Description

一种排列输送装置 技术领域
本发明涉及输送装置技术领域,特别是一种排列片剂、片状元件以及片状部件的输送装置。
背景技术
现有的片装产品如药片、片剂以及其他机械及电子产品,由于尺寸较小,在大批量生产过程中需要对其按照相同的姿势进行排列,以便于进行收纳和包装。现有对片剂进行排列的输送装置的输送带为水平布置的平面,这就使得片剂在落到输送带上之后会随机向各个方向产生随机运动或滚动,导致片剂散落,不利于排列。
发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种排列输送装置,解决片剂、片状元件以及片状部件在沿着输送带输送过程中容易散落的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种排列输送装置,用于排列输送片剂、片状元件以及片状部件,包括支撑板、连接板、片剂排列机构、片剂输送机构、片剂回收装置和分流装置,所述支撑板上设置有倾斜面,两个所述支撑板的倾斜面上设置有若干片连接板,所述连接板上对应设置有片剂排列机构和片剂输送机构,所述片剂输送机构包括输送带,所述输送带呈倾斜布置,使其上边缘高于下边缘;所述片剂排列机构沿着所述输送带的输送方向布置在所述输送带上,所述片剂排列机构贴近所述输送带的上表面,并且与所述输送带的上边缘之间沿着输送方向形成渐缩的趋势,所述分流装置设置在靠近所述片剂排列机构出口端的所述输送带上边缘,并且所述分流装置与所述片剂排列机构之间的距离大于所述片剂的直径,但小于所述片剂直径的2倍;所述片剂回收装置沿着所述输送带的上边缘布置,并且位于所述分流装置的上游位置。
进一步地,所述输送带与水平面呈5-20度的倾角;
和/或,所述支撑板的倾斜面与水平面呈5-20度的倾角;
和/或,所述连接板与水平面呈5-20度的倾角。
所述片剂排列机构包括导向块,所述导向块的下表面贴近所述输送带的上表面,所述导向块的侧面与所述输送带的上边缘之间沿着输送方向形成渐缩的趋势。
所述导向块的侧面包括沿着所述输送带的输送方向连续布置的导向区和排列区,所述导向区与所述输送带的输送方向形成顺次递减或逐渐减小 的夹角;所述排列区与所述输送带的输送方向平行布置。
所述导向区包括第一区域、第二区域、第三区域;所述第一区域、第二区域、第三区域与所述输送带的上边缘的距离顺次减小。
所述第一区域与所述输送带的输送方向的夹角为30-40度;
所述第二区域与所述输送带的输送方向的夹角为10-20度;
所述第三区域与所述输送带的输送方向的夹角为0-10度。
所述片剂排列机构还包括引导输送板,所述引导输送板贴合安装在所述导向块的侧面,所述引导输送板的底面与所述输送带的上表面之间的距离小于所述片剂的直径,但大于所述片剂的厚度。
所述引导输送板上设有第一凸起块,所述第一凸起块位于所述片剂回收装置的上游位置,并且所述第一凸起块与所述输送带的上边缘的距离大于所述片剂的半径,以使片剂在被第一凸起块阻挡后平放,不会直接从所述输送带的上边缘掉落;所述第一凸起块与所述输送带的输送方向形成30-60度的夹角;所述第一凸起块的底面与所述输送带的上表面之间的距离小于所述片剂的直径,但大于所述片剂的厚度。
所述引导输送板上还设有第二凸起块,所述第二凸起块对应位于所述片剂回收装置的侧方,并且所述第二凸起块与所述输送带的上边缘的距离小于所述片剂的半径,以使所述片剂在被所述第二凸起块阻挡后平放,多余的片剂会沿着所述输送带的上边缘掉落到所述片剂回收装置中;所述第二凸起块与所述输送带的输送方向形成30-60度的夹角;所述第二凸起块的底面与所述输送带的上表面之间的距离小于所述片剂的直径,但大于所述片剂的厚度。
在所述第一凸起块和所述第二凸起块之间的所述引导输送板上,形成内凹的调整槽,所述调整槽的槽底与所述输送带的上边缘之间的距离大于所述片剂的直径,以使所述片剂在经过所述调整槽时能够沿着所述输送带的倾斜表面回落;
