本发明涉及衣物处理技术领域,尤其是涉及一种屏幕组件以及衣物处理装置。
背景技术
相关技术中的洗衣机的前面板上设有门体、料盒、甚至是水箱等结构,由于料盒占用了前面板的左上部或者右上部位置,使得前面板的上部位置有限,通常只能将屏幕设置在前面板的中上部,无法实现大屏幕显示。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。
为此,本发明提出一种屏幕组件,所述屏幕组件可以实现大屏幕显示功能。
本发明还提出一种具有上述屏幕组件的衣物处理装置。
根据本发明实施例的屏幕组件,包括:第一基板,所述第一基板设有第一显示部;第二基板,所述第二基板设有第二显示部;控制单元和发光部件,所述控制单元分别与所述第一显示部、所述发光部件连接;导光件,所述导光件具有入光部和出光部,所述入光部朝向所述发光部件且所述出光部朝向所述第二显示部,用于将所述发光部件发出的光引导至所述第二显示部。
根据本发明实施例的屏幕组件,通过在第二基板上设置第二显示部,并设置导光件、与控制单元连接的发光部件,利用导光件将发光部件发出的光引导至第二显示部进行显示,实现第二显示部的显示作用,从而在视觉上扩大了显示范围,提升了屏幕组件的外观美感以及用户的使用体验。

如图1-图5所示,根据本发明实施例的屏幕组件100包括第一基板11和控制单元13,第一基板11设有第一显示部111,控制单元13与第一显示部111连接,用于控制第一显示部111的通断电情况。
进一步地,屏幕组件100还包括第二基板12、发光部件14和导光件17,第二基板12设有第二显示部121,控制单元13与发光部件14连接,用于控制发光部件14的通断电情况.
其中,导光件17具有入光部171和出光部172,入光部171朝向发光部件14,出光部172朝向第二显示部121,即入光部171的位置与发光部件14的位置对应,出光部172的位置与第二显示部121的位置对应。
当发光部件14通电时,发光部件14发出的光从入光部171进入,然后从出光部172发出,利用导光件17的导光的作用,将发光部件14发出的光引导至第二显示部121,使第二显示部121显示相应的功能。
根据本发明实施例的屏幕组件100,通过在第二基板12上设置第二显示部121,并设置导光件17、与控制单元13连接的发光部件14,利用导光件17将发光部件14发出的光引导至第二显示部121进行显示,实现第二显示部121的显示作用,从而在视觉上扩大了显示范围,提升了屏幕组件100的外观美感以及用户的使用体验。
根据本发明的一些实施例,入光部171和出光部172位于导光件17的两个相背设置的侧壁上,发光部件14位于导光件17的背向第二显示部121的一侧。这样,发光部件14发出的光从入光部171进入导光件17,经过折射后直接从出光部172投射出。
如图2和图3所示,在本实施例中,导光件17设置在第二显示部121的后侧,并且导光件17位于发光部件14的前侧,即导光件17位于第二显示部121与发光部件14之间,导光件17的后侧表面(正对发光部件14的一侧表面)的至少一部分形成入光部 171,导光件17的前侧表面(正对第二显示部121的一侧表面)的至少一部分形成为出光部172。

如图7和图8所示,在一些实施例中,导光件17具有横向(如图7所示的左右方向)和纵向(如图8所示的前后方向),横向和纵向相互垂直设置,纵向沿第二基板12的厚度方向延伸,入光部171位于导光件17的横向上的一侧,出光部172位于导光件17的纵向上的一侧。
其中,导光件17在纵向上的尺寸沿横向朝远离入光部171的方向减小,这样当发光部件14发光的光传导至导光件17,利于光的反射,使投射至第二显示部121的光线效果更加均匀、图文更加清晰,有利于提升第二显示部121的显示效果。
根据本发明的一些实施例,入光部171形成入光面,出光部172形成出光面,入光面和出光面形成在导光件17的外表面。
具体地,如图4-图5、图6-图10以及图13所示,导光件17沿第二显示部121的宽度方向延伸,导光件17设置在第二显示部121的后侧,并且导光件17位于发光部件14的左侧,导光件17的右侧表面(正对发光部件14的一侧表面)为入光面,导光件17的前侧表面(正对第二显示部121的一侧表面)为出光面。具体地,在图7和图8示出的示例中,入光面设置在导光件17的右侧,出光面设置在导光件17的前侧。
