Abstract
黒く、ツヤ(光沢感)があり、安定性に優れた黒色固形状外用組成物を提供することを目的とする。(1)粒子径0.05~0.9μmの炭を0.02~10質量%、(2)脂肪酸及びその重合体からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を、前記炭1質量部あたり0.1質量部以上、(3)液状油、及び(4)融点40~120℃の固形油を含有する、黒色固形状外用組成物。
Description
黒色固形状外用組成物に関する。
今日、クレンジング剤、洗顔剤、リップリーム等の様々な外用組成物が販売されており、多数存在する製品の中から好みの製品を選択する上で、その効果だけでなく見た目等も重要な要素となっている。例えば、クレンジング剤や洗顔剤は、皮脂やほこりによる汚れ、肌に付着したメイクアップ化粧料等を効果的に除去する上で有用であり、固形状や液状のクレンジング剤、洗顔剤が多数知られている。一例として、(A)融点が60~120℃である炭化水素油を化粧料全量中に5~15質量%、(B)エステル油を液状油全量に対して35質量%以上含有する液状油、及び(C)HLB値が5~13のノニオン性界面活性剤を化粧料全量中に5~30質量%含有する固形状油性クレンジング化粧料が報告されており、該クレンジング化粧料はたれ落ちがなく、メイクアップ化粧料となじみ性が良く、汚れ落ち等に優れていることが開示されている(特許文献1)。
このように様々な外用組成物が知られているなかで、本開示は、黒く、ツヤ(光沢感)があり、安定性に優れた黒色固形状外用組成物を提供することを目的とする。
本発明者らは、前記課題を解決するために鋭意検討を重ねたところ、(1)粒子径0.05~0.9μmの炭を0.02~10質量%、(2)脂肪酸及びその重合体からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を、前記炭1質量部あたり0.1質量部以上、(3)液状油、ならびに(4)融点40~120℃の固形油を配合することにより、黒さが濃く、ツヤ(光沢感)があり、安定性に優れた固形状外用組成物が得られることを見出した。本発明は、かかる知見に基づいて更に検討を重ねることにより完成されたものである。すなわち、本開示は、次に掲げる発明を包含する。
項1.(1)粒子径0.05~0.9μmの炭を0.02~10質量%、(2)脂肪酸及びその重合体からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を、前記炭1質量部あたり0.1質量部以上、(3)液状油、ならびに(4)融点40~120℃の固形油を含有する、黒色固形状外用組成物。
項2.分光色差計で測定したCIELAB表色系でのL値が35以下であることを特徴とする項1に記載の黒色固形状外用組成物。