对应所述分流装置的位置,在所述引导输送板上还设有压块,所述压块、所述分流装置、所述引导块在所述输送带上形成出料口,该出料口的大小与片剂的横截面的大小相适配。
所述片剂排列机构还包括升降机构,所述引导输送板通过所述升降机构直接或间接地与所述导向块连接,使所述引导输送板能够相对所述导向块升降,以控制所述引导输送板与所述输送带之间的距离。
进一步地,所述导向块连接在所述固定板上,所述固定板的侧面设有竖向引导结构,所述竖向引导结构为导轨或导槽;
所述升降机构包括滑块、连接组件和升降驱动组件,所述滑块滑动地 连接在所述竖向引导结构上,所述引导输送板通过所述连接组件连接在所述滑块上,所述升降驱动组件驱动所述连接组件沿着所述竖向引导结构做升降运动。
进一步地,所述连接组件包括水平连板、水平连杆,对应地,所述竖向引导结构和所述滑块设为两组平行布置,所述水平连板的两端连接在两个滑块上,所述水平连杆位于所述固定板的上方,所述引导输送板通过所述水平连杆与所述水平连板连接。
进一步地,所述固定板的顶部设有容纳所述水平连杆的容纳槽,使所述水平连杆下降时能够落入到所述容纳槽中,所述容纳槽位于两个所述竖向引导结构之间。
所述片剂排列机构还包括第一平移机构,所述导向块通过所述平移机构连接在所述连接板上,使所述导向块能够相对所述输送带的上表面平移,以控制所述导向块与所述输送带的上边缘的距离。
进一步地,所述第一平移机构包括第一平移板、第一直线导轨和第一平移驱动装置,所述第一直线导轨固定连接在所述连接板上,所述第一平移板在所述第一平移驱动装置的作用下,沿着所述第一直线导轨沿着垂直于所述输送带的输送方向运动;所述固定板连接在所述第一平移板上。
所述分流装置包括分流块,布置在所述输送带的上边缘位置,所述分流块直接或间接地连接在所述连接板上,所述分流块布置在所述导向块的导向区和排列区的衔接位置,所述分流块与所述所述分流块的前端具有尖角,并且所述导向块的内侧面与所述排列区平行,并且间距大于片剂的直径、小于片剂的直径的2倍。
所述分流装置还包括第二平移机构,所述分流块连接在所述第二平移机构上,所述第二平移机构能够带动所述分流块沿着垂直于所述输送带的输送方向运动,以控制所述分流块布置在所述输送带上方的横向位置。
所述第二平移机构包括第二平移板、第二直线导轨、第二平移驱动装置和平移竖杆,所述分流块连接在所述平移竖杆的上部,所述平移竖杆的下部与所述第二平移板连接;所述第二直线导轨固定连接在所述连接板上,所述第二平移板在所述第二平移驱动装置的作用下,沿着所述第二直线导轨沿着垂直于所述输送带的输送方向运动。
进一步地,第一平移驱动装置、第二平移驱动装置均为齿条,且相互平行,通过同一个齿轮驱动第一平移驱动装置、第二平移驱动装置相向运动,对应地,第一平移驱动装置、第二平移驱动装置之间的距离等于齿轮的直径。
所述片剂输送机构还包括:
垫板,位于所述输送带的上表面的下方且与所述输送带平行;
主动轴和从动轴,所述输送带连接在所述树洞周和所述从动轴之间;
张紧装置连接在所述从动轴上,以控制所述从动轴与所述主动轴之间的距离。
所述片剂回收装置包括回收槽,所述回收槽沿着所述输送带的上边缘布置。
本发明还提供一种排列输送装置,用于排列输送片剂、片状元件以及片状部件,包括片剂排列机构、片剂输送机构、片剂回收装置和分流装置,
所述片剂输送机构包括输送带,所述输送带呈倾斜布置,使其上边缘高于下边缘;

进一步地,所述连接组件包括水平连板、水平连杆,对应地,所述竖向引导结构和所述滑块设为两组平行布置,所述水平连板的两端连接在两个滑块上,所述水平连杆位于所述固定板的上方,所述引导输送板通过所述水平连杆与所述水平连板连接。
进一步地,所述固定板的顶部设有容纳所述水平连杆的容纳槽,使所 述水平连杆下降时能够落入到所述容纳槽中,所述容纳槽位于两个所述竖向引导结构之间。
所述片剂排列机构还包括第一平移机构,所述导向块通过所述平移机构连接在所述连接板上,使所述导向块能够相对所述输送带的上表面平移,以控制所述导向块与所述输送带的上边缘的距离。
