本发明的主要方案的滚筒洗衣机具备:箱状的箱体;外筒,配置于所述箱体内;以及横轴式滚筒,以能旋转的方式配置于所述外筒内。在此,在所述箱体的前表面部设有用于向所述滚筒内投入洗涤物的投入口。所述箱体的顶面部包括:第一面部,构成所述顶面部的前侧;第二面部,构成所述顶面部的后侧,其位置比所述第一面部的位置高;以及第三面部,从所述第一面部的后端立起并与所述第二面部的前端相连。在所述第一面部设有蓄留洗涤剂水的贮水筒,在所述贮水筒的上方配置有超声波洗净部,所述超声波洗净部使超声波作用于浸泡在所述贮水筒内的所述洗涤剂水中的洗涤物的局部来洗净该局部。所述超声波洗净部固定于所述顶面部,不突出至所述第二面部的上方。在所述箱体内,在形成于所述第二面部的正下方且所述第三面部的正后方的空间中,配置有向所述贮水筒内供给所述洗涤剂水的洗涤剂水供给部。
根据上述的结构,超声波洗净部和洗涤剂水供给部为隔着第三面部在前后方向上排列的配置结构,因此在超声波洗净部固定于箱体的顶面部且洗涤剂水供给部配置于箱体内的上部的情况下,能抑制滚筒洗衣机的高度尺寸增加。
而且,超声波洗净部不突出至第二面部的上方,而是收纳于第一面部的正上方的比第二面部低的空间中,因此能得到箱体的顶面部分的流畅的外观。
在本方案的滚筒洗衣机中,可以是,在所述第一面部的前缘部、右缘部以及左缘部,沿着这些缘部设有从所述第一面部立起的壁部。
根据上述的结构,贮水筒内的洗涤剂水即使漏出至第一面部,也能由壁部 阻拦,因此能防止洗涤剂水向机外漏出。
在本方案的滚筒洗衣机中,可以采用所述贮水筒向比所述第三面部靠后方处延伸的结构。在该情况下,可以是,在所述空间内配置有供水构件,所述供水构件将来自所述洗涤剂水供给部的所述洗涤剂水向所述贮水筒中的比所述第三面部靠后方的后侧部分放出。
根据上述的结构,放出至贮水筒内的洗涤剂水不易飞溅至第一面部中的贮水筒的周边部分。此外,供水构件不会出现在箱体外,因此使得箱体的顶面部分的外观更加流畅。
在本方案的滚筒洗衣机中,可以采用如下结构,即,还具备:运转控制部,执行洗净运转和洗涤运转,所述洗净运转是通过所述超声波洗净部来进行洗涤物的洗净的运转;以及操作部,接收用于开始所述洗净运转的开始操作。在该情况下,可以采用如下结构:当在洗涤运转下的脱水过程的执行中通过所述操作部接收到所述开始操作时,所述运转控制部不开始所述洗净运转。
在本方案的滚筒洗衣机中,可以采用如下结构,即,还具备:运转控制部,执行洗净运转和洗涤运转,所述洗净运转是通过所述超声波洗净部来进行洗涤物的洗净的运转。在该情况下,可以采用如下结构:在要开始所述洗涤运转下的脱水过程时正在进行所述洗净运转的情况下,所述运转控制部等到所述洗净运转结束再开始所述脱水过程。
根据这些结构,能防止在洗净运转中贮水筒内的洗涤剂水由于箱体摇晃而飞溅至机外。
在本方案的滚筒洗衣机中,可以采用如下结构,即,还具备:供水装置,向所述外筒内进行供水;水位传感器,检测所述外筒内的水位;以及供水控制部,基于由所述水位传感器检测到的水位来控制所述供水装置。在该情况下,可以采用如下结构:在开始通过所述供水装置进行供水之后,在通过所述水位传感器检测到比所述投入口的下缘低的规定水位时正在执行通过所述超声波洗净部来进行洗涤物的洗净的洗净运转的情况下,所述供水控制部暂时停止通过所述供水装置进行供水,并通过通知部进行通知。
根据该结构,在开始供水时正在进行洗净运转的情况下,用户容易在投入 口的门无法打开之前将已通过洗净运转来洗净的洗涤物追加投入至滚筒内。
发明效果
根据本发明,能提供一种滚筒洗衣机,其能在通过超声波进行洗涤物的洗净的结构配备于箱体的顶面部分的情况下,抑制设备主体的高度尺寸的增加,并能得到流畅的顶面部分的外观。
本发明效果乃至意义通过以下所示的实施方式的说明而变得更清楚。不过,以下的实施方式仅为实施本发明时的一个示例,本发明不受以下的实施方式中所记载的内容的任何限制。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的滚筒洗衣机的一个实施方式进行说明。
<滚筒洗衣机的结构>
图1是滚筒洗衣机1的侧视剖视图。图2是滚筒洗衣机1的俯视图。图3是在顶面部10b的第一面部101与第二面部102之间的位置剖切而得到的滚筒洗衣机1的俯视剖视图。需要说明的是,为了方便,图1中用方框示出了供水装置300和洗涤剂水供给部310。
滚筒洗衣机1具备具有大致方形的箱状的箱体10。箱体10由构成该箱体10的大部分的、顶面开放的下侧构件11和构成该箱体10的上端部分的、底面开放的上侧构件12构成。
在箱体10的前表面部10a形成有供洗涤物投入的圆形的投入口13。投入口13由开闭自如的门14覆盖。
