本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,如:容易出现夹持的力过大或不足的情况,从而导致垃圾桶变形损坏或是无法夹持住的现象发生,而提出的一种高性能大型垃圾桶注塑修边用夹装结构。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种高性能大型垃圾桶注塑修边用夹装结构,其特征在于,所述调节腔(10)的上内壁上开设有两个相同的移动槽(22),两个所述移动槽(22)平行设置,两根所述调节齿条(12)的顶端均设置有一块连接块(11),两块所述连接块(11)分别与两个移动槽(22)相对应,两块所述连接块(11)分别贯穿对应的移动槽(22)设置,两块所述连接块(11)的另一端分别固定连接在对应的固定杆一(9)和固定杆二(15)的底壁上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种高性能大型垃圾桶注塑修边用夹装结构,其特征在于,其中一根所述调节齿条(12)的后侧壁上开设有一个滑槽二(20),所述滑槽二(20)贯穿对应的调节齿条(12)的顶端设置,所述滑槽二(20)内滑动连接有一块滑块二(19),所述滑块二(19)的一端与对应的滑块一(18)的侧壁固定连接,所述滑槽二(20)内还设置有一个调节弹簧(21),所述调节弹簧(21)为横向设置,所述调节弹簧(21)的两端分别与滑槽二(20)的内侧壁以及对应的滑块二(19)的侧壁固定连接,与其对应所述的连接块(11)的底端固定连接在滑块二(19)的顶端处,另一个所述连接块(11)固定连接在对应的调节齿条(12)的顶端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能大型垃圾桶注塑修边用夹装结构,其特征在于,所述固定筒(5)内开设有一个固定腔(6),所述旋转杆(4)靠近固定筒(5)的一端贯穿固定腔(6)的侧壁伸入到固定腔(6)内设置,所述旋转杆(4)位于固定腔(6)内的一 端固定连接有一根连接杆(7),所述连接杆(7)的直径大于旋转杆(4)的直径,所述连接杆(7)的侧壁上刻有螺纹,所述固定腔(6)的内壁上也设置有与连接杆(7)的螺纹相对应的螺纹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种高性能大型垃圾桶注塑修边用夹装结构,所述滑槽二(20)的内侧壁上还固定设置有一个触发开关,所述触发开关设置在远离调节弹簧(21)的一侧侧壁上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能大型垃圾桶注塑修边用夹装结构,其特征在于,所述固定夹板二(16)的外侧包裹设置有橡胶保护层。
