本発明は、流体輸送用ホースに関する。より詳しくは、本発明は、ガソリンや燃料などの流体を輸送するのに用いられるホースに関する。
流体輸送用ホースとして、脂肪族ポリアミド組成物の層とエチレン/酢酸ビニル共重合体ケン化物組成物の層を含む積層チューブが知られている(特開2019-73025号公報)。
その積層チューブは、薬液バリア性、低温耐衝撃性、およびモノマー、オリゴマーの耐溶出性といった諸特性を維持しつつ、耐薬品性、層間接着性、およびその耐久性に優れる。

流体輸送用ホースは、取り扱い性の観点から柔軟であることが求められる一方で、小さな曲率で曲げたときにホースが潰れて閉塞することが起きにくいこと、すなわちキンクが発生しにくいことが望まれる。

本発明者らは、バリア性に優れた熱可塑性樹脂の層を、熱可塑性樹脂マトリクスとゴムドメインからなる熱可塑性樹脂組成物の層とゴム組成物の層で挟むことにより、熱可塑性樹脂のバリア性を保持したまま、耐キンク性に優れるホースを得ることができることを見いだし、本発明を完成した。

(A)層と(B)層とを含む積層体の10%モジュラスM10(AB)と100%モジュラスM100(AB)の比M10(AB)/M100(AB)は、0.5超過1.2未満であり、好ましくは0.7超過1.1未満であり、より好ましくは0.9超過1.1未満である。
M10(AB)/M100(AB)が上記の数値範囲内にあることにより、耐キンク性を有するホースが得られる。
M10(AB)/M100(AB)が上記の数値範囲内にするには、A層をB層より延性的な材料とし、A層とB層を接着させることが好ましい。
積層体の10%モジュラスおよび100%モジュラスはJIS K 6301「加硫ゴム物理試験方法」に準拠して測定する。
M10(AB)/M100(AB)が上記の数値範囲内にあることにより、耐キンク性を有するホースが得られる。
M10(AB)/M100(AB)が上記の数値範囲内にするには、A層をB層より延性的な材料とし、A層とB層を接着させることが好ましい。
積層体の10%モジュラスおよび100%モジュラスはJIS K 6301「加硫ゴム物理試験方法」に準拠して測定する。
(A)層の100%モジュラスM100(A)と(B)層の100%モジュラスM100(B)と(C)層の100%モジュラスM100(C)とが、関係式
M100(C)<M100(A)<M100(B)
を満たすことが必要である。すなわち、(A)層の100%モジュラスM100(A)が、(B)層の100%モジュラスM100(B)より小さく、(C)層の100%モジュラスM100(C)より大きいことが必要である。
上記関係式を満たすことにより、耐キンク性と柔軟性が両立しやすい。
(A)層および(B)層の100%モジュラスはJIS K 6301「加硫ゴム物理試験方法」に準拠して、(C)層の100%モジュラスはJIS K 6301「加硫ゴム物理試験方法」に準拠して測定する。
M100(C)<M100(A)<M100(B)
を満たすことが必要である。すなわち、(A)層の100%モジュラスM100(A)が、(B)層の100%モジュラスM100(B)より小さく、(C)層の100%モジュラスM100(C)より大きいことが必要である。
上記関係式を満たすことにより、耐キンク性と柔軟性が両立しやすい。
(A)層および(B)層の100%モジュラスはJIS K 6301「加硫ゴム物理試験方法」に準拠して、(C)層の100%モジュラスはJIS K 6301「加硫ゴム物理試験方法」に準拠して測定する。
(A)層2aが最内層であり、(B)層2bが(A)層2aの外側に配置され、(C)層2cが(B)層2bの外側に配置されている。
(B)層2bを(A)層2aと(C)層2cで挟んだことにより、(B)層のバリア性を保持したまま、キンクを抑制することができる。
(B)層2bを(A)層2aと(C)層2cで挟んだことにより、(B)層のバリア性を保持したまま、キンクを抑制することができる。
(A)層と(B)層の合計厚さT(AB)と(C)層の厚さT(C)の比T(AB)/T(C)は、好ましくは0.01~2.0であり、より好ましくは0.05~1.5であり、さらに好ましくは0.05~1.0である。
T(AB)/T(C)が上記の数値範囲内にあることにより、所望の耐キンク性が得られやすい。

