Abstract
水溶性高分子増粘剤並びにアミノ酸系界面活性剤及び両性界面活性剤を含み、粘度低下が抑制された安定な組成物が提供される。具体的には、水溶性セルロース誘導体、水不溶性セルロース、アミノ酸系界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤、並びに水を含有し、 水不溶性セルロースと水溶性セルロース誘導体とが、質量比1:4~15で含有される、粘性組成物が提供される。
Description
本発明は、粘性組成物等に関し、より詳細には水溶性セルロース誘導体を含有する洗浄用粘性組成物に関する。
高分子増粘剤は、様々な分野、例えば化粧品分野や食品分野において、粘性組成物を調製するために広く用いられている。
当該粘性組成物を特に洗浄用として用いる場合には、界面活性剤を混合することがしばしばある。

本発明者らの検討により、高分子増粘剤を含む組成物において、界面活性剤を用いると、粘度が変動し、また安定性に欠けるおそれがあることが見いだされた。
本発明者がさらに検討を進めたところ、高分子増粘剤を含む組成物において、特にアミノ酸系界面活性剤及び両性界面活性剤を併用した場合、その粘度が大きく変動することが多く、非常に扱いづらく、また安定性に欠けることが見いだされた。このため、水溶性高分子増粘剤並びにアミノ酸系界面活性剤及び両性界面活性剤を含み、適切な粘度を有する安定な組成物を調製することを目的に、さらに検討を行った。
本発明者らは、水溶性高分子増粘剤として水溶性セルロース誘導体を含み、さらに水不溶性セルロース、及び水を含み、水溶性セルロース誘導体と水不溶性セルロースとを特定の比率で含む粘性組成物は、アミノ酸系界面活性剤及び両性界面活性剤を配合したとしても、粘度が大きく変動することが無く、また安定性にも優れる可能性を見いだした。以上の知見に基づきさらに検討を重ねた。
本発明は例えば以下の項に記載の主題を包含する。

水溶性高分子増粘剤並びにアミノ酸系界面活性剤及び両性界面活性剤を含み、適切な粘度を有する安定な組成物、及び当該組成物を容易に調製することができる方法が提供される。
以下、本発明に包含される各実施形態について、さらに詳細に説明する。本発明は、粘性組成物及びその製造方法等を好ましく包含するが、これらに限定されるわけではなく、本発明は本明細書に開示され当業者が認識できる全てを包含する。
本発明に包含される粘性組成物は、水溶性セルロース誘導体、水不溶性セルロース、アミノ酸系界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤、並びに水を含有する。本発明に包含される当該粘性組成物を「本発明の組成物」ということがある。
なお、本明細書において「水溶性」とは、25℃において、水に対し、0.1質量%以上の溶解性を示すことをいう。溶解性を示すとは、例えば、水溶性セルロース誘導体を水に添加し十分に撹拌した後、目視で透明溶液であることを確認できる状態、あるいは沈殿を生じない状態を指す。
水溶性セルロース誘導体としては、ヒドロキシ基を有するセルロース誘導体が好ましく、ヒドロキシアルキルセルロースがより好ましい。ヒドロキシアルキルセルロースのアルキル基は、炭素数1~6(1、2、3、4、5、又は6)のアルキル基が好ましく、メチル基、エチル基、プロピル基がより好ましい。ヒドロキシアルキルセルロースは、異なるアルキル基を有していてもよい。より具体的には、ヒドロキシメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース等が好ましい。中でも、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース(HEC)が特に好ましい。
架橋剤で架橋されていないヒドロキシエチルセルロース(非架橋HEC)も、架橋剤で架橋されたヒドロキシエチルセルロース(架橋HEC)も、本発明の組成物のHECとして好ましく用いることができる。架橋HECがより好ましい。架橋剤としては、グルタルアルデヒドやグリオキザール等の多価アルデヒド化合物(好ましくはジアルデヒド化合物)、2,2-ビスヒドロキシメチルブタノール-トリス[3-(1-アジリジニル)プロピオネート]、1,8-ヘキサメチレンジエチレンウレア等の多価アジリジン化合物、トリレンジイソシアネート、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート等の多価イソシアネート化合物等が好ましい。中でも、ジアルデヒド化合物が好ましく、グリオキザールが特に好ましい。架橋剤は、1種単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。