如图2和图3所示,在另一些实施例中,导光件17设置在第二显示部121的后侧,并且导光件17位于发光部件14的前侧,即导光件17位于第二显示部121与发光部件14之间,导光件17的后侧表面(正对发光部件14的一侧表面)为入光面,导光件17的前侧表面(正对第二显示部121的一侧表面)为出光面。
在一些实施例中,导光件17具有多个间隔布置的通孔173。通过在导光件17上设置多个通孔173,可以使投射至导光件17的光线发生漫反射,从而使投射至第二显示部121的光线效果更加均匀、图文更加清晰,有利于提升第二显示部121的显示效果。
如图14-图18所示,根据本发明的另一些实施例,导光件17内限定出导光腔176,导光腔176的壁面形成有反光面,导光件17的侧壁具有第一通口174和第二通口175,第一通口174和第二通口175均与导光腔176连通,第一通口174形成入光部171,第二通口175形成出光部172。
具体地,在图14和图15示出的示例中,第一通口174设置在导光件17的右侧,第二通口175设置在导光件17的前侧。
也就是说,导光件17的内部具有空腔,发光部件14发出的光线从第一通口174进入导光腔176内,在反光面的反射下,部分光线从第二通口175发出。通过将导光件17设置成上述结构,有利于节省材料、降低成本。
其中,反光面可以做成磨砂面,从而利于发生漫反射,使投射至第二显示部121的光线效果更加均匀、图文更加清晰,有利于提升第二显示部121的显示效果。
如图15所示,反光面包括导光腔176的壁面的与第二通口175正对的区域,该区域与第二通口175所在平面的距离沿远离第一通口174的方向逐渐减小,利于光的反射,有利于提升第二显示部121的显示效果。
根据本发明的一些实施例,屏幕组件100还包括彩色膜片15,彩色膜片15设于第 二显示部121与导光件17之间。
举例而言,彩色膜片15可以贴设在导光件17上,也可以贴设在第二显示部121的内侧表面,还可以单独设置在第二显示部121与导光件17之间。
由此,通过设置彩色膜片15,可以起到反射、叠加光的作用,利用彩色膜片15可以弱化第一显示部111和第二显示部121之间的差异,使第一显示部111和第二显示部121看起来像一个更大的显示区域,在视觉上扩大了显示范围,提升了屏幕组件100的外观美感以及用户的使用体验。
根据本发明的一些实施例,发光部件14包括LED灯,结构简单、易于实现。通过控制发光部件14通断电,可以起到指示、提醒或者装饰的功能。其中,发光部件14可以形成点状,也可以形成条状。
如图11所示,在本实施例中,发光部件14包括灯座141和灯板142,灯座141可以由透光材料制成,灯板142设置在灯座141上,灯座141位于灯板142与入光部171之间,从而不影响灯板142发光的光线的投射。
如图12所示,在本实施例中,发光部件14包括导光部143和电器盒144,电器盒144为不透光材料制成,电器盒144内设有k,电器盒144具有开孔以使发光部件发出的光线可以投射出,导光部143设于电器盒144且覆盖开孔,例如二者可以超声波焊接连接,导光部143位于电器盒144与入光部171之间,从而可以起到导光作用,提高发光部件的利用率。
需要说明的是,发光部件14的数量可以为多个,导光件17的数量可以为一个,也可以为多个。在导光件17为一个的实施例中,导光件17的入光部171可以覆盖多个发光部件14;在导光件17为多个的实施例中,多个导光件17的入光部171可以与多个发光部件14位置一一对应。
根据本发明的一些实施例,第一显示部111为TFT屏幕,利用TFT屏幕可以做到高速度、高亮度、高对比度显示屏幕信息。
根据本发明的一些实施例,第二显示部121为有机玻璃,结构简单、成本较低,并且具有较好的透明性、化学稳定性和耐候性、易染色、易加工,利于显示位于其内侧的结构。
根据本发明的一些实施例,屏幕组件100还包括第一镀膜层和/或第二镀膜层,第一镀膜层覆盖在第一显示部111上,第二镀膜层覆盖在第二显示部121上。
由此,通过设置第一镀膜层和/或第二镀膜层,可以起到反射叠加的作用,从而弱化第一显示部111和第二显示部121的显示差异,提升了视觉效果。
根据本发明的一些实施例,控制单元13包括:第一电控板和第二电控板,第一电控板与第一显示部111连接,第一电控板与第一显示部111的位置对应,第二电控板与第一电控板、发光部件14连接,结构简单、连接方便、易于实现。