T(A)/T(B)が上記の数値範囲内にあることにより、輸送する流体の漏洩を抑制するバリア性と、A層とB層を含む積層体の延性が両立しやすい。

(A)層を構成する熱可塑性樹脂組成物axは、熱可塑性樹脂arを含むマトリクスamとゴムaeを含むドメインadとからなる。すなわち、熱可塑性樹脂組成物axはいわゆる海島構造を有する。
熱可塑性樹脂arは、M10(AB)/M100(AB)が上記の数値範囲内にあり、かつ関係式M100(C)<M100(A)<M100(B)を満たす限り限定されないが、好ましくはエチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体、ポリアミド6、ポリアミド6/66共重合体、ポリアミド66、ポリアミド610、ポリアミド6/12共重合体、ポリアミド1010、ポリアミド11、ポリアミド12であり、特に好ましくはポリアミド6、ポリアミド6/12共重合体、ポリアミド11、ポリアミド12、エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体(以下「EVOH」ともいう。)である。
マトリクスamは、本発明の効果を阻害しない範囲で、各種添加剤を含んでもよい。
ゴムaeは、M10(AB)/M100(AB)が上記の数値範囲内にあり、かつ関係式M100(C)<M100(A)<M100(B)を満たす限り限定されないが、好ましくはオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー、ポリエステル系熱可塑性エラストマー、ポリアミド系熱可塑性エラストマー、ポリウレタン系熱可塑性エラストマーおよびこれら熱可塑性エラストマーの酸変性物、天然ゴム(NR)、イソプレンゴム(IR)、ブタジエンゴム(BR)、1,2-ブタジエンゴム、スチレン-ブタジエンゴム(SBR)、クロロプレンゴム(CR)、ブチルゴム(IIR)、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエンゴム(NBR)、ハロゲン化ブチルゴム、臭素化イソブチレン-p-メチルスチレン共重合体、スチレン-イソブチレン-スチレンブロック共重合体、アクリルゴム(ACM)、フッ素ゴム、エチレン-プロピレン-ジエンゴム(EPDM)等のジエンゴムであり、特に好ましくは無水マレイン酸変性エチレン-1-ブテン共重合体、臭素化イソブチレン-p-メチルスチレン共重合体(以下「Br-IPMS」ともいう。)である。

