Abstract
一种过胶机,机身(1)的内部设有出胶辊组以及进给驱动装置,出胶辊组位于过胶辊组靠近出口(15)的一侧,出胶辊组的辊面的线速度大于过胶辊组的辊面的线速度,出胶辊组与过胶物之间的静摩擦力小于过胶辊组与过胶物之间的静摩擦力,在过胶物通过过胶辊组进入至出胶辊组时,过胶辊组与过胶物之间作静摩擦配合,同时出胶辊组与过胶物之间作滑动摩擦配合,对塑封的过胶物进行拉紧出胶,避免胶膜发生皱褶和波纹,提高过胶质量。
Description
本实用新型涉及过胶机技术领域,尤其是涉及一种过胶机。
过胶机通过过胶辊组对过胶物进行塑封,过胶物通过高温的过胶辊组的辊压塑封后,变进入降温过程以及冷却定型过程,在输出于机身出口前,过胶物及其胶膜容易受重力作用以及过胶辊组的进给作用下,成型后的胶膜容易发生褶皱以及波纹,这十分影响过胶质量。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种过胶机,提高过胶质量。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种过胶机,包括机身、控制装置以及设于机身内部的过胶辊组,过胶辊组的旁侧设有发热组件,发热组件与过胶辊组分别电连接控制装置,发热组件与过胶辊组间隔设置;机身的前侧设有入口、后侧设有出口,机身的内部还设有分别电连接控制装置的出胶辊组以及进给驱动装置,出胶辊组位于过胶辊组靠近出口的一侧,出胶辊组的辊面的线速度大于过胶辊组的辊面的线速度,出胶辊组与过胶物之间的静摩擦力小于过胶辊组与过胶物之间的静摩擦力。
本实用新型和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:通过出胶辊组与过胶辊组配合拉紧完成塑封的过胶物,避免胶膜在冷却定型的过程中发生皱褶和波纹,提高过胶质量。

一种过胶机,图1至图9所示,包括机身1、控制装置以及设于机身1内部的过胶辊组,过胶辊组的旁侧设有发热组件,发热组件与过胶辊组分别电连接控制装置,发热组件与过胶辊组间隔设置;机身1的前侧设有入口10、后侧设有出口15,入口10和出口15水平对齐,过胶辊组设置在入口10和出口15之间,机身1的内部还设有分别电连接控制装置的出胶辊组以及进给驱动装置,出胶辊组位于过胶辊组靠近出口15的一侧,出胶辊组与过胶辊组分别传动连接进给驱动装置,过胶辊组与出胶辊组按进给方向先后进行过胶物的协同推送配合;出胶辊组的辊面的线速度大于过胶辊组的辊面的线速度,出胶辊组与过胶物之间的静摩擦力小于过胶辊组与过胶物之间的静摩擦力,在过胶物通过过胶辊组进入至出胶辊组时,过胶辊组与过胶物之间作静摩擦配合,同时出胶辊组与过胶物之间作滑动摩擦配合,通过出胶辊组并与过胶辊组配合拉紧完成塑封的过胶物,避免胶膜在冷却定型的过程中发生皱褶和波纹,提高过胶质量。
机身包括相互装配连接的上机壳11和下机壳12,上机壳11和下机壳12包围形成装配空间,过胶辊组、发热组件、出胶辊组以及过胶整平装置均设于这一装配空间的内部。出胶辊组包括相互平行设置的主动出胶辊54和被动出胶辊55,被动出胶辊55位于主动出胶辊54的上方,主动出胶辊54传动连接进给驱动装置;主动出胶辊54和被动出胶辊55分别包括一金属辊,这两个金属辊的辊面均光滑设置,这两个金属辊之间设有过胶打滑结构,过胶打滑结构包括辊面间隙结构和弹性辊组结构的任意一种;其中,辊面间隙结构,主动出胶辊54的辊面和被动出胶辊55的辊面之间形成出胶间隙h,出胶间隙h小于过胶物的厚度;弹性辊组结构,主动出胶辊54的辊面和被动出胶辊55的辊面弹性抵顶配合,被动出胶辊55的两端分别连接有弹簧或弹性片等弹力装置。通过辊面间隙结构或弹性辊组结构实现出胶辊组与过胶物之间发生滑动摩擦配合,摩擦力与正压力成正比,所以过胶物同时通过出胶辊组与过胶辊组的时候,过胶物与出胶辊组之间的静摩擦力小于过胶物与过胶辊组之间的静摩擦力,过胶辊组的辊面的线速度大于出胶辊组的辊面的线速度,所以过胶物与出胶辊组之间会发生滑动摩擦配合。