架橋剤によるヒドロキシエチルセルロースの架橋は、公知の方法又は公知の方法から容易に想到できる方法により行うことができる。例えば、特公昭58-43402号公報に記載の方法により行うことができる。
HEC(非架橋HEC及び架橋HECを包含する)は、1.33質量%(w/w%)水溶液の25℃における粘度が4000mPa・s以上のものが好ましく、4000~18000mPa・sのものがより好ましい。当該粘度範囲の上限又は下限は、4100、4200、4300、4400、4500、4600、4700、4800、4900、5000、5100、5200、5300、5400、5500、5600、5700、5800、5900、6000、6100、6200、6300、6400、6500、6600、6700、6800、6900、7000、7100、7200、7300、7400、7500、7600、7700、7800、7900、8000、8100、8200、8300、8400、8500、8600、8700、8800、8900、9000、9100、9200、9300、9400、9500、9600、9700、9800、9900、10000、10100、10200、10300、10400、10500、10600、10700、10800、10900、11000、11100、11200、11300、11400、11500、11600、11700、11800、11900、12000、12100、12200、12300、12400、12500、12600、12700、12800、12900、13000、13100、13200、13300、13400、13500、13600、13700、13800、13900、14000、14100、14200、14300、14400、14500、14600、14700、14800、14900、15000、15100、15200、15300、15400、15500、15600、15700、15800、15900、16000、16100、16200、16300、16400、16500、16600、16700、16800、16900、17000、17100、17200、17300、17400、17500、17600、17700、17800、又は17900mPa・sが好ましい。当該粘度範囲は4100~17900mPa・sがより好ましく、5000~16000mPa・sがさらに好ましい。
また、HEC(非架橋HEC及び架橋HECを包含する)は、分子量が1800000~4300000程度であることが好ましい。当該分子量範囲の上限または下限は、1900000、2000000、2100000、2200000、2300000、2400000、2500000、2600000、2700000、2800000、2900000、3000000、3100000、3200000、3300000、3400000、3500000、3600000、3700000、3800000、3900000、4000000、4100000、又は4200000が好ましい。当該分子量範囲は1900000~4200000がより好ましい。
なお、当該分子量は、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(GPC)で測定を行い、ポリエチレンオキサイド換算により求められる質量平均分子量である。GPCによってポリエチレングリコール換算による質量平均分子量を測定する際のカラムとしては、Shodex OHpak SB-807HQ、Shodex OHpak SB-806HQ、Shodex OHpak SB-804HQ等が好ましい。詳細なGPC測定条件を次に示す。

また、HECは、セルロースのOH基がOR(RはH又はCH2CH2OHを示す)になった化合物であるところ、本発明の組成物に含有されるHEC(非架橋HEC及び架橋HECを包含する)においては、当該ORのRとしてH又はCH2CH2OH以外の基が存在していてもよいが、Rとして疎水基は存在しないことが好ましい。当該Rとしてアルキル基、特に炭素数6~20(6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17、18、19、又は20)の直鎖若しくは分岐鎖アルキル基(より具体的には、例えばセチル基)が存在するものは、使用してもよいが、使用しないことが好ましい。

また、HECは、セルロースのOH基がOR(RはH又はCH2CH2OHを示す)になった化合物であるところ、本発明の組成物に含有されるHEC(非架橋HEC及び架橋HECを包含する)においては、当該ORのRとしてH又はCH2CH2OH以外の基が存在していてもよいが、Rとして疎水基は存在しないことが好ましい。当該Rとしてアルキル基、特に炭素数6~20(6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17、18、19、又は20)の直鎖若しくは分岐鎖アルキル基(より具体的には、例えばセチル基)が存在するものは、使用してもよいが、使用しないことが好ましい。