具体地,在本实施例中,第一显示部111和第二显示部121在左右方向上排布,并且第一显示部111位于第二显示部121的右侧,第一电控板和第二电控板均设置在第一显示部111的后侧,并且第二电控板位于第一电控板的左侧,导光件17设置在第二电控板的左侧,即导光件17、第二电控板和第一电控板在左右方向上排布,其中,发光部件14设置在第二电控板上,并且发光部件14朝向导光件17,从而方便导光件17将发光部件14发出的光引导至第二显示部121。
根据本发明的一些实施例,第一基板11与第二基板12并排布置,并且第二基板12相对于第一基板11可活动。
举例而言,第二基板12在第一位置和第二位置之间可活动,当第二基板12活动至第一位置时,第二显示部121与第一显示部111平齐,此时第二显示部121与第一显示部111距离最近,当第二基板12活动至第二位置时,第二显示部121距离第一显示部111最远。
需要说明的是,为了保证第二基板12可以正常活动,可以将控制单元13和发光部件14设置在第一基板11上,而将导光件17设置在第二基板12上。当然,也可以使控制单元13的第一电控板与第二电控板实现无线连接,将第一电控板设置在第一基板11上,而将第二电控板、发光部件14、导光件17设置在第二基板12上,仍然保证第二基板12可以正常活动。
根据本发明的一些实施例,屏幕组件100包括固定面板和活动抽屉,活动抽屉可推拉地设于固定面板上,第一基板11形成固定面板,第二基板12形成活动抽屉的抽屉面板22,即将显示区域设置在固定面板和抽屉面板22上,在视觉上扩大了显示范围,提升了屏幕组件100的外观美感以及用户的使用体验。
需要说明的是,由于活动抽屉的抽屉面板22的厚度空间以及活动抽屉的开合方式限制,无法在活动抽屉内部设置控制单元13等结构,因此现有技术中的活动抽屉通常无显示功能,本申请将控制单元13设置在与第一显示部111对应的位置处,通过在活动抽屉上设置第二显示部121和导光件17,利用导光件17可以将发光部件14发出的光引导至第二显示部121,不占用活动抽屉的位置也可以将显示区域扩展到活动抽屉上,扩大了显示范围。
在一些实施例中,抽屉面板22包括内壳222和外壳221,外壳221覆盖在内壳222的外侧,第二显示部121形成在外壳221上,导光件17设于外壳221与内壳222之间。
由此,通过将抽屉面板22设置为包括外壳221和内壳222,不仅可以提高抽屉面板22的结构强度,而且可以为导光件17提供容纳空间,保证导光件17的固定安装。另外,外壳221与内壳222可以将导光件17隐藏起来,对导光件17形成保护。
在一些示例中,外壳221和内壳222中的一个设有定位槽223,导光件17设于定位槽223内,定位槽223的槽壁具有避让口224以使入光部171露出。通过设置定位槽223,可以对导光件17进行定位,保证导光件17的安装稳定性和可靠性,通过设置避让口224,保证发光部件14发出的光线可以投射至入光部171,从而将光引导至第二显示部121,在视觉上扩大了显示范围。
下面描述根据本发明实施例的衣物处理装置。这里的衣物处理装置可以为洗衣机、干衣机或者洗干一体机。
根据本发明实施例的衣物处理装置,包括根据上述实施例的屏幕组件100。
由于根据本发明实施例的屏幕组件100具有上述技术效果,因此包括上述实施例的屏幕组件100的衣物处理装置也具有上述技术效果,即通过采用上述屏幕组件100,有效地提高了空间利用率,可以在视觉上扩大了显示范围,提升了衣物处理装置的外观美感以及用户的使用体验。
在一些实施例中,衣物处理装置包括洗涤剂盒,洗涤剂盒在打开位置和关闭位置之间可移动,第二显示部121设于洗涤剂盒。
通过将第二显示部121等设置在洗涤剂盒,有效地利用了洗涤剂盒的空间,在视觉上扩大显示范围,并且由于第二显示部121是利用导光件17将发光部件14发出的光引导至第二显示部121进行显示,因此无需设置线路,不影响洗涤剂盒的使用。
在另一些实施例中,衣物处理装置包括储水盒,储水盒在打开位置和关闭位置之间可移动,第二显示部121设于储水盒。
通过将第二显示部121等设置在储水盒,有效地利用了储水盒的空间,在视觉上扩大显示范围,并且由于第二显示部121是利用导光件17将发光部件14发出的光引导至第二显示部121进行显示,因此无需设置线路,不影响储水盒的使用。
根据本发明的又一些实施例,衣物处理装置包括洗涤剂盒和储水盒,洗涤剂盒和储水盒分别在打开位置和关闭位置之间可移动,第二显示部121设于洗涤剂盒和储水盒,进一步地在视觉上扩大显示范围。