过胶辊组包括上下对齐设置的上压辊44和下压辊43,上压辊44和下压辊43分别传动连接进给驱动装置;发热组件包括多个发热管45,各发热管45分别对称布置于上压辊44和/或下压辊43的前后两侧。提高上压辊44和下压辊43热辐射率,提高上压辊44和下压辊43的升温速度,降少预热时间。过胶辊组的上下两侧分别设有一对称设置的上芯壳41和下芯壳42,上芯壳41和下芯壳42分别包括一半包围壳体,这两个半包围壳体分别半包围设于上压辊44上方以及下压辊43的下方,这两个半包围壳体之间形成热封进口401和热封出口402,热封进口401连通入口,热封出口402连通出胶辊组;半包 围壳体的内侧镀有热反射层。上芯壳41的顶部设有温度检测装置46,温度检测装置46电连接发热组件,温度检测装置46包括红外温度传感单元或热电偶。通过温度检测装置46对过胶辊组的辊面温度进行实时检测,以避免过高温度或过低温度进行塑封,保证过胶机的过胶质量。
过胶辊组与出口15之间设有补温整平机构,补温整平机构包括整平底板52、整平压板51以及电连接控制装置的补温单元531,整平压板51设于整平底板52的上部,整平压板51沿过胶辊组的进给方向向下倾斜设置,整平压板51与整平底板52之间形成由内向外逐渐并拢的整平通道50,整平通道50的内侧开口连通过胶辊组、外侧开口连通出口;补温单元531设于整平底板52的底部,补温单元531与整平底板52热辐射配合,整平底板52的补偿温度低于过胶辊组的过胶温度。通过过胶辊组和出口之间设置补温整平机构,对完成塑封的过胶物进行柔性的抵压整平,并同时对其进行补温加热,减缓胶膜降温速度,避免胶膜因急剧降温而产生皱褶或波浪纹,提升过胶质量。
整平压板51的顶面加热至一设定的补偿温度T1;过胶辊组的辊面在发热组件的热辐射作用下升温至一设定的过胶温度T2;补偿温度T1小于过胶温度T2,发明人经多次试验所得:补偿温度T1优选为70~90℃,过胶温度T2优选为110~112℃,能够有效地减缓胶膜的降温速度,避免胶膜因急剧降温而产生皱褶或波浪纹。
整平压板51的底部设有补温装置53,补温装置53包括布置在整平底板52底部的补温单元531,补温单元531分别热辐射作用于整平压板51以及主动出胶辊54。在胶辊与出口之间的后通道安装过胶整平机构5,整平底板52对胶膜的加热温度小于胶辊的加热温度,起保温作用,减缓胶膜降温速度,避免过胶后的胶膜因急剧降温而产生皱褶或波浪纹,提升过胶质量。
机身1的内部的两侧分别设置有相对平行设置的第一侧板13和第二侧板14,第一侧板13和第二侧板14的内侧分别开设有整平板装配结构,整平板装配结构包括压板装配槽以及托板装配槽530,其中,开设于第一侧板13的压板装配槽包括一封闭插槽510,这一封闭插槽510的宽度由内向外逐渐变大;开设于第二侧板14的压板装配槽包括一开口卡槽5101,这一开口卡槽5101开口于第二侧板14的前侧边,开口卡槽5101的宽度沿向开口方向逐渐变大;整平压板51的两侧分别插接于封闭插槽510以及开口卡槽5101,第一侧板13和第二侧板14的两个托板装配槽530的上部均成型有与整平底板52的横截面形状大小匹配的底板装配槽520,底板装配槽520呈水平延伸设置,整平底板52的两侧分别活动插设于相应的底板装配槽520;第一侧板13和第二侧板14的这两个托板装配槽530的底部分别朝内凸出成型有一定位肩5301,补温单元531的两侧分别活动卡嵌于相应的托板装配槽530,托板装配槽530与相应的定位肩5301定位配合;托板装配槽530的中间位置凹陷开设有一感温装配口5302,感温装配口5302的内设有一电连接控制装置的温度感应单元,温度感应单元与整平底板52连接;开设于第二侧板14的托板装配槽530的上部开设有用作避让插入整平底板52的装配缺口5303,装配缺口5303连通开口卡槽5101。通过平行设置的第一侧板13和第二侧板14进行机芯零部件的插设装配,结构简单,稳定可靠,组装便捷,减低制备成本。