在箱体10内配置有外筒20。外筒20由多个减振器21和未图示的弹簧弹性支承。在外筒20内以能旋转的方式配置有横轴式滚筒22。滚筒22绕水平轴旋转。外筒20和滚筒22的前表面开口。洗涤物经过投入口13和两个开口被投入至滚筒22内。
外筒20的开口的周缘部与箱体10的投入口13的周缘部通过由弹性材料构成的环状的密封件23连结。关闭的门14的周面与密封件23接触,投入口13与门14之间被水封。
在滚筒22的内周面形成有许多脱水孔22a。此外,在滚筒22的内周面,在前部设有环状的平衡器24,并且在周向上等间隔地设有多个提升筋25。
在外筒20的后方配置有产生用于使滚筒22旋转的转矩的驱动马达30。驱动马达30例如为外转子型DC(直流)无刷马达。驱动马达30在清洗过程和漂洗过程时以洗涤物会翻滚(tumbling)的转速使滚筒22旋转,在脱水过程时以 洗涤物会贴附于滚筒22的内周面的转速使滚筒22旋转。
在外筒20的底部设有向下方凹陷的凹部20a。在设于凹部20a的底面的排水口连接有第一排水阀40。
在第一排水阀40连接有用于将外筒20内的水向机外排出的第一排水路50。
在第一排水路50配置有过滤装置60。过滤装置60包括:过滤器壳体61,构成第一排水路50的局部;以及排水过滤器62,以能取出的方式收容于过滤器壳体61内,捕集从外筒20排出的水中所含的线屑等异物。过滤器壳体61与设于箱体10的前表面部10a的下部的出入口连接,能通过出入口将排水过滤器62取出放入于过滤器壳体61内。可以在出入口设置门。过滤装置60例如可以采用日本特开2020—103718号公报中所记载的过滤单元。
在第一排水路50中,在第一排水阀40的出口和过滤器壳体61的流入口61a连接有第一排水软管51。此外,在过滤器壳体61的流出口61b连接有第二排水软管52。第二排水软管52被引出至箱体10外。
本实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1在箱体10的顶面部10b具备贮水筒110和超声波洗净部200,具有利用超声波来进行洗涤物的洗净的功能。即,在滚筒洗衣机1中,除了进行洗涤运转,还进行利用超声波来进行洗涤物的洗净的洗净运转。
箱体10的顶面部10b包括第一面部101、第二面部102以及第三面部103。第一面部101具有方形的平板状,构成顶面部10b的前侧。第二面部102具有方形的平板状,构成顶面部10b的后侧。第二面部102中,其位置比第一面部101高,其前后尺寸比第一面部101大。第三面部103具有方形的平板状,从第一面部101的后端大致垂直地立起并与第二面部102的前端相连。
在第一面部101的中央部,通过使该第一面部101的局部凹陷而形成有贮水筒110。从上方观察时,贮水筒110具有大致方形。贮水筒110中蓄留含有洗涤剂的水即洗涤剂水。
贮水筒110延长至第三面部103的后方并进入箱体10的内部。即,贮水筒110被分为形成于第一面部101的前侧部分111和比第三面部103靠后方的后侧部分112。在贮水筒110,在后侧部分112设有排水口113。排水口113具有圆筒状,从贮水筒110的后表面向后方突出。
第三面部103中,贮水筒110的部分的下端比其他部分的下端略低,并略微进入贮水筒110内。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,贮水筒110的前侧部分111和后侧部分112在左右方向上具有相同宽度,但也可以设为后侧部分112的左右的宽度小于前侧部分111的左右的宽度。
在第一面部101的前缘部、右缘部以及左缘部,沿着这些缘部设有从第一面部101立起的壁部104。
在贮水筒110的上方配置有超声波洗净部200。超声波洗净部200使超声波作用于浸泡在贮水筒110内的洗涤剂水中的洗涤物的局部来洗净该局部。
超声波洗净部200具备超声波发生体210和外壳220。超声波发生体210包括超声波振子211和与超声波振子211结合的振动变幅杆212。振动变幅杆212由具有导电性的金属材料形成,具有随着趋向前端侧而逐渐变细的形状。振动变幅杆212的前端面212a的形状为细长的长方形。超声波发生体210通过超声波振子211的高频振动来从振动变幅杆212的前端产生超声波。
外壳220具有前后方向上长且其前端部221向下方弯曲的臂状。超声波发生体210配置于外壳220内的前部。振动变幅杆212的前端部从外壳220的开口222露出。超声波发生体210的前端部进入贮水筒110内。