前記(1)~(4)を配合することにより、黒さが濃く、ツヤ(光沢感)があり、安定性に優れた固形状外用組成物を提供することができる。
以下、本開示に包含される実施形態について更に詳細に説明する。
本開示は、(1)粒子径0.05~0.9μmの炭を0.02~10質量%、(2)脂肪酸及びその重合体からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を、前記炭1質量部あたり0.1質量部以上、(3)液状油、ならびに(4)融点40~120℃の固形油を含有する、黒色固形状外用組成物を包含する。
本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物は、(1)粒子径0.05~0.9μmの炭を0.02~10質量%含有する。該組成物は、この限りにおいて制限されないが、炭として、好ましくは活性炭、薬用炭、竹炭、木炭等が例示され、より好ましくは活性炭、薬用炭等が例示される。これらは1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。
炭の粒子径もこの限りにおいて制限されないが、好ましくは、0.08~0.8μm、より好ましくは0.1~0.7μm等が例示される。このように、該炭は非常に小さい粒子径を有する粉末状の炭である。これらは1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。なお、本開示において粒子径の値は体積平均粒子径に基づく値であり、レーザー回折・散乱法により測定される値である。より具体的には、レーザー回折式粒度分布測定装置を使用して湿式粒度分布測定により測定される値であり、また、一次粒子径を示すものではない。
本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物中、粒子径0.05~0.9μmの炭の含有量は0.02~10質量%である限り制限されず、好ましくは0.03~5質量%、更に好ましくは0.07~2質量%が例示される。
本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物は、(2)脂肪酸及びその重合体からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種(以下、「脂肪酸等」と称する場合がある)を、前記炭(粒子径0.05~0.9μmの炭)1質量部あたり0.1質量部以上含有する。脂肪酸の炭素数は制限されないが、好ましくは14~20、より好ましくは16~18等が例示される。脂肪酸は直鎖状、分岐鎖状を問わず、また、飽和、不飽和を問わない。不飽和脂肪酸の場合、炭素間の二重結合数は制限されず、例えば1~4、好ましく1~3、より好ましくは1または2が例示される。脂肪酸は、ヒドロキシル基等の置換基を有するものであってもよく、このような脂肪酸の例としてヒドロキシ脂肪酸が挙げられ、その一例としてヒドロキシステアリン酸等が挙げられる。脂肪酸の重合体は、これらのいずれの脂肪酸の重合体であってもよい。その重合度も本開示の効果が得られる限り制限されず、好ましくは重合度(平均重合度)が1~10、より好ましくは2~8が例示される。
この限りにおいて本開示を制限するものではないが、脂肪酸、その重合体として、好ましくはパルミチン酸、ステアリン酸、イソステアリン酸、オレイン酸、ヒドロキシステアリン酸、ポリヒドロキシステアリン酸等が例示される。脂肪酸及びその重合体は1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。本開示を制限するものではないが、これらは商業的に入手可能であり、例えばNAA-142、NAA-173K、NAA-160(日油株式会社)、イソステアリン酸EX(高級アルコール工業株式会社)、オレイン酸 D-100(新日本理化株式会社)、12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸(伊藤製油株式会社)、HSオリゴマー 600(日光ケミカルズ株式会社)等が挙げられる。
本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物中、脂肪酸及びその重合体からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の含有量は、前記炭(粒子径0.05~0.9μmの炭)1質量部あたり0.1質量部以上であれば制限されず、好ましくは0.15~20質量部、更に好ましくは0.15~10質量部、特に好ましくは0.15~5質量部、特により好ましくは0.15~2質量部が例示される。
本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物は(3)液状油を含有する。本開示において液状油は、常温(25℃)で液状の油を意味する。該液状油として、本開示の効果が得られる限り制限されないが、エステル油、炭化水素油、動植物油、シリコーン油、高級アルコール等が例示され、好ましくはエステル油、動植物油、炭化水素油が例示される。これらは1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。
このような液状油として、本開示を制限するものではないが、パルミチン酸エチルヘキシル、イソパルミチン酸エチルヘキシル、パルミチン酸イソプロピル、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、トリ(カプリル酸/カプリン酸)グリセリル、エチルヘキサン酸セチル、イソノナン酸イソトリデシル、トリエチルヘキサノイン、テトラエチルヘキサン酸ペンタエリスチル、ミリスチン酸オクチルドデシル、リンゴ酸ジイソステアリル、トリエチルヘキサノイン、シクロヘキサン-1,4-ジカルボン酸ビスエトキシジグリコール等のエステル油;ミネラルオイル、ウンデカン、ドデカン、トリデカン、流動パラフィン、流動イソパラフィン、スクワラン、α-オレフィンオリゴマーポリブデン、ワセリン等の炭化水素油;オリーブ油、ヒマシ油、アボカド油、サフラワー油、大豆油、ツバキ油、トウモロコシ油、ナタネ油、コメヌカ油、パーム油、ヒマワリ油、綿実油、ミンク油等の動植物油;ジメチルポリシロキサン、ジメチコン等のシリコーン油(鎖状シリコーン、環状シリコーン、変性シリコーン等);ラウリルアルコール、オレイルアルコール、イソステアリルアルコール等の高級アルコール等が例示される。これらは1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。
本開示を制限するものではないが、液状油として、好ましくは、エステル油及び炭化水素油からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種以上、または、エステル油、炭化水素油及び動植物油からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種以上が含有されることが例示される。また、更に好ましくは、本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物が、エチルヘキサン酸セチル、ドデカン、パルミチン酸エチルヘキシル、イソパルミチン酸エチルヘキシル、パルミチン酸イソプロピル、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、トリ(カプリル酸/カプリン酸)グリセリル、イソノナン酸イソトリデシル、トリエチルヘキサノイン、テトラエチルヘキサン酸ペンタエリスチル、ミリスチン酸オクチルドデシル、トリエチルヘキサノインからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の液状油を含有することが好ましい。
本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物中、成分(3)の含有量は、本開示の効果が得られる限り制限されないが、該組成物中、好ましくは20~97質量%、より好ましくは30~95質量%、更に好ましくは50~90質量%が例示される。
また、本開示を制限するものではないが、一例として、成分(3)としてエステル油の含有量を、本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物中、17~97質量%としてもよく、より好ましくは28~95質量%、更に好ましくは48~90質量%としてもよい。また、本開示を制限するものではないが、一例として、本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物中、成分(3)の含有量が20~97質量%である場合、該エステル油の含有量は、該組成物中、17~97質量%であってもよく、より好ましい一例として、成分(3)の含有量が50~90質量%である場合、該エステル油の含有量は、該組成物中、48~90質量%であってもよく、前記数値範囲等を考慮して適宜設定してもよい。
本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物は、(4)融点40~120℃の固形油を含有する。該固形油は、この限りにおいて制限されないが、好ましくは融点50~100℃の固形油、更に好ましくは融点60~95℃の固形油、特に好ましくは融点65~90℃の固形油、更に特に好ましくは融点70~90℃の固形油が例示される。該成分(4)は、このように室温(25℃)で固体である。