如图6所示,入口10处设有与过胶物触发配合的自启动感应器1101;出口15处设有与过胶物触发配合的待机感应器1102;自启动感应器1101和待机感应器1102分别电连接控制装置。在过胶物插入过胶入口10时过胶物与自启动感应器1101触发配合,自启动感应器1101发送启动信号至控制装置,以启动过胶辊组以及发热组件;待机感应器1102设于出口15处,在过胶物 通过出口15时过胶物与待机感应器1102触发配合,待机感应器1102发送待机信号至控制装置,以控制发热组件停止发热补温。通过在机身1的进出口分别设置触发装置以判断是否有过胶物输入以及是否完成塑封,在过胶物进入过胶入口时机器启动开机,在过胶物完成塑封通过出口时发热组件停止加热补温以进入待机状态,提高整机使用的便捷性,无需手动进行开关机操作,而且在闲时进行自动待机或关机,节省能耗。
自启动感应器1101以及待机感应器1102分别包括有触动开关结构,触动开关结构选用接触式微动开关结构或非接触式感应开关结构。触动开关结构可以采用非接触感应式或接触式的开关,不作限定,触动开关结构是用作判定过胶物分别通过过胶入口10和出口15的情况,应该具有开合两个状态,以用作过胶物是否插入以及是否完全通过过胶入口10或出口15的判定。
接触式微动开关结构包括一沿过胶入口10或出口15的宽度方向设置的且绕其轴心转动设置的触发转轴、电连接控制装置的微动开关以及一抵顶块,抵顶块固接于触发转轴的端部,微动开关固定在触发转轴靠近触发转轴的一端,抵顶块随触发转轴的自转进行旋转配合,并与微动开关进行触发配合;触发转轴与机身1之间连接有复位弹性件,触发转轴设有多个触动鳍片,各触动鳍片分别沿触发转轴的轴线方向间隔对齐设置,常态下各触动鳍片分别阻挡作用于过胶入口10或出口15。本实施例提供的这种接触式微动开关结构,通过过胶物通过过胶入口10或出口15时推动触动鳍片以及触发转轴进行转动,以带动抵顶块抵顶触动微动开关,在过胶物完全通过过胶入口10或出口15后触发转轴在复位弹性件的弹性作用下进行复位,抵顶块脱离抵顶微动开关,以实现完全通过过胶入口10或出口15的判定。
自启动感应器1101设有用作控制过胶机自动关机的计时模块,计时模块 通讯连接控制装置。
图7至图9所示,过胶机还包括进度显示装置以及过胶进度检测组件,过胶进度检测组件以及进度显示装置分别连接于控制装置,控制装置接收过胶进度检测组件的进度检测信号并向进度显示装置输出一进度显示信号;进度显示装置包括一电连接控制装置的PCB灯板80,PCB灯板80上设有多个沿直线分布设置的灯珠,各灯珠组合形成用作显示过胶进度的进度显示部。通过机身内部的过胶进度检测组件对过胶物进行进给进度的检测,并通过进度显示装置进行过胶进度的提示,提高用户使用体验以及有便于日常使用操作。与现有的过胶机相比,能够对过胶物的过胶进度进行检测以及外部提示,给用户一种传递急速、高效的使用体验。
在过胶入口10处设有进胶辊组,进胶辊组包括主动进胶辊31和被动进胶辊32,进胶辊组与过胶辊组之间设有过胶通道30,过胶物在通过过胶通道30的同时发热组件对过胶辊组进行预热,以争取预热时间,达到机器免预热的技术效果。