外壳220的后端部固定于第三面部103。由此,超声波洗净部200固定于顶面部10b。而且,超声波洗净部200不突出至第二面部102的上方,而是收纳于第一面部101的正上方的比第二面部102低的空间S1中。
在箱体10的内部,在形成于第二面部102的正下方且第三面部103的正后方的空间S2中配置有供水装置300。而且,在空间S2中配置有供给喷嘴400。供给喷嘴400从供水装置300向前方的贮水筒110延伸。供给喷嘴400中,其前端部向下方弯曲,在其前端部的下表面具有放出口401。供给喷嘴400相当于本发明的供水构件。
在空间S2中,贮水筒110的后侧部分112的正上方的空间S2a被第三面部103、左右的侧面壁105以及后表面壁106包围,与周围的空间S2b隔断。左右的侧面壁105和后表面壁106从贮水筒110的左右的侧面和后表面连续,向上 方延伸并与第二面部102相连。供给喷嘴400穿过设于后表面壁106的开口107。供给喷嘴400的前端部位于贮水筒110的后侧部分112的上方,放出口401的高度比贮水筒110的上端的位置低。
供水装置300包括:洗涤剂水供给部310,向贮水筒110内供给洗涤剂水;以及供水部320,向外筒20内供水。洗涤剂水供给部310也作为向外筒20内投入洗涤剂和柔顺剂的自动投入部发挥功能。
洗涤剂水供给部310包括第一供水阀311、第一水路部312、第一三通阀313、第二三通阀314、第三三通阀315、供给泵316、贮留盒317、供给阀318、洗涤剂盒350、柔顺剂盒360、第一供给管355以及第二供给管365。
第一供水阀311具有与后述的第二供水阀321共用的入水口311a,该入水口311a经由未图示的供水软管与水龙头连接。第一供水阀311与第一水路部312的入口连接。
第一水路部312由管等构成。第一三通阀313和第二三通阀314配置于第一水路部312的中途。此外,在第一水路部312,供给泵316配置于第二三通阀314的下游,第三三通阀315配置于供给泵316的下游。供给泵316例如可以采用活塞式泵。第三三通阀315与贮留盒317的流入口连接。
贮留盒317具有大致方形的箱状,贮留洗涤剂水。贮留盒317具有能贮留要在洗净运转中向贮水筒110供给的一次份量以上的洗涤剂水的容积。在贮留盒317的顶面形成有向大气开放的未图示的通气口。贮留盒317的流出口经由供给阀318与供给喷嘴400连接。
第一水路部312的比第三三通阀315靠下游侧的部分在从空间S2中出来之后向下方延伸,与设于外筒20的后表面上部的注水口部26连接。
洗涤剂盒350具有大致方形的箱状,以原液状态贮留液体洗涤剂。在洗涤剂盒350,在顶面设有投入口351,在底面设有排出口352。投入口351由开闭自如的盖353覆盖。第一供给管355的一端与排出口352连接。第一供给管355的另一端与第一三通阀313连接。
柔顺剂盒360具有大致方形的箱状,以原液状态贮留液体柔顺剂。在柔顺剂盒360,在顶面设有投入口361,在底面设有排出口362。投入口361由开闭 自如的盖363覆盖。第二供给管365的一端与排出口362连接。第二供给管365的另一端与第二三通阀314连接。
洗涤剂盒350和柔顺剂盒360以左右排列的方式收容于设在顶面部10b的第二面部102的收容凹部108、109中。洗涤剂盒350和柔顺剂盒360可以设为能拆装于收容凹部108、109。
供水部320包括第二供水阀321和第二水路部322。第二供水阀321的额定流量比第一供水阀311的额定流量多。第二供水阀321与第二水路部322的入口连接。
第二水路部322由管等构成。第二水路部322在离开空间S2之后向下方延伸,与设于外筒20的后表面上部的注水口部26连接。
需要说明的是,供水装置300既可以设为除了向其下方的外筒20侧延伸的第一水路部312和第二水路部322之外的结构全部收纳于空间S2,也可以设为其结构的一部分从空间S2向下方露出。
在箱体10即上侧构件12的内部,在供给喷嘴400的下方配置有第二排水阀510。第二排水阀510与排水口113连接。在第二排水阀510连接有第二排水路520。第二排水路520例如由软管构成,向下方延伸并与外筒20的底部连接。需要说明的是,第二排水路520与排水过滤器62的上游侧连接即可,可以与第一排水软管51、过滤器壳体61连接。
图4是表示滚筒洗衣机1的结构的框图。
滚筒洗衣机1除了具备上述的结构,还具备操作部611、显示部612、声音输出部613、水位传感器614、控制部615、存储部616、马达驱动部617、八个阀驱动部618~625、泵驱动部626、振子驱动部627以及锁门装置628。