該成分(4)として、本開示の効果が得られる限り制限されないが、パラフィンワックス、ポリエチレンワックス、エチレン・プロピレン共重合体、マイクロスリスタンワックス、セレシンワックス、フィッシャートロプシュワックス、オゾケライトワックス等の炭化水素系ワックス、キャンデリラロウ、ライスワックス、ミツロウ、カルナウバワックス、水添ホホバ油、硬化油、シリコーンワックス、高級アルコール等が例示される。これらは1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。
本開示を制限するものではないが、成分(4)は商業的に入手可能であり、例えばMULTI WAX X-445(ソネボン社)、PMWAX82、Hi-Mic-1070(日本精蝋株式会社)、CireWax80、CireWax90(Cirebelle Fine Chemicals Pty Ltd.)、マイクロポリ204(Micro Powders, Inc.)、Sasolwax C80(Sasol)、PERFORMALENE PL、PERFORMALENE 500、PERFORMALENE 655(NEW PHASE TECHNOLOGIES)、NJワックス(日興リカ株式会社)、NC-1630、精製カルナウバワックス(株式会社セラリカ)、ミツロウゴールデンブランド(三木化学工業株式会社)等が挙げられる。
本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物中、成分(4)の含有量は、本開示の効果が得られる限り制限されないが、該組成物中、好ましくは2~25質量%、より好ましくは3~15質量%、更に好ましくは4~10質量%が例示される。
本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物は、本開示の効果を妨げないことを限度として、薬学的または香粧学的に許容可能な任意の他の成分を更に含有してもよい。他の成分の一例として、従来公知のクレンジング剤、洗浄剤等の外用剤に使用可能な各種成分が挙げられる。該成分として、シリカ、界面活性剤(非イオン界面活性剤、カチオン性界面活性剤、アニオン性界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤等)、基剤、保湿成分、抗炎症成分、美白成分、香料、着色料、清涼化剤、酸化防止剤、防腐剤、増粘剤、乳化剤、pH調整剤、酵素、動物・植物抽出物等の天然抽出物、ビタミン等の有効成分等が例示される。これらは、目的等に応じて適宜選択すればよく、1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよく、その配合量も適宜決定すればよい。
この限りにおいて本開示を制限するものではないが、他の成分としてシリカを例示すると、シリカとして煙霧状シリカ等が例示される。本開示を制限するものではないが、煙霧状シリカについて説明すると、煙霧状シリカはフュームドシリカとも称される微細な非晶質のシリカであり、従来公知であり、ジメチルジクロロシラン処理、ヘキサメチルジシラザン処理等により疎水化処理されたシリカであってもよい。本開示において煙霧状シリカを配合する場合、本開示の効果を妨げない範囲で制限されないが、煙霧状シリカの粒子径として、好ましくは40nm以下、より好ましくは25nm以下、更に好ましくは3~15nmが例示される。煙霧状シリカは商業的に入手可能であり、例えば商品名アエロジル200(日本アエロジル)等が例示される。これらは1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。該粒子径は平均粒子径を意味し、粒子径は、商品名アエロジル200(日本アエロジル)における測定方法に従う。煙霧状シリカに関する粒子径は一次粒子の平均粒子径のことをいう。
本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物がシリカを含有する場合、本開示の効果を妨げない限り、その含有量は制限されないが、該組成物中、好ましくは0.05~10質量%、より好ましくは0.1~8質量%、更に好ましくは0.1~5質量%が例示される。
また、本開示を制限するものではないが、他の成分として界面活性剤を例示すると、界面活性剤として非イオン界面活性剤、カチオン性界面活性剤、アニオン性界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤等が例示される。本開示において、界面活性剤として好ましくは非イオン界面活性剤、アニオン性界面活性剤が例示され、より好ましくは非イオン界面活性剤が例示される。また、この限りにおいて制限されないが、界面活性剤として、好ましくはHLB値が5~13である界面活性剤が例示され、より好ましくはHLB値6~12が例示される。HLB(Hydrophile Lypophile Balance)値は、親水性と親油性のバランスを知る公知の指標であり、HLB値0~20のうち、HLB値が小さいほど親油性が強く、HLB値が大きいほど親水性が強いことを示す。本開示において、HLBは、通常、Griffin式に従う。これらはいずれも1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。
本開示を制限するものではないが、例えば非イオン界面活性剤について説明すると、非イオン界面活性剤として、ポリオキシエチレン脂肪酸グリセリル、ポリグリセリン、セスキオレイン酸ソルビタン等が例示される。
例えば、ポリオキシエチレン脂肪酸グリセリルを構成する脂肪酸として、本開示を制限するものではないが、好ましくは炭素数8~22の脂肪酸が例示され、より好ましくは炭素数10~20の脂肪酸が例示される。該脂肪酸は飽和脂肪酸であっても不飽和脂肪酸であってもよく、不飽和脂肪酸の場合、炭素間の二重結合数は制限されず、例えば1~4、好ましく1~3、より好ましくは1または2が例示される。また、該脂肪酸は直鎖状であっても分岐鎖状であってもよい。
ポリオキシエチレン脂肪酸グリセリルを構成する脂肪酸として、本開示を制限するものではないが、カプリル酸、カプリン酸、ラウリン酸、ミリスチン酸、パルミチン酸、パルミトレイン酸、ステアリン酸、イソステアリン酸、オレイン酸、リノール酸、リノレン酸、ベヘン酸等、また、これらの脂肪酸を含むヤシ油脂肪酸やパーム油脂肪酸といった天然の脂肪酸が例示される。これらは1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。
ポリオキシエチレン脂肪酸グリセリルを構成するポリオキシエチレンとして、本開示を制限するものではないが、エチレンオキシド(EO)の平均付加モル数が好ましくは5~60程度、より好ましくは10~40程度が例示される。また、ポリオキシエチレン脂肪酸グリセリルは、脂肪酸グリセリルにおける1~3のヒドロキシル基の少なくともいずれかがポリエチレングリコールとエーテル結合したものであればよい。
ポリオキシエチレン脂肪酸グリセリルとして、本開示を制限するものではないが、前述のエチレンオキシド(EO)の平均付加モル数を有する、ポリオキシエチレンイソステアリン酸グリセリル、ポリオキシエチレンイソオレイン酸グリセリル、ポリオキシエチレンジイソラウリン酸グリセリル等が好ましく例示され、トリイソステアリン酸PEG-10グリセリル、トリイソステアリン酸PEG-20グリセリル、トリイソステアリン酸PEG-10グリセリル、イソステアリン酸PEG-10グリセリル等がより好ましく例示される。本開示においてポリオキシエチレン脂肪酸グリセリルは、1種単独で使用してもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。
本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物が界面活性剤を含有する場合、本開示の効果を妨げない限り、その含有量は制限されないが、好ましくは1~30質量%、より好ましくは3~25質量%、更に好ましくは5~20質量%が例示される。
なお、前記(1)~(4)に記載する成分が、任意の他の成分にも該当する場合、本開示においては前記(1)~(4)に記載する成分は任意の他の成分には含まれない。従って、前記(1)~(4)に記載する成分の含有量は、任意の成分において示す含有量には含まれない。
本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物は、この限りにおいて制限されないが、好ましくは、炭粉を含有し、カーボンブラック、無機顔料(酸化鉄等)等の黒色顔料を含有しない。また、好ましくは、黒色成分として炭以外を実質的に含有しない。
本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物は、このように前記粒子径0.05~0.9μmの炭、前記(2)の脂肪酸等、前記液状油、及び前記(4)の固形油を含有する。
本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物は、この限りにおいて制限されないが、一実施形態として、前記(1)の炭、前記(2)の脂肪酸等、前記(3)の液状油、前記(4)の固形油及びシリカを含有する黒色固形状外用組成物が好ましく例示される。

