Claims (16)
- 파이프 내면 또는 외면의 피막을 제거하는 장치로서,상기 피막을 제거하는 공구부;상기 파이프의 내면 또는 외면을 주행하는 적어도 하나 이상의 표면 롤러를 포함하는 롤러부; 및상기 공구부가 연결되는 제1 플레이트 및 상기 제1 플레이트의 타측에 배치되어 상기 제1 플레이트와 하나의 축으로 연결되고, 상기 롤러부가 연결되는 제2 플레이트를 포함하는 연결부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 파이프 피막 제거 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공구부는,회전축이 외부로 노출된 회전 모터를 포함하는 본체부; 및외주면이 상기 파이프의 표면에 접촉되고 일측이 상기 회전축에 연결되는 가공부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 다기능 파이프 피막 제거 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 공구부는,상기 가공부의 타측에 배치되며, 내경이 상기 회전축에 연결되는 베어링;을 더 포함하여 이루어지는 다기능 파이프 피막 제거 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 가공부의 외경은,상기 베어링의 외경보다 더 크고, 상기 회전축의 길이방향을 기준으로 일정 경사를 이루는 다기능 파이프 피막 제거 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공구부는,상기 파이프의 길이방향으로 위치가 조절 가능한 다기능 파이프 피막 제거 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 롤러부는,상기 표면 롤러 및 상기 연결부가 연결되는 본체 프레임; 및상기 본체 프레임에 연결되고, 상기 파이프의 외면을 주행하는 탄성 롤러와, 상기 탄성 롤러를 상기 파이프 외면에 가압하는 가압부를 포함하는 탄성부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 다기능 파이프 피막 제거 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 표면 롤러 및 상기 탄성 롤러는 한 방향으로 회전되는 다기능 파이프 피막 제거 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 표면 롤러 또는 상기 탄성 롤러 중 적어도 하나는,회전 진행 중 상기 본체 프레임을 상기 파이프의 단면에 밀착시키도록, 상기 파이프의 연장 방향을 기준으로 일정 각도 기울어진 회전축을 갖는 다기능 파이프 피막 제거 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 롤러부는,상기 본체 프레임에 연결되고, 상기 표면 롤러의 진행방향 전방 및 후방 중 적어도 한 방향 이상에 형성되며, 상기 파이프의 연장 방향 끝단의 표면을 주행하는 가이드 롤러;를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 다기능 파이프 피막 제거 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 플레이트는,일면에서 타면으로 관통되어 상기 공구부가 삽입되는 삽입홀; 및상기 삽입홀의 직경을 조절하여 가압할 수 있는 절개된 관통 공간;을 포함하고,상기 연결부는,상기 제1 플레이트의 측면 외측에서 상기 관통 공간을 관통하여 상기 제1 플레이트에 체결되는 직경 조절 볼트;를 더 포함하는 다기능 파이프 피막 제거 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 플레이트는,상기 제1 플레이트의 일면에서 타면으로 관통되는 제1 체결홀;을 더 포함하고,상기 제2 플레이트는,상기 제2 플레이트의 측면 외측에서 상기 제1 체결홀과 연통되되, 상기 공구부가 맞닿는 상기 파이프의 내면 또는 외면 방향을 향하여 관통되는 제2 체결홀;을 더 포함하며,상기 연결부는,상기 제1 체결홀에 삽입되는 제1 체결부재; 및상기 제2 체결홀에 삽입되어 끝단이 상기 제1 체결부재의 타단에 맞닿는 제2 체결부재;를 포함하는 다기능 파이프 피막 제거 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 제2 체결부재는,상기 제2체결홀에 삽입되는 제1 스프링; 및상기 제2 플레이트의 측면 외측에 장착되어 상기 제1 스프링의 탄성력을 조절하는 조절볼트;를 포함하여 이루어지는 다기능 파이프 피막 제거 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 제1 플레이트는,상기 제1 플레이트의 일면에서 타면으로 관통되는 제3 체결홀;을 더 포함하고,상기 제2 플레이트는,상기 제2 플레이트의 일면에서 타면으로 관통되어 상기 제3 체결홀과 연통되는 부싱홈;을 더 포함하고,상기 연결부는,상기 제3 체결홀에 체결되는 제3 체결부재;를 더 포함하고,상기 부싱홈은,일측 일정 영역은 일단으로 갈수록 직경이 넓어지며,상기 제3 체결부재는,타측 일정 영역은 타단으로 갈수록 직경이 작아지고,상기 제1 플레이트에 고정되고 상기 제3 체결부재의 일측 외주면에 감기는 제2 스프링;을 더 포함하는 다기능 파이프 피막 제거 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 플레이트는,일정 각도 영역이 일면에서 타면으로 관통되어 형성되는 관경 조절 라인;을 포함하고,상기 연결부는,상기 관경 조절 라인과 상기 롤러부에 동시에 체결되는 관경 조절 체결부재;를 더 포함하고,상기 제2 플레이트는,일면에 돌출 형성되는 행정 제한 턱;을 더 포함하고,상기 제1 플레이트는,타면에 형성되어 상기 행정 제한 턱의 일측이 수용되는 행정 제한 홈;을 더 포함하며,상기 행정 제한 홈은 상기 행정 제한 턱을 기준으로 상대적으로 위치가 가변되는 다기능 파이프 피막 제거 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 표면 롤러와 상기 탄성 롤러는 상기 파이프의 외면에 각각 접촉된 상태에서 서로 마주보도록 배치되는 다기능 파이프 피막 제거 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표면 롤러는,상기 롤러부 상에서 결합되는 위치가 변경되는 다기능 파이프 피막 제거 장치.