セルロースは水不溶性の物質であり、本発明の組成物に用いられるセルロースも水不溶性セルロースである。
本明細書において「水不溶性」とは、「水溶性」ではないものをいう。
セルロースとしては、結晶セルロースやナノセルロースが好ましく、ナノセルロースがより好ましい。ナノセルロースの中でも、セルロースナノクリスタル(CNC)が好ましい。
なお、上記の通り、セルロースナノクリスタルは、ナノセルロースの1種である。特に木材等を原料とするナノセルロースとして、セルロースナノファイバー(CNF)とセルロースナノクリスタル(CNC)が挙げられる。ナノセルロースのうち、長さが比較的長いものを、セルロースナノファイバー(CNF)と呼び、長さが比較的短いものをセルロースナノクリスタル(CNC)と呼ぶ。限定されるわけでは無いが、長さがおよそ5~10μm若しくはそれ以上のナノセルロースをセルロースナノファイバー(CNF)とし、長さがCNFよりも短いものをセルロースナノクリスタル(CNC)とすることが多いようである。
本発明の組成物に用いるCNCとしては、例えば上記特許文献1(特表2012-531478号公報)に記載のナノ結晶セルロースを好ましく用いることができる。
セルロースは、ヘミセルロース及びリグニンと共に木質バイオマス及び農業バイオマスを構成する天然ポリマー材料である。それは、β-1,4-グリコシド結合により連結されたグルコースの繰り返し単位のホモポリマーである。β-1,4-グリコシド結合によってセルロースは直鎖状に形成され、それらは水素結合を通して相互に強力に作用し合う。その規則的な構造及び強力な水素結合のため、セルロースポリマーは高結晶質であり、凝集して部分構造体及びミクロフィブリルを形成する。そして、ミクロフィブリルが凝集して、セルロース系繊維を形成する。
木質バイオマス又は農業バイオマスから精製したセルロースは、細菌のプロセスにより大規模に崩壊又は生成することができる。セルロース系材料がナノサイズの繊維により構成され、該材料の性質がそのナノファイバーの構造により決定する場合、これらのポリマーはナノセルロースと言われる。一般的に、ナノセルロースは、およそ20~200の長さ/直径比を有する棒状のフィブリルである。
一般的にナノセルロースの調製は2つの方法により説明することができる。第1の方法においては、ナノセルロースは、例えば木質繊維又は農業繊維の化学パルプから、主に酸加水分解によって非晶領域を除き、ナノサイズのフィブリルを生成することにより調製することができる。当該フィブリルを、例えば超音波処理するか、又は高剪断マイクロフルイダイザーに通すかすることにより、水性懸濁液中でセルロースナノクリスタルを生成及び安定化することができる。
第2の方法は、主に物理的処理である。セルロースミクロフィブリル又はミクロフィブリル化セルロース等と呼ばれる、通常数十ナノメートル(nm)~数マイクロメートル(μm)の直径を有するミクロフィブリルの束が、高圧均質化及び粉砕処理を用いることにより生成される。高強度超音波処理を用いた工程も、天然のセルロース繊維からフィブリルを単離するのに用いられてきた。高強度超音波は、非常に強い機械的振動力を生み出すことができ、そのためセルロースフィブリルのバイオマスからの分離が可能となる。この方法は、約60nm未満、より好ましくは約4nm~約15nmの直径、及び1000nm未満の長さを有するミクロフィブリル化セルロースを生成する。ミクロフィブリル化セルロースには、例えばさらに化学的、酵素的及び/又は機械的処理を施すこともできる。当該ミクロフィブリル化セルロースもセルロースナノクリスタルとして用いることができる。
つまりは概すれば、本発明の組成物において、セルロースとしてセルロースナノクリスタルを用いる場合、セルロースナノクリスタルは、例えばパルプから、酸加水分解により非結晶領域を除くことにより、あるいは、高圧処理、粉砕処理、超音波処理等の物理的な処理により、(またさらにはこれらを組み合わせて用いることにより)適宜調製することができる。
また、本発明の組成物に用いるセルロースナノクリスタルのセルロース部分は、硫酸セルロース塩(セルロース硫酸塩)であってもよい。塩としてはナトリウム塩が好ましい。つまり、本発明の組成物に用いるセルロースナノクリスタルのセルロース部分は、セルロース硫酸ナトリウムが好ましい。
よって、本発明においては、「セルロースナノクリスタル」若しくは「CNC」との文言は、ナノサイズのセルロースの結晶を示しており、当該セルロースは非修飾体であっても修飾体であってもよい。セルロース修飾体としては、上記の通り、セルロース硫酸塩(特にセルロース硫酸ナトリウム)が好ましく挙げられる。