本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物は、従来公知の方法に従い、前記(1)~(4)に記載する成分を前記含有量で、必要に応じて任意の他の成分も混合、固化して、製造することができる。(1)~(4)に記載する成分、他の成分の混合順は特に制限されない。
本開示を制限するものではないが、該製造方法として、前記(1)の炭と前記(2)の脂肪酸等を含む混合物と、前記(3)の液状油と、前記(4)の固形油とを混合して製造することが好ましく例示される。また、本開示を制限するものではないが、該製造方法として、前記(1)の炭と前記(2)の脂肪酸等と前記(3)の液状油を含む混合物と、前記(3)の液状油と、前記(4)の固形油とを混合して製造することが好ましく例示される。また、本開示を制限するものではないが、また、本開示を制限するものではないが、該製造方法として、前記(1)の炭と前記(2)の脂肪酸等と次の(3I)の液状油を含む混合物と、次の(3II)の液状油と、前記(4)の固形油とを混合して製造することが好ましく例示される。
(3I)の液状油として、エチルヘキサン酸セチル、ドデカン、パルミチン酸エチルヘキシル、イソパルミチン酸エチルヘキシル、パルミチン酸イソプロピル、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、トリ(カプリル酸/カプリン酸)グリセリル、イソノナン酸イソトリデシル、トリエチルヘキサノイン、テトラエチルヘキサン酸ペンタエリスチル、ミリスチン酸オクチルドデシル及びトリエチルヘキサノインからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種が例示される。
(3II)の液状油として、パルミチン酸エチルヘキシル、イソパルミチン酸エチルヘキシル、パルミチン酸イソプロピル、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、トリ(カプリル酸/カプリン酸)グリセリル、イソノナン酸イソトリデシル、トリエチルヘキサノイン、テトラエチルヘキサン酸ペンタエリスチル、ミリスチン酸オクチルドデシル及びトリエチルヘキサノインからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種が例示される。
これらにおいて、前記混合物と前記(3)の液状油と前記(4)の固形油との混合の順は制限されず、例えば、前記混合物と前記(3)の液状油とを混合したのちに前記(4)の固形油を混合してもよく、前記混合物と前記(4)の固形油とを混合したのちに前記(3)の液状油を混合してもよく、前記混合物と、前記(3)の液状油及び前記(4)の固形油を含む混合物とを混合してもよく、前記混合物と前記(3)の液状油と前記(4)の固形油とを同時に混合してもよい。例えば前記(3)の液状油の一例として前記(3I)や(3II)の液状油を用いる場合も同様に説明される。
また、本開示を制限するものではないが、前記(1)の炭と前記(2)の脂肪酸等と前記(3)の液状油を含む混合物(以下、混合物アと称する場合がある)と、前記(3)の液状油と、前記(4)の固形油とを混合する場合を例示して説明すると、混合物ア中、前記(1)の炭1質量部に対して、前記(2)の脂肪酸等が0.1~20量部含有することが好ましく例示され、より好ましくは0.15~10質量部、更に好ましくは0.15~5質量部、特に好ましくは0.15~2質量部が例示される。また、本開示を制限するものではないが、この場合、混合物ア中、前記(1)の炭1質量部に対して、前記(3)の液状油が0.4~40量部含有することが好ましく例示され、より好ましくは0.8~24質量部が例示される。
また、本開示を制限するものではないが、例えば、前記混合物アに配合される前記(3)の液状油の量は、本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物中0.05~5質量%となる量が好ましく例示され、より好ましくは0.1~3質量%、更に好ましくは0.2~1.5質量%が例示される。
これらにおいてより好ましくは、本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物に配合される前記(1)の炭の全量が該混合物アに配合されていることが例示される。また、該混合物アにおいて前記(3)の液状油として好ましくは前記(3I)の液状油が含まれることが例示される。また、該混合物アにおいて前記(3)の液状油として前記(3I)の液状油を含む場合、該混合物アと混合される前記(3)の液状油は特に制限されないが、より好ましくは前記(3II)の液状油を用いることが例示される。また、本開示を制限するものではないが、本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物に配合される前記(2)の脂肪酸等の全量及び/または前記(3I)の液状油の全量が、該混合物アに配合されていることが好ましく例示される。また、本開示を制限するものではないが、本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物の製造において、前記任意の他の成分はいずれの段階で配合してもよい。
本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物のpHは、皮膚等への外用剤として使用可能なpHを備えている限り、その値は制限されない。
本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物は、このように固形状であって、少なくとも室温(25℃)で流動性を示さない。
本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物によれば、黒く、ツヤ(光沢感)があり、安定性に優れた黒色固形状外用組成物を得ることができる。
本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物は黒色であり、灰色に近い黒といった薄い黒色ではない。この限りにおいて制限されないが、該組成物の黒色は、濃い黒色(黒さが濃い)であり、より好ましくは、分光色差計で測定したCIELAB表色系でのL値が35以下の黒色である。該黒色は、後述の実施例の通り、色差計(分光測色計CM-2600d、コニカミノルタジャパン株式会社製)を用いて、固形状外用組成物におけるSCI(Specular Component Include(正反射光を含む))とSCE(Specular Component Exclude(正反射光を除く))を測定して算出したSCIのL値(色差)に基づくものであり、該値が35以下である。これはJIS Z 8722(2009)条件に準拠する。