操作部611包括电源接通按钮611a、电源关闭按钮611b、开始按钮611c、模式选择按钮611d、洗净按钮611e等各种操作按钮,将与操作按钮相应的操作信号输出至控制部615。
电源接通按钮611a和电源关闭按钮611b分别是用于对滚筒洗衣机1进行电源的接通和断开的按钮。开始按钮611c是用于开始洗涤运转的按钮。模式选择按钮611d是用于从洗涤运转的多个运转模式中选择任意的运转模式的按钮。 洗净按钮611e是用于开始洗净运转的按钮。
显示部612包括LED等显示元件,进行被选择的运转模式的显示、错误代码的显示等与洗涤运转和洗净运转相关的信息的显示。
声音输出部613输出告知运转结束的声音、告知接收到按钮操作的声音等通知声。通知声中包括警报声等其他声音。
水位传感器614检测外筒20内的水位,并将与检测到的水位相应的水位信号输出至控制部615。
马达驱动部617、八个阀驱动部618~625、泵驱动部626以及振子驱动部627分别按照来自控制部615的控制信号来对驱动马达30、第一供水阀311、第二供水阀321、第一三通阀313、第二三通阀314、第三三通阀315、第一排水阀40、第二排水阀510、供给泵316以及超声波振子211进行驱动。锁门装置628按照来自控制部615的控制信号来进行门14的锁定和解锁。
存储部616包括ROM(只读存储器)、RAM(随机存取存储器)等。存储部616中存储有用于执行各种运转模式的洗涤运转和洗净运转的程序。此外,存储部616中存储有用于执行这些程序的各种参数、各种控制标志。
控制部615包括CPU(中央处理器)等,基于来自操作部611、水位传感器614等的各信号,按照存储于存储部616的程序来控制显示部612、声音输出部613、马达驱动部617、八个阀驱动部618~625、泵驱动部626、振子驱动部627、锁门装置628等。
需要说明的是,控制部615相当于本发明的运转控制部和供水控制部。
<滚筒洗衣机的动作>
滚筒洗衣机1中能进行各种运转模式的洗涤运转。洗涤运转在控制部615的控制下被执行。在洗涤运转中,依次进行清洗过程、中间脱水过程、漂洗过程以及最终脱水过程。根据运转模式,有时会进行两次以上的漂洗过程和中间脱水过程。
在清洗过程中,向外筒20内蓄留含有洗涤剂的水至规定的清洗水位,通过反复进行滚筒22的正转和反转,浸泡于该水中的洗涤物被翻滚。含有洗涤剂的 水浸透至洗涤物的内部,通过洗涤剂的效力和由翻滚产生的机械力,附着于洗涤物的表面、内部的污垢被去除。
在漂洗过程中,在外筒20内蓄有达到规定的漂洗水位的水的状态下,滚筒22进行正转和反转,洗涤物被翻滚。由此,洗涤物中所含的洗涤剂与水一同被排出,洗涤物被漂洗。
在中间脱水过程和最终脱水过程中,驱动马达30向一个方向高速旋转,滚筒22以使作用于滚筒22内的洗涤物的离心力远大于重力的转速朝一个方向旋转。通过离心力的作用,洗涤物被按压在滚筒22的内周面上而被脱水。在最终脱水过程中,滚筒22以比中间脱水过程中的转速高的转速旋转。
在进行清洗过程中的供水时,通过供水装置300,向外筒20内进行供水并且自动投入液体洗涤剂。
首先,在洗涤剂水供给部310中,第一三通阀313被切换为使第一供给管355与第一水路部312中的第一三通阀313的下游侧连通的状态。此外,第二三通阀314被切换为使第一水路部312中的第二三通阀314的上游侧与下游侧连通的状态。而且,第三三通阀315被切换为使第一水路部312中的第三三通阀315的上游侧与下游侧连通的状态。
供给泵316工作,第一水路部312内的空气被吸引而形成负压,洗涤剂盒350内的液体洗涤剂经由第一供给管355被吸引至第一水路部312内。供给泵316工作规定时间,规定量的液体洗涤剂蓄于第一水路部312。
接着,第一三通阀313被切换为使第一水路部312中的第一三通阀313的上游侧与下游侧连通的状态,第一供水阀311被打开。来自水龙头的水流向第一水路部312,将液体洗涤剂冲走。被冲走的液体洗涤剂流向注水口部26,从注水口部26向外筒20内投入。
在供水部320中,在第一供水阀311被打开的同时,第二供水阀321被打开。来自水龙头的水经过第二水路部322流向注水口部26,从注水口部26向外筒20内放出。
当外筒20内的水位到达规定的清洗水位时,第一供水阀311和第二供水阀321被关闭,供水结束。需要说明的是,清洗水位被设定于比投入口13的下缘 的位置高的位置。
在进行漂洗过程的供水时,只通过供水装置300进行供水部320的供水,向外筒20内蓄水至规定的漂洗水位。
在进行多次漂洗过程的情况下,在最后的漂洗过程中,通过在供水时进行与清洗过程中的动作同样的供水装置300的动作,柔顺剂盒360的液体柔顺剂被投入至外筒20内。