熱可塑性樹脂組成物axは、マトリクスamを30~95質量%含むことが好ましく、より好ましくはマトリクスamを30~90質量%含み、さらに好ましくはマトリクスamを30~85質量%含む。
熱可塑性樹脂組成物axは、ドメインadを5~70質量%含むことが好ましく、より好ましくはドメインadを10~70質量%含み、さらに好ましくはドメインadを15~70質量%含む。
熱可塑性樹脂組成物ax中のドメインadの割合が上記の数値範囲内にあることにより、バリア性、柔軟性、輸送流体による体積膨張の低減などがバランスしやすい。
熱可塑性樹脂組成物axは、ドメインadを5~70質量%含むことが好ましく、より好ましくはドメインadを10~70質量%含み、さらに好ましくはドメインadを15~70質量%含む。
熱可塑性樹脂組成物ax中のドメインadの割合が上記の数値範囲内にあることにより、バリア性、柔軟性、輸送流体による体積膨張の低減などがバランスしやすい。
熱可塑性樹脂組成物axは、可塑化作用のある化合物を0.1質量%以上含むことが好ましく、より好ましくは可塑化作用のある化合物を0.1~5.0質量%含み、さらに好ましくは可塑化作用のある化合物を0.3~5.0質量%含む。
熱可塑性樹脂組成物axが可塑化作用のある化合物を含むことにより、A層が延性的な材料となり、B層と積層体を形成した際にB層の脆性的な挙動(たとえば降伏点)を軽減でき、柔軟性と耐キンク性を両立しやすくなる。
可塑化作用のある化合物としては、熱可塑性樹脂arを可塑化できるものであればよく、たとえば、熱可塑性樹脂arを重合する際に用いられるモノマーの残渣や樹脂中に溶け込み分子運動性を高める低分子量化合物であってもよい。
可塑化作用のある化合物の具体例としては、ジオクチルフタレート(DOP)、ジイソノニルフタレート(DINP)、ジイソデシルフタレート(DIDP)、ジブチルフタレート(DBP)、アジピン酸ジオクチル(DOA)、アジピン酸ジイソノニル(DIDA)、リン酸トリクレシル、コハク酸イソデシル、ジエチレングリコールジベンゾエート、ペンタエリスリトールエステル、オレイン酸ブチル、アセチルリシノール酸エステル、アジピン酸プロピレングリコールポリエステル、アジピン酸ブチレングリコールポリエステル、ナフテンオイル、グリセリルトリアセテート、N-ブチルベンゼンスルホンアミドなどが挙げられる。
なお、表4~表6においては、「可塑化作用のある化合物」を「可塑化剤」と略して記載する。
熱可塑性樹脂組成物axが可塑化作用のある化合物を含むことにより、A層が延性的な材料となり、B層と積層体を形成した際にB層の脆性的な挙動(たとえば降伏点)を軽減でき、柔軟性と耐キンク性を両立しやすくなる。
可塑化作用のある化合物としては、熱可塑性樹脂arを可塑化できるものであればよく、たとえば、熱可塑性樹脂arを重合する際に用いられるモノマーの残渣や樹脂中に溶け込み分子運動性を高める低分子量化合物であってもよい。
可塑化作用のある化合物の具体例としては、ジオクチルフタレート(DOP)、ジイソノニルフタレート(DINP)、ジイソデシルフタレート(DIDP)、ジブチルフタレート(DBP)、アジピン酸ジオクチル(DOA)、アジピン酸ジイソノニル(DIDA)、リン酸トリクレシル、コハク酸イソデシル、ジエチレングリコールジベンゾエート、ペンタエリスリトールエステル、オレイン酸ブチル、アセチルリシノール酸エステル、アジピン酸プロピレングリコールポリエステル、アジピン酸ブチレングリコールポリエステル、ナフテンオイル、グリセリルトリアセテート、N-ブチルベンゼンスルホンアミドなどが挙げられる。
なお、表4~表6においては、「可塑化作用のある化合物」を「可塑化剤」と略して記載する。
熱可塑性樹脂組成物axは、本発明の効果を阻害しない範囲で、熱可塑性樹脂ar、ゴムaeおよび可塑化作用のある化合物以外の成分を含んでもよい。
(B)層は熱可塑性樹脂bまたは熱可塑性樹脂組成物bxからなる。
熱可塑性樹脂bはバリア性の高い樹脂であることが好ましい。熱可塑性樹脂bは、好ましくは、エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体、ポリアミド6、ポリアミド6/66共重合体、ポリアミド66、ポリアミド610、ポリアミド6/12共重合体、ポリアミド1010、ポリアミド11およびポリアミド12からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含む。
(B)層が熱可塑性樹脂bからなる場合、(B)層は、本発明の効果を阻害しない範囲で、熱可塑性樹脂b以外の成分、たとえば各種添加剤を含んでもよい。

(B)層が熱可塑性樹脂bからなる場合、(B)層は、本発明の効果を阻害しない範囲で、熱可塑性樹脂b以外の成分、たとえば各種添加剤を含んでもよい。
(B)層を構成する熱可塑性樹脂組成物bxは、熱可塑性樹脂brを含むマトリクスbmとゴムbeを含むドメインbdとからなる。すなわち、熱可塑性樹脂組成物bxはいわゆる海島構造を有する。
熱可塑性樹脂brはバリア性の高い樹脂であることが好ましい。熱可塑性樹脂brは、好ましくは、エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体、ポリアミド6、ポリアミド6/66共重合体、ポリアミド66、ポリアミド610、ポリアミド6/12共重合体、ポリアミド1010、ポリアミド11およびポリアミド12からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含む。
マトリクスbmは、本発明の効果を阻害しない範囲で、各種添加剤を含んでもよい。

熱可塑性樹脂組成物bx中のドメインbdの割合が上記の数値範囲内にあることにより、輸送する流体の漏洩を抑制するバリア性と柔軟性を両立しやすい。
(B)層の23℃での燃料透過度は、好ましくは2.0mm・mg/24h・cm2以下であり、より好ましくは1.5mm・mg/24h・cm2以下であり、さらに好ましくは1.0mm・mg/24h・cm2以下である。
(B)層の23℃での燃料透過度が上記の数値範囲内にあることにより、低燃料透過なホースが得られる。