在一些实施例中,衣物处理装置包括面板组件200,面板组件200包括前封门21, 前封门21的中部具有衣物取放口211,前封门21的上部具有开口212,抽屉可推拉地设于前封门21的开口212处,在抽屉处于关闭状态下,抽屉面板22覆盖开口212,第一显示部111设于前封门21的上部,第二显示部121设于抽屉面板22,并且第一显示部111和第二显示部121在前封门21的宽度方向并排布置。
在一些实施例中,衣物处理装置还包括机壳、门体和衣物处理单元,衣物处理单元设于机壳内,衣物处理单元具有衣物处理腔,衣物处理腔的敞开口与衣物处理腔连通,机壳具有衣物取放口211,衣物取放口211的位置与衣物处理腔的敞开口的位置正对,门体在打开位置和关闭位置之间可转动地设于机壳,在门体处于打开位置时,门体打开衣物处理腔的敞开口且衣物取放口211外露,在门体处于关闭位置时,门体密封衣物处理腔的敞开口且覆盖衣物取放口211。
其中,机壳包括左侧板、右侧板、背板、前封门21、底板、顶板。背板的左端与左侧板的后侧连接,背板的右端与右侧板的后侧连接,前封门21的左端与左侧板的前侧连接,前封门21的右端与右侧板的前侧连接,顶板的四个侧边沿分别与左侧板的上端、右侧板的上端、背板的上端和前封门21的上端连接,底板的四个侧边沿分别与左侧板的下端、右侧板的下端、背板的下端和前封门21的下端连接。
进一步地,前封门21的上部的中间位置设有第一显示部111,前封门21上的左侧位置或者右侧位置设有开口212,洗涤剂盒可推拉地设于开口212处,洗涤剂盒的前面板设有第二显示部121。
其中,前封门21的内侧设有控制单元13,控制单元13与第一显示部111连接,洗涤剂盒的前面板设有导光件17,导光件17与第二显示部121之间设有彩色膜片15,发光部件14与控制单元13连接且发光部件14朝向导光件17,导光件17可以将发光部件14发出的光引导至第二显示部121。
由此,通过在洗涤剂盒的前面板上设置第二显示部121,并设置导光件17、与控制单元13连接的发光部件14,利用导光件17将发光部件14发出的光引导至第二显示部121进行显示,使洗涤剂盒具有显示功能,不会影响控制单元13的设置以及洗涤剂盒的尺寸,就可以在视觉上扩大显示范围,提升了衣物处理装置的外观美感以及用户的使用体验。
如图19所示,根据本实用新型实施例的屏幕组件100包括第一基板11、第二基板12、第一显示部111和控制单元13,第一显示部111设置在第一基板11上,控制单元13与第一显示部111连接。
进一步地,屏幕组件100还包括第二显示部121、发光部件14和导光件17,第二显示部121设置在第二基板12上,控制单元13与发光部件14连接,用于控制发光部件14的通断电情况,导光件17与第二显示部121的位置对应,当发光部件14通电时,导光件17可以起到导光的作用,将发光部件14发出的光引导至第二显示部121,使第二显示部121显示相应的功能。
根据本实用新型实施例的屏幕组件100,通过在第二基板12上设置第二显示部121,并设置导光件17、与控制单元13连接的发光部件14,利用导光件17将发光部件14发出的光引导至第二显示部121进行显示,实现第二显示部121的显示作用,从而在视觉上扩大了显示范围,提升了屏幕组件100的外观美感以及用户的使用体验。
如图19所示,屏幕组件100还包括彩色膜片15,彩色膜片15设置在第二显示部121与导光件17之间。举例而言,彩色膜片15可以贴设在导光件17上,也可以贴设在第二显示部121的内侧表面(如图19所示的后侧表面),还可以单独设置在第二显示部121与导光件17之间。
由此,通过设置彩色膜片15,可以起到反射、叠加光的作用,利用彩色膜片15可以弱化第一显示部111和第二显示部121之间的差异,使第一显示部111和第二显示部121看起来像一个更大的显示区域,在视觉上扩大了显示范围,提升了屏幕组件100的 外观美感以及用户的使用体验。
如图19所示,第一显示部111与第二显示部121并排布置,并且二者之间具有缝隙101。在一些实施例中,发光部件14与缝隙101错开布置,即发光部件14与缝隙101不正对设置,避免发光部件14发出的光从缝隙101漏出。
在一些实施例中,屏幕组件100还包括遮挡部,遮挡部设置在正对缝隙101的位置。通过设置遮挡部,可以利用遮挡部遮挡缝隙101,避免发光部件14发出的光直接或者经过反射而在缝隙101位置出现漏光现象。
如图19所示,在一些示例中,控制单元13设置在第一显示部111的一侧,控制单元13的至少一部分可以作为遮挡部,即这里的控制单元13不仅可以起到信号传输与控制作用,还可以遮挡缝隙101,避免缝隙101出现漏光现象。