过胶进度检测组件包括分别电连接控制装置的第一红外感应单元81、第二红外感应单元82以及第三红外感应单元83,其中,第一红外感应单元81位于靠近过胶入口10的位置,过胶物通过过胶入口10时触发第一红外感应单元81,第一红外感应单元81发送一进胶信号至控制装置,接收到进胶信号的控制装置向进度显示装置输出一进度显示信号,进度显示装置发光显示一表示进胶状态的灯光效果;第二红外感应单元82位于靠近过胶辊组的位置,过胶物通过过胶辊组时触发第二红外感应单元82,第二红外感应单元82发送一辊压信号至控制装置,接收到辊压信号的控制装置向进度显示装置输出另一进度显示信号,进度显示装置发光显示一表示辊压状态的灯光效果;第三 红外感应单元83位于靠近出口15的位置,过胶物通过出口15时触发第三红外感应单元83,第三红外感应单元83发送一出胶信号至控制装置,接收到出胶信号的控制装置向进度显示装置输出另一进度显示信号,进度显示装置发光显示一表示出胶状态的灯光效果。
机身1设有电连接控制装置的加热提醒装置101;机身1的内部设有用于加热过胶辊组的辊面温度的发热组件,发热组件位于靠近过胶辊组的位置,发热组件与过胶辊组间隔设置;发热组件电连接控制装置,在发热组件启动时,发热组件向输出一发热提醒信号,接收发热提醒信号后的控制装置向加热提醒装置101输出一加热提醒开启信号,以控制启动加热提醒装置101;加热提醒装置101包括提醒灯组件和/或提醒音响组件。通过控制装置对发热组件的启动情况向加热提醒装置101发送实时的启停控制信号,以外部提醒机器中的发热组件的运行状况,当机器补温产生功率的时候,加热提醒装置101的灯具或音响开启,并发出提醒灯效或音效;当机器补温停止时,控制装置控制加热提醒装置101关闭,目的在于传递补温时间短,还能体现节能环保的理念。
机身1的顶部设有连接控制装置的隐形按键结构9,隐形按键结构9包括按压式按键或触摸式按键。
按压式按键包括按键机座以及弹性安装于按键机座的实体按钮,按键机座还设有一电连接控制装置的微动开关,实体按钮与微动开关触发配合;机身1开设有按键装配口,实体按钮活动嵌入于按键装配口,实体按钮的顶面与机身1的顶面平齐设置。
Claims (10)
- 一种过胶机,包括机身(1)、控制装置以及设于机身(1)内部的过胶辊组,过胶辊组的旁侧设有发热组件,发热组件与过胶辊组分别电连接控制装置,发热组件与过胶辊组间隔设置;机身(1)的前侧设有入口(10)、后侧设有出口(15),其特征在于:机身(1)的内部还设有分别电连接控制装置的出胶辊组以及进给驱动装置,出胶辊组位于过胶辊组靠近出口(15)的一侧,出胶辊组与过胶辊组分别传动连接进给驱动装置;出胶辊组的辊面的线速度大于过胶辊组的辊面的线速度,出胶辊组与过胶物之间的静摩擦力小于过胶辊组与过胶物之间的静摩擦力。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种过胶机,其特征在于:所述过胶辊组与所述出口(15)之间设有补温整平机构,补温整平机构包括整平底板(52)、整平压板(51)以及电连接所述控制装置的补温单元,整平压板(51)设于整平底板(52)的上部,整平压板(51)沿过胶辊组的进给方向向下倾斜设置,整平压板(51)与整平底板(52)之间形成由内向外逐渐并拢的整平通道(50),整平通道(50)的内侧开口连通过胶辊组、外侧开口连通出口;补温单元设于整平底板(52)的底部,整平底板(52)的补偿温度低于过胶辊组的过胶温度。