进一步地,所述第一平移机构包括第一平移板、第一直线导轨和第一平移驱动装置,所述第一直线导轨固定连接在所述连接板上,所述第一平移板在所述第一平移驱动装置的作用下,沿着所述第一直线导轨沿着垂直于所述输送带的输送方向运动;所述固定板连接在所述第一平移板上。
所述分流装置包括分流块,布置在所述输送带的上边缘位置,所述分流块直接或间接地连接在所述连接板上,所述分流块布置在所述导向块的导向区和排列区的衔接位置,所述分流块与所述所述分流块的前端具有尖角,并且所述导向块的内侧面与所述排列区平行,并且间距大于片剂的直径、小于片剂的直径的2倍。
所述分流装置还包括第二平移机构,所述分流块连接在所述第二平移机构上,所述第二平移机构能够带动所述分流块沿着垂直于所述输送带的输送方向运动,以控制所述分流块布置在所述输送带上方的横向位置。
所述第二平移机构包括第二平移板、第二直线导轨、第二平移驱动装置和平移竖杆,所述分流块连接在所述平移竖杆的上部,所述平移竖杆的下部与所述第二平移板连接;所述第二直线导轨固定连接在所述连接板上,所述第二平移板在所述第二平移驱动装置的作用下,沿着所述第二直线导轨沿着垂直于所述输送带的输送方向运动。
进一步地,第一平移驱动装置、第二平移驱动装置均为齿条,且相互平行,通过同一个齿轮驱动第一平移驱动装置、第二平移驱动装置相向运动,对应地,第一平移驱动装置、第二平移驱动装置之间的距离等于齿轮的直径。
所述片剂输送机构还包括:
垫板,位于所述输送带的上表面的下方且与所述输送带平行;
主动轴和从动轴,所述输送带连接在所述树洞周和所述从动轴之间;
张紧装置连接在所述从动轴上,以控制所述从动轴与所述主动轴之间的距离。
所述片剂回收装置包括回收槽,所述回收槽沿着所述输送带的上边缘布置。
有益效果:
本发明提供的排列输送装置,利用片剂排列机构将倾斜布置的输送带上的片剂(片状元件或片状部件)向前输送的同时,将片剂进行整理排列,多余的片剂沿着输送带上边缘掉落进入到片剂回收装置中,其他片剂则在输送带的倾斜面上依靠片剂排列机构输送,从而避免了片剂堆积并且能够让片剂沿着片剂排列机构更好的排列输送。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种排列输送装置,用于排列输送片剂、片状元件以及片状部件,包括支撑板1、连接板2、片剂排列机构3、片剂输送机构4、片剂回收装置5和分流装置6,支撑板1上设置有倾斜面,两个支撑板1的倾斜面上设置有若干片连接板2,连接板2上对应设置有片剂排列机构3和片剂输送机构4,片剂输送机构4包括输送带41,输送带41呈倾斜布置,使其上边缘高于下边缘,输送带41沿着水平方向输送片剂,输送带41的两端整体上高度相等;片剂排列机构3沿着输送带41的输送方向布置在输送带41上,片剂排列机构3贴近输送带41的上表面,并且与输送带41的上边缘之间沿着输送方向形成渐缩的趋势,分流装置6设置在靠近片剂排列机构3出口端的输送带41上边缘以将分流后的片剂掉落到片剂回收装置5中,并且分流装置6与片剂排列机构3之间的距离大于片剂 的直径,但小于片剂直径的2倍,以使排列整齐的片剂可以在分流装置6和片剂排列机构3之间输送;片剂回收装置5沿着输送带41的上边缘布置,并且位于分流装置6的上游位置。
本发明最基本的技术构思在于,通过支撑板1和连接板2构造出倾斜的支撑平面,将片剂排列机构3、片剂输送机构4、片剂回收装置5和分流装置6沿着水平方向(与倾斜的方向垂直)安装,从而是片剂可以沿着倾斜的输送带41输送,并利用片剂排列机构3对片剂进行整理,多余的片剂沿着输送带41的上边缘掉落进入片剂回收装置5;由于输送带41是倾斜的,所以片剂在沿着输送带41输送的过程中,能够沿着倾斜面自动向片剂排列机构3靠拢,并最终在分流装置6的作用下排列整齐输出,并进一步把多余的片剂分流道片剂回收装置5中。
基于本发明的技术构思,也可以通过其他的方式构造出倾斜的支撑平面。
