Description

本发明涉及点胶技术领域,具体涉及一种新型PVC滴塑机和PVC点胶工艺。
背景技术
滴塑是目前少有大部分工艺依然使用手工生产的产品。其主要原材料是将PVC糊树脂溶解于DOP等脂内,加上色膏,成为不同颜色的糊树脂混合物。将不同颜色的糊树脂混合物滴到由铝模,黄铜模,电铸或硅胶模具,通过加热到170以上,PVC糊树脂和DOP等脂类发生化学反应,而变成固体,变成色彩丰富,立体感强的产品。
滴塑机主要是依托于数控加工技术,将人工点胶的环节改用机器自动点胶,大大提高了生产的效率。
但现有的滴塑机或者说现有的点胶工艺,需要较长的时间来烘烤PVC工艺品,急需改进
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种新型PVC滴塑机和PVC点胶工艺,具有大幅减少PVC工艺品的制作时间的优势。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种新型PVC滴塑机,包括:用于点胶的滴塑机和用于对点胶后的产品进行固化的LED光固化机。
本发明进一步设置,所述LED光固化机设于所述滴塑机上。
本发明进一步设置,所述滴塑机上设有工作台,所述LED光固化机设于 所述工作台上侧。
本发明进一步设置,所述滴塑机上设有用于带动所述LED光固化机进行升降的升降装置。
本发明进一步设置,所述滴塑机上设有用于带动工作台移动的移动装置。
本发明进一步设置,所述滴塑机上设有安装轴,所述LED光固化机滑动装配于所述安装轴上。
本发明进一步设置,所述LED光固化机与所述滴塑机分体设置。
本发明还提供一种PVC点胶工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:根据工艺品的形状绘图;
步骤二:根据工艺品的形状进行开模,工艺品的制作磨具包括互相合拢的模具面板和模具底板;
步骤三:调色配料;
步骤四:将已完成配置的配料分成面料和底料;
步骤五:调节滴塑机;
步骤六:启动滴塑机把面料点至模具面板的相应位置;
步骤七:在面料上涂覆固化剂;
步骤八:将带有面料的模具面板送到LED光固化机进行固化1-5s;
步骤九:将带有固化后的面料的模具面板送回滴塑机上;
步骤十:将模具底板合拢于模具面板上,将底料通过模具底板的穿孔注射在模具底板内;
步骤十一:将注塑后的整体模具进行烤模30-60s,形成成品。
本发明进一步设置,在步骤一到步骤五之间还包括如下步骤:对模具进行喷砂处理。
本发明进一步设置,在步骤八中,如果滴塑机本身带有LED固化装置,则直接启动LED固化装置。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:通过设有LED光固化机,仅需将点胶后的产品送到LED光固化机进行固化1-5s,就能进行下一道工序,大幅减少了整个工艺流程的时间,而传统工艺需要烤模烘烤30-60s。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。