CNCとしては、太さが1~100nm程度、長さが50~500nm程度、のナノセルロースが好ましい。当該太さの範囲(1~100nm)の上限又は下限は、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17、18、19、20、21、22、23、24、25、26、27、28、29、30、31、32、33、34、35、36、37、38、39、40、41、42、43、44、45、46、47、48、49、50、51、52、53、54、55、56、57、58、59、60、61、62、63、64、65、66、67、68、69、70、71、72、73、74、75、76、77、78、79、80、81、82、83、84、85、86、87、88、89、90、91、92、93、94、95、96、97、98、又は99nmが好ましい。当該太さの範囲は2~99nmがより好ましい。また、当該長さの範囲(50~500nm)の上限又は下限は、60、70、80、90、100、110、120、130、140、150、160、170、180、190、200、210、220、230、240、250、260、270、280、290、300、310、320、330、340、350、360、370、380、390、400、410、420、430、440、450、460、470、480、又は490nmが好ましい。当該長さの範囲は60~490nmがより好ましい。
また、CNCとしては、長さ(nm)と太さ(nm)の比(長さ/太さ)が、1~200程度のものが好ましい。当該比の範囲の上限又は下限は、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17、18、19、20、21、22、23、24、25、26、27、28、29、30、31、32、33、34、35、36、37、38、39、40、41、42、43、44、45、46、47、48、49、50、51、52、53、54、55、56、57、58、59、60、61、62、63、64、65、66、67、68、69、70、71、72、73、74、75、76、77、78、79、80、81、82、83、84、85、86、87、88、89、90、91、92、93、94、95、96、97、98、99、100、101、102、103、104、105、106、107、108、109、110、111、112、113、114、115、116、117、118、119、120、121、122、123、124、125、126、127、128、129、130、131、132、133、134、135、136、137、138、139、140、141、142、143、144、145、146、147、148、149、150、151、152、153、154、155、156、157、158、159、160、161、162、163、164、165、166、167、168、169、170、171、172、173、174、175、176、177、178、179、180、181、182、183、184、185、186、187、188、189、190、191、192、193、194、195、196、197、198、又は199が好ましい。当該比の範囲は2~190がより好ましい。
アミノ酸系界面活性剤としては、例えば化粧品分野(特に洗浄用組成物分野、中でも毛髪洗浄用組成物分野)において公知のアミノ酸系界面活性剤を用いることができる。
アミノ酸系界面活性剤としては、アミノ酸塩のα炭素に位置するアミン基がC6~C22脂肪酸誘導体でアシル化されたα-アミノ酸のカルボン酸塩であるものが好ましい。このようなアミノ酸系界面活性剤は、マイルドな高発泡性の洗浄剤として特に有用である。より具体的には、次式:
で表される界面活性剤が含まれる。式中、Xは5~22(5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17、18、19、20、21、又は22)個の炭素原子を有する飽和または不飽和炭化水素基を示し、Yは水素原子又はメチル基を示し、Zは水素原子、-CH3、-CH(CH3)2、-CH2CH(CH3)2、-CH(CH3)CH2CH3、-CH2C6H5、-CH2C6H4OH、-CH2OH、-CH(OH)CH3、-(CH2)4NH2、-(CH2)3NHC(NH)NH2、-CH2C(O)O-M+、-(CH2)2C(O)O-M+、-CH2COOH、又は-(CH2)2COOHを示す。M+は塩形成カチオンを示す。一態様では、Xは、直鎖状または分枝鎖状C5~C22アルキル基および直鎖状または分枝鎖状C5~C22アルケニル基から選択される基を表す。一態様では、Mは、ナトリウム、カリウム、アンモニウムおよびトリエタノールアンモニウムから選択される。