本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物はツヤ(光沢感)がある。この限りにおいて制限されないが、該ツヤ(光沢感)は、該組成物を目視でみた場合にその表面に光沢感があることをいい、好ましくは、後述の実施例の通り、色差計(前述と同じ)を用いて、SCIとSCEを測定し、SCIとSCEのそれぞれのL値の差から算出した値が2以上であり、より好ましくは2.5以上である。
また、本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物は良好な安定性を有している。本開示において安定性は、組成物中に存在する粒子の沈殿が抑制されていることをいう。この限りにおいて制限されないが、該安定性は、好ましくは、例えば後述の実施例の通り、前記成分を含む混合物50gを、85℃の湯せんで溶解し、該組成物の温度が80℃になったところで、100mLのガラス製のビーカーに該組成物を流し込み、室温(25℃)で3時間、放冷固化し、ビーカーの底に沈殿した炭の有無やその程度を目視で確認した場合に、ビーカー底面に炭の沈殿が認められないことをいう。
このように、本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物は、黒く、ツヤ(光沢感)があり、安定性に優れた黒色固形状外用組成物である。
なお、本開示を制限するものではないが、該黒色固形状外用組成物として、使い勝手の一層の向上の点から、更に特定の硬さ、掬いやすさ(取れ感)を備えた黒色固形状外用組成物がより好ましく例示される。この場合、該硬さとしては、好ましくは、後述の実施例の通り、レオメーター硬度(レオメーターで測定した時の硬度)が50~1100未満の範囲内にあることが好ましく例示され、より好ましくは100~1000、更に好ましくは150以上900未満が例示される。本開示においてレオメーター硬度は、レオメーター(FUDOH レオメーターRTC-3002D、株式会社レオック製)を用いて、平型10φ(直径)のアダプターを使用し、テーブルスピード30cm/min、侵入深度5mm、レンジ2k、測定温度25℃で測定した値である。また、掬いやすさ(取れ感)としては、好ましくは、後述の実施例の評価に従う評価において、その平均値で1.5以上3以下の掬いやすさを有することが例示され、より好ましくは2.3以上3以下の掬いやすさを有することが例示される。
本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物は、皮膚(頭皮、粘膜等を含む)に適用可能である範囲において制限されない。該外用組成物として、皮脂、汗、ほこり、毛穴の汚れ、ファンデーション、口紅、日焼け止め剤等をはじめとする皮膚の汚れを落とすために使用することができるクレンジング用組成物、洗浄用組成物等が好ましく例示され、より好ましくはクレンジング用組成物が例示される。
本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物は、従来公知の外用組成物と同様にして皮膚に適用すればよい。この限りにおいて制限されないが、一例として、該組成物の適量をそのままで、または必要に応じて水等の液体と接触させて、これを皮膚上で滑らせることにより使用すればよい。本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物の皮膚への適用量や使用回数は、特に制限されず、例えば、皮膚の汚れを落とすために使用される場合、従来公知のクレンジング剤等や洗浄剤と同様にして使用すればよい。また、該組成物は、皮膚への適用後、水で洗い流してもよく、また、洗い流さなくてもよく、コットン等を用いてふき取って使用されるものであってもよい。
以下、例を示して本開示をより詳細に説明するが、本開示はこれらに限定されない。
試験例1
1A.組成物の調製
次の表1に従い各成分を混合し、固形状外用組成物を調製した。具体的には次の手順で調製した。
1)表中のAの成分を約90℃に加熱しながら均一に混合して、混合物を得た。
2)表中のBの成分を混合して得た混合物を、前記1)で調製した混合物に添加し、90℃で均一に混合した。
3)このようにして得た混合物に、表中のCの成分を添加し、90℃で均一に混合した。
4)前記3)で得た混合物を、溶融状態のまま70℃でジャー容器に充填した後、放冷して、ジャー容器に収容した固形状外用組成物(実施例1-1及び1-2、比較例1-1及び1-2)を得た。
1A.組成物の調製
次の表1に従い各成分を混合し、固形状外用組成物を調製した。具体的には次の手順で調製した。
1)表中のAの成分を約90℃に加熱しながら均一に混合して、混合物を得た。
2)表中のBの成分を混合して得た混合物を、前記1)で調製した混合物に添加し、90℃で均一に混合した。
3)このようにして得た混合物に、表中のCの成分を添加し、90℃で均一に混合した。
4)前記3)で得た混合物を、溶融状態のまま70℃でジャー容器に充填した後、放冷して、ジャー容器に収容した固形状外用組成物(実施例1-1及び1-2、比較例1-1及び1-2)を得た。
1B.黒さ、ツヤ及び安定性の評価手順
前述のようにして得た各固形状外用組成物50gを、85℃の湯せんで溶解し、組成物温度が80℃になったところで、組成物1.5gを金皿に流し込み、室温(25℃)で3時間、放冷固化した。その後、色差計(分光測色計CM-2600d、コニカミノルタジャパン株式会社製)を用いて、黒さとツヤを評価した。色差計では、SCI(Specular Component Include(正反射光を含む))とSCE(Specular Component Exclude(正反射光を除く))を測定し、黒さはSCIのL値(色差)、ツヤはSCIとSCEのそれぞれのL値の差から算出した。評価は次の基準に従い行った。
前述のようにして得た各固形状外用組成物50gを、85℃の湯せんで溶解し、組成物温度が80℃になったところで、組成物1.5gを金皿に流し込み、室温(25℃)で3時間、放冷固化した。その後、色差計(分光測色計CM-2600d、コニカミノルタジャパン株式会社製)を用いて、黒さとツヤを評価した。色差計では、SCI(Specular Component Include(正反射光を含む))とSCE(Specular Component Exclude(正反射光を除く))を測定し、黒さはSCIのL値(色差)、ツヤはSCIとSCEのそれぞれのL値の差から算出した。評価は次の基準に従い行った。

