在一个优选实施例中,汽车空调发出第一指令和第四指令的同时,还控制汽车空调发出第二指令,联动家用空调的报警功能启动,提醒家庭成员,驾驶员正在酒后驾车,采取相应的处理措施,避免发生危险。本实施例关于汽车空调是否发出第二指令不做具体限定,可根据实际情况进行限定。
进一步地,还控制汽车空调调整车内环境,为用户提供舒适的环境。本实施例中,关于是否控制汽车空调调整车内环境不做具体限定,可以根据实际情况进行设定。
本实施例的这种控制方法,驾驶员在第一预设时间以一定的速度可处理紧急事件,限制汽车的启动时长,避免因酒后驾驶出现危险,进而提高驾驶员的出行安全。
本实施例中,第一预设时长可以是5分钟,也可以是10分钟,不做具体限定,可根据实际情况进行限定。
在当前酒精浓度大于等于第四预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调发出第三指令和控制汽车空调发出第二指令,以及,和/或控制汽车空调发出第五指令,和/或控制汽车空调调整车内环境。
在一个实施例中,捕捉驾驶员当前酒精浓度为90mg/100ml,大于第四预设酒精浓度80mg/100ml,此时驾驶员属于醉酒驾驶,及其危险,控制汽车空调发出第三指令,使汽车处于怠速状态,即汽车不对外输出功率,阻止驾驶员驾驶汽车;进一步地,控制汽车空调发出第二指令,联动家用空调的报警功能启动,提醒家庭成员,驾驶员正在醉酒驾驶,及其危险,家庭成员可根据具体情况采取相应的措施,避免驾驶员出现危险。
在一个优选实施例中,控制汽车空调发出第三指令和第二指令的同时,控制汽车空调发出第五指令,控制汽车空调向目标设备发送警报信息,其中警报信息包括驾驶员的位置,驾驶员的当前酒精浓度,目标用户收到警报信息后,可根据警报信息采取相应的措施,确保驾驶员的安全,避免目标用户错过家用空调的报警,耽误处理时间而出现危险,进而提高驾驶员的出行安全。
进一步地,本实施还控制汽车空调调整车内环境,为驾驶员提供舒适的环境,如,控制汽车空调的自动模式启动,即根据车内外温度差自动启动制冷模式或者制热模式,或者汽车空调为外循环进风模式等,为驾驶员提供舒适的环境,减缓驾驶员醉酒后的不适。
本实施例在当前酒精浓度大于等于第四预设酒精浓度的情况下,通过控制汽车空调控制汽车怠速,防止驾驶员醉酒驾驶;同时控制汽车空调联动家用空调的报警功能启动,和控制汽车空调发出第五指令中的至少一种提醒家庭成员驾驶员正在酒后驾驶,及时处理;本实施例中关于是否以及控制汽车空调调整车内环境不做具体限定,可根据实际情况进行限定。
在上述实施例的基础上,在当前酒精浓度大于等于第二预设酒精浓度,且小于第三预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调发出第一指令包括:汽车在第一条件下行驶,控制汽车空调发出一级指令,一级指令用于控制汽车以小于等于第一预设速度行驶;汽车在第二条件下行驶,控制汽车空调发出二级指令,二级指令用于控制汽车以小于等于第二预设速度行驶;汽车在第三条件下行驶,控制汽车空调发出三级指令,三级指令用于控制汽 车以小于等于第三预设速度行驶;其中第一预设速度小于第二预设速度,第二预设速度小于第三预设速度。
在驾驶员的当前酒精浓度大于等于第二预设酒精浓度,且小于第三预设酒精浓度的情况下,驾驶员体内含有酒精但是属于非醉酒驾驶,汽车空调允许驾车,但是控制汽车空调发出第一指令限制汽车行驶速度,其中第一指令包括一级指令,二级指令以及三级指令,其中,一级指令用于控制汽车以小于等于第一预设速度运行,二级指令用于控制汽车以小于等于第二预设速度运行,三级指令用于控制汽车以小于等于第三预设速度运行。
汽车在城区(第一条件下)行驶,控制汽车空调发出一级指令,控制汽车的行驶速度小于等于40公里/小时(第一预设速度);汽车在非城区(第二条件下)行驶,控制汽车空调发出二级指令,控制汽车的行驶速度小于等于60公里/小时(第二预设速度);汽车在国道或者高速(第三条件下)行驶,控制汽车空调发出三级指令,控制汽车的行驶速度小于等于80公里/小时(第三预设速度)。本实施例根据不同的驾驶条件,控制汽车空调发出不同指令,限制汽车的行驶速度,避免驾驶员行驶速度过快出现危险,提高用户的出行安全。
在上述实施例的基础上,在当前酒精浓度大于等于第二预设酒精浓度,且小于第三预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调调整车内环境具体包括:控制汽车空调以小于等于第一预设温度运行。
具体的,在驾驶员的当前酒精浓度大于等于第二预设酒精浓度,且小于第三预设酒精浓度的情况下,驾驶员属于非醉酒驾驶,控制汽车空调以小于等于第一预设温度运行,如第一预设温度为25℃,控制汽车空调以小于等于25℃运行,为用户提供一个舒适的环境,且可避免温度过高,驾驶员出现犯困,发生危险。
在上述实施例的基础上,在当前酒精浓度大于等于第三预设酒精浓度,且小于第四预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调发出第一指令包括:控制汽车空调发出四级指令,四级指令用于控制汽车以小于等于第四预设速度行驶,其中第四预设速度小于第一预设速度。