具体的なアミノ酸系界面活性剤としては、例えば、N-アシル化グルタミン酸のモノおよびジカルボン酸塩(例えばナトリウム、カリウム、アンモニウムおよびトリエタノールアンモニウム)、より具体的には例えばココイルグルタミン酸ナトリウム、ラウロイルグルタミン酸ナトリウム、ミリストイルグルタミン酸ナトリウム、パルミトイルグルタミン酸ナトリウム、ステアロイルグルタミン酸ナトリウム、ココイルグルタミン酸二ナトリウム、ステアロイルグルタミン酸二ナトリウム、ココイルグルタミン酸カリウム、ラウロイルグルタミン酸カリウムおよびミリストイルグルタミン酸カリウム;N-アシル化アラニンのカルボン酸塩(例えばナトリウム、カリウム、アンモニウムおよびトリエタノールアンモニウム)、より具体的には例えばココイルアラニン酸ナトリウム、ココイルアラニンTEA、ココイルメチルアラニンナトリウム、ラウロイルアラニンナトリウムおよびTEAラウロイルアラニネート;N-アシル化グリシンのカルボン酸塩(例えばナトリウム、カリウム、アンモニウムおよびトリエタノールアンモニウム)、より具体的には例えばココイルグリシン酸ナトリウムおよびココイルグリシン酸カリウム;N-アシル化サルコシンのカルボン酸塩(例えばナトリウム、カリウム、アンモニウムおよびトリエタノールアンモニウム)、より具体的には例えばラウロイルサルコシン酸ナトリウム、ココイルサルコシン酸ナトリウム、ミリストイルサルコシン酸ナトリウム、オレオイルサルコシン酸ナトリウムおよびラウロイルサルコシン酸アンモニウム等が挙げられる。なかでも、ココイルグルタミン酸ナトリウム、ココイルグルタミン酸カリウム、ココイルアラニン酸ナトリウム、ココイルアラニン酸カリウム、ココイルグリシン酸ナトリウム、ココイルグリシン酸カリウムがより好ましい。
アミノ酸系界面活性剤は1種単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
両性界面活性剤としては、例えば化粧品分野(特に洗浄用組成物分野、中でも毛髪洗浄用組成物分野)において公知の両性界面活性剤を用いることができる。両性界面活性剤は1種単独又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
本発明の組成物においては、両性界面活性剤として、特にベタインを好ましく用いることができる。
ベタインとしては、アミドベタイン、アルキルベタイン、アルキルアミドプロピルベタイン、ココベタイン、アルキルスルホベタイン(スルタイン)等が好ましい。中でもアミドベタインが好ましい。なお、ここで、アルキルおよびアシル基は5~22個(5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17、18、19、20、21、又は22個)、好ましくは7~19個の炭素原子を有する。
アミドベタインとしては、次式:
で示されるベタインが好ましい。当該式中、R1は炭素数5~22(5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17、18、19、20、21、又は22)の直鎖若しくは分岐鎖状アルキル基を示す。なお、当該ベタインは、R1が異なるものの混合物であってもよく、R1CO-がヤシ油脂肪酸残基であるものなども好ましく包含する。また、nは1~6(1、2、3、4、5、又は6)を示し、特に3を示すことが好ましい。
当該ベタインとしては、ヤシ油脂肪酸アミドプロピルベタイン(すなわち、コカミドプロピルベタイン:CAPB)、ラウリン酸アミドプロピルベタイン等が好ましい。
また、アルキルベタインとしては、次式:
で示されるベタインが好ましい。当該式中、R2は炭素数1~22(1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17、18、19、20、21、又は22)の直鎖若しくは分岐鎖状アルキル基を示す。
当該ベタインとしては、トリメチルアミノ酢酸ベタイン(トリメチルグリシン)、ラウリルジメチルアミノ酢酸ベタイン、テトラデセルジメチルアミノ酢酸ベタイン等が好ましい。
ベタインは1種単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
本発明の組成物は溶媒として水を含有する。また、本発明の組成物の効果を損なわない範囲であれば、水以外の溶媒をさらに含有してもよい。水以外の溶媒としては、例えば、水溶性溶媒が挙げられ、例えば水溶性有機溶媒が好ましい。水溶性有機溶媒としては、具合的には例えば炭素数1~6(1、2、3、4、5、又は6)の1価アルキルアルコールが挙げられ、より具体的には例えばエタノール等が挙げられる。
