Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'ouverture/fermeture de couvercle (1) et un extracteur d'acide nucléique. Le dispositif d'ouverture/fermeture de couvercle (1) comprend : un cadre de montage (10), un mécanisme de serrage (20), et au moins deux mécanismes rotatifs d'ouverture de couvercle (30) ; le mécanisme de serrage (20) comprend une base (21), un siège flottant (22), de multiples éléments élastiques (23), et un ensemble de serrage (24) ; la base (21) est disposée sur le cadre de montage (10) ; le siège flottant (22) est relié à la base (21) ; chaque élément élastique (23) est en butée contre le siège flottant (22) et la base (21) et relié entre ceux-ci ; l'ensemble de serrage (24) est disposé sur le siège flottant (22), et présente au moins deux positions de serrage utilisées pour serrer un tube d'échantillon (a) ; lesdits mécanismes rotatifs d'ouverture de couvercle (30) sont disposés sur le cadre de montage (10), et sont disposés dans une première direction de manière biunivoque avec lesdites positions de serrage ; et chaque mécanisme rotatif d'ouverture de couvercle (30) est utilisé pour serrer un couvercle de tube (b) du tube d'échantillon (a) à la position de serrage correspondante et tourner.