本发明提供的排列输送装置,利用片剂排列机构将倾斜布置的输送带上的片剂(片状元件或片状部件)向前输送的同时,将片剂进行整理排列,多余的片剂沿着输送带上边缘掉落进入到片剂回收装置中,其他片剂则在输送带的倾斜面上依靠片剂排列机构输送,从而避免了片剂堆积并且能够让片剂沿着片剂排列机构更好的排列输送。
进一步可选择地,输送带41与水平面呈5-20度的倾角;支撑板1的倾斜面与水平面呈5-20度的倾角;连接板2与水平面呈5-20度的倾角。采用5-20度的倾角设计,可以保证片剂在沿着输送带41输送的过程中具有足够大的下滑力,一边输送一边向片剂排列机构3靠拢。
片剂排列机构3包括导向块31,导向块31的下表面贴近输送带41的上表面,以减少二者之间的空隙,同时也可以防止接触摩擦。导向块31的侧面与输送带41的上边缘之间沿着输送方向形成渐缩的趋势,从而使片剂在沿着输送带41输送的过程中自动收缩排列,并且渐进式的将片剂从输送带靠下边缘的位置向上边缘方向推送,最终通过分流装置的分流作用排列整齐输出。
如图8所示,并结合图1-6,导向块31的侧面包括沿着输送带41的输送方向连续布置的导向区310和排列区314,导向区310与输送带41的输送方向形成顺次递减或逐渐减小的夹角;排列区314与输送带41的输送方向平行布置。
导向区310包括第一区域311、第二区域312、第三区域313;第一区域311、第二区域312、第三区域313与输送带41的上边缘的距离顺次减 小。其中可选择地:
第一区域311与输送带41的输送方向的夹角为30-40度;
第二区域312与输送带41的输送方向的夹角为10-20度;
第三区域313与输送带41的输送方向的夹角为0-10度。
通过连续输送的三个区域的导向作用,从而在片剂沿着输送带41向前输送的同时,将片剂又输送带41下边缘推向上边缘,并且通过三个区域与输送方向的夹角逐渐收缩变小,最终将片剂引导到排列区314。
片剂排列机构3还包括引导输送板32,引导输送板32贴合安装在导向块31的侧面,引导输送板32的底面与输送带41的上表面之间的距离小于片剂的直径,但大于片剂的厚度,从而当片剂在靠近引导输送板32时,会自动被引导输送板32的下方阻挡,将片剂放倒。
如图7所示,并结合图1-6,引导输送板32上设有第一凸起块321,第一凸起块321位于片剂回收装置5的上游位置,并且第一凸起块321与输送带41的上边缘的距离大于片剂的半径,以使片剂在被第一凸起块321阻挡后平放,不会直接从输送带41的上边缘掉落;第一凸起块321与输送带41的输送方向形成30-60度的夹角;第一凸起块321的底面与输送带41的上表面之间的距离小于片剂的直径,但大于片剂的厚度。第一凸起块321的作用是阻挡片剂,并把片剂放倒,第一凸起块321的倾角结构设置可以对片剂进行引导,通过斜面的方式可以防止片剂直接碰撞,可以起到更好的引导效果。由于第一凸起块321位于片剂回收装置5的上游,所以为了避免片剂掉落,从而将第一凸起块与输送带41上边缘的距离大于片剂的半径,使多余的片剂会通过第一凸起块321外侧的输送带41输送。
引导输送板32上还设有第二凸起块322,第二凸起块322对应位于片剂回收装置5的侧方,并且第二凸起块322与输送带41的上边缘的距离小于片剂的半径,以使片剂在被第二凸起块322阻挡后平放,多余的片剂会沿着输送带41的上边缘掉落到片剂回收装置5中;第二凸起块322与输送带41的输送方向形成30-60度的夹角;第二凸起块322的底面与输送带41的上表面之间的距离小于片剂的直径,但大于片剂的厚度。第二凸起块322的作用与第一凸起块321的作用近似,也可以对片剂进行引导输送;不同之处在于,第二凸起块322设置在片剂回收装置5的旁边,从而利用第二凸起块322可以将多余的片剂引导至片剂回收装置5中,所以将第二凸起块322与输送带41的上边缘的距离小于片剂的半径。
在第一凸起块321和第二凸起块322之间的引导输送板32上,形成内凹的调整槽323,调整槽323的槽底与输送带41的上边缘之间的距离大于片剂的直径,以使片剂在经过调整槽323时能够沿着输送带41的倾斜表面 回落。调整槽323能够对多余的片剂起到缓冲作用,使经过第一凸起块321梳理之后的片剂可以在调整槽323中进行一定幅度的聚拢,然后在输送带41的输送作用下继续前进,并进一步被第二凸起块322进行梳理。