不过,与清洗过程中的供水时不同的是,在洗涤剂水供给部310中,第二三通阀314被切换为使第二供给管365与第一水路部312中的第二三通阀314的下游侧连通的状态,并且第一三通阀313被切换为使第一水路部312中的第一三通阀313的上游侧与下游侧连通的状态。由此,当供给泵316进行工作时,柔顺剂盒360的液体柔顺剂被吸引至第一水路部312。
在进行清洗过程、漂洗过程的排水时,从外筒20排出的水流经第一排水路50内而向机外排出。此时,排水中所含的线屑等异物由排水过滤器62捕集。由此,抑制异物向机外排出。
滚筒洗衣机1中能进行洗净运转。洗净运转在控制部615的控制下被执行。通过洗净运转,用户能在进行洗涤运转之前进行将局部附着于洗涤物的污垢去除的所谓局部洗净。
当用户操作洗净按钮611e时,洗净运转开始。
当洗净运转开始时,通过供水装置300的洗涤剂水供给部310,洗涤剂水如下所述地被供给至贮水筒110内。
首先,向贮留盒317内蓄留洗涤剂水。即,第一三通阀313被切换为使第一供给管355与第一水路部312中的第一三通阀313的下游侧连通的状态。此外,第二三通阀314被切换为使第一水路部312中的第二三通阀314的上游侧与下游侧连通的状态。而且,第三三通阀315被切换为使第一水路部312中的第三三通阀315的上游侧与贮留盒317的流入口连通的状态。而且,供给阀318被关闭。供给泵316工作规定时间,规定量的液体洗涤剂蓄于第一水路部312。
接着,第一三通阀313被切换为使第一水路部312中的第一三通阀313的上游侧与下游侧连通的状态,第一供水阀311被打开。来自水龙头的水流向第 一水路部312,将液体洗涤剂冲走。水与液体洗涤剂混合而成为洗涤剂水。洗涤剂水经过供给泵316和第三三通阀315流入贮留盒317内。
当贮留盒317内蓄有规定量的洗涤剂水时,第一供水阀311被关闭。如此,在贮留盒317中蓄有规定的洗涤剂浓度的洗涤剂水。
接着,供给阀318被打开。贮留盒317内的洗涤剂水经过供给喷嘴400从放出口401放出至贮水筒110的后侧部分112,蓄于贮水筒110内。此时,后侧部分112存在于第三面部103的后方即箱体10的内部,因此放出的洗涤剂水不易飞溅至第一面部101中的贮水筒110的周围。此外,后侧部分112的正上方的空间S2a通过左右的侧面壁105和后表面壁106而与周围的空间S2b隔断,因此放出的洗涤剂水不易飞溅至空间S2b即箱体10内的空间S2a的外部。
当如图1的单点划线所示贮水筒110内的水位上升至放出口401的高度从而放出口401被洗涤剂水堵住时,贮留盒317内的气压与外部的气压相平衡。由此,保持供给阀318被打开的状态停止从贮留盒317供水。贮留盒317内留下满水时的三分之一左右的洗涤剂水。超声波发生体210的前端与水面接触。
当贮水筒110内蓄有洗涤剂水时,用户将洗涤物载置于第一面部101,将洗涤物的污垢附着部分设于贮水筒110与超声波发生体210的振动变幅杆212之间。洗涤物的污垢附着部分浸泡于洗涤剂水中,浸透至洗涤物的内部的洗涤剂水渗出表面。呈现出在洗涤物的表面形成有薄的水层而振动变幅杆212与该水层接触的状态。
当由于洗涤物吸水从而贮水筒110内的水量减少而水位下降使得放出口401不再被洗涤剂水堵住时,从贮留盒317向贮水筒110内补给洗涤剂水直至放出口401再次被洗涤剂水堵住。由此,贮水筒110内的水位即水量维持在适当的状态。
当供给阀318被打开之后经过规定的等待时间时,对超声波振子211进行通电而使超声波发生体210工作。从振动变幅杆212的前端产生超声波,通过超声波的作用,污垢从洗涤物剥离。此时,通过洗涤剂的效力增大,洗净力提高。
用户一边左右移动洗涤物,一边使受污部分触碰振动变幅杆212来将该部 分的污垢去除。此时,第三面部103引导洗涤物,因此用户容易稳定地左右移动洗涤物。此外,即使贮水筒110内的洗涤剂水被洗涤物挤压等从而溢出至第一面部101并扩散,也会被第一面部101的外周缘的壁部104阻拦,不易向第一面部101外漏出。
当超声波发生体210开始工作之后经过规定的运转时间时,超声波发生体210停止工作,洗净运转结束。
第二排水阀510被开放,贮水筒110内的洗涤剂水经过排水口113流向第二排水路520。流过了第二排水路520的洗涤剂水流入外筒20内。此时,第一排水阀40被开放,洗涤剂水流经第一排水路50排出至机外。混入洗涤剂水中的线屑等异物由排水过滤器62捕集。
供给阀318被开放,贮留盒317中剩余的洗涤剂水也经由贮水筒110等而向机外排出。
在本实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1中,能同时进行洗涤运转和洗净运转。即,在洗涤运转中也能开始洗净运转,在洗净运转中也能开始洗涤运转。
