Description

一种胶料导开双工位装置
本申请要求在2021年10月28日提交中国专利局、申请号为202122614062.X的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及轮胎成型设备技术领域,例如涉及一种胶料导开双工位装置。
背景技术
相关技术中,轮胎成型机的上料方式有两种:
第一种:台车料卷为单工位,导致换料频繁,换料时触发其工位安全光幕,造成工位停止动作,输送架在等待换料的状态中,有缺料的现象,最终导致设备因等待换料停止运行。
第二种:台车料卷为双工位,优于单工位料卷台车,只需在导开工位切换料卷,换台车频率低于单工位料卷台车,但依然换料时触发其相关的工位安全光幕,造成工位停止动作,输送架在等待换料的状态中,有缺料的现象,最终导致设备因等待换料停止运行。
发明内容
本申请提供一种胶料导开双工位装置,提高设备运行效率,节省应换料造成设备停运的时间。
本申请提供一种胶料导开双工位装置,包括机架、安装在所述机架上的第一工位胎面输送架和第二工位胎面输送架、与所述第一工位胎面输送架进料端相对应的第一工位胎面台车、及与所述第二工位胎面输送架进料端相对应的第二工位胎面台车,所述第二工位胎面输送架位于所述第一工位胎面输送架的上方,所述第二工位胎面台车位于所述第一工位胎面台车的后方;
所述第一工位胎面输送架滑动设置在所述机架上,所述第一工位胎面输送架下方安装有驱动组件,所述第一工位胎面输送架与所述驱动组件传动连接,并被设置为在所述驱动组件带动下上下移动;
所述第二工位胎面输送架的进料端转动设置在所述机架上,且第二工位胎面输送架出料端经由连接架组件支承在所述第一工位胎面输送架上;
当所述第一工位胎面台车工作时,所述驱动组件带动所述第一工位胎面输送架向上滑动以与胎面主输送架相衔接,所述第二工位胎面输送架由进料至出料方向呈倾斜向上布置,以使操作工可进行第二工位胎面台车的预备上料;当所述第一工位胎面台车上料完毕,所述驱动组件带动所述第一工位胎面输送架向下滑动,所述第二工位胎面输送架与所述胎面主输送架相衔接并进入供料状态,以使操作工可进行第一工位胎面台车的预备上料。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对上述方案做说明。实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据具体厂家的条件做调整,未注明的实施条件通常为常规实验中的条件。
图1及图2,为本申请实施例的结构示意图,本申请提供一种胶料导开双工位装置,包括机架1、安装在机架1上的第一工位胎面输送架2和第二工位胎面输送架3、与第一工位胎面输送架2进料端相对应的第一工位胎面台车4、及与第二工位胎面输送架3进料端相对应的第二工位胎面台车5,第二工位胎面输送架3位于第一工位胎面输送架2的上方,第二工位胎面台车5位于第一工位胎面台车4的后方。第一工位胎面输送架2、第二工位胎面输送架3可与胎面主输送架6相衔接,以将第一工位胎面台车4、第二工位胎面台车5上的物料输送至胎面主输送架6上,完成物料的上料。第一工位胎面台车4和第二胎面台车5为胎面导开装置,分别用于将胎面料导开输送至第一工位胎面输送架2和第二工位胎面输送架3。
为了避免工位之间相互影响,提高生产效率,第一工位胎面输送架2滑动设置在机架1上,同时在第一工位胎面输送架2的下方安装有驱动组件,第一工位胎面输送架2与驱动组件传动连接并在驱动组件带动下上下移动。第二工位胎面输送架3的进料端转动设置在机架1上且出料端经由连接架组件支承在第一工位胎面输送架2上。
参见图5、及图6,当第一工位胎面台车4工作时,驱动组件带动第一工位胎面输送架2向上滑动以与胎面主输送架6相衔接,第二工位胎面输送架3由进料至出料方向呈倾斜向上布置,以使操作工可进行第二工位胎面台车5的预备上料;参见图3、及图4,当第一工位胎面台车4上料完毕,驱动组件带动第一工位胎面输送架2向下滑动,第二工位胎面输送架3与胎面主输送架6相衔接并进入供料状态,以使操作工可进行第一工位胎面台车4的预备上料。从而,当其中一个工位换料时不会影响另一个工位的运行,同时也减少设备因换料导致的停机时间,提高生产效率。
本例中,驱动组件包括布置在与第一工位胎面输送架2下方的两个驱动部件7,可选的,驱动部件7安装在机架1上,可采用相关技术中的气缸。
本实施例中,连接架组件包括在竖直方向上设置于第一工位胎面输送架2和第二工位胎面输送架3之间的两个连接支架8。该连接支架8上端铰接在第二工位胎面输送架3的下端,连接支架8的下端铰接在第一工位胎面输送架2上端。
为了方便连接支架8的安装,在第一工位胎面输送架2上端设有与连接支架8配合的第一铰接座2-1,第二工位胎面输送架3下端设有与连接支架8配合的第二铰接座3-1。
为了便于第二工位胎面输送架3与机架1的转动连接,第二工位胎面输送架3的进料端宽度方向上的两侧分别设有支撑轴3-2,该支撑轴3-2经由轴承座10支承在机架1上,从而,当驱动部件7带动第一工位胎面输送架2向上滑动后,第二工位胎面输送架3的进料端可沿机架1进行转动。
本实施例中,第一工位胎面输送架2和第二工位胎面输送架3宽度方向上的两侧分别经导轨组件与机架1滑动配合,可提高第一工位胎面输送架2、第二工位胎面输送架3与机架1滑动配合的稳定性。在一实施例中,导轨组件包括安装在机架1上且沿竖直方向布置的导轨9、安装在第一工位胎面输送架2上的第一滑块2-2、及安装在第二工位胎面输送架3上的第二滑块3-3,第一滑块2-2、第二滑块3-3分别与导轨9滑动连接。
在一个工位换料时不影响另一个工位的运行;当一个工位的料用完后,可自动切换到另一个工位继续运行,减少设备应换料造成的停运时间,提高生产效率。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种胶料导开双工位装置,包括:机架、安装在所述机架上的第一工位胎面输送架和第二工位胎面输送架、与所述第一工位胎面输送架进料端相对应的第一工位胎面台车、及与所述第二工位胎面输送架进料端相对应的第二工位胎面台车,所述第二工位胎面输送架位于所述第一工位胎面输送架的上方,所述第二工位胎面台车位于所述第一工位胎面台车的后方;
    所述第一工位胎面输送架滑动设置在所述机架上,所述第一工位胎面输送架下方安装有驱动组件,所述第一工位胎面输送架与所述驱动组件传动连接,并被设置为在所述驱动组件带动下上下移动;
    所述第二工位胎面输送架的进料端转动设置在所述机架上,且所述第二工位胎面输送架的出料端经由连接架组件支承在所述第一工位胎面输送架上;
    当所述第一工位胎面台车工作时,所述驱动组件带动所述第一工位胎面输送架向上滑动以与胎面主输送架相衔接,所述第二工位胎面输送架由进料至出料方向呈倾斜向上布置,以使操作工可进行第二工位胎面台车的预备上料;当所述第一工位胎面台车上料完毕,所述驱动组件带动所述第一工位胎面输送架向下滑动,所述第二工位胎面输送架与所述胎面主输送架相衔接并进入供料状态,以使操作工可进行第一工位胎面台车的预备上料。