如图3所示,对应分流装置6的位置,在引导输送板32上还设有压块324,压块324、分流装置6、引导块31在输送带41上形成出料口8,该出料口8的大小与片剂的横截面的大小相适配,以利于片剂的排列输出,通过压块324的作用,可以使片剂排列成一列输送,压块324可以从顶部对片剂进行限制,避免片剂堆叠。
如图5所示,片剂排列机构3还包括升降机构33,引导输送板32通过升降机构33直接或间接地与导向块31连接,使引导输送板32能够相对导向块31升降,以控制引导输送板32与输送带41之间的距离。通过调节引导输送板32相对导向块31的位置关系,就可以针对不同厚度的片剂进行调整,以适应片剂输送的高度要求。
进一步地,导向块31连接在固定板35上,固定板35的侧面设有竖向引导结构351,竖向引导结构351为导轨、导槽或其他直线导向结构;
升降机构33包括滑块331、连接组件和升降驱动组件334,滑块331滑动地连接在竖向引导结构351上,引导输送板32通过连接组件连接在滑块331上,升降驱动组件334驱动连接组件沿着竖向引导结构351做升降运动。升降驱动组件334可以是电机驱动伸缩轴进行上下伸缩运动,也可以是气缸直接驱动缸杆做上下伸缩运动。
进一步地,连接组件包括水平连板332、水平连杆333,对应地,竖向引导结构351和滑块331设为两组平行布置,水平连板332的两端连接在两个滑块331上,水平连杆333位于固定板35的上方,引导输送板32通过水平连杆333与水平连板332连接。
进一步地,固定板35的顶部设有容纳水平连杆333的容纳槽352,使水平连杆333下降时能够落入到容纳槽352中,容纳槽352位于两个竖向引导结构351之间,从而避免水平连杆333下落时碰撞到竖向引导结构351。
片剂排列机构3还包括第一平移机构34,导向块31通过平移机构34连接在连接板2上,使导向块31能够相对输送带41的上表面平移,以控制导向块31与输送带41的上边缘的距离。
进一步地,第一平移机构34包括第一平移板341、第一直线导轨342和第一平移驱动装置343,第一直线导轨342固定连接在连接板2上,第一平移板341在第一平移驱动装置343的作用下,沿着第一直线导轨342沿着垂直于输送带41的输送方向运动;固定板35连接在第一平移板341上。
分流装置6包括分流块61,布置在输送带41的上边缘位置,分流块61直接或间接地连接在连接板2上,分流块61布置在导向块31的导向区310和排列区314的衔接位置,分流块61与分流块61的前端具有尖角,并且导向块31的内侧面与排列区314平行,并且间距大于片剂的直径、小于片剂的直径的2倍。
分流装置6还包括第二平移机构62,分流块61连接在第二平移机构62上,第二平移机构62能够带动分流块61沿着垂直于输送带41的输送方向运动,以控制分流块61布置在输送带41上方的横向位置。
第二平移机构62包括第二平移板621、第二直线导轨622、第二平移驱动装置623和平移竖杆624,分流块61连接在平移竖杆624的上部,平移竖杆624的下部与第二平移板621连接;第二直线导轨622固定连接在连接板2上,第二平移板621在第二平移驱动装置623的作用下,沿着第二直线导轨622沿着垂直于输送带41的输送方向运动。
进一步地,第一平移驱动装置343、第二平移驱动装置623均为齿条,且相互平行,通过同一个齿轮7驱动第一平移驱动装置343、第二平移驱动装置623相向运动,对应地,第一平移驱动装置343、第二平移驱动装置623之间的距离等于齿轮的直径。通过一个齿轮7同时驱动两个齿条相向运动,从而可以调节片剂排列机构3和分流装置6之间的相对位置。