在滚筒洗衣机1中,在脱水时箱体10容易上下大幅摇晃。因此,当在洗涤运转的脱水过程中即中间脱水过程中或最终脱水过程中进行了洗净运转时,贮水筒110内的洗涤剂水容易飞溅至机外。因此,在本实施方式中,通过控制部615,执行以下所示的用于使洗净运转与脱水过程不重合的控制处理。
图5的(a)是表示在开始洗净运转时进行的用于使洗净运转与脱水过程不重合的控制处理的流程图。
参照图5的(a),当通过洗净按钮611e进行了洗净运转的开始操作时(S101:是),控制部615判定是否处于脱水过程中(S102)。若不处于脱水过程中(S102:否),则控制部615开始洗净运转(S103)。另一方面,若处于脱水过程中(S102:是),则控制部615使开始操作无效(S104),不开始洗净运转。
需要说明的是,控制部615也可以设为在脱水过程结束时自动开始洗净运转。
图5的(b)是表示在洗涤运转中进行的用于使洗净运转与洗涤运转的脱水过程不重合的控制处理的流程图。
参照图5的(b),当脱水过程之前的过程即清洗过程或漂洗过程结束时(S201:是),控制部615判定是否处于洗净运转中(S202)。若不处于洗净运转中(S202:否),则控制部615开始脱水过程(S203)。另一方面,若处于洗净运转中(S202:是),则控制部615等待直至洗净运转结束(S204:否)。然后,当洗净运转结束时(S204:是),控制部615开始脱水过程(S203)。
而且,在洗涤运转的清洗过程中,会蓄水至比投入口13的下缘高的清洗水位,因此为了使门14不会被打开,会通过锁门装置628进行门14的锁定。因此,在供水的中途无法进行洗涤物向滚筒22内的追加投入。在开始洗涤运转时正在进行洗净运转的情况下,设为通过该洗净运转已被洗净的洗涤物能在门14无法打开之前追加投入至滚筒22内为好。因此,在本实施方式中,通过控制部615,在清洗过程的供水时执行以下所示的控制处理。
图6是表示在清洗过程的供水时执行的控制处理的流程图。
参照图6,当清洗过程中的供水开始时,控制部615基于水位传感器614的检测结果,监测外筒20内的水位是否已到达锁门水位(S301)。锁门水位被设定为比投入口13的下缘低的水位。
当外筒20内的水位到达锁门水位时(S301:是),控制部615判定是否正在进行洗净运转(S302)。正在进行洗净运转的情况下(S302:是),控制部615关闭第一供水阀311和第二供水阀321,停止向外筒20内供水(S303)。然后,控制部615通过显示部612中的显示和/或来自声音输出部613的声音,进行督促用户追加洗涤物的通知(S304)。然后,控制部615等待通过开始按钮611c进行恢复操作(S305)。显示部612和/或声音输出部613相当于本发明的通知部。
用户在追加通过洗净运转清洗完成的洗涤物之后,或者在不追加该洗涤物的情况下,进行恢复操作。当完成恢复操作时(S305:是),控制部615打开第一供水阀311和第二供水阀321来恢复向外筒20内供水(S306),并且使锁门装置628工作来进行门14的锁定(S307)。
需要说明的是,在外筒20内的水位已到达锁门水位时尚未进行洗净运转的情况下(S302:否),控制部615不停止供水地进行门14的锁定(S307)。
<实施方式的效果>
以上,根据本实施方式,能起到以下的效果。
滚筒洗衣机1的箱体10的顶面部10b包括:第一面部101,构成该顶面部10b的前侧;第二面部102,构成该顶面部10b的后侧,其位置比第一面部101的位置高;以及第三面部103,从第一面部101的后端立起,与第二面部102的前端相连。在第一面部101设有蓄留洗涤剂水的贮水筒110,在贮水筒110的上方配置有超声波洗净部200,该超声波洗净部200使超声波作用于浸泡在贮水筒110内的洗涤剂水中的洗涤物的局部来洗净该局部。超声波洗净部200固定于顶面部10b,不突出至第二面部102的上方。在箱体10内,在形成于第二面部102的正下方且第三面部103的正后方的空间S2中,配置有向贮水筒110内供给洗涤剂水的洗涤剂水供给部310。
根据该结构,超声波洗净部200和洗涤剂水供给部310为隔着第三面部103在前后方向上排列的配置结构,因此在超声波洗净部200固定于箱体10的顶面部10b且洗涤剂水供给部310配置于箱体10内的上部的情况下,能抑制滚筒洗衣机1的高度尺寸增加。需要说明的是,在采用了超声波洗净部200和洗涤剂水供给部310沿着上下方向即箱体10的高度方向排列的结构的情况下,滚筒洗衣机1的高度尺寸容易大幅增加。
