示。当手柄402绕第三方向D3摆动时,挂钩4062能够在闭口槽4021中移动而实现避让,使得手柄402的运动不会带动第二滑块406运动。当手柄402沿第二方向D2移动时,闭口槽4021则能推动 或拉拔挂钩4062,使得手柄402的运动带动第二滑块406沿第二方向D2移动。应理解的是,闭口槽4021的形状并不限于图中示出的大致C形,只要适于使得挂钩4062能够沿其移动而不对挂钩4062产生沿第二方向的推力或拉拔力即可。
手柄402适于与第三导风组件连接以通过绕第三方向D3的摆动驱动第三导风组件转动。在所示实施方式中,结合图3和图4,拨钮40可包括与第三导风组件连接的转筒403,手柄402穿过转筒403以使得转筒403响应于手柄402绕第三方向D3的摆动而转动。此外,转筒403设有沿第三方向D3延伸的开口4032供手柄402相对于转筒403沿第三方向D3移动。转筒403还设有驱动轴4031,该驱动轴4031沿第三方向D3延伸并经由第三驱动杆205连接至第三导风组件的连接杆206,从而转筒403响应于手柄402绕第三方向D3的摆动而转动的同时,带动第三导风组件的第三叶片转动。
以下结合图5A至图12C描述通风口装置的具体操作过程以及所实现的风向或气流调节功能。
首先参见图5A至图5C,其中图5A示出了与水平叶片组连接的拨钮的部分组件,且拨钮处于初始状态,也就是未拨动以发生移动或摆动的状态。
图6A至图6C示出了拨钮绕第三方向向下摆动时水平叶片组对气流导向的示意图。从图6B可见,手柄402的向下摆动使得闭口槽4021对第二滑块406上的挂钩4062避让,从而不会带动第一滑块405和第二滑块406运动,而由于手柄402的向下摆动带动转筒403的驱动轴4031向上摆动,这使得与驱动轴4031连接的第三驱动杆205向上摆动,并带动第三叶片201、202的后端向上绕第三方向转动,前端则向下绕第三方向转动,被引入的空气流被导向下方,如图6A所示。
类似地,如图7A至图7C所示,手柄402绕第三方向的向上摆动使得与转筒403连接的第三叶片201、202的后端向下绕第三方向转动,前端则向上绕第三方向转动,被引入的空气流被导向上方,如图7A所示。
图8A至图8C示出了拨钮与竖直叶片组连接并处于初始状态的示意图。在图8A中可见,第一驱动曲柄306和第二驱动曲柄305分别与第一导 风组件301中靠近拨钮的第一叶片301a和第二导风组件302中靠近拨钮的第二叶片302a枢转连接,以使得第一竖直驱动连杆309和第二竖直驱动连杆310能够设计得尺寸较短而减小通风口装置的整体尺寸以适于较小空间。并且,在该实施方式中,第一驱动曲柄306和第二驱动曲柄305与第一竖直驱动连杆309和第二竖直驱动连杆310的连接点布置于靠近气流的排出方向。在初始状态,例如第一叶片和第二叶片均大致沿第二方向布置时,气流直接如图8B所示通过第一叶片和第二叶片。此时,如图8C所示,第一滑块的第一轨迹槽4051(虚线示出)与底座上的第二轨迹槽4041对齐,第二滑块406的导块4061处于第三轨迹槽4042的大致中间位置。
当拨钮沿第三方向向左移动时,如图9A至图9C所示,手柄402的向左移动带动第一滑块和第二滑块向左同步移动,并使得第一摆杆407和第二摆杆408随同运动,由于第一驱动曲柄306和第二驱动曲柄305与第一竖直驱动连杆309和第二竖直驱动连杆310的连接点布置于靠近气流的排出方向,这使得图9B中第一叶片和第二叶片的下部彼此向左同向转动,引入的空气流被朝向左侧导向。此时,如图9C所示,第一滑块的第一轨迹槽4051相对于底座上的第二轨迹槽4041朝左侧偏移,第二滑块406的导块4061处于第三轨迹槽4042的左侧端部位置。当手柄402向左移动至极限位置时,还可实现将竖直叶片组30彼此贴合以关闭风量的作用。
类似地,当拨钮沿第三方向向右移动时,如图10A至图10C所示,手柄402的向右移动带动第一滑块和第二滑块向右同步移动,并使得第一摆杆407和第二摆杆408随同运动,进而使得图10B中第一叶片和第二叶片的下部彼此向右同向转动,引入的空气流被朝向右侧导向。此时,如图10C所示,第一滑块的第一轨迹槽4051相对于底座上的第二轨迹槽4041朝右侧偏移,第二滑块406的导块4061处于第三轨迹槽4042的右侧端部位置。同样,当手柄402向右移动至极限位置时,亦可实现将竖直叶片组30彼此贴合以关闭风量的作用。