根据本实用新型的一些实施例,发光部件14的外侧罩设有防水件16,即防水件16包裹发光部件14。通过在发光部件14的外侧设置防水件16,可以避免水从缝隙101进入屏幕组件100内而损坏发光部件14,保证发光部件14可以正常工作。
具体地,发光部件14可以包括一个,也可以包括间隔布置的多个,防水件16可以单独包裹每一个发光部件14,也可以从整体上包裹多个发光部件14。
需要说明的是,这里的发光部件14可以根据需要用作提醒件,也可以用作装饰件或者照明件,具体可以根据需要进行选择。
如图19所示,根据本实用新型的一些实施例,第一显示部111和第二显示部121在水平方向(如图19示出的左右方向)上并排布置,控制单元13与第一显示部111的位置对应,导光件17与第二显示部121的位置对应,即控制单元13与导光件17在所述水平方向上并排布置,结构紧凑。当然,第一显示部111和第二显示部121也可以在竖直方向上并排布置。
根据本实用新型的一些实施例,控制单元13包括第一电控板131和第二电控板132,第一电控板131与第二电控板132连接,其中,第一电控板131与第一显示部111的位置对应,并且第一电控板131与第一显示部111连接,第二电控板132与发光部件14连接,结构简单、连接方便、易于实现。
具体地,如图19所示,在本实施例中,第一显示部111和第二显示部121在左右方向上排布,并且第一显示部111位于第二显示部121的右侧,第一电控板131和第二电控板132均设置在第一显示部111的后侧,并且第二电控板132位于第一电控板131的左侧,第二电控板132正对缝隙101,从而形成遮挡,导光件17设置在第二电控板132的左侧,即导光件17、第二电控板132和第一电控板131在左右方向上排布,其中,发光部件14设置在第二电控板132上,并且发光部件14朝向导光件17,从而方便导光件17将发光部件14发出的光引导至第二显示部121。
其中,导光件17具有入光部171和出光部172,入光部171朝向发光部件14设置,出光部172朝向第二显示部121设置,从而可以利用导光件17将发光部件14发出的光引导至第二显示部121。
在一些示例中,入光部171和出光部172设置在导光件17的相邻侧壁上。
具体地,如图19所示,导光件17沿第二显示部121的宽度方向延伸,导光件17设置在第二显示部121的后侧,并且导光件17位于发光部件14的左侧,导光件17的右侧表面(正对发光部件14的一侧表面)为入光部171,导光件17的前侧表面(正对第二显示部121的一侧表面)为出光部172。
在另一些示例中,入光部171和出光部172设置在导光件17的相背侧壁上。具体地,导光件17设置在第二显示部121的后侧,并且导光件17位于发光部件14的前侧,即导光件17位于第二显示部121与发光部件14之间,导光件17的后侧表面(正对发光部件14的一侧表面)为入光部171,导光件17的前侧表面(正对第二显示部121的一侧表面)为出光部172。
根据本实用新型的一些实施例,第二基板12相对于第一基板11可活动。
举例而言,第二基板12在第一位置和第二位置之间可活动,当第二基板12活动至第一位置时,第二显示部121与第一显示部111平齐,此时第二显示部121与第一显示部111距离最近,并且缝隙101位于第一基板11与第二基板12之间,当第二基板12活动至第二位置时,第二显示部121距离第一显示部111最远。
需要说明的是,为了保证第二基板12可以正常活动,可以将控制单元13和发光部件14设置在第一基板11上,而将导光件17设置在第二基板12上。当然,也可以使控制单元13的第一电控板131与第二电控板132实现无线连接,将第一电控板131设置在第一基板11上,而将第二电控板132、发光部件14、导光件17设置在第二基板12上,仍然保证第二基板12可以正常活动。
在一些实施例中,屏幕组件100包括固定面板和活动抽屉,活动抽屉可推拉地设于固定面板上,第一基板11形成固定面板,第二基板12形成活动抽屉的抽屉面板,即将显示区域设置在固定面板和抽屉面板上,在视觉上扩大了显示范围,提升了屏幕组件100的外观美感以及用户的使用体验。
需要说明的是,由于活动抽屉的抽屉面板的厚度空间以及活动抽屉的开合方式限制,无法在活动抽屉内部设置控制单元13等结构,因此现有技术中的活动抽屉通常无显示功能,本申请将控制单元13设置在与第一显示部111对应的位置处,通过在活动抽屉上设置第二显示部121和导光件17,利用导光件17可以将发光部件14发出的光引导至第二显示部121,不占用活动抽屉的位置也可以将显示区域扩展到活动抽屉上,扩大了显示范围。
