在第一后轮罩加强结构2具有第一翻边结构4且第二后轮罩加强结构3具有第二翻边结构5时,优选的是第一翻边结构4与后轮罩1的内侧相贴合,第二翻边结构5也与后轮罩1的内侧相贴合,具体地,第一翻边结构4可以是全部与后轮罩1的内侧相贴合,也可以是部分与后轮罩1的内侧相贴合,同样地,第二翻边结构5可以是全部与后轮罩1的内侧相贴合,也可以是部分与后轮罩1的内侧相贴合。
优选地,第一后轮罩加强结构2的前侧具有第三翻边结构6,第三翻边结构6与后轮罩1的内侧相贴合,第二后轮罩加强结构3的后侧具有第四翻边结构7,第四翻边结构7与后轮罩1的内侧相贴合,与前述类似 地,第三翻边结构6以及第四翻边结构7与后轮罩1的贴合方式也可以为全部贴合或者部分贴合。
在上述中,翻边结构与后轮罩1贴合设置能够便于翻边结构与后轮罩1之间的连接,且能够保证第一后轮罩加强结构2以及第二后轮罩加强结构3与后轮罩1之间结构的紧凑性。
可选地,第一后轮罩加强结构2的最高点所处的高度低于第二后轮罩加强结构3的最高点所处的高度,第一后轮罩加强结构2的最低点所处的高度低于第二后轮罩加强结构3的最低点所处的高度。本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置第一后轮罩加强结构2和第二后轮罩加强结构3的高度,具体可以根据后轮罩1以及汽车的后地板骨架总成进行灵活地设置。
此外,本发明还提供一种汽车,该汽车包括上述的后轮罩总成,汽车还包括后地板骨架总成,后轮罩总成与后地板骨架总成连接,本发明的后轮罩总成可以为汽车的左后轮罩总成,还可以为汽车的右后轮罩总成。
如图2所示,后地板骨架总成包括纵梁结构8以及并排地设置在纵梁结构8上的第一加强结构9和第二加强结构10,第一加强结构9为具有第三空腔9a的通道结构,第二加强结构10为具有第四空腔10a的通道结构,第一后轮罩加强结构2的一部分设置在第一加强结构9的第三空腔9a中,第二后轮罩加强结构3的一部分设置在第二加强结构10的第四空腔10a中。第一加强结构9、第二加强结构10、第一后轮罩加强结构2和第二后轮罩加强结构3都采用具有空腔的通道结构,以第一后轮罩加强结构2为例,如图3所示,第一后轮罩加强结构2可以是将第一后轮罩加强结构2在水平方向上截开,第一后轮罩加强结构2的截面具有大致为方形的通口,或者大致为圆形的通口,或者其他形状的通口,通过这样的通道结构,能够大幅度提升汽车的扭转刚度。在实际应用中,第一加强结构9的截面尺寸略大于第一后轮罩加强结构2的截面尺寸,第二加强结构10的截面尺寸略大于第二后轮罩加强结构3的截面尺寸,从而保证第一后轮罩加强结构2的下端一部分设置在第一加强结构9的第三空腔9a中,第二后轮罩加强结构3的下端一部分设置在第二加强结构 10的第四空腔10a中。
以图2所示的汽车的左后轮罩总成为例,第二加强结构10上连接有汽车的后减震器,具体可以在图2中的A点处设置两个螺接件,通过两个螺接件将第二加强结构10与后减震器的下端连接,第一加强结构9的下端与横梁11连接,第一后轮罩加强结构2的上端与衣帽架12连接,第一后轮罩加强结构2与第一加强结构9连接,从而形成双通道式的传力路径,汽车的后减震器处的力经过第二后轮罩加强结构3向上传递,横梁11处的力经过第一后轮罩加强结构2向上传递,如图2所示的箭头方向,双通道式的结构能够使扭转刚度提高达14%。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种汽车的后轮罩总成,其特征在于,所述后轮罩总成包括后轮罩(1)、第一后轮罩加强结构(2)和第二后轮罩加强结构(3),所述第一后轮罩加强结构(2)与所述第二后轮罩加强结构(3)相连,所述第一后轮罩加强结构(2)和所述第二后轮罩加强结构(3)沿竖向并排地设置在所述后轮罩(1)上,
    所述第一后轮罩加强结构(2)为具有第一空腔(2a)的通道结构,所述第二后轮罩加强结构(3)为具有第二空腔(3a)的通道结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的后轮罩总成,其特征在于,所述第一后轮罩加强结构(2)位于所述第二后轮罩加强结构(3)的前侧,所述第一后轮罩加强结构(2)的后侧具有第一翻边结构(4),所述第二后轮罩加强结构(3)的前侧具有第二翻边结构(5),所述第一翻边结构(4)与所述第二翻边结构(5)相连。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的后轮罩总成,其特征在于,所述第一翻边结构(4)与所述第二翻边结构(5)通过结构胶以及点焊的方式连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的后轮罩总成,其特征在于,所述第一翻边结构(4)与所述后轮罩(1)的内侧相贴合,所述第二翻边结构(5)与所述后轮罩(1)的内侧相贴合。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的后轮罩总成,其特征在于,所述第一后轮罩加强结构(2)的前侧具有第三翻边结构(6),所述第三翻边结构(6)与所述后轮罩(1)的内侧相贴合。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的后轮罩总成,其特征在于,所述第二后轮罩加强结构(3)的后侧具有第四翻边结构(7),所述第四翻边结构(7)与所述后轮罩(1)的内侧相贴合。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的后轮罩总成,其特征在于,所述第一后轮罩加强结构(2)的最高点所处的高度低于所述第二后轮罩加强结构(3)的最高点所处的高度。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的后轮罩总成,其特征在于,所述第一后轮罩加强结构(2)的最低点所处的高度低于所述第二后轮罩加强结构(3)的最低点所处的高度。
  9. 一种汽车,其特征在于,所述汽车包括后地板骨架总成和权利要求1至8中任一项所述的后轮罩总成,所述后轮罩总成与所述后地板骨架总成连接,所述后轮罩总成为所述汽车的左后轮罩总成或右后轮罩总成。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的汽车,其特征在于,所述后地板骨架总成包括纵梁结构(8)以及并排地设置在所述纵梁结构(8)上的第一加强结构(9)和第二加强结构(10),所述第一加强结构(9)为具有第三空腔(9a)的通道结构,所述第二加强结构(10)为具有第四空腔(10a)的通道结构,
    所述第一后轮罩加强结构(2)的一部分设置在所述第一加强结构(9)的第三空腔(9a)中,所述第二后轮罩加强结构(3)的一部分设置在所述第二加强结构(10)的第四空腔(10a)中,所述第二加强结构(10)与所述汽车的后减震器连接。