在当前酒精浓度大于等于第三预设酒精浓度,且小于第四预设酒精浓度的情况下,此时为酒后驾驶,控制汽车空调发出第一指令,其中第一指 令还包括四级指令,四级指令用于控制汽车以小于等于第四预设速度行驶,如第四预设车速为20公里/小时,防止紧急情况下挪车避让应急事件;进一步地,驾驶员可以20公里/小时的速度,驾驶汽车启动第一预设时间处理紧急情况,避免出现危险。
在上述实施例的基础上,本实施例控制汽车空调发出第二指令具体包括:第二指令用于控制家用空调的语音功能启动,和/或,控制家用空调的光照功能启动。
本实施例中控制汽车空调发出第二指令,第二指令用于控制家用空调的报警功能启动,如控制家用空调的语音功能启动,提醒家庭成员,驾驶员正在酒后驾驶,及时采取相应措施,避免驾驶员出现危险;同时控制家用空调的光照功能启动,控制家用空调发出强光,引起家庭成员的注意,并根据实际情况采取相应的措施。
本实施例中还可以单独控制家用空调的语音功能启动或者控制家用空调的光照功能启动。
另外,本实施例中关于控制家用空调的报警功能启动不仅限于控制家用空调的语音功能启动,和/或光照功能启动,还可以是其它报警功能如字幕弹窗等,可实现提醒功能即可。
在上述实施例的基础上,本实施例提供的汽车空调控制方法还包括:在连续一段时长内,间隔第二预设时长获取驾驶员的当前酒精浓度;在一个或多个当前酒精浓度大于等于第二预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调发出第六指令;在多个当前酒精浓度均小于第二预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调关闭防酒驾动作。
在一个实施例中,在驾驶员的当前的酒精浓度大于等于第二预设酒精浓度,且小于第三预设酒精浓度的情况下,驾驶员属于非酒后驾驶,在连续十二分钟内,间隔四分钟重新获取驾驶员的当前酒精浓度,在多个当前酒精浓度均小于第二预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调关闭防酒驾动作,驾驶员可根据需求驾驶汽车行驶。
在另一个实施例中,在驾驶员的当前的酒精浓度大于等于第三预设酒精浓度,且小于第四预设酒精浓度的情况下,驾驶员属于酒后驾驶,在连续六分钟内,间隔两分钟重新获取驾驶员的当前酒精浓度,在多个当前酒 精浓度均小于第二预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调关闭防酒驾动作,驾驶员可根据需求驾驶汽车行驶;在多个当前酒精浓度中有一个或多个当前酒精浓度大于第二预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调发出第六指令,控制汽车空调发送报警信息至交警设备,报警信息包括驾驶员的位置以及当前酒精浓度,提醒交警人员尽快到现场处理,避免发生危险。
在又一个实施例中,在驾驶员的当前酒精浓度大于等于第四预设酒精浓度的情况下,驾驶员属于醉酒驾驶,在连续五分钟内,间隔一分钟重新获取驾驶员的当前酒精浓度,在多个当前酒精浓度均小于第二预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调关闭防酒驾动作;在多个当前驾驶员的当前酒精浓度中有一个或多个当前酒精浓度大于等于第二预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调向交警设备发送报警信息,提醒交警尽快去现场处理,避免发生危险,进而提高用户出行的安全性。
本实施例中,关于连续一段时长以及第二预设时长不做具体限定,可根据实际情况进行设定,不同情况下的连续一段时长和第二预设时长可以是相同的也可以是不同的。
可以理解的是,在汽车停车或者怠速,且汽车空调启动的情况下,用户长时间在车内停留,会存在一定的危险,特别是在饮酒后,严重会造成一氧化碳中毒。
基于此,本实施例提供的汽车空调控制方法还包括:在汽车停车或怠速,且汽车空调启动的情况下,获取车内当前温度;根据用户在车内的停留时间以及车内当前温度,控制汽车空调的防滞留模式启动。
进一步地,根据用户在车内的停留时长以及车内当前温度,控制汽车空调的防滞留模式启动具体包括:在车内当前温度大于等于第二预设温度,且小于等于第三预设温度的情况下,控制汽车空调发出第七指令,所述第七指令用于控制车窗开启;在车内当前温度大于等于第三预设温度,且停留时间大于等于第三预设时长的情况下,控制汽车空调发出第七指令和控制汽车空调发出第八指令,第八指令用于联动家用空调的报警功能启动,以及和/或控制汽车空调发出第九指令,第九指令用于发送警报信息至目标设备,和/或控制汽车空调调整室内环境。
在一个实施例中,在汽车停车或者怠速,且汽车空调启动的情况下, 获取车内的温度,车内温度为38℃,大于第二预设温度(35℃),但小于第三预设温度(40℃),控制汽车空调发出第七指令,控制车窗开启,可以控制车窗开启1/5,也可以控制车窗开启1/2,不做具体限定,根据实际需求设定。
在另一个实施例中,车内温度为42℃,大于等于第三预设温度(40℃),且用户在车内的停留时间40分钟,大于等于第三预设时长(30分钟)的情况下,控制汽车空调发出第七指令,控制车窗开启,可以全部打开;同时控制汽车空调发出第八指令,联动家用空调的报警功能启动提醒家庭成员用户的具体位置、车内当前温度以及在车内停留时间,提醒家庭成员及时处理,避免用户在车内滞留过久发生危险或者酒后一氧化碳中毒。