当拨钮沿第二方向向前移动或向壳体外拉拔时,如图11A至图11C所示,手柄402经由闭口槽4021对第二滑块406的挂钩4062施加拉拔力,从而带动第二滑块406沿第二方向向前移动,也就是向图11B中的下方移动,进而带动第一摆杆407和第二摆杆408彼此反向转动,并使得连接在 第一摆杆407和第二摆杆408上的第一竖直驱动连杆309和第二竖直驱动连杆310的端部彼此靠拢,从而与第一竖直驱动连杆309枢转连接的第一叶片301a被驱动朝向图11B中左侧转动,而与第二竖直驱动连杆310枢转连接的第二叶片302a则被驱动朝向右侧转动,这就使得第一叶片和第二叶片呈现出彼此分散开的状态,引入的空气流被分别朝向两侧导出,起到分散气流的作用,避免气流集中吹向某一位置引起用户的不适。此时,如图11C所示,第一滑块的第一轨迹槽4051与底座上的第二轨迹槽4041对齐,并且第二滑块406的导块4061处于第二轨迹槽4041的前侧端部位置。
类似地,当拨钮沿第二方向向后移动或向壳体内推动时,如图12A至图12C所示,手柄402经由闭口槽4021对第二滑块406的挂钩4062施加推力,从而带动第二滑块406沿第二方向向后移动,也就是向图12B中的上方移动,进而带动第一摆杆407和第二摆杆408彼此反向转动,并使得连接在第一摆杆407和第二摆杆408上的第一竖直驱动连杆309和第二竖直驱动连杆310的端部彼此分散开,从而与第一竖直驱动连杆309枢转连接的第一叶片301a被驱动朝向图12B中右侧转动,而与第二竖直驱动连杆310枢转连接的第二叶片302a则被驱动朝向左侧转动,这就使得第一叶片和第二叶片呈现出彼此聚拢的状态,引入的空气流朝向中部导出,起到聚拢气流的作用,以满足某些特定情况下用户的需求。此时,如图12C所示,第一滑块的第一轨迹槽4051与底座上的第二轨迹槽4041对齐,并且第二滑块406的导块4061处于第二轨迹槽4041的后侧端部位置。
图13至图18C示出了本发明另一种实施方式的通风口装置AV-2,该实施方式中的壳体10、水平叶片组20和竖直叶片组30均与上述实施方式相同,不同之处在于拨钮40。后文对于相同的部件不再赘述,仅描述拨钮中的变动部分。
参见图14,在该实施方式中,拨钮40被构造为能够绕第一方向D1摆动来驱动第一叶片和第二叶片彼此同向转动,而不是沿第三方向D3移动,这使得能够进一步简化拨钮的结构并减小整体尺寸而适用于较小空间。具体地,转筒被设置为包括球面409以及与球面409配合的球盖411,其中,球面409与手柄402连接,球盖411的内表面4112与球面409的外轮廓适配,并设有适于连接水平叶片组20的驱动轴4111。有利地,当手柄402绕 第一方向D1摆动时,球盖411相对于球面409转动,也就是,球面409及与其连接的手柄402能够相对于球盖411转动,进而带动第一滑块405相对于底座404绕第一方向D1摆动。当手柄402绕第三方向D3摆动时,球盖411带动球面409一起转动,也就是,球面409及与其连接的手柄402连同球盖411一体转动。这可以通过在球盖411和球面409之间设置限位结构来实现,例如,在某些实施方式中,球面409的外表面设有在第一方向D1上突伸出的凸起4091,如图14所示,该凸起4091能够与球盖411上对应设置的孔洞4113配合,如图15A所示。
应注意的是,在该实施方式中,由于拨钮被设置为绕第一方向摆动,与上述实施方式不同,手柄带动第一滑块相对于底座绕第一方向摆动时,会驱动第一摆杆和第二摆杆相对于拨钮反向摆动,下文将会详细描述。此外,由于第一滑块405相对于底座404绕第一方向D1摆动,底座404上不再需要设置供第一滑块405沿第三方向移动的滑槽,而是相应设置与第二轨迹槽4041相交的弧形的第三轨迹槽4044,以适于第二滑块406的导块沿第三轨迹槽4044弧形移动。
应理解的是,转筒的结构改变以及第一滑块绕第一方向的摆动形式并不影响第二滑块沿第二方向在第一滑块上的移动,因而拨钮40沿第二方向D2的移动对竖直叶片组30的聚拢或分散的驱动不再赘述。
图15A至图15C分别示出了拨钮处于初始状态和绕第三方向D3摆动的状态示意图。在图15B中,手柄402绕第三方向D3向上摆动,由于球盖411和球面409之间的限位结构,球盖411和球面409一起向上摆动,以使得与球盖411连接的水平叶片组绕第三方向D3转动。同样,在图15C中,手柄402绕第三方向D3向下摆动,亦使得水平叶片组绕第三方向D3转动。
图16A至图16C示出了拨钮与竖直叶片组连接并处于初始状态的示意图。与第一种实施方式类似地,气流直接如图16B所示通过第一叶片和第二叶片。此时,如图16C所示,第一滑块的第一轨迹槽4051(虚线示出)与底座上的第二轨迹槽4041对齐,第二滑块406的导块4061处于弧形的第三轨迹槽4044的大致中间位置。在图16A和图16B中可见,与第一种实施方式不同,第一驱动曲柄306和第二驱动曲柄305与第一竖直驱动连杆 309和第二竖直驱动连杆310的连接点布置于靠近气流的进入方向,这有助于实现上述的手柄与第一摆杆和第二摆杆的反向运动。然而这仅为示例,亦可采用其它适当的构造或连接方式来实现相同的功能效果。