下面结合附图19-图201描述根据本实用新型实施例的衣物处理装置300。这里的衣物处理装置300可以为洗衣机、干衣机或者洗干一体机。
如图20和图201所示,根据本实用新型实施例的衣物处理装置300包括根据上述实施例的屏幕组件100。
由于根据本实用新型实施例的屏幕组件100具有上述技术效果,因此包括上述实施例的屏幕组件100的衣物处理装置300也具有上述技术效果,即通过采用上述屏幕组件100,有效地提高了空间利用率,可以在视觉上扩大了显示范围,提升了衣物处理装置300的外观美感以及用户的使用体验。
在一些实施例中,衣物处理装置300还包括机壳、门体23和衣物处理单元,衣物处理单元设于机壳内,衣物处理单元具有衣物处理腔和衣物取放口,衣物取放口与衣物处理腔连通,机壳具有开口,开口的位置与衣物取放口的位置正对,门体23在打开位置和关闭位置之间可转动地设于机壳,在门体23处于打开位置时,门体23打开衣物取放口且开口外露,在门体23处于关闭位置时,门体23密封衣物取放口且覆盖开口。
其中,机壳包括左侧板、右侧板、背板、前封门21、底板、顶板。背板的左端与左侧板的后侧连接,背板的右端与右侧板的后侧连接,前封门21的左端与左侧板的前侧连接,前封门21的右端与右侧板的前侧连接,顶板的四个侧边沿分别与左侧板的上端、右侧板的上端、背板的上端和前封门21的上端连接,底板的四个侧边沿分别与左侧板的下端、右侧板的下端、背板的下端和前封门21的下端连接。
进一步地,前封门21的上部的中间位置设有第一显示部111,前封门21上的左侧位置或者右侧位置设有可推拉的洗涤剂盒,洗涤剂盒的面板设有第二显示部121,洗涤剂盒与前封门21之间形成有缝隙101。
其中,前封门21的内侧设有控制单元13,控制单元13与第一显示部111连接,洗涤剂盒的面板设有导光件17,导光件17与第二显示部121之间设有彩色膜片15,发光部件14与控制单元13连接且发光部件14朝向导光件17,导光件17可以将发光部件14发出的光引导至第二显示部121。
由此,通过在洗涤剂盒的面板上设置第二显示部121,并设置导光件17、与控制单 元13连接的发光部件14,利用导光件17将发光部件14发出的光引导至第二显示部121进行显示,使洗涤剂盒具有显示功能,不会影响控制单元13的设置以及洗涤剂盒的尺寸,就可以在视觉上扩大显示范围,提升了衣物处理装置300的外观美感以及用户的使用体验。
根据本发明实施例的轨道交通车辆,包括上述实施例的轨道交通车辆用制动盘100。

Claims (26)

  1. 一种屏幕组件,其特征在于,包括:
    第一基板,所述第一基板设有第一显示部;
    第二基板,所述第二基板设有第二显示部;
    控制单元和发光部件,所述控制单元分别与所述第一显示部、所述发光部件连接;
    导光件,所述导光件与所述第二显示部的位置对应,用于将所述发光部件发出的光引导至所述第二显示部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述导光件具有入光部和出光部,所述入光部朝向所述发光部件且所述出光部朝向所述第二显示部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述入光部和所述出光部位于所述导光件的两个相背设置的侧壁上,所述发光部件位于所述导光件的背向所述第二显示部的一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述入光部和所述出光部位于所述导光件的两个相邻设置的侧壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述导光件具有相互垂直的横向和纵向,所述纵向沿所述第二基板的厚度方向延伸,