好ましくは、ゴム組成物cx中のゴムの50質量%以上が、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエンゴム、アクリルゴムおよびフッ素ゴムからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である。
ゴム組成物cxは、ゴム以外に、各種添加剤を含む。添加剤としては、架橋剤、老化防止剤、可塑剤、加工助剤、架橋促進助剤、架橋促進剤、補強剤(フィラー)、スコーチ防止剤、素練促進剤、有機改質剤、軟化剤、粘着付与剤などが挙げられる。
ゴム組成物cxはゴムceを含む。
ゴムceとしては、天然ゴム(NR)、イソプレンゴム(IR)、ブタジエンゴム(BR)、1,2―ブタジエンゴム、スチレン-ブタジエンゴム(SBR)、クロロプレンゴム(CR)、ブチルゴム(IIR)、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエンゴム(NBR)、アクリルゴム(ACM)、フッ素ゴム、エチレン-プロピレン-ジエンゴム(EPDM)等のジエンゴムが挙げられるが、なかでもアクリロニトリル-ブタジエンゴム(NBR)、アクリルゴム(ACM)、フッ素ゴムが好ましい。
好ましくは、ゴム組成物cx中のゴムの50質量%以上が、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエンゴム、アクリルゴムおよびフッ素ゴムからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である。
ゴム組成物cxは、ゴム以外に、各種添加剤を含む。添加剤としては、架橋剤、老化防止剤、可塑剤、加工助剤、架橋促進助剤、架橋促進剤、補強剤(フィラー)、スコーチ防止剤、素練促進剤、有機改質剤、軟化剤、粘着付与剤などが挙げられる。
(A)層と(B)層は、直接接着していてもよいし、接着層を介して接着していてもよい。
接着層を介して接着している場合、接着層を構成する材料としては、フェノール樹脂系接着剤、メラミン樹脂系接着剤、ウレタン樹脂系接着剤、エポキシ樹脂系接着剤が挙げられるが、好ましくはウレタン樹脂系接着剤およびフェノール樹脂系接着剤である。
接着層の厚さは、充分な接着力が得られる限り限定されないが、好ましくは0.5~10μmであり、より好ましくは0.5~5.0μmであり、さらに好ましくは0.5~3.0μmである。
接着層の形成方法は特に限定されないが、A層の外側に接着剤溶液を塗布、塗工、噴霧などすることによって、接着層を設けることができる。

補強層は、通常、金属線材または有機繊維を編組して形成されたブレード層またはスパイラル層からなる。金属線材としては、鋼線、銅および銅合金の線、アルミニウムおよびアルミニウム合金の線、マグネシウム合金の線、チタンおよびチタン合金の線などが挙げられるが、好ましくは鋼線である。金属線材の線径は、好ましくは0.25~0.40mmである。有機繊維としては、ポリパラフェニレンベンズビスオキサゾール(PBO)繊維、アラミド繊維、炭素繊維などが挙げられるが、好ましくはPBO繊維である。有機繊維の線径は、好ましくは0.25~0.30mmである。
ブレード層またはスパイラル層は2層以上を積層してもよいし、ブレード層とスパイラル層を組み合わせてもよい。

熱可塑性エラストマーとしては、オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー、ポリアミドエラストマー、ポリエステルエラストマー、ポリウレタンエラストマーなどが挙げられる。
熱可塑性エラストマー組成物としては、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、エチレン-ビニルアルコール樹脂、ポリオレフィン樹脂、ポリケトン樹脂、ポリアセタール樹脂、ポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂、ポリフェニレンエーテル樹脂、フッ素系樹脂などの熱可塑性樹脂を含むマトリクスと、ブチルゴム、変性ブチルゴム、オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー、エチレン-不飽和カルボン酸エステル共重合体、ポリアミドエラストマー、ポリエステルエラストマー、ポリウレタンエラストマーなどのゴムを含むドメインとからなるものが挙げられる。

熱可塑性エラストマー組成物としては、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、エチレン-ビニルアルコール樹脂、ポリオレフィン樹脂、ポリケトン樹脂、ポリアセタール樹脂、ポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂、ポリフェニレンエーテル樹脂、フッ素系樹脂などの熱可塑性樹脂を含むマトリクスと、ブチルゴム、変性ブチルゴム、オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー、エチレン-不飽和カルボン酸エステル共重合体、ポリアミドエラストマー、ポリエステルエラストマー、ポリウレタンエラストマーなどのゴムを含むドメインとからなるものが挙げられる。
外層の厚さは、好ましくは0.2~5.0mmであり、より好ましくは0.2~4.0mmであり、さらに好ましくは0.2~3.0mmである。
流体輸送用ホースの製造方法は、限定するものではないが、次の方法を例示することができる。
予め離型剤を塗布したマンドレルの上に、(A)層用の熱可塑性樹脂組成物と(B)層用の熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂組成物とを、(A)層用の熱可塑性樹脂組成物が最内層となるように、押出機を用いてチューブ状に押出し、(A)層および(B)層を形成する。次いで、(B)層の上に、(C)層用のゴム組成物を押出機を用いてチューブ状に押出し、(C)層を形成する。次いで、(C)層の上に、接着剤を塗布し、編組機を用いて鋼線または有機繊維を編組し、補強層を形成する。次いで、補強層の上に、外層用のゴム組成物を、押出機を用いてチューブ状に押出し、外層を形成する。次いで、スチーム加硫を行い、その後、マンドレルを抜き取ることにより、ホースを作製することができる。