  1. 一种排列输送装置,用于排列输送片剂、片状元件以及片状部件,其特征在于,包括支撑板(1)、连接板(2)、片剂排列机构(3)、片剂输送机构(4)、片剂回收装置(5)和分流装置(6),所述支撑板(1)上设置有倾斜面,所述支撑板(1)的倾斜面上设置有所述连接板(2),所述连接板(2)上对应设置有片剂排列机构(3)和片剂输送机构(4),所述片剂输送机构(4)包括输送带(41),所述输送带(41)呈倾斜布置,使其上边缘高于下边缘;所述片剂排列机构(3)沿着所述输送带(41)的输送方向布置在所述输送带(41)上,所述片剂排列机构(3)贴近所述输送带(41)的上表面,并且与所述输送带(41)的上边缘之间沿着输送方向形成渐缩的趋势,所述分流装置(6)设置在靠近所述片剂排列机构(3)出口端的所述输送带(41)上边缘;所述片剂回收装置(5)沿着所述输送带(41)的上边缘布置,并且位于所述分流装置(6)的上游位置。

    所述输送带(41)与水平面呈5-20度的倾角;

    所述片剂排列机构(3)包括导向块(31),所述导向块(31)的下表面贴近所述输送带(41)的上表面,所述导向块(31)的侧面与所述输送带(41)的上边缘之间沿着输送方向形成渐缩的趋势。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的输送装置,其特征在于,
    所述导向块(31)的侧面包括沿着所述输送带(41)的输送方向连续布置的导向区(310)和排列区(314),所述导向区(310)与所述输送带(41)的输送方向形成顺次递减或逐渐减小的夹角;所述排列区(314)与所述输送带(41)的输送方向平行布置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的输送装置,其特征在于,
    所述导向区(310)包括第一区域(311)、第二区域(312)、第三区域(313);所述第一区域(311)、第二区域(312)、第三区域(313)与所述输送带(41)的上边缘的距离顺次减小。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的输送装置,其特征在于,
    所述第一区域(311)与所述输送带(41)的输送方向的夹角为30-40度;
    所述第二区域(312)与所述输送带(41)的输送方向的夹角为10-20 度;
    所述第三区域(313)与所述输送带(41)的输送方向的夹角为0-10度。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的输送装置,其特征在于,
    所述片剂排列机构(3)还包括引导输送板(32),所述引导输送板(32)贴合安装在所述导向块(31)的侧面,所述引导输送板的底面与所述输送带的上表面之间的距离小于所述片剂的直径,但大于所述片剂的厚度。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的输送装置,其特征在于,
    所述引导输送板(32)上设有第一凸起块(321),所述第一凸起块(321)位于所述片剂回收装置(5)的上游位置,并且所述第一凸起块(321)与所述输送带(41)的上边缘的距离大于所述片剂的半径,以使片剂在被第一凸起块(321)阻挡后平放,不会直接从所述输送带(41)的上边缘掉落;所述第一凸起块(321)与所述输送带(41)的输送方向形成30-60度的夹角;所述第一凸起块(321)的底面与所述输送带(41)的上表面之间的距离小于所述片剂的直径,但大于所述片剂的厚度。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的输送装置,其特征在于,