而且,超声波洗净部200不突出至第二面部102的上方,而是收纳于第一面部101的正上方的比第二面部102低的空间S1中,因此能得到箱体10的顶面部分的流畅的外观。此外,在将洗衣篮等物品载置于第二面部102的情况下,超声波洗净部200不易造成妨碍。
在滚筒洗衣机1中,在第一面部101的前缘部、右缘部以及左缘部,沿着这些缘部设有从第一面部101立起的壁部104。
根据该结构,贮水筒110内的洗涤剂水即使漏出至第一面部101,也能由壁部104阻拦,因此能防止洗涤剂水向机外漏出。
在滚筒洗衣机1中,贮水筒110向比第三面部103靠后方处延伸,在空间S2内配置有供给喷嘴400,该供给喷嘴400将来自洗涤剂水供给部310的洗涤剂水向贮水筒110中的比第三面部103靠后方的后侧部分112放出。
根据该结构,放出至贮水筒110内的洗涤剂水不易飞溅至第一面部101中的贮水筒110的周边部分。此外,供给喷嘴400不会出现在箱体10外,因此使得箱体10的顶面部分的外观更加流畅。
在滚筒洗衣机1中,当在洗涤运转下的脱水过程的执行中通过操作部611接收到开始操作时,控制部615不开始洗净运转。此外,在要开始洗涤运转下的脱水过程时正在进行洗净运转的情况下,控制部615等到洗净运转结束再开始脱水过程。
根据这些结构,能防止在洗净运转中贮水筒110内的洗涤剂水由于箱体10的摇晃而飞溅至机外。
在滚筒洗衣机1中,在开始通过供水装置300进行供水之后,在通过水位传感器614检测到比投入口13的下缘低的锁门水位时正在执行洗净运转的情况下,控制部615暂时停止通过供水装置300进行供水,并通过显示部612、声音输出部613进行通知。
根据该结构,在开始清洗过程中的供水时正在进行洗净运转的情况下,用户容易在门14无法打开之前将通过洗净运转已被洗净的洗涤物追加投入至滚筒22内。
以上对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但本发明不受上述实施方式的任何限制,此外,本发明的实施方式也可以进行上述以外的各种变更。
<变更例1>
图7的(a)是变更例1的滚筒洗衣机1的上部的侧视剖视图。图7的(b)是变更例1的滚筒洗衣机1的俯视图。
本变更例的滚筒洗衣机1具备罩700,该罩700覆盖设于箱体10的顶面部10b的贮水筒110和超声波洗净部200。
罩700具有后表面和底面开放的方形的箱状。罩700的前后和左右的尺寸与第一面部101的前后和左右的尺寸相等。此外,罩700的上下的尺寸等于壁部104的上表面与第二面部102的表面之间的距离,当罩700装接于箱体10时,罩700的顶面与第二面部102的表面平齐。
罩700被设为能通过拆装来进行开闭,在使用贮水筒110和超声波洗净部200时被打开。需要说明的是,也可以设为:在罩700的后端部与第二面部102的前端部之间设有铰链部,罩700以铰链部为支点进行开闭。
根据本变更例,能通过罩700来保护贮水筒110和超声波洗净部200。此外,罩700的顶面与第二面部102的表面平齐,因此包括罩700的顶面在内的箱体10的顶面整体处于平坦的状态,容易在箱体10上载置洗衣篮等物品。
<其他变更例>
洗涤剂水供给部310的结构不限于上述实施方式的结构,只要能向贮水筒110内供给洗涤剂水,可以为任何结构。例如,洗涤剂水供给部310也可以采用不设贮留盒317而从第一水路部312直接向贮水筒110内供给洗涤剂水的结构。此外,洗涤剂水供给部310也可以采用如下结构:不在第一水路部312中混合水和洗涤剂,使从洗涤剂盒350直接投入至贮留盒317内的洗涤剂与从第一水路部312供给至贮留盒317内的水在贮留盒317内混合。
而且,在上述实施方式中,洗涤剂水供给部310具有向外筒20内自动投入洗涤剂和柔顺剂的功能。然而,洗涤剂水供给部310也可以不具有这样的功能。在该情况下,在洗涤剂水供给部310不设柔顺剂盒360、第二供给管365以及第二三通阀314。而且,洗涤剂水供给部310也可以具有向外筒20内只自动投入洗涤剂的功能。
而且,在上述实施方式中,采用了贮水筒110向比第三面部103靠后方处延伸并进入箱体10内的结构。然而,也可以采用贮水筒110仅设于第一面部101而不进入箱体10内的结构。这种情况下,也可以是,洗涤剂水从露出于箱体10的外部的供给喷嘴400向贮水筒110内放出。
而且,在上述实施方式中,在第一面部101设有壁部104,但也可以不设壁部104。
而且,在上述实施方式中,洗涤剂水通过供给喷嘴400向贮水筒110内放出。然而,也可以设为:洗涤剂水通过具有供给喷嘴400以外的形态的供水构件向贮水筒110内放出。