当拨钮绕第一方向向左摆动时,如图17A至图17C所示,手柄402的向左摆动带动第一滑块和第二滑块向右同步摆动,这使得第一摆杆407和第二摆杆408随同运动,并使得连接在第一摆杆407和第二摆杆408上的第一竖直驱动连杆309和第二竖直驱动连杆310向右移动,由于第一驱动曲柄306和第二驱动曲柄305与第一竖直驱动连杆309和第二竖直驱动连杆310的连接点布置于靠近气流的进入方向,进而带动图17B中第一叶片和第二叶片的上部彼此向右同向转动,使得引入的空气流被朝向左侧导向。此时,如图17C所示,第一滑块的第一轨迹槽4051相对于底座上的第二轨迹槽4041朝右侧偏移,第二滑块406的导块4061处于弧形的第三轨迹槽4044的右侧端部位置。
当拨钮绕第一方向向右摆动时,如图18A至图18C所示,手柄402的向右摆动带动第一滑块和第二滑块向左同步摆动,使得第一摆杆407和第二摆杆408随同运动,并使得连接在第一摆杆407和第二摆杆408上的第一竖直驱动连杆309和第二竖直驱动连杆310向左移动,由于第一驱动曲柄306和第二驱动曲柄305与第一竖直驱动连杆309和第二竖直驱动连杆310的连接点布置于靠近气流的进入方向,进而带动图18B中第一叶片和第二叶片的上部彼此向左同向转动,使得引入的空气流被朝向右侧导向。此时,如图18C所示,第一滑块的第一轨迹槽4051相对于底座上的第二轨迹槽4041朝左侧偏移,第二滑块406的导块4061处于弧形的第三轨迹槽4044的左侧端部位置。
不论何种实施方式,本发明的通风口装置实现了在较小空间内通过单一的拨钮40对水平叶片组20的上下调节、竖直叶片组30的左右调节,竖直叶片组30的聚拢或分散调节,以及气流截止功能。通风口装置的结构紧凑且可靠性高,各个调节功能可独立且方便地操作,以便允许用户根据意愿对气流进行调节和引导。
这里应当理解的是,图中所示实施方式仅显示了根据本发明的通风口装置的各个可选部件的可选架构、形状、尺寸和布置方式,然而其仅为 示意而非限制,在不背离本发明的思想和范围的情况下,亦可采取其他形状、尺寸和布置方式。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种用于交通工具的通风口装置,其特征在于,所述通风口装置包括:
    第一导风组件,其设置为包括至少一个绕第一方向枢转的第一叶片;
    第二导风组件,其设置为包括至少一个绕第一方向枢转的第二叶片;以及
    拨钮,其设置为连接至所述第一导风组件和所述第二导风组件;
    所述拨钮沿垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向的移动驱动所述第一叶片和所述第二叶片彼此反向转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的通风口装置,其特征在于,所述拨钮布置在所述通风口装置的壳体上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的通风口装置,其特征在于,所述第二方向为前后方向。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的通风口装置,其特征在于,所述拨钮包括底座以及相对于底座移动的第一滑块和第二滑块;当所述拨钮沿所述第二方向移动时,第二滑块相对于第一滑块沿第二方向移动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的通风口装置,其特征在于,所述第一滑块包括第一轨迹槽,第二滑块包括穿过所述第一轨迹槽的导块;
    当所述拨钮沿所述第二方向移动时,所述导块沿所述第一轨迹槽移动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的通风口装置,其特征在于,所述底座包括第二轨迹槽,当所述拨钮沿所述第二方向移动时,所述第一轨迹槽和所述第二轨迹槽对齐,以允许所述导块同时沿所述第二轨迹槽移动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的通风口装置,其特征在于,所述拨钮包括设 置在所述第一滑块上的第一摆杆和第二摆杆,所述第一摆杆和所述第二摆杆响应于所述第二滑块的运动而运动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的通风口装置,其特征在于,所述第二滑块沿所述第二方向的移动驱动所述第一摆杆和所述第二摆杆相对于第一滑块摆动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的通风口装置,其特征在于,所述第一摆杆和所述第二摆杆分别与所述第二滑块通过齿啮合。