本申请要求于2021年12月01日递交的申请号为202111458869.7的中国发明专利申请的优先权,并引用上述专利申请公开的内容作为本申请的一部分。
技术领域
本申请涉及舱壁平台结构领域,尤其涉及一种适用于冷藏集装箱船的组合式舱壁平台结构。
背景技术
目前,对于常规的集装箱船,如果要运输冷藏集装箱,考虑到这类集装箱需要对压缩机等元件进行检修维护,必须要将其布置于舱外、或特定的舱内位置,常规的舱壁平台设计不能满足冷藏标箱、冷藏高箱同时布置于任何舱内位置。同时,一些特别运输冷藏集装箱的船舶,为了解决冷藏集装箱的检修空间问题,其舱壁平台会设计成一侧为凹槽形状,为了满足这种特殊形状,船厂在加工板材时,会切割掉许多钢料,大大降低了材料利用率。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中的不足,本申请提供一种适用于冷藏集装箱船的组合式舱壁平台结构,其结构形式不仅能提供冷藏集装箱的检修空间,同时能提高材料的利用率,节约成本。
为了实现上述目的,本申请提供一种适用于冷藏集装箱船的组合式舱壁平台结构,包括一平台、一平台面板、多个肘板、多个导轨架和多个垂直桁材;所述平台面板垂直连接于所述平台的外侧,所述平台面板的一部分位于所述平台下方,所述平台面板顶部凸出所述平台表面;所述肘板间隔连接于所述平台的外侧并连接所述平台面板;所述导轨架通过所述肘板间隔连接于所述平台的外侧;所述垂直桁材间隔垂直设置于所述平台上,所述肘板与相邻所述垂直桁材连接。
在一些实施例中,组合式舱壁平台结构还包括多个肘板面板,所述肘板面板垂直连接于所述肘板邻近所述导轨架的一端。
在一些实施例中,所述平台与所述肘板的总宽度与所述垂直桁材的宽度一致。
在一些实施例中,还包括多个舾装格栅,所述舾装格栅安装于相邻两所述肘板之间。
在一些实施例中,还包括多个加强板,所述加强板连接于所述肘板面板、所述肘板和所述平台面板之间以及所述平台与所述平台面板之间。
本申请由于采用了以上技术方案,具有以下有益效果:
1、肘板与平台采用组合式的拼接结构,肘板可单独切割,节约材料。若采用平台与肘板一体式的结构性式,需要更大的母材进行切割,浪费材料。
2、冷藏集装箱的压缩机位于相邻两所述导轨架之间,凹槽式结构可方便起吊和维修冷藏集装箱压缩机。
3、增设舾装格栅,可拓宽通道宽度。

具体实施方式
为使本申请实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图对本申请实施例做进一步详细说明。在此,本申请的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本申请,但并不作为对本申请的限定。
请参阅图1~图4,本申请实施例的一种适用于冷藏集装箱船的组合式舱壁平台结构,包括一平台1、一平台面板2、多个肘板3、多个导轨架8和多个垂直桁材5;平台面板2垂直连接于平台1的外侧,平台面板2的一部分位于平台1下方,平台面板2的顶部凸出平台1表面;肘板3间隔连接于平台1的外侧并连接平台面板2;导轨架8通过肘板3间隔连接于平台1的外侧;相邻两导轨架8之间可布置冷藏集装箱的压缩机7;垂直桁材5间隔垂直设置于平台1上,肘板3与相邻垂直桁材5连接。
在一些实施例中,组合式舱壁平台结构还包括多个肘板面板4,肘板面板4垂直连接于肘板3邻近导轨架8的一端。
在一些实施例中,平台1与肘板3的总宽度与垂直桁材5的宽度一致。
在一些实施例中,组合式舱壁平台结构还包括多个舾装格栅9,舾装格栅9安装于相邻两肘板3之间。
在一些实施例中,组合式舱壁平台结构还包括多个加强板6,加强板6连接于肘板面板4、肘板3和平台面板2之间以及平台1与平台面板2之间。
本申请实施例的一种适用于冷藏集装箱船的组合式舱壁平台结构,不仅能提供冷藏集装箱的检修空间,同时能提高材料的利用率,节约成本。
本实施例主要由一个平台1和肘板3组合而成。根据冷箱检修和压缩机7起吊时需要的空间,确定平台1尺寸。
再设置舱壁垂直桁材5的位置,以及每个集装箱中间的位置增加水平的肘板3再将垂直桁材5与平台1、肘板3连接。
这样保留了检修的空间,方便不同尺寸的冷箱压缩机7检修和起吊,并且当不需要检修时,可在凹槽处铺设舾装格栅9,增加平台1人员通行的宽度。
由于采用组合式的结构,在加工板材时,可以使用宽度更小的板材加工,且不需要切割凹槽,提高材料的利用率,且降低了车间加工难度,另一方面,肘板3尺寸较小,无需在整板上加工,材料的使用率很高,并且加工简单。
首先根据压缩机7的位置确定合适的检修宽度,例如,平台1与垂直桁材5的总宽度为H,留出起吊压缩机7空间后为h。这样在实际施工时,可采用宽度略大于h的板材进行切割加工,而肘板3可以集中加工,如采用一体式,则需要在宽度略大于H的板材上进行加工。
将平台面板2向下偏置,与平台1连接。上端仅留出焊接所用高度即可,保证不阻碍铺设舾装格栅9,凸出的结构不会阻碍人员通行。
根据各种冷箱压缩机7可能的实际位置,设计肘板3的尺寸与位置。为保证肘板3与导轨架8连接位置有足够的强度和刚度,增加肘板面板4与肘板3前端连接。将肘板3与平台面板2连接,使得连接后的平台1与肘板3的总宽度H与垂直桁材5的宽度一致。在设置舱壁垂直桁材5的位置,肘板3要额外与垂直桁材5连接。
虽然以上描述了本申请的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这仅是举例说明,本申请的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本申请的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本申请的保护范围。

  1. 一种适用于冷藏集装箱船的组合式舱壁平台结构,其中,包括一平台、一平台面板、多个肘板、多个导轨架和多个垂直桁材;所述平台面板垂直连接于所述平台的外侧,所述平台面板的一部分位于所述平台下方,所述平台面板顶部凸出所述平台表面;所述肘板间隔连接于所述平台的外侧并连接所述平台面板;所述导轨架通过所述肘板间隔连接于所述平台的外侧;所述垂直桁材间隔垂直设置于所述平台上,所述肘板与相邻所述垂直桁材连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的适用于冷藏集装箱船的组合式舱壁平台结构,其中,还包括多个肘板面板,所述肘板面板垂直连接于所述肘板邻近所述导轨架的一端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的适用于冷藏集装箱船的组合式舱壁平台结构,其中,所述平台与所述肘板的总宽度与所述垂直桁材的宽度一致。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的适用于冷藏集装箱船的组合式舱壁平台结构,其中,还包括多个舾装格栅,所述舾装格栅安装于相邻两所述肘板之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的适用于冷藏集装箱船的组合式舱壁平台结构,其中,还包括多个加强板,所述加强板连接于所述肘板面板、所述肘板和所述平台面板之间以及所述平台与所述平台面板之间。