而且,在上述实施方式中,在图5的(a)的控制处理中,设为在处于脱水 过程中的情况下不开始洗净运转。然而,虽然不如脱水过程的程度,但即使在清洗过程和漂洗过程中,箱体10也容易上下摇晃。因此,图5的(a)的控制处理也可以变更为:不仅在脱水过程中不开始洗净运转,在清洗过程和漂洗过程中也不开始洗净运转。同样地,图5的(b)的控制处理也可以变更为:在清洗过程或漂洗过程开始时正在进行洗净运转的情况下,等到洗净运转结束再开始清洗过程或漂洗过程。
而且,在上述实施方式中,在箱体10内的形成于第二面部102的正下方且第三面部103的正后方的空间S2中,配置有洗涤剂水供给部310和供水部320双方。然而,只要在空间S2内至少配置有洗涤剂水供给部310即可,供水部320也可以配置于箱体10内的空间S2以外的场所。
而且,超声波洗净部200的结构不限于上述实施方式的结构,只要能使超声波作用于浸泡在贮水筒110内的洗涤剂水中的洗涤物的局部,可以为任何结构。
而且,在上述实施方式中,通过使第一面部101的局部凹陷而形成了贮水筒110。然而,也可以通过用肋等壁部包围第一面部101的局部来形成贮水筒110。
而且,上述实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1不具备烘干功能,但本发明也可以应用于具备烘干功能的滚筒洗衣机即滚筒式洗干一体机。
另外,本发明的实施方式可以在技术方案所示的技术思想的范围内适当进行各种变更。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,具备:
    箱状的箱体;
    外筒,配置于所述箱体内;以及
    横轴式滚筒,以能旋转的方式配置于所述外筒内,
    在所述箱体的前表面部设有用于向所述滚筒内投入洗涤物的投入口,
    所述箱体的顶面部包括:
    第一面部,构成所述顶面部的前侧;
    第二面部,构成所述顶面部的后侧,其位置比所述第一面部的位置高;以及
    第三面部,从所述第一面部的后端立起,与所述第二面部的前端相连,
    在所述第一面部设有蓄留洗涤剂水的贮水筒,
    在所述贮水筒的上方配置有超声波洗净部,所述超声波洗净部使超声波作用于浸泡在所述贮水筒内的所述洗涤剂水中的洗涤物的局部来洗净该局部,
    所述超声波洗净部固定于所述顶面部,不突出至所述第二面部的上方,
    在所述箱体内,在形成于所述第二面部的正下方且所述第三面部的正后方的空间中,配置有向所述贮水筒内供给所述洗涤剂水的洗涤剂水供给部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,
    在所述第一面部的前缘部、右缘部以及左缘部,沿着这些缘部设有从所述第一面部立起的壁部。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,
    所述贮水筒向比所述第三面部靠后方处延伸,
    在所述空间内配置有供水构件,所述供水构件将来自所述洗涤剂水供给部的所述洗涤剂水向所述贮水筒中的比所述第三面部靠后方的后侧部分放出。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,还具备:
    运转控制部,执行洗净运转和洗涤运转,所述洗净运转是通过所述超声波洗净部来进行洗涤物的洗净的运转;以及
    操作部,接收用于开始所述洗净运转的开始操作,
    当在洗涤运转下的脱水过程的执行中通过所述操作部接收到所述开始操作时,所述运转控制部不开始所述洗净运转。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,
    还具备运转控制部,所述运转控制部执行洗净运转和洗涤运转,所述洗净运转是通过所述超声波洗净部来进行洗涤物的洗净的运转,
    在要开始所述洗涤运转下的脱水过程时正在进行所述洗净运转的情况下,所述运转控制部等到所述洗净运转结束再开始所述脱水过程。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,还具备:
    供水装置,向所述外筒内进行供水;
    水位传感器,检测所述外筒内的水位;以及
    供水控制部,基于由所述水位传感器检测到的水位来控制所述供水装置,
    在开始通过所述供水装置进行供水之后,在通过所述水位传感器检测到比所述投入口的下缘低的规定水位时正在执行通过所述超声波洗净部来进行洗涤物的洗净的洗净运转的情况下,所述供水控制部暂时停止通过所述供水装置进行供水,并通过通知部进行通知。