前述のようにして得た各固形状外用組成物50gを、85℃の湯せんで溶解し、組成物の温度が80℃になったところで、100mLのガラス製のビーカーに組成物を流し込み、室温で3時間、放冷固化した。その後、ビーカーの底に沈殿した炭の有無を目視で確認した。評価は次の基準に従い行った。

表1に示す通り、粒子径0.2μmや0.5μmの炭を用いた場合(実施例1-1、1-2)、黒さ、ツヤ、安定性のいずれにおいても優れていた。これに対して、このような粒子径の小さい炭を用いず、粒子径7μmや40μmという大きい炭を用いた場合(比較例1-1、1-2)、驚くべきことに、黒さ、ツヤ、安定性のいずれにおいても良好な結果が得られなかった。このことから、実施例、比較例で用いた炭はいずれも黒色の点で共通するといえるが、粒子径0.2μmや0.5μmといった粒子径の小さい炭を配合することにより、黒さ、ツヤ、安定性の全ての点で優れた固形状外用組成物が得られることが分かった。また、粒径の小さい炭は、粒径の大きい炭と比較して均一に分散しにくく、また、沈殿しやすい傾向があるが、このように、安定性にすぐれた黒色固形状組成物が得られた。
本試験例では、調製した固形状外用組成物50gを湯せんで溶解し、次いで固化して評価を行っているが、該評価結果は実質的に固形状外用組成物における評価結果を示すものである。以下、同様である。