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种过胶机,其特征在于:所述机身(1)的内部的两侧分别设置有相对平行设置的第一侧板(13)和第二侧板(14),第一侧板(13)和第二侧板(14)的内侧分别开设有整平板装配结构,整平板装配结构包括压板装配槽以及托板装配槽(530),其中,开设于第一侧板(13)的压板装配槽包括一封闭插槽(510),这一封闭插槽(510)的宽度由内向外逐渐变大;开设于第二侧板(14)的压板装配槽包括一开口卡槽(5101),这一开口卡槽(5101)开口于第二侧板(14)的前侧边,开口卡槽(5101)的 宽度沿向开口方向逐渐变大;所述整平压板(51)的两侧分别插接于封闭插槽(510)以及开口卡槽(5101)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种过胶机,其特征在于:所述第一侧板(13)和所述第二侧板(14)的两个所述托板装配槽(530)的上部均成型有与所述整平底板(52)的横截面形状大小匹配的底板装配槽(520),底板装配槽(520)呈水平延伸设置,整平底板(52)的两侧分别活动插设于相应的底板装配槽(520);两个托板装配槽(530)的底部分别朝内凸出成型有一定位肩(5301),所述补温单元的两侧分别活动卡嵌于相应的托板装配槽(530),托板装配槽(530)与相应的定位肩(5301)定位配合。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种过胶机,其特征在于:所述托板装配槽(530)的中间位置凹陷开设有一感温装配口(5302),感温装配口(5302)的内设有一电连接所述控制装置的温度感应单元,温度感应单元与所述整平底板(52)连接;开设于所述第二侧板(14)的所述托板装配槽(530)的上部开设有装配缺口(5303),装配缺口(5303)连通所述开口卡槽(5101)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种过胶机,其特征在于:所述入口(10)处设有与过胶物触发配合的自启动感应器(1101);所述出口(15)处设有与过胶物触发配合的待机感应器(1102);自启动感应器(1101)和待机感应器(1102)分别电连接所述控制装置,出胶辊组包括相互平行设置的主动出胶辊(54)和被动出胶辊(55),主动出胶辊(54)传动连接所述进给驱动装置;主动出胶辊(54)的辊面和被动出胶辊(55)的辊面弹性抵顶配合,被动出胶辊(55)的两端分别安装有一弹力装置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种过胶机,其特征在于:所述过胶机还包括分别电连接于所述控制装置的进度显示装置以及过胶进度检测组件,控制装 置接收过胶进度检测组件的进度检测信号并向进度显示装置输出一进度显示信号。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种过胶机,其特征在于:所述过胶进度检测组件包括分别电连接所述控制装置的第一红外感应单元(81)、第二红外感应单元(82)以及第三红外感应单元(83),第一红外感应单元(81)设置在所述过胶入口(10),第二红外感应单元(82)设置在所述过胶辊组的一侧,第三红外感应单元(83)设置在所述出口(15)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种过胶机,其特征在于:所述机身(1)的顶部设有连接所述控制装置的隐形按键结构(9),隐形按键结构(9)包括按压式按键或触摸式按键。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种过胶机,其特征在于:所述按压式按键包括按键机座以及弹性安装于按键机座的实体按钮,按键机座还设有一电连接所述控制装置的微动开关,实体按钮与微动开关触发配合;所述机身(1)开设有按键装配口,实体按钮活动嵌入于按键装配口,实体按钮的顶面与机身(1)的顶面平齐设置。