表1に示す配合比率の原材料を二軸混練機(株式会社日本製鋼所製)に投入し、200~240℃で3分間混錬し、得られた混錬物をストランド状に押し出し、冷水後ストランドカッターで切断することにより、ペレット状の熱可塑性樹脂組成物を調製した。

(4)ホースの作製
予め離型剤を塗布したマンドレルの上に、表4~表6に示す(A)層用材料と(B)層用材料とを、(A)層が最内層となるように、押出機を用いて表4~表6に示す厚さとなるようにチューブ状に押出し、(A)層と(B)層を形成した。(B)層の上に、表4~表6に示す(C)層用材料を、表4~表6に示す厚さとなるよう押出し、(C)層を形成した。(C)層の上に、フェノール系接着剤を塗布し、編組機を用いて鋼線を編組し、補強層を形成した。補強層の上に、表3に示す外層用ゴム組成物を肉厚2.0mmとなるよう押出し、外層を形成した。その後、143℃で60分間スチーム加硫を行い、マンドレルを抜き取ることでホースを作製した。

各実施例および各比較例について、(A)層と(B)層とを含む積層体の10%モジュラスM10(AB)および100%モジュラスM100(AB)、(A)層の100%モジュラスM100(A)、(B)層の100%モジュラスM100(B)、(C)層の100%モジュラスM100(C)、(B)層の燃料透過度、キンクの抑制、ホースの曲げ力、常温での取り扱い性を評価した。評価結果を表4~表6に示す。

[モジュラスの測定]
熱可塑性樹脂、熱可塑性樹脂組成物または積層体のモジュラスは、熱可塑性樹脂のシート、熱可塑性樹脂組成物のシートまたは積層体を、JIS 3号ダンベル形状に打ち抜き、25℃、引張速度100mm/minの条件で引張試験を行ない、得られた応力ひずみ曲線から、伸び10%における応力を10%モジュラスM10[MPa]とし、伸び100%における応力を100%モジュラスM100[MPa]とすることにより求めた。
ゴムのモジュラスは、JIS K 6251に準拠して、加硫ゴムシートをJIS 3号ダンベル形状に打ち抜き、25℃、引張速度500mm/minの条件で引張試験を行ない、得られた応力ひずみ曲線から、伸び10%における応力を10%モジュラスM10[MPa]とし、伸び100%における応力を100%モジュラスM100[MPa]とすることにより求めた。
ただし、熱可塑性樹脂のシートまたは熱可塑性樹脂組成物のシートは、熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂組成物を、550mm幅T型ダイス付Φ40mm単軸押出機(株式会社プラ技研製)を用いて、シリンダーおよびダイスの温度を220~245℃、引き取り速度を0.5~3.0mm/minに設定し、平均厚み0.15mmのシートを押し出すことにより作製した。
加硫ゴムシートは、バンバリーミキサーで調製したゴム組成物を所定の大きさに切り出し、厚さ2mm、長さ150mm×150mmの金型を使用して鉄板に挟み込み、プレス機を用いて、温度143℃、圧力3.0MPaで60分間加硫することにより作製した。
(A)層と(B)層とを含む積層体は、(A)層用材料のシートおよび(B)層用材料のシートをそれぞれ150mm×150mm角に切り出し、(A)層用材料と(B)層用材料のどちらか高い方の融点+10℃に設定したプレス機を用いて、3.0MPaで5分間、熱プレスすることにより作製した。
比較例3においては、(A)層と(B)層の間に接着層を設け、プレス機を用いて、温度143℃、圧力3.0MPaで60分間加硫することにより作製した。