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的通风口装置,其特征在于,所述拨钮包括与所述第一滑块和所述第二滑块连接的手柄,当所述拨钮沿所述第二方向移动时,所述手柄推动所述第二滑块相对于所述第一滑块沿所述第二方向移动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的通风口装置,其特征在于,所述通风口装置还包括第三导风组件,所述第三导风组件设置为包括至少一个绕第三方向枢转的第三叶片;所述拨钮绕所述第三方向的摆动驱动所述第三叶片转动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的通风口装置,其特征在于,所述拨钮绕所述第三方向摆动时,所述手柄相对于所述第一滑块和所述第二滑块绕所述第三方向摆动。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的通风口装置,其特征在于,所述第一滑块具有容纳所述手柄一端的开口槽,当所述拨钮绕所述第三方向摆动时,所述手柄在所述开口槽内移动而不会带动所述第一滑块。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的通风口装置,其特征在于,所述手柄包括闭口槽,所述第二滑块包括与所述闭口槽配合的挂钩;
    当所述拨钮绕所述第三方向摆动时,所述闭口槽避让所述挂钩,使得所述手柄的运动不会带动所述第二滑块;
    当所述拨钮沿所述第二方向移动时,所述闭口槽推动所述挂钩,使得所述手柄的运动带动所述第二滑块。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的通风口装置,其特征在于,所述拨钮包括与所述第三导风组件连接的转筒,所述手柄穿过所述转筒以便所述转筒响应于所述拨钮绕所述第三方向的摆动而转动。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的通风口装置,其特征在于,所述拨钮沿所述第三方向的移动驱动所述第一叶片和所述第二叶片彼此同向转动。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的通风口装置,其特征在于,所述转筒包括沿所述第三方向延伸的开口,所述手柄穿过所述开口从而能够相对于所述转筒沿所述第三方向移动。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的通风口装置,其特征在于,当所述拨钮沿所述第三方向移动时,所述手柄带动所述第一滑块相对于所述底座沿所述第三方向移动,从而驱动所述第一摆杆和所述第二摆杆相对于所述拨钮同向移动。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的通风口装置,其特征在于,所述底座包括与所述第二轨迹槽正交的第三轨迹槽,
    当所述拨钮沿所述第三方向移动时,所述导块沿所述第三轨迹槽移动,从而驱动所述第二滑块和所述第一滑块同步运动。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的通风口装置,其特征在于,所述拨钮绕第一方向的摆动驱动所述第一叶片和所述第二叶片彼此同向转动。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的通风口装置,其特征在于,所述转筒包括 球面,所述拨钮还包括与所述球面配合的球盖;当所述拨钮绕所述第一方向摆动时,所述球盖相对于所述球面转动;当所述拨钮绕所述第三方向摆动时,所述球盖带动所述球面一起转动。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的通风口装置,其特征在于,所述拨钮绕所述第一方向摆动时,所述手柄带动所述第一滑块相对于所述底座绕所述第一方向摆动,从而驱动所述第一摆杆和所述第二摆杆相对于所述拨钮反向摆动。
  23. 根据权利要求20所述的通风口装置,其特征在于,所述底座包括与所述第二轨迹槽相交的第三轨迹槽,所述第三轨迹槽设置为弧形;
    当所述拨钮绕所述第一方向摆动时,所述导块沿所述第三轨迹槽移动,从而驱动所述第二滑块和所述第一滑块同步运动。