表2に示す成分を用いる以外は、前記試験例1と同様の手順にて各成分を混合し、ジャー容器に収容した固形状外用組成物(実施例2-1、比較例2-1及び2-2)を得た。

表2に示す通り、炭を用いた場合、黒さ、ツヤ、安定性のいずれにおいても優れていた。これに対して、炭に代えて、酸化鉄、カーボンブラックを用いた場合、黒さ、ツヤ、安定性のいずれにおいても炭を用いた場合の効果を下回り、良好な組成物が得られなかった。このことから、炭を用いることにより、黒さ、ツヤ、安定性のいずれにおいても良好な固形状外用組成物が得られることが分かった。
試験例3
3A.組成物の調製及び評価手順
次の表3に従い各成分を乳鉢を用いて十分に混合し、得られた混合物9gをガラス製のスクリュー管に入れ、均一になるように撹拌した。次いで、このようにして得た混合物(実施例3-1~3-6を室温で6時間静置し、炭の分離の様子を目視で評価した。なお、分離の評価は次の基準に従い行った。なお、スクリュー菅の底面の直径は約2cmであり、そこから3cmの高さまで前記混合物を充填した。
〇:炭が均一に分散されており分離がみられない
△:上部から1/3以上の層で炭が少ない部分がみられる(炭の沈降が認められる)
×:上部から1/3以上の層で炭がみられない(炭の沈降が一層認められる)

表3に示す通り、脂肪酸またはその重合体として、ポリヒドロキシステアリン酸を用いた場合、また、ポリヒドロキシステアリン酸に代えてヒドロキシステアリン酸、パルミチン酸、ステアリン酸、オレイン酸を用いた場合も、炭が均一に分散されており、炭を安定して分散できることが分かった(実施例3-1~3-6)。このことから、ポリヒドロキシステアリン酸以外の脂肪酸やその重合体を用いた場合も、炭を安定して分散できることが分かった。
なお、本試験例3において調製した混合物は、前記試験例1等の表に示すBの混合物に相当するともいえる。本発明者らが黒色固形状外用組成物について検討するにあたり、Bの混合物の安定性は、該組成物の安定性に比較的大きな影響を与えるといえることに気づいた。このことから、本開示の黒色固形状外用組成物において、Bの混合物の安定性が高いということは、黒色固形状外用組成物においても高い安定性が得られると判断できる。また、このような高い安定性は、該組成物中の成分の偏りも抑制されているともいえる。

表4に示す成分を用いる以外は、前記試験例1と同様の手順にて各成分を混合し、ジャー容器に収容した固形状外用組成物(実施例4-1~4-6、比較例4-1及び4-2)を得た。

表4に示す通り、組成物中、粒子径の小さい炭(粒子径0.2μm)の配合量が0.0125質量%以下の場合、黒さ、ツヤ、安定性の少なくとも2項目以上において、良好な結果が得られなかった(比較例4-1及び4-2)。これに対して、該炭の配合量を更に多くした場合は、黒さ、ツヤ、安定性のいずれにおいても優れていた(実施例4-1~4-6)。このことから、粒子径の小さい炭を一定の割合以上で配合することにより、黒さ、ツヤ、安定性のいずれにおいても良好な固形状外用組成物が得られることが分かった。

表5に示す成分を用いる以外は、前記試験例1と同様の手順にて各成分を混合し、ジャー容器に収容した固形状外用組成物(実施例5-1~5-4)を得た。

表5に示す通り、パルミチン酸エチルヘキシルとトリ(カプリル酸/カプリン酸)グリセリルとの配合量を変更した実施例5-1~5-4のいずれにおいても、黒さ、ツヤ、安定性が優れていた。
なお、試験例5では更に使用感についても確認したところ、いずれの組成物でも良好な使用感が得られた。具体的には、使用感は、専門パネラー5名により、前述の通り調製した組成物3gを取り、肌の上での組成物を指で滑らせて、伸ばしやすさと厚みについて下記の評価基準に従って評価した。その結果、いずれの組成物においても伸ばしやすさ、厚み共に○であった。該評価では伸ばしやすさの程度、厚みの程度についてパネラー間で予め照らし合わせて基準の統一化を図った。