また、本発明の組成物は、25℃における粘度が、5000~15000mPa・sであることが好ましい。当該粘度範囲の上限又は下限は、5100、5200、5300、5400、5500、5600、5700、5800、5900、6000、6100、6200、6300、6400、6500、6600、6700、6800、6900、7000、7100、7200、7300、7400、7500、7600、7700、7800、7900、8000、8100、8200、8300、8400、8500、8600、8700、8800、8900、9000、9100、9200、9300、9400、9500、9600、9700、9800、9900、10000,10100、10200、10300、10400、10500、10600、10700、10800、10900、11000、11100、11200、11300、11400、11500、11600、11700、11800、11900、12000、12100、12200、12300、12400、12500、12600、12700、12800、12900、13000、13100、13200、13300、13400、13500、13600、13700、13800、13900、14000、14100、14200、14300、14400、14500、14600、14700、14800、又は14900mPa・sが好ましい。当該粘度範囲は5000~12000mPa・sがより好ましく、5500~10000mPa・sがさらに好ましい。
なお、本発明において、粘度は、25℃において、BrookField社製の回転粘度計(型番:DV1MRVTJ0)を用い、回転速度を毎分20回転として測定した値である。なお、測定に使用するスピンドルは、目安として、2,000mPa・s未満の場合はローターNo.3、2,000mPa・s以上5,000mPa・s未満の場合はローターNo.4、5,000mPa・s以上15,000mPa・s未満の場合はローターNo.5、15,000mPa・s以上40,000mPa・s未満の場合はローターNo.6、40,000mPa・s以上の場合はローターNo.7とする。
本発明の組成物において、水溶性セルロース誘導体及び水不溶性セルロースは特定の質量比範囲で含有される。具体的には、本発明の組成物においては、水不溶性セルロースと水溶性セルロース誘導体とが、質量比(水不溶性セルロース:水溶性セルロース誘導体)1:4~15で含有される。当該範囲(4~15)の上限又は下限は4.5、5、5.5、6、6.5、7、7.5、8、8.5、9、9.5、10、10.5、11、11.5、12、12.5、13、13.5、14、又は14.5が好ましい。当該範囲は4~12がより好ましく、4.5~12がさらに好ましい。水溶性セルロース誘導体及び水不溶性セルロースを当該特定の質量比範囲で含有することにより、アミノ酸系界面活性剤及び両性界面活性剤を含むとしても、粘度変動が抑制され安定性に優れる組成物を得ることが可能となる。
また、本発明の組成物における、水不溶性セルロース含有量は、0.01~1.5質量%程度が好ましい。当該範囲の上限又は下限は、0.02、0.03、0.04、0.05、0.06、0.07、0.08、0.09、0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5、0.6、0.7、0.8、0.9、1、1.1、1.2、1.3、又は1.4質量%が好ましい。当該範囲は0.02~1.2質量%がより好ましい。
また、本発明の組成物における、水溶性セルロース誘導体含有量は、0.1~5質量%程度が好ましい。当該範囲の上限又は下限は、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5、0.6、0.7、0.8、0.9、1、1.1、1.2、1.3、1.4、1.5、1.6、1.7、1.8、1.9、2、2.1、2.2、2.3、2.4、2.5、2.6、2.7、2.8、2.9、3、3.1、3.2、3.3、3.4、3.5、3.6、3.7、3.8、3.9、4、4.1、4.2、4.3、4.4、4.5、4.6、4.7、4.8、又は4.9質量%が好ましい。当該範囲は0.2~2質量%がより好ましい。
また、本発明の組成物における、アミノ酸系界面活性剤の含有量は、0.5~15質量%程度が好ましい。当該範囲の上限又は下限は、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、又は14質量%が好ましい。当該範囲は1~10質量%程度がより好ましい。
また、本発明の組成物における、両性界面活性剤の含有量は、0.5~10質量%程度が好ましい。当該範囲の上限又は下限は、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、又は9質量%が好ましい。当該範囲は1~8質量%程度がより好ましい。