    其中,所述入光部位于所述导光件的所述横向上的一侧,所述出光部位于所述导光件的所述纵向上的一侧,所述导光件在所述纵向上的尺寸沿所述横向朝远离所述入光部的方向减小。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述入光部形成入光面且所述出光部形成出光面,所述入光面和所述出光面形成在所述导光件的外表面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述导光件具有多个间隔布置的通孔。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述导光件内限定出导光腔,所述导光腔的壁面形成有反光面,所述导光件的侧壁具有与所述导光腔连通的第一通口和第二通口,所述第一通口形成所述入光部且所述第二通口形成所述出光部。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述第二显示部与所述导光件之间设有彩色膜片。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述发光部件包括LED灯。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述第一显示部为TFT屏幕;和/或,所述第二显示部为有机玻璃。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,还包括:
    第一镀膜层,所述第一镀膜层覆盖在所述第一显示部上;和/或,
    第二镀膜层,所述第二镀膜层覆盖在所述第二显示部上。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述控制单元包括:
    第一电控板,所述第一电控板与所述第一显示部连接且所述第一电控板与所述第一显示部的位置对应;
    第二电控板,所述第二电控板与所述第一电控板、所述发光部件连接。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述第一基板与所述第二基板并排布置,并且所述第二基板相对于所述第一基板可活动。
  15. 根据权利要求1-14中任一项所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述第一基板形成固定面板,所述第二基板形成活动抽屉的抽屉面板,所述活动抽屉设于所述固定面板。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述抽屉面板包括内壳和外壳, 所述外壳覆盖在所述内壳的外侧,所述第二显示部形成在所述外壳上,所述导光件设于外壳与所述内壳之间。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述外壳和所述内壳中的一个设有定位槽,所述导光件设于所述定位槽内,所述定位槽的槽壁具有避让口以使所述入光部露出。
  18. 根据权利要求1-17中任一项所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述第二显示部与所述导光件之间设有彩色膜片。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述第一显示部和所述第二显示部并排布置且所述第一显示部和所述第二显示部之间具有缝隙,所述发光件与所述缝隙错开布置。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,还包括遮挡部,所述遮挡部正对所述缝隙。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述控制单元的至少一部分形成所述遮挡部。
  22. 根据权利要求1-21中任一项所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,还包括防水件,所述防水件罩设在所述发光件的外侧。
  23. 根据权利要求1-22中任一项所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述第二基板相对于所述第一基板可活动。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述第一基板形成固定面板,所述第二基板形成活动抽屉的抽屉面板,所述活动抽屉设于所述固定面板。
  25. 一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-24中任一项所述的屏幕组件。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述衣物处理装置包括洗涤剂盒和/或储水盒,所述第二显示部设于所述洗涤剂盒和/或所述储水盒。