[燃料透過度の測定]
JIS Z 0208「防湿包装材料の透過湿度試験方法」で用いられるアルミ製カップに、試験燃料CE10(イソオクタン/トルエン/エタノール=45/45/10体積%)を20mL封入し、上記[モジュラスの測定]で作製した(B)層用材料のシートを透過面が直径60mmの円となるよう切り出し、取り付けた。シートと試験燃料が常時接するよう、シート面が下向きの状態で23℃雰囲気下に静置し、1日ごとにカップの重量を測定した。7日後時点までの重量減少から、燃料透過度を算出した。
JIS Z 0208「防湿包装材料の透過湿度試験方法」で用いられるアルミ製カップに、試験燃料CE10(イソオクタン/トルエン/エタノール=45/45/10体積%)を20mL封入し、上記[モジュラスの測定]で作製した(B)層用材料のシートを透過面が直径60mmの円となるよう切り出し、取り付けた。シートと試験燃料が常時接するよう、シート面が下向きの状態で23℃雰囲気下に静置し、1日ごとにカップの重量を測定した。7日後時点までの重量減少から、燃料透過度を算出した。
[キンクの抑制]
JIS K 6330-9に準拠して、23℃条件下でのホースの曲げ試験を行ない、ホースの片端を固定し他端を曲げたとき、曲げ半径R=100mm時点でキンクしないものを〇、キンクするものを×とした。

[常温での取り扱い性]
JIS K 6330-9に準拠して、23℃条件下でのホースの曲げ試験を行ない、ホースの片端を固定し他端を曲げたとき、曲げ半径R=130mm時点での曲げ力を測定した。各実施例および各比較例のホース曲げ力は、比較例1のホース曲げ力を100とする指標で表した。常温での取り扱い性は、ホース曲げ力の指標が100以上のときを「劣」、90以上100未満のときを「良」、90未満のときを「優」とした。
JIS K 6330-9に準拠して、23℃条件下でのホースの曲げ試験を行ない、ホースの片端を固定し他端を曲げたとき、曲げ半径R=130mm時点での曲げ力を測定した。各実施例および各比較例のホース曲げ力は、比較例1のホース曲げ力を100とする指標で表した。常温での取り扱い性は、ホース曲げ力の指標が100以上のときを「劣」、90以上100未満のときを「良」、90未満のときを「優」とした。
本発明の流体輸送用ホースは、ガソリンや燃料などの流体を輸送するのに用いられるホースとして好適に利用することができる。

Claims (10)
- 内層と補強層と外層とを含む流体輸送用ホースであって、
内層が、熱可塑性樹脂arを含むマトリクスamとゴムaeを含むドメインadとからなる熱可塑性樹脂組成物axからなる(A)層と、熱可塑性樹脂bまたは熱可塑性樹脂brを含むマトリクスbmとゴムbeを含むドメインbdとからなる熱可塑性樹脂組成物bxからなる(B)層と、ゴム組成物cxからなる(C)層とを含み、
(A)層が最内層であり、(B)層が(A)層の外側に配置され、(C)層が(B)層の外側に配置され、
(A)層と(B)層とを含む積層体の10%モジュラスM10(AB)と100%モジュラスM100(AB)の比M10(AB)/M100(AB)が0.5超過1.2未満であり、
(A)層の100%モジュラスM100(A)と(B)層の100%モジュラスM100(B)と(C)層の100%モジュラスM100(C)とが、関係式M100(C)<M100(A)<M100(B)を満たすことを特徴とする流体輸送用ホース。 - (A)層と(B)層が、直接接着している、または接着層を介して接着していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体輸送用ホース。
- (A)層と(B)層の合計厚さT(AB)と(C)層の厚さT(C)の比T(AB)/T(C)が0.01~2.0であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の流体輸送用ホース。
- (A)層の厚さT(A)と(B)層の厚さT(B)の比T(A)/T(B)が0.1超過20未満であり、(B)層の厚さT(B)が0.01~0.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の流体輸送用ホース。
- 熱可塑性樹脂組成物axがドメインadを5~70質量%含むことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の流体輸送用ホース。
- 熱可塑性樹脂組成物axが可塑化作用のある化合物を0.1質量%以上含むことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の流体輸送用ホース。
- 熱可塑性樹脂bまたは熱可塑性樹脂brが、エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体、ポリアミド6、ポリアミド6/66共重合体、ポリアミド66、ポリアミド610、ポリアミド6/12共重合体、ポリアミド1010、ポリアミド11およびポリアミド12からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含むことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の流体輸送用ホース。
- ゴム組成物cx中のゴムの50質量%以上が、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエンゴム、アクリルゴムおよびフッ素ゴムからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の流体輸送用ホース。
- (B)層の23℃での燃料透過度が2.0mm・mg/24h・cm2以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の流体輸送用ホース。
- 流体がガソリン、アルコール混合ガソリン、灯油、軽油、重油、植物油、有機溶媒またはそれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の流体輸送用ホース。