なお、本発明の組成物は、粘度の低下が好ましく抑制されている。より具体的には、例えば、本発明の組成物は、製造直後から50℃で30日間保管されても、保管前の粘度と比べた保管後の粘度の割合(粘度保持率)が、好ましくは80%以上であり、より好ましくは85%以上又は90%以上である。当該粘度保持率の上限は、120%以下が好ましい。
本発明の組成物は、効果を損なわない範囲において、上述した成分以外の成分を含有してもよい。このような成分としては、例えば化粧品分野において公知の担体や成分が好ましい。pH調整剤、多価アルコール等が好ましい。
pH調整剤としては、医薬品分野、化粧品分野、又は食品分野において用いられ得る公知のpH調整剤が好ましい。水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、クエン酸、アスコルビン酸又はその塩(ナトリウム塩、カリウム塩等)が好ましい。
多価アルコールとしては、2価若しくは3価のアルコール、及び糖アルコールが好ましい。炭素数2~6(2、3、4、5、又は6)のアルキルグリコール、より具体的には、エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ブチレングリコール、ペンチレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、へキシレングリコール等が好ましい。また、アルジトール(トリトール、テトリトール、ペンチトール、ヘキシトール)、より具体的には、グリセリン、ソルビトール等が好ましい。多価アルコールは、1種単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
本発明の組成物は、例えば、水溶性セルロース誘導体、水不溶性セルロース、アミノ酸系界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤、及び水(並びに必要に応じてその他の成分)を混合して調製することができる。まず、水溶性セルロース誘導体と水不溶性セルロースとを混合し、これをさらに水に混合させておくことが望ましい。なお、水に添加する前の混合に用いる水溶性セルロース誘導体及び水不溶性セルロースは、ともに粉体であることが好ましい。また、水に添加するための水溶性セルロース誘導体及び水不溶性セルロースの混合物を調製する場合には、当該混合物は粉体であることが好ましい。
また、本発明の組成物は、好ましくは、スプレー容器に入れ、スムースにスプレーすることが可能である。本発明の組成物をスプレーして用いる場合、手動式スプレーに充填して用いることが好ましい。
本発明の組成物は、優れた粘性及び粘弾性を有することから、このような特性が求められる製品が存在する技術分野、例えば医薬品分野、化粧品分野等において有用である。本発明の組成物は、アミノ酸系界面活性剤及び両性界面活性剤を有することから、洗浄用組成物として好ましく用いることができる。例えば、身体や物体洗浄用として好ましく用いることができる。より具体的には、例えば、皮膚若しくは毛髪等の洗浄のため、あるいは、食器、住居、機器等の洗浄のため、好ましく用いることができる。
なお、本明細書において「含む」とは、「本質的にからなる」と、「からなる」をも包含する(The term "comprising" includes "consisting essentially of” and "consisting of.")。また、本発明は、本明細書に説明した構成要件を任意の組み合わせを全て包含する。
また、上述した本発明の各実施形態について説明した各種特性(性質、構造、機能等)は、本発明に包含される主題を特定するにあたり、どのように組み合わせられてもよい。すなわち、本発明には、本明細書に記載される組み合わせ可能な各特性のあらゆる組み合わせからなる主題が全て包含される。
以下、例を示して本発明の実施形態をより具体的に説明するが、本発明の実施形態は下記の例に限定されるものではない。
[粘度測定]
各組成物について、25℃において、BrookField社製の回転粘度計(型番:DV1MRVTJ0)を用い、回転速度を毎分20回転として、粘度を測定した。なお、測定に使用するスピンドルは、目安として、2,000mPa・s未満の場合はローターNo.3、2,000mPa・s以上5,000mPa・s未満の場合はローターNo.4、5,000mPa・s以上15,000mPa・s未満の場合はローターNo.5、15,000mPa・s以上40,000mPa・s未満の場合はローターNo.6、40,000mPa・s以上の場合はローターNo.7である。