本实施例涉及一种新型PVC滴塑机,包括:用于点胶的滴塑机1和用于 对点胶后的产品进行固化的LED光固化机2。
实施例一:如图1所示,LED光固化机2设于滴塑机1上。滴塑机1上设有工作台4,LED光固化机2设于工作台4上侧。从而仅需将点胶后的产品送到LED光固化机2进行固化1-5s,就能进行下一道工序,大幅减少了整个工艺流程的时间,而传统工艺需要烤模烘烤30-60s。
进一步地,同样如图1所示,滴塑机1上设有用于带动LED光固化机2进行升降的升降装置5。当执行其他工序时,将LED光固化机2升高,不会阻碍到其他工序的进行,而当需要LED固化时,再将LED光固化机2降下来。
此外,滴塑机1上设有用于带动工作台4移动的移动装置(未图示)。通过设有移动装置,可以带动工作台4移动,进而LED光固化机2的位置设置更加灵活。点胶后的产品,可以通过移动装置送到LED光固化机2下侧。
实施例二:如图2和图3所示,LED光固化机2设于滴塑机1上。滴塑机1上设有安装轴6,LED光固化机2滑动装配于安装轴6上。当需要LED固化时,LED光固化机2在安装轴6滑动到适当的位置,开始工作。在本实施例中,滴胶头7同样滑动装配于安装轴6上。产品点胶后,LED光固化机2滑动到产品的上方,对产品进行固化1-5s,就能进行下一道工序,大幅减少了整个工艺流程的时间。
实施例三:本实施例涉及一种新型PVC滴塑机,如图4所示,包括:滴塑机1,LED光固化机2和传送装置3。通过设有LED光固化机2,仅需将带有面料的模具面板送到LED光固化机2进行固化1-5s,就能进行下一道工序,大幅减少了整个工艺流程的时间;传送装置3设于滴塑机1和LED光固化机2之间,无需人工来搬运操作,进一步提高效率。
在本实施例中,传送装置3为可双向运输的传送带,既可以将经滴塑机1 点胶后的工艺品输送到LED光固化机2上,也可以将经固化后的工艺品输送回滴塑机1主体上。在其他实施例中,传送装置3也可以为环形的传送带,不能切换方向就能完成工艺品的来回输送。
进一步地,滴塑机1与传送装置3之间设有第一抓取装置(未图示);LED光固化机2与传送装置3之间设有第二抓取装置(未图示)。通过设有第一抓取装置和第二抓取装置,可以将PVC工艺品夹取到传送装置3上,又可以从传送装置3上夹取下来。
实施例四:此外,本实施例提供一种PVC点胶工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:根据工艺品的形状绘图;
步骤二:根据工艺品的形状进行开模,工艺品的制作磨具包括互相合拢的模具面板和模具底板;
步骤三:调色配料;
步骤四:将已完成配置的配料分成面料和底料;
步骤五:调节滴塑机1;
步骤六:启动滴塑机1把面料点至模具面板的相应位置;
步骤七:在面料上涂覆固化剂;
步骤八:将带有面料的模具面板送到LED光固化机2进行固化1-5s;
步骤九:将带有固化后的面料的模具面板送回滴塑机1上;
步骤十:将模具底板合拢于模具面板上,将底料通过模具底板的穿孔注射在模具底板内;
步骤十一:将注塑后的整体模具进行烤模30-60s,形成成品。
在步骤一到步骤五之间还包括如下步骤:对模具进行喷砂处理。
在步骤八中,如果滴塑机1本身带有LED固化装置,则直接启动LED固 化装置。
本发明的工作原理大致如下述:用LED光固化机2对点胶后的产品进行LED固化,大大缩短了整个工艺流程时间。

  1. 一种新型PVC滴塑机,其特征在于,包括:用于点胶的滴塑机(1)和用于对点胶后的产品进行固化的LED光固化机(2)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型PVC滴塑机,其特征在于,所述LED光固化机(2)设于所述滴塑机(1)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的新型PVC滴塑机,其特征在于,所述滴塑机(1)上设有工作台(4),所述LED光固化机(2)设于所述工作台(4)上侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的新型PVC滴塑机,其特征在于,所述滴塑机(1)上设有用于带动所述LED光固化机(2)进行升降的升降装置(5)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的新型PVC滴塑机,其特征在于,所述滴塑机(1)上设有用于带动工作台(4)移动的移动装置。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的新型PVC滴塑机,其特征在于,所述滴塑机(1)上设有安装轴(6),所述LED光固化机(2)滑动装配于所述安装轴(6)上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的新型PVC滴塑机,其特征在于,所述LED光固化机(2)与所述滴塑机(1)分体设置。
  8. 一种PVC点胶工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    步骤一:根据工艺品的形状绘图;
    步骤二:根据工艺品的形状进行开模,工艺品的制作磨具包括互相合拢的模具面板和模具底板;
    步骤三:调色配料;
    步骤四:将已完成配置的配料分成面料和底料;
    步骤五:调节滴塑机;
    步骤六:启动滴塑机把面料点至模具面板的相应位置;
    步骤七:在面料上涂覆固化剂;
    步骤八:将带有面料的模具面板送到LED光固化机进行固化1-5s;
    步骤九:将带有固化后的面料的模具面板送回滴塑机上;
    步骤十:将模具底板合拢于模具面板上,将底料通过模具底板的穿孔注射在模具底板内;
    步骤十一:将注塑后的整体模具进行烤模30-60s,形成成品。