3点:肌の上での伸びやすい
2点:肌の上でのやや伸ばしずらい
1点:肌の上での伸ばしずらい(過度の力をいれないと伸びない)
5名のパネラーの合計点から求めた平均値が、1~1.6未満の場合を×、1.6以上2.4未満の場合を△、2.4以上~3の場合を○とした。

2点:肌の上でのやや伸ばしずらい
1点:肌の上での伸ばしずらい(過度の力をいれないと伸びない)

1点:厚みを感じない(肌と指とがすれる感じがして、肌と指との間に組成物感を感じない)

6B.硬さ及び掬いやすさの評価手順
本試験例では、固形状外用組成物の硬さ及び掬いやすさを次の基準に従い評価した。

<硬さ>
前述のようにして得た固形状外用組成物50gを、85℃の湯せんで溶解し、固形状外用組成物の温度が80℃になったところで、固形状外用組成物8gを別のジャー容器に流し込み、室温(25℃)で12時間、放冷した。その後、硬度を測定した。硬度は、レオメーター(FUDOH レオメーター RTC-3002D、株式会社レオック製)を用いて、平型10φ(直径)のアダプターを使用し、テーブルスピード30cm/min、侵入深度5mm、レンジ2k、測定温度25℃で測定した(レオメーター硬度)。評価は次の基準に従い行った。
前述のようにして得た固形状外用組成物50gを、85℃の湯せんで溶解し、固形状外用組成物の温度が80℃になったところで、固形状外用組成物8gを別のジャー容器に流し込み、室温(25℃)で12時間、放冷した。その後、硬度を測定した。硬度は、レオメーター(FUDOH レオメーター RTC-3002D、株式会社レオック製)を用いて、平型10φ(直径)のアダプターを使用し、テーブルスピード30cm/min、侵入深度5mm、レンジ2k、測定温度25℃で測定した(レオメーター硬度)。評価は次の基準に従い行った。
〇:硬度が150以上900未満
△:硬度が50以上150未満、または900以上1100未満
×:硬度が50未満または1100以上
△:硬度が50以上150未満、または900以上1100未満
×:硬度が50未満または1100以上
<掬いやすさ>
専門パネラー5名により、前述の通り調製した固形状外用組成物3gをスパチュラを用いて1度に取り出す際のすくいやすさを、次の基準に従い評価した。

表6に示す通り、実施例6-1~6-3の固形状外用組成物は、硬度の評価結果がいずれも○であった。また、実施例6-1~6-3の固形状外用組成物はスパチュラで掬いやすく、良好な取れ感を備えていた。このように、実施例6-1~6-3の固形状外用組成物は、その表面が適度に硬い固形状であり、また、その内部も固形状であり且つ掬いやすいという点でも良好な固形状外用組成物であることが分かった。また、結果には示さないが、実施例6-1~6-3の黒色固形状外用組成物は所望の黒さ、ツヤ、安定性を備えていた。また、実施例6-1~6-3において粒子径が0.7μmの炭粉末に変更して試験を行った場合も、同様に、良好な硬度と取れ感を有する固形状外用組成物が得られた。また、この場合も、該組成物は所望の黒さ、ツヤ、安定性を有していた。

本試験例では、固形油の含有量を変更する以外は前記実施例6-1と同様にして、黒色固形状外用組成物を調製した(実施例7-1及び7-2)。硬さ及び掬いやすさを、試験例6と同様にして評価した。

表7に示す通り、固形油の含有量を変更した場合も、硬さと掬いやすさの点でも優れた黒色固形状外用組成物が得られた。また、結果には示さないが、実施例6-1と同様に、実施例7-1及び7-2の固形状外用組成物も所望の黒さ、ツヤ、安定性を備えていた。
また、前記試験例1、2及び4~7の実施例に記載する黒色固形状外用組成物は、クレンジング用組成物や洗浄用組成物として使用可能な組成ともいえ、結果には示さないが、クレンジング剤として使用したところ、皮脂、汗、ほこり、毛穴の汚れ、ファンデーション、口紅、日焼け止め剤等の汚れを十分に洗浄できた。
Claims (5)
- (1)粒子径0.05~0.9μmの炭を0.02~10質量%、
(2)脂肪酸及びその重合体からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を、前記炭1質量部あたり0.1質量部以上、
(3)液状油、ならびに
(4)融点40~120℃の固形油
を含有する、黒色固形状外用組成物。 - 分光色差計で測定したCIELAB表色系でのL値が35以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の黒色固形状外用組成物。
- 前記成分(2)に記載する脂肪酸の炭素数が14~20である、請求項1または2に記載の黒色固形状外用組成物。
- 前記成分(4)の含有量が2~25質量%である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の黒色固形状外用組成物。
- 前記成分(3)の含有量が20~97質量%である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の黒色固形状外用組成物。