各組成物について、25℃において、BrookField社製の回転粘度計(型番:DV1MRVTJ0)を用い、回転速度を毎分20回転として、粘度を測定した。なお、測定に使用するスピンドルは、目安として、2,000mPa・s未満の場合はローターNo.3、2,000mPa・s以上5,000mPa・s未満の場合はローターNo.4、5,000mPa・s以上15,000mPa・s未満の場合はローターNo.5、15,000mPa・s以上40,000mPa・s未満の場合はローターNo.6、40,000mPa・s以上の場合はローターNo.7である。
[粘性組成物の調製及び評価]
クリスタルナノセルロースとして、Cellulose Nanocrystals(Alberta-Pacific Forest Industries Inc.製)を用いた。なお、Cellulose Nanocrystalsの一部はセルロース硫酸ナトリウムである。

HECとして、HEC(CF-Y)(住友精化株式会社製)を用いた。なお、当該HECは架橋剤(グリオキザール)により架橋された架橋HECであり、HEC(CF-Y)の架橋剤含有量は0.55質量%である。
表1の組成に従って、水不溶性セルロース(クリスタルナノセルロース:CNC)の粉体及びセルロース誘導体(HEC)の粉体を混合し、当該混合粉体をイオン交換水に撹拌混合してこれらの混合物を調製し、これにさらにアミノ酸系界面活性剤及び両性界面活性剤を混合して、粘性組成物を調製した。より具体的には、次のようにして調製した。
(1)水溶性増粘剤2質量%水溶液の調製方法
CNCの粉体及びHECの粉体を混合し、当該混合粉体をイオン交換水98gに撹拌混合して溶解させ、2%粘性組成物を調製した。より具体的には、4枚パドル撹拌翼550rpmにて4時間撹拌した。

(2)粘性組成物の調製方法
得られた2質量%水溶液を用いて、表1の組成に従い、各実施例及び比較例の粘性組成物を調製した。具体的には、水溶性増粘剤2%水溶液50gとイオン交換水を撹拌混合した。より具体的には、4枚パドル撹拌翼550rpmにて10分間撹拌した。そこに、ココイルグルタミン酸K(味の素ヘルシーサプライ株式会社製 アミソフトCK-22)を純分で最終組成物での濃度が8質量%となるよう添加し、撹拌混合した。より具体的には、4枚パドル撹拌翼550rpmにて10分間撹拌した。さらに、コカミドプロピルベタイン(川研ファインケミカル株式会社製 ソフタゾリンCPB-R)を純分で最終組成物での濃度が3質量%となるよう添加し、さらに撹拌混合した。具体的には、ディスパ―又はホモミキサー約3000rpmにて5分程度撹拌した。その後、遠心分離器にて脱泡した後に粘度測定を行った。
得られた2質量%水溶液を用いて、表1の組成に従い、各実施例及び比較例の粘性組成物を調製した。具体的には、水溶性増粘剤2%水溶液50gとイオン交換水を撹拌混合した。より具体的には、4枚パドル撹拌翼550rpmにて10分間撹拌した。そこに、ココイルグルタミン酸K(味の素ヘルシーサプライ株式会社製 アミソフトCK-22)を純分で最終組成物での濃度が8質量%となるよう添加し、撹拌混合した。より具体的には、4枚パドル撹拌翼550rpmにて10分間撹拌した。さらに、コカミドプロピルベタイン(川研ファインケミカル株式会社製 ソフタゾリンCPB-R)を純分で最終組成物での濃度が3質量%となるよう添加し、さらに撹拌混合した。具体的には、ディスパ―又はホモミキサー約3000rpmにて5分程度撹拌した。その後、遠心分離器にて脱泡した後に粘度測定を行った。
表1において、各成分の添加量の単位(%)は質量%を示す。これらの値は調製された粘性組成物に含まれる各成分の含有量を示す。
また、粘性組成物を50℃で1ヶ月間静置保管した後に再度粘度を測定した。結果を表1にあわせて示す。保管前の粘度と比べた保管後の粘度の割合を粘度保持率(%)として示す。また、「100(%)-粘度保持率(%)」の絶対値を粘度変化率(%)として示す。
また、50℃で1ヶ月間静置保管した後の外観についても目視にて確認したところ、実施例1~4の粘性組成物は凝集・分離は見られなかった一方、比較例1の粘性組成物は凝集・分離が見られた。

- 水溶性セルロース誘導体、水不溶性セルロース、アミノ酸系界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤、並びに水を含有し、
水不溶性セルロースと水溶性セルロース誘導体とが、質量比1:4~15で含有される、粘性組成物。 - 水溶性セルロース誘導体が、ヒドロキシアルキルセルロースである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 水不溶性セルロースが、ナノセルロースである、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