本实施例还控制汽车空调发出第九指令,控制汽车空调将用户当前位置、车内当前温度以及用户在车内停留时间发送至目标设备,目标用户收到提醒后可根据实际情况进行处理,避免发生危险。本实施例还可以控制汽车空调发出第九指令,可避免错过家用空调报警功能启动的提醒,避免发生危险。
进一步地,本实施例还可以控制汽车空调调整车内环境,如开启汽车空调的制冷模式,加快降低车内的温度,改善用户的舒适度。
本实施例中在车内温度大于等于第三预设温度,且用户在车内的停留时间大于等于第三预设时长的情况下,控制汽车空调发出第七指令,控制汽车空调发出第八指令或者发出第九指令中的至少一种,可实现提醒功能避免发生危险即可;关于是否控制汽车空调调整车内环境不做具体限定,可根据实际情况进行限定。
下面对本申请提供的汽车空调控制装置进行描述,下文描述的汽车空调控制装置与上文描述的汽车空调控制方法可相互对应参照。
本实施例还提供一种汽车空调控制装置,该运行汽车空调控制装置包括:获取模块:用于获取主驾驶预设范围内的酒精浓度;还用于在酒精浓度大于等于第一预设酒精浓度的情况下,获取驾驶员的当前酒精浓度;控制模块:用于在当前酒精浓度大于等于第二预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调执行防酒驾动作;其中第二预设酒精浓度大于等于第一预设酒精浓度。
本实施例还提供一种汽车空调系统,包括上述实施例中的汽车空调控制装置,还包括酒精浓度检测装置、动作捕捉识别设备以及温度检测装置,其中,酒精浓度检测装置用于检测车内驾驶员附近的酒精浓度;动作捕捉识别设备用于和酒精浓度检测设备匹配检测驾驶员的当前酒精浓度;温度检测设备用于检测车内当前温度。
图3示例了一种电子设备的实体结构示意图,如图3所示,该电子设备可以包括:处理器(processor)310、通信接口(Communications Interface)320、存储器(memory)330和通信总线340,其中,处理器310,通信接口320,存储器330通过通信总线340完成相互间的通信。处理器310可以调用存储器330中的逻辑指令,以执行汽车空调控制方法,该方法包括:获取主驾驶预设范围内的酒精浓度;在酒精浓度大于等于第一预设酒精浓度的情况下,获取驾驶员的当前酒精浓度;在当前酒精浓度大于等于第二预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调执行防酒驾动作;其中第二预设酒精浓度大于等于第一预设酒精浓度。
此外,上述的存储器330中的逻辑指令可以通过软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
另一方面,本申请还提供一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,计算机能够执行上述各方法所提供的汽车空调控制方法,该方法包括:获取主驾驶预设范围内的酒精浓度;在酒精浓度大于等于第一预设酒精浓度的情况下,获取驾驶员的当前酒精浓度;在当前酒精浓度大于等于第二预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调执行防酒驾动作;其中第二预设酒精浓度大于等于第一预设 酒精浓度。
又一方面,本申请还提供一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现以执行上述各提供的汽车空调控制方法,该方法包括:获取主驾驶预设范围内的酒精浓度;在酒精浓度大于等于第一预设酒精浓度的情况下,获取驾驶员的当前酒精浓度;在当前酒精浓度大于等于第二预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调执行防酒驾动作;其中第二预设酒精浓度大于等于第一预设酒精浓度。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种汽车空调控制方法,包括:
    获取主驾驶预设范围内的酒精浓度;
    在所述酒精浓度大于等于第一预设酒精浓度的情况下,获取驾驶员的当前酒精浓度;
    在所述当前酒精浓度大于等于第二预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调执行防酒驾动作;其中所述第二预设酒精浓度大于等于所述第一预设酒精浓度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车空调控制方法,其中,所述防酒驾动作包括:控制汽车空调调整车内环境;控制汽车空调发出第一指令,所述第一指令用于控制汽车的行驶速度;控制汽车空调发出第二指令,所述第二指令用于联动家用空调的报警功能启动;控制汽车空调发出第三指令,所述第三指令用于控制汽车怠速;控制汽车空调发出第四指令,所述第四指令用于控制汽车启动第一预设时长后关闭;控制汽车空调发出第五指令,所述第五指令用于发送警报信息至目标设备;控制汽车空调发出第六指令,所述第六指令用于发送报警信息至交警设备。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车空调控制方法,其中,在所述当前酒精浓度大于等于第二预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调执行防酒驾动作包括:
    在所述当前酒精浓度大于等于所述第二预设酒精浓度,且小于第三预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调发出第一指令,和/或,控制汽车空调调整车内环境;
    在所述当前酒精浓度大于等于所述第三预设酒精浓度,且小于第四预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调发出第一指令和控制汽车空调发出第四指令,以及,和/或控制汽车空调发出第二指令,和/或控制汽车空调调整车内环境;
    在所述当前酒精浓度大于等于所述第四预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调发出第三指令和控制汽车空调发出第二指令,以及,和/或控制汽车空调发出第五指令,和/或控制汽车空调调整车内环境。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的汽车空调控制方法,其中,在所述当前酒精 浓度大于等于所述第二预设酒精浓度,且小于第三预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调发出第一指令包括:
    汽车在第一条件下行驶,控制汽车空调发出一级指令,所述一级指令用于控制汽车以小于等于第一预设速度行驶;
    汽车在第二条件下行驶,控制汽车空调发出二级指令,所述二级指令用于控制汽车以小于等于第二预设速度行驶;
    汽车在第三条件下行驶,控制汽车空调发出三级指令,所述三级指令用于控制汽车以小于等于第三预设速度行驶;
    其中所述第一预设速度小于所述第二预设速度,所述第二预设速度小于所述第三预设速度。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的汽车空调控制方法,其中,在所述当前酒精浓度大于等于所述第二预设酒精浓度,且小于第三预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调调整车内环境具体包括:控制汽车空调以小于等于第一预设温度运行。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的汽车空调控制方法,其中,在所述当前酒精浓度大于等于所述第三预设酒精浓度,且小于第四预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调发出第一指令包括:控制汽车空调发出四级指令,所述四级指令用于控制汽车以小于等于第四预设速度行驶,其中所述第四预设速度小于所述第一预设速度。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车空调控制方法,其中,控制汽车空调发出第二指令具体包括:所述第二指令用于控制家用空调的语音功能启动,和/或,控制家用空调的光照功能启动。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的汽车空调控制方法,还包括:
    在连续一段时长内,间隔第二预设时长获取驾驶员的当前酒精浓度;
    在一个或多个所述当前酒精浓度大于等于所述第二预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调发出第六指令;
    在多个所述当前酒精浓度均小于所述第二预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调关闭防酒驾动作。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车空调控制方法,其中,汽车空调控制方法还包括:
    在汽车停车或怠速,且汽车空调启动的情况下,获取车内当前温度;
    根据用户在车内的停留时间以及所述车内当前温度,控制汽车空调的防滞留模式启动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的汽车空调控制方法,其中,根据用户在车内的停留时长以及所述车内当前温度,控制汽车空调的防滞留模式启动具体包括:
    在所述车内当前温度大于等于第二预设温度,且小于等于第三预设温度的情况下,控制汽车空调发出第七指令,所述第七指令用于控制车窗开启;
    在所述车内当前温度大于等于所述第三预设温度,且所述停留时间大于等于第三预设时长的情况下,控制汽车空调发出第七指令和控制汽车空调发出第八指令,所述第八指令用于联动家用空调的报警功能启动,以及和/或控制汽车空调发出第九指令,所述第九指令用于发送警报信息至目标设备,和/或控制汽车空调调整车内环境。
  11. 一种汽车空调控制装置,包括:
    获取模块:用于获取主驾驶预设范围内的酒精浓度;还用于在所述酒精浓度大于等于第一预设酒精浓度的情况下,获取驾驶员的当前酒精浓度;
    控制模块:用于在所述当前酒精浓度大于等于第二预设酒精浓度的情况下,控制汽车空调执行防酒驾动作;其中所述第二预设酒精浓度大于等于所述第一预设酒精浓度。
  12. 一种汽车空调系统,包括权利要求11所述的汽车空调控制装置。