    所述引导输送板(32)上还设有第二凸起块(322),所述第二凸起块(322)对应位于所述片剂回收装置(5)的侧方,并且所述第二凸起块(322)与所述输送带(41)的上边缘的距离小于所述片剂的半径,以使所述片剂在被所述第二凸起块(322)阻挡后平放,多余的片剂会沿着所述输送带(41)的上边缘掉落到所述片剂回收装置(5)中;所述第二凸起块(322)与所述输送带(41)的输送方向形成30-60度的夹角;所述第二凸起块(322)的底面与所述输送带(41)的上表面之间的距离小于所述片剂的直径,但大于所述片剂的厚度。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的输送装置,其特征在于,
    在所述第一凸起块(321)和所述第二凸起块(322)之间的所述引导输送板(32)上,形成内凹的调整槽(323),所述调整槽(323)的槽底与所述输送带(41)的上边缘之间的距离大于所述片剂的直径,以使所述片剂在经过所述调整槽(323)时能够沿着所述输送带(41)的倾斜表面回落;
    对应所述分流装置(6)的位置,在所述引导输送板(32)上还设有压块(324),所述压块(324)、所述分流装置(6)、所述引导块(31)在所述输送带(41)上形成出料口(8),该出料口(8)的大小与片剂的横截面的大小相适配。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的输送装置,其特征在于,
    所述片剂排列机构(3)还包括升降机构(33),所述引导输送板(32)通过所述升降机构(33)直接或间接地与所述导向块(31)连接,使所述引导输送板(32)能够相对所述导向块(31)升降,以控制所述引导输送板(32)与所述输送带(41)之间的距离。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的输送装置,其特征在于,
    所述导向块(31)连接在所述固定板(35)上,所述固定板(35)的侧面设有竖向引导结构(351),所述竖向引导结构(351)为导轨或导槽;
    所述升降机构(33)包括滑块(331)、连接组件和升降驱动组件(334),所述滑块(331)滑动地连接在所述竖向引导结构(351)上,所述引导输送板(32)通过所述连接组件连接在所述滑块(331)上,所述升降驱动组件(334)驱动所述连接组件沿着所述竖向引导结构(351)做升降运动。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的输送装置,其特征在于,
    所述连接组件包括水平连板(332)、水平连杆(333),对应地,所述竖向引导结构(351)和所述滑块(331)设为两组平行布置,所述水平连板(332)的两端连接在两个滑块(331)上,所述水平连杆(333)位于所述固定板(35)的上方,所述引导输送板(32)通过所述水平连杆(333)与所述水平连板(332)连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的输送装置,其特征在于,
    所述固定板(35)的顶部设有容纳所述水平连杆(333)的容纳槽(352),使所述水平连杆(333)下降时能够落入到所述容纳槽(352)中,所述容纳槽位于两个所述竖向引导结构(351)之间。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的输送装置,其特征在于,
    所述片剂排列机构(3)还包括第一平移机构(34),所述导向块(31)通过所述第一平移机构(34)连接在所述连接板(2)上,使所述导向块(31)能够相对所述输送带(41)的上表面平移,以控制所述导向块(31)与所述输送带(41)的上边缘的距离。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的输送装置,其特征在于,
    所述第一平移机构(34)包括第一平移板(341)、第一直线导轨(342)和第一平移驱动装置(343),所述第一直线导轨(342)固定连接在所述连接板(2)上,所述第一平移板(341)在所述第一平移驱动装置(343)的作用下,沿着所述第一直线导轨(342)沿着垂直于所述输送带(41)的输送方向运动;所述固定板(35)连接在所述第一平移板(341)上。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的输送装置,其特征在于,
    所述分流装置(6)包括分流块(61),布置在所述输送带(41)的上边缘位置,所述分流块(61)直接或间接地连接在所述连接板(2)上,所 述分流块(61)布置在所述导向块(31)的导向区(310)和排列区(314)的衔接位置,所述分流块(61)与所述所述分流块(61)的前端具有尖角,并且所述导向块(31)的内侧面与所述排列区(314)平行,并且间距大于片剂的直径、小于片剂的直径的2倍。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的输送装置,其特征在于,
    所述分流装置(6)还包括第二平移机构(62),所述分流块(61)连接在所述第二平移机构(62)上,所述第二平移机构(62)能够带动所述分流块(61)沿着垂直于所述输送带(41)的输送方向运动,以控制所述分流块(61)布置在所述输送带(41)上方的横向位置。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的输送装置,其特征在于,
    所述第二平移机构(62)包括第二平移板(621)、第二直线导轨(622)、第二平移驱动装置(623)和平移竖杆(624),所述分流块(61)连接在所述平移竖杆(624)的上部,所述平移竖杆(624)的下部与所述第二平移板(621)连接;所述第二直线导轨(622)固定连接在所述连接板(2)上,所述第二平移板(621)在所述第二平移驱动装置(623)的作用下,沿着所述第二直线导轨(622)沿着垂直于所述输送带(41)的输送方向运动。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的输送装置,其特征在于,
    第一平移驱动装置(343)、第二平移驱动装置(623)均为齿条,且相互平行,通过同一个齿轮(7)驱动第一平移驱动装置(343)、第二平移驱动装置(623)相向运动,对应地,第一平移驱动装置(343)、第二平移驱动装置(623)之间的距离等于齿轮的直径。
  21. 根据权利要求1所述的输送装置,其特征在于,
    所述片剂输送机构(4)还包括:
    垫板(42),位于所述输送带(41)的上表面的下方且与所述输送带(41)平行;
    主动轴(43)和从动轴(44),所述输送带(41)连接在所述树洞周(43)和所述从动轴(44)之间;
    张紧装置(45)连接在所述从动轴(44)上,以控制所述从动轴(44)与所述主动轴(43)之间的距离。

    所述片剂排列机构(3)沿着所述输送带(41)的输送方向布置在所述输送带(41)上,所述片剂排列机构(3)包括导向块(31),所述导向块(31)的下表面贴近所述输送带(41)的上表面,所述导向块(31)的侧面与所述输送带(41)的上边缘之间沿着输送方向形成渐缩的趋势;所述片剂排列机构(3)还包括引导输送板(32),所述引导输送板(32)贴合安装在所述导向块(31)的侧面,所述引导输送板的底面与所述输送带的上表面之间的距离小于所述片剂的直径,但大于所述片剂的厚度;
    所述分流装置(6)设置在靠近所述片剂排列机构(3)出口端的所述输送带(41)上边缘,并且所述分流装置(6)与所述片剂排列机构(3)之间的距离大于所述片剂的直径,但小于所述片剂直径的2倍;

    所述输送带(41)与水平面呈5-20度的倾角;

    所述导向块(31)的侧面包括沿着所述输送带(41)的输送方向连续布置的导向区(310)和排列区(314),所述导向区(310)与所述输送带(41)的输送方向形成顺次递减或逐渐减小的夹角;所述排列区(314)与所述输送带(41)的输送方向平行布置。